Unsere treue Leseri Britney befindet sich momentan in Hong Kong und scheint auch ansonsten ganz nette Kontakte zu haben. So kam es, daß sie uns nach dem neuen MSi Nettop gestern nun auch noch Infos und Bilder eines neuen Netbooks namens Ölevia X10A übermitteln konnte, das in China wohl echt ein Renner ist.
Hier mal ein Auszug aus dem, was Britney uns dazu mitteilen konnte: “Das Ölevia Netbook X10A (Linux Edition) ist in Hong Kong der Renner. Es kostet 280 Euro!!! 2800 HKD.
Olevia X10A ist ein 10-inch Netbook . Es ist ein Ableger des Onkyo Netbook’s C1 (auch bekannt als Hello Kitty Version) aus Japan. Das X10A hat einen Intel Atom N270 mit typischen 1.60GHz, Intel 945GME, 1GB RAM, VGA Port,Mikrofon und Kopfhörer Buchse, SD Cardreader, 160GB SATa HDD, Wi-Fi b/g und ist mit 50 Euro Aufpreis auch mit Windows XP und HSDPA Modem erhältlich.
Es wiegt1.3kg. Maße liegen bei 265 x 185 x 25mm. Das Netbook wirkt trotz Plastik recht hochwertig und ist ziemlich schlank. Erhältlich ist es für 2880 HKD auch bei der Elektronikgruppe Broadway in Hong Kong. Sowas wie Saturn bei uns.

Seit Monaten schwanken die Kurse an den Börsen extrem. Tagesgewinnen von mehr als 10 % folgen schon kurz darauf kräftige Verluste. In der Tendenz ging es zuletzt zwar eher abwärts. Aus technischer Sicht ist bei einem Indexstand des Dax in Höhe von 3650 Punkten - hier liegt das mehrjährige Tief vom Herbst 2004 - eine kräftige technische Erholung wahrscheinlich.
Doch selbst wenn es zur kleinen Rally an den Börsen kommen sollte, sollten die Anleger eines beachten: "Ihr schlimmster Feind sind sie selbst." Dies soll die Investmentlegende Benjamin Graham einmal in Anspielung auf die menschliche Psyche gesagt haben.
Die menschliche Psyche ist für die Börse nicht geschaffen. Alle technischen und fundamentalen Analysen bringen letztlich keinen Erfolg, wenn Anleger ihre Nerven nicht unter Kontrolle haben. Das muss man wissen. Anleger, die in den vergangenen zehn Jahren aktiv am Börsengeschehen beteiligt waren, können ein Lied davon singen.
Vermutlich haben viele Privatanleger alle guten Tipps beherzigt, einen super Aktienratgeber gelesen, hatten ein wirklich gutes Gefühl - und dann das! Die Aktienkurse spielen verrückt. Aus Gewinnern werden Verlierer und umgekehrt, und überhaupt ist alles voll verdreht. Nach zehn Jahren Engagement bleibt unterm Strich kein Gewinn, oft sogar ein Verlust. Wie kann das sein?
Auch das Börsengeschehen wird durch Gefühle, viel Unterbewusstes und tief verwurzelte psychologische Verhaltensmuster mitgesteuert. Es werden immer wieder die gleichen Fehler gemacht, irrationale Entscheidungen getroffen. Warum sonst entstehen Blasen, und warum platzen sie? Klar, wir sind eben nur Menschen. Es ist ja nicht so, dass die Börse losgelöst von dieser Welt funktioniert. Sie ist keine mathematische Formel, die ihr Ergebnis aus logischen Bestandteilen erzielt. Der Faktor, der die Börse unberechenbar macht, ist - der Mensch. Daher gilt: Wer als Anleger seine Schwächen kennt, ist besser dran. Diese Einsicht ist die wichtigste Voraussetzung für langfristigen Erfolg.
Warum nur kaufen Anleger all die Aktien, die sie kaufen? Die Antwort ist ernüchternd: Anleger begeistern sich nicht unbedingt für gewinnstarke und unterbewertete Unternehmen, denn die muss man ja erst finden. Wer eine Aktie kaufen möchte, kann zwischen Tausenden wählen. Das Angebot überfordert selbst Profis.
Viele lösen das Problem, vermutlich unbewusst, indem sie einfach nur jene Aktien in Erwägung ziehen, die ihre Aufmerksamkeit erregen, sei es, weil sie in die Schlagzeilen geraten sind oder weil sie heftige Kursausschläge verbuchen. Leider ist das nicht zu ihrem Vorteil, denn: "Aktien, die großes Aufsehen erregen, neigen dazu, sich künftig schlechter zu entwickeln als jene, die zuvor verkauft wurden", erklärt Günter T. Schlösser, geschäftsführender Gesellschafter des Kölner Vermögensverwalters Portfolio Concept. Was tun? Privatinvestoren sollten ihre Anlageentscheidungen an festen Grundsätzen ausrichten und nicht nach jeder Neuigkeit handeln.
Eine wichtige Regel an der Börse lautet: Hin und her macht Taschen leer. Doch unbeirrt von solchen Binsenweisheiten kaufen und verkaufen die Anleger munter Aktien, schichten ihr Depot häufig um - und erzielen damit vor allem eine hohe Spesenabrechnung. Studien belegen: Je öfter das Depot umgeschichtet wird, desto geringer der Ertrag. Warum so hyperaktiv? "Investoren sind zu selbstsicher", sagt Martin Weber, Professor an der Universität Mannheim. "Sie überschätzen notorisch ihre Fähigkeiten als Investoren."
Läuft eine Aktie gut, erzählen viele Anleger ihren Freunden und Bekannten, was für ein cleverer Aktienhecht man ist. Manche reden sich ein, Kurse vorhersagen zu können oder ein bestimmtes Erfolgssystem zu kenne. Gefährlich! Denn wenn man erst einmal so weit ist, fängt man an, sich gnadenlos zu überschätzen. Man fühlt sich unbesiegbar und unterschätzt die Kursrisiken.
Rutscht die Aktie in die Verlustzone, spielen viele Anleger Vogel Strauß, nur um sich den Irrtum nicht eingestehen zu müssen. Stattdessen setzten sie alles in Bewegung, um doch noch Bestätigung für ihre Entscheidung zu erhalten. Das Hirn setzt aus, das Gefühl siegt.
Oder der Stolz. Die Aktie wird auf Teufel komm raus gehalten, wenigsten den Einstandskurs soll sie eines Tages wieder erreichen. Denn sobald man die Aktie abstößt, materialisiert sich nicht nur der Geldverlust, sondern, noch schlimmer, auch die Fehlentscheidung. Das ist einer der Gründe, warum Investoren Verluste zu lange laufen lassen.

Vermutlich haben viele Privatanleger alle guten Tipps beherzigt, einen super Aktienratgeber gelesen, hatten ein wirklich gutes Gefühl - und dann das! Die Aktienkurse spielen verrückt. Aus Gewinnern werden Verlierer und umgekehrt, und überhaupt ist alles voll verdreht. Nach zehn Jahren Engagement bleibt unterm Strich kein Gewinn, oft sogar ein Verlust. Wie kann das sein?
Auch das Börsengeschehen wird durch Gefühle, viel Unterbewusstes und tief verwurzelte psychologische Verhaltensmuster mitgesteuert. Es werden immer wieder die gleichen Fehler gemacht, irrationale Entscheidungen getroffen. Warum sonst entstehen Blasen, und warum platzen sie? Klar, wir sind eben nur Menschen. Es ist ja nicht so, dass die Börse losgelöst von dieser Welt funktioniert. Sie ist keine mathematische Formel, die ihr Ergebnis aus logischen Bestandteilen erzielt. Der Faktor, der die Börse unberechenbar macht, ist - der Mensch. Daher gilt: Wer als Anleger seine Schwächen kennt, ist besser dran. Diese Einsicht ist die wichtigste Voraussetzung für langfristigen Erfolg.
Warum nur kaufen Anleger all die Aktien, die sie kaufen? Die Antwort ist ernüchternd: Anleger begeistern sich nicht unbedingt für gewinnstarke und unterbewertete Unternehmen, denn die muss man ja erst finden. Wer eine Aktie kaufen möchte, kann zwischen Tausenden wählen. Das Angebot überfordert selbst Profis.
Viele lösen das Problem, vermutlich unbewusst, indem sie einfach nur jene Aktien in Erwägung ziehen, die ihre Aufmerksamkeit erregen, sei es, weil sie in die Schlagzeilen geraten sind oder weil sie heftige Kursausschläge verbuchen. Leider ist das nicht zu ihrem Vorteil, denn: "Aktien, die großes Aufsehen erregen, neigen dazu, sich künftig schlechter zu entwickeln als jene, die zuvor verkauft wurden", erklärt Günter T. Schlösser, geschäftsführender Gesellschafter des Kölner Vermögensverwalters Portfolio Concept. Was tun? Privatinvestoren sollten ihre Anlageentscheidungen an festen Grundsätzen ausrichten und nicht nach jeder Neuigkeit handeln.
Eine wichtige Regel an der Börse lautet: Hin und her macht Taschen leer. Doch unbeirrt von solchen Binsenweisheiten kaufen und verkaufen die Anleger munter Aktien, schichten ihr Depot häufig um - und erzielen damit vor allem eine hohe Spesenabrechnung. Studien belegen: Je öfter das Depot umgeschichtet wird, desto geringer der Ertrag. Warum so hyperaktiv? "Investoren sind zu selbstsicher", sagt Martin Weber, Professor an der Universität Mannheim. "Sie überschätzen notorisch ihre Fähigkeiten als Investoren."
Läuft eine Aktie gut, erzählen viele Anleger ihren Freunden und Bekannten, was für ein cleverer Aktienhecht man ist. Manche reden sich ein, Kurse vorhersagen zu können oder ein bestimmtes Erfolgssystem zu kenne. Gefährlich! Denn wenn man erst einmal so weit ist, fängt man an, sich gnadenlos zu überschätzen. Man fühlt sich unbesiegbar und unterschätzt die Kursrisiken.
Rutscht die Aktie in die Verlustzone, spielen viele Anleger Vogel Strauß, nur um sich den Irrtum nicht eingestehen zu müssen. Stattdessen setzten sie alles in Bewegung, um doch noch Bestätigung für ihre Entscheidung zu erhalten. Das Hirn setzt aus, das Gefühl siegt.
Oder der Stolz. Die Aktie wird auf Teufel komm raus gehalten, wenigsten den Einstandskurs soll sie eines Tages wieder erreichen. Denn sobald man die Aktie abstößt, materialisiert sich nicht nur der Geldverlust, sondern, noch schlimmer, auch die Fehlentscheidung. Das ist einer der Gründe, warum Investoren Verluste zu lange laufen lassen.

A trustee said in October the company was improperly managed to benefit parts supplier Taiwan Kolin Co.
“This insolvency was caused by fraud,” shareholder Charles M. Cerny said in court yesterday in Wilmington. Cerny, 55, of Brooklyn, New York, and his family own shares of Syntax once valued at US$360,000 that are now worthless.
In four lawsuits filed in the U.S., investors seek millions of dollars, alleging that former executives of the company made false financial statements and knowingly participated in the fraudulent transfer of money to Kolin.

Pleasure and excitement are fleeting – forbearance and self-denial are forever.
And think of the effect it will have on your home. Just look what happened to Syntax Brillian. They tried to have it all. In their heedless hubris, they thought they could manufacture a superlative 65” TV and sell it at a low price, and they boogied themselves right into Chapter 11. Sure, they promise to honor their on-site warranty coverage, but unfortunately, no warranty can put their company back together again. And the optional SquareTrade extended warranty might cover defects in this TV…but can it repair the damage to your mind, body, and soul?
Clearly, the responsible thing to do is to pretend like you never heard about this Olevia 265TFHD 65” 1080p LCD HDTV. Once you fall prey to its siren song of enormous, super-sharp video quality, your natural preference for calm, quiet reflection will be spoiled. You’ll spend all your free time immersed in enticing, exciting programming on the clear, vibrant theater-sized TV screen, marvelling at how lifelike and dynamic everything looks.
And that would be a real shame, wouldn’t it?

The disclosure is just that - a disclosure. There is still a confirmation hearing on April 21st (1:30 pm)that will be held in Wilmington. And you can voice your objection to the plan in writing by April 13.
See the guidelines for objections to comfirmation of the plan - on last page.
Don't wait for anybody to do it on your behalf. The more people we have objecting, the more likely we will be to have input into how this whole thing ends.
I would suggest objecting on the following grounds.
1. The original petition plan is not being submitted by an authorized party. The petition was approved by a board of directors made up of the fraudsters who looted the company. And the plan is being submitted by Gregory Rayburn who has perjured himself and who was appointed by the illegitimate board of directors who filed the petition.
2. The plan gives immunity to individuals and entities - including estate professionals - that deserve to be probed.
3. The petition was filed to cover up fraud and the plan is designed to cover up the cover up.
4. The value of the estate is in dispute and the debtors figures do not include possible restitution from Silver Point, FTI and Greenberg Traurig.
5. There is now a formal SEC investigation and a probe by the Attorney General's Bankruptcy Fraud Task Force.
6. There is an alternative - a case trustee or a conversion to a chapter 7.
7. If enough shareholders show up at the confirmation hearing to speak up - that would give us a a certain amount of leverage.
People can add their ideas below.
I have also filed a motion to dismiss the entire case as a fraudulent filing - that will be heard on April 15th.
