Kinbauri Gold Corp. (Kinbauri or the “Company”) is a junior mining company based in Carp, Ontario, Canada. Geophysical and geochemical surveys and drilling is planned at Fiedmont to determine the nature and extent of the known PGE mineralization there.

Kinbauri is also compiling and re-evaluating data from its Morrisette Creek property near Kirkland Lake, Ontario where exploration activity has recently been re-activated. Neben dieser nicht einmal ganz 4 Mio. Marktkapitalisierung, soll die KINBAURI neben ihrer zig Projekte zur Zeit über 2 Mio. Cash verfügen!

Ich kenne zur Zeit keinen einzigen vergleichbaren Explorer, der vom Markt mit einer solch kleinen MK bewertet wird, und nur ca. 9 Mio. Aktien ausgegeben hat.

Warte diesmal nicht allzu lange. Die Chancen stehen wieder sehr gut!

Explorer mit solchen MK's werden früher, oder später normalerweise von Börsenbriefen, oder bekannten Einzelanalysten ebenfalls entdeckt, die gerade zur Zeit intensiv Titel suchen die noch nicht, oder fast nicht gelaufen sind.

Ist zwar alles noch keine Erfolgsgarantie, doch ......., wie schon gesagt nicht zu lange warten.

Bin selbst auch erst gerade seit gestern mit einer Anfangsposition dabei.

Das liegt mehr an meinen Adleraugen, als an meiner gekrümmten Nase.

Die Kinbauri müsste sich eigentlich vom jetigen Kursnivau mindestens nochmals verdreifachen bis im Vergleich mit anderen Explorern auch nur eine einigermasen faire Bewertung besteht.
Dabei habe ich zukünftige eventuell zu erwartende Explorationserfolge noch nicht mit eingerechnet.

Geduld ist jedoch trotzdem angesagt, weil dieser Titel bisher meines Wissens noch fast niergends empfohlen wurde, und es noch eine ganze Weile dauern könnte bis dieser Mangel behoben sein wird.

Danach sollte dann, wie üblich ohne jegliche Garantie meinerseits, eigentlich alles ganz schnell gehen.

Das ist doch für gewöhnlich ein gutes Zeichen, oder?

genau das macht mir sorgen und hat mich bis jetzt aufgehalten
die umsätze

ich habe immer angst vor aktien wo man mittels 3000 euro ein kursanhebung von 5-10% bewirken kann

dieses bild,daß ein "sammler" der in paar tagen einige zehntausend shares eingesammelt hat (und dadurch alleine einen sprung von 100 oder mehr prozent hervorgerufen hat)die auf einmal auf den markt wirf würde mir den schlaf rauben

natürlich kann man bei der mk kauf fehler machen,aber wie gesagt-solange dort stundenlang auf ein umsatz zu warten ist lasse ich lieber meine finger davon

was bringt mir ein schönen plus wenn ich in stunde x meine shares gar nicht schnell verkaufen kann

Angst an der Börse ist die Garantie zum Misserfolg!

Angst vor einem vom Markt mit nur 5.5 Mio, MK bewerteten Titel wie der Kinbauri wegen der minimalen Umsätze von 20000 Euro pro Tag zu haben ist völlig unangebracht.

Die Gelegenheit einen Titel billig, und fast ganz unten zu kaufen, boten Explorer in der Vergangenheit praktisch immer jeweil bei statischen, und mikrigen Umsätzen.

Wenn die Umsätze anziehen muss es zwar nicht zu spät sein um einzusteigen, aber es ist dann eben bereits um einiges teurer, bei Explorern kann dies schnell mal einen Unterschied von 50%, 100%, oder mehr bedeuten.

Doch dieser Umstand scheint Dir leider noch nicht bekannt zu sein, sonst würdest Du die Chance erkennen, und nicht davor Angst haben einen Titel zu kaufen, bevor er durch eine positive Meldung, oder eine Kaufsempfehlung, plötzlich starke Umsätze vorweisen kann.

CARP, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 16, 2006) - Kinbauri Gold Corp (TSX VENTURE:KNB - News) is pleased to announce the results of the three holes drilled on the Pozo del Ingles vein system during the recently completed drill program at its Corcoesto gold project in northwestern Spain. The holes were drilled to test the continuity and strength of zone P.I. 20 at depth and the extent of two high grade shoots (P.I. 20W and P.I. 20E) within P.I. 20. All significant intercepts are listed in Table 1.

DDH 06K14, drilled to a depth of 485.05m on section 3710E, intercepted
the hanging wall of P.I. 20 (P.I. 20H) at a down-hole depth of 275m and
the foot wall of P.I.20 (P.I. 20F) at a down-hole depth of 340m. High
grade gold intercepts in DDH 06K14 included: - 5.30g/t over 1m beginning at 236.6m (P.I. 27);
- 6.41g/t over 2m beginning at 276.65m and including 11.74g/t over
1m (P.I. 20H);
- 5.45g/t over 4.5m beginning at 340m and including 7.95g/t over 2m
(P.I. 20F).The P.I. 20F intercept was approximately 130m down-dip and 50m
laterally from the P.I. 20 intercept on DDH 05K5, which intersected
10.64g Au/t over 2 m at a down-hole depth of 212.2m .DDH 06K20, drilled to a depth of 289.55m on Section 3460E to test the
extension of P.I. 20W, had the following high grade gold intercepts: - 10.26g/t over 2.5m beginning at 222m and including 18.6g/t over
1m;
- 4.93g/t over 3.55 beginning at 264.75m and including 8.4g/t over
1.4m.The first intercept appears to correlate with an intercept,
approximately 110m up-dip within P.I. 20W, in DDH 05K2 of 19.34g/t

CARP, ONTARIO, Aug 9, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --
Kinbauri Gold Corp. ("Kinbauri") (TSX VENTURE:KNB) is pleased to announce that its 2006 fall program, expected to encompass between 5,000 to 6,500m of drilling, is underway at the Corcoesto gold property ("Corcoesto") in northwestern Spain. The drill program will primarily target areas favourable to adding new significant shallow, open-pittable resources to open-pittable resources previously delineated by Rio Narcea Gold Mines, Ltd. ("RNGM").

Initial drilling comprising 18A holes for a total of approximately 1,800m will target the Picotos vein systems ("Picotos") in the northern part of Corcoesto. Picotos appears to have good potential for new open-pittable gold resources; it is marked by Roman workings and shallow adit development completed during the early part of the 20th Century. Geochemical soil surveys and geological mapping of highly silicified auriferous structures at Picotos suggest that individual veins may have strike lengths up to and in excess of 500m. Previously sampled trenches by RNGM and Kinbauri yielded values of:

- 23.6g Au/t over 5.2m, including 98g Au/t over 1.2m;
- 7.7g Au/t over 6m, including 15.8g Au/t over 2m;
- 4.3g Au/t over 6m, including 5.8g Au/t over 4m;
- 2.7g Au/t over 8m, including 7.7g Au/t over 2 m;
- 2.5g Au/t over 7m, including 6.8g Au/t over 2m;
- 1.2g Au/t over 13m, including 2.3g Au/t over 4m;
Numerous auriferous zones have been recorded in other trenches.

Kinbauri previously intercepted 5g Au/t over 5.25m, including 10.2g Au/t over 1.15m and 1.53g Au/t over 8.9m, including 3g Au/t over 2m at shallow depths in DDH 06K15 at Picotos (see press release dated May 31st, 2006). The few drill holes completed by RNGM at Picotos also intercepted auriferous zones at shallow depths.

Further drilling at Corcoesto will be subject to confirmation of Kinbauri's planned drill program by Ore Reserves Engineering of Lakewood, Colorado, whom is presently preparing a mineral resource estimate compliant with NI 43-101 (the "Total Resources") incorporating new resources identified during Kinbauri's recent drill programs (totalling some 4,378 metres) with the resources previously identified by RNGM; the report will address resources accessible by open pit and by underground mining. Management is confident that the Total Resources in combination with new resources delineated by this fall's planned program will advance the project to a point where a preliminary economic study for development of a mine can be undertaken.

Kinbauri has also been notified that the Ministry of Industry in Spain has proposed that Kinbauri receive a subsidy totalling 20 percent of its 2006 calendar year exploration expenses (to a maximum of 199,907 euros); the pro-rated subsidy is subject to Kinbauri expending a minimum of 750,000 euros during calendar year 2006; formal approval of the proposal by the Spanish government is expected shortly.

Kinbauri is a junior gold exploration company with 9,469,189 common shares issued and outstanding and 10,217,189 fully diluted. Kinbauri can earn a 65 percent interest in Corcoesto from RNGM by expending 4,000,000 euros over five years (for full details see press release of March 7, 2005).

Es zeichnet sich immer stärker ab, dass die Kinbauri Gold nach der kürzlich zu 55 Cents stattgefundenen Privatplazierung nun einen weiteren Versuch unternimmt ihr altes allzeithoch zu knacken. Der vergangene Anstieg der letzten Wochen fand bei marginalen Umsätzen statt.

Ich würde nur zugerne wissen wohin der Kurs steigt, wenn grössere Umsätze zu verzeichnen sind.

Die Marktkapitalisierung Kinbauris beträgt gerade erst 5.5 Millionen CAD. Also noch viel Platz nach oben.

Kinbauri Signs Option to Purchase Rio Narcea Gold Assets in Spain

Kinbauri Gold Corp. ("Kinbauri") (TSX VENTURE:KNB - News) is pleased to announce that in accordance with the Letter of Intent announced on October 30, 2006, it has signed the Option to Purchase Agreement for a cost of $100,000 US. The option provides for purchase of certain facilities and mineral assets lying within the Rio Narcea Gold Belt in northern Spain (the "Assets") from Rio Narcea Gold Mines, Ltd. ("RNGM") for a total of $5,000,000 US on or before March 30(th), 2007 (the "Transaction"). Kinbauri is required to provide a Notice of Intent to Purchase by no later than February 15(th), 2007. Completion of the Transaction is subject to Canadian and Spanish regulatory approval.

Assets to be Purchased

The Assets comprise the El Valle Mill and auxiliary facilities, the El Valle Mine, the Carles Mine and two further properties within the Rio Narcea Gold Belt, namely Godán and La Brueva (for more details see attached Schedule A). The Assets no longer form part of RNGM's core assets for its growth strategy and as of the end of 2006 it initiated placing the El Valle Mill, the El Valle Mine and Carles Mine on care and maintenance. As of December 31(st) , 2005, RNGM reported the following resources for El Valle and Carles:

RNGM stated its mineral reserves and resources in accordance with the definitions adopted by CIM on August 20, 2000. They were prepared by or under the direction of Alan C. Noble, Ore Reserves Engineering, Colorado, USA, an independent qualified person as defined by N.I. 43-101. Kinbauri will be filing a technical report within 45 days to support the stated December 31(st), 2005 resources; if there are any changes, they will be disclosed forthright. As of January 15(th), 2007, the above stated resources need to be reduced by approximately 258,483t as 97,021t grading 3.46g Au/t and 1.03% Cu were mined at El Valle and 161,462t grading 4.67g Au/t and 0.72% Cu at Carles were mined during 2006. It should be noted that RNGM has indicated that the economic viability of the resources as stated in the above table are not demonstratable.

Due Diligence Completed -- Planned Activities at Mine

Upon completion of the Transaction, Kinbauri will concentrate its initial exploration and definition drilling on Area 107 and Black Skarn North within the El Valle/Boinas Mine to expedite the rejuvenation of operations within the Rio Narcea Gold Belt. During the course of Kinbauri's due diligence, an experienced mining/exploration team consisting of Mr. Louis Dionne (ex-Senior VP, Underground Operations, Barrick Gold Corporation), Mr. Jean Bailly (over 20 years of experience in mine development and management) and Mr. Claude Britt (Director, Kinbauri Gold Corp.) reviewed operations at El Valle and Carles. The team was encouraged with their findings. In their opinion, the most credible plan to rejuvenate operations is by expanding resources and confirming reserves through drilling and investigating the feasibility of various mining methods for Area 107 and Black Skarn North. Other prospective areas/zones with significant resources were confirmed, but would not support immediate mine development.

Of the resources reported by RNGM for December 31, 2005; Black Skarn North provided 506,668t of inferred resources containing 81,424 ounces Au (average grade 5g/t) and 50,004t Cu (average grade 0.99%); and Area 107 provided 835,834t of inferred resources containing 304,116 ounces Au (average grade 10.73g/t) . Resources for Area 107 were based on intercepts reported in attached Table 1, which lists holes intercepting for Area 107 plus significant gold values for these holes (a longitudinal section is also attached for reference). Most intercepts were previously reported in RNGM's press release of January 20(th), 2006. Some of the most significant gold intercepts are listed below (true widths range from 90% to 95% for intercepts reported below).

In their press release of January 20(th), 2006, RNGM reported that quality control (QC) for sample preparation and analysis of samples for the drill programs at Area 107 followed procedures designed for the El Valle deposits by independent consultant, Alan Noble of Ore Reserves Engineering, Colorado, U.S.A., to meet or exceed the requirements of National Instrument 43-101. This QC program includes the use of blanks, duplicates and standard reference samples, in conjunction with systematic check assays in external laboratories. Compilation of all drill results for the 107 Area was supervised by Dr. C.F. Gleeson, Kinbauri's Vice-President of Exploration and a qualified person under N.I. 43-101. Dr. Gleeson, as part of Kinbauri's due diligence program, visited the El Valle/Boinas Mine site and core facility in late October.

Simon Britt Appointed CFO

Kinbauri is also pleased to announce that Mr. Simon N. Britt has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Britt received a Bachelor of Commerce from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, University of Montreal in 2000 and was engaged in auditing and financial analyst for Deloitte between 2000 and 2005. Presently, he is Vice-President of Finance for Venture Corporate Outsourcing Services; providing financial and regulatory advice to public companies.

A) El Valle/Boinas

1. Mineral rights (exploitation permits) where all reserves and resources of El Valle/Boinas are located including areas with reasonable expansion potential.

Surface rights (ownership or control) of all land required to carry mining activities except the "old" tailings pond where restoration (by RNGM) will take place and other dumps that are in restoration. It includes the land where the "new" in-pit tailings facility is located, plus all access and surface infrastructure.

3. El Valle mill and auxiliary facilities.

A mill constructed in late 1997 with name plate capacity of 600,000 t/y but where subsequent expansions have enabled to treat over 750,000 t/y depending on ore types. The installation includes circuits of: primary crushing; ore stockpile and reclaim; SAG and ball milling; pebble crushing; several stages of flotation; concentrate thickening and filtration, gravity circuit (several stages of spirals; 3 knelsons and shaking tables); CIL circuit; cyanide destruction (INCO) system including SO2 storage; carbon regeneration; elution electro mining, calcining and smelting for dore production; reagent preparation; water recovery systems; gas storage; all other auxiliary installations of electrical supply and control boilers, gas heaters, blowers, compressors, etc.

4. Surface buildings for plant and mine such as offices, warehouses, maintenance shops, change houses, equipped fire assay laboratory, etc.

5. Underground workings and auxiliary fixed installaations like main and auxiliary ventilation; pumping system; electrical distribution, etc. It includes mine and surface water treatment circuit.

6. Tailing facility at "El Valle pit", lined pond with drainages and pumping system. The facility has not been used with tailings. Permits are in place but exclude bonds (recoverable) required to operate with tailings.

7. Sample preparation plant and core storage, including core and samples.

B) Carles

1. Mineral rights (exploitation permits) where all reserves and resources of Carles are located including areas with reasonable expansion potential.

2. Surface rights required to carry all underground mining activities. Includes access to portal, ventilation, drainage, water decant, old open pit, etc.

3. Surface facilities such as house refurbished as office, electrical line and substation, etc.

4. Underground workings and auxiliary fixed installations like main and auxiliary ventilation, pumping system, electrical distribution, etc.

C) Narcea belt

Godan/La Ortosa, and La Brueva concessions volume gold intercepts or resources have been found.

It includes all those concessions that the company had an option to buy with a rental such as those where some of the prospects known as Sta Marina,

Villaverde, Pontigo, Pepito are located

D) Others

1. Files of all geological data in the properties mentioned in A, B and C, including all reports available, core, samples, duplicates, etc.

2. Technical information, operating manuals, technical projects, etc, relating to the El Valle/Boinas and Carles operations.

3. All office supplies, furniture, computers, etc, available at the offices corresponding to the mentioned operations excluding licences and hardware required to operate mining software like Datamine, GIS programs or Whittle among others.
