Gestern schoss der Aktienkurs von Cyberads Inc. um über 41 % in die Höhe. Und das bei einem Rekordvolumen in Höhe von 13,855,437 Aktien So ein gigantisches Volumen hatte CYAD noch nie! Das tägliche Durchschnittsvolumen liegt normalerweise bei 696,811 Aktien. Gestern war also fast 20-facher Handel!

Grund hierfür war der Erwerb von "Rhino Off-Road Industries".

Zu Handelsbeginn konnte der Kurs kurzweilig weit über 150 % Kurszuwachs verbuchen.

Angesichts der lächerlichen Market-Cap in Höhe von 3.19M ist CYAD für mich ein klarer Kauf.

Nun gehört "Rhino Off-Road Industries" komplett Cyberads und der Kurs ist gerade mal bei 0,024!

Das Mindestpotenzial liegt meiner Meinung nach bei 100 % Kurschance.

Angenommen Cyberads könnte lediglich 1 Prozent des 40 Milliardenmarkts für sich entscheiden. Der Aktienkurs wäre nicht wiederzuerkennen!

The Billings Gazette describes the Rhino RTV as a “cross between an all-terrain vehicle and a monster truck.” The Rhino is a custom-built vehicle that has the tires of a monster truck, the rollcage of a dragster, and looks like an overgrown ATV. According the article, the average Rhino is 10 feet long and 6 feet wide, powered by a four-cylinder car engine and weighs a little more than one ton. The manufacturers describe the vehicle as essentially indestructable - “We tried to do everything we could to break the machine and we couldn’t break it.” The paper reports that the Nevada-based manufacturer is producing 10 to 15 Rhinos every month and dealerships have been established in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Utah and Montana. The Rhino costs between $25,000 and $27,000 depending on options, which include four wheel steering.

ich will mir gar nicht vorstellen was mit dem kurs passiert, wenn die zulassung für das x-board jetzt auch noch kommt.

wie schnell es nach oben geht hat man ja gestern gesehen.
innerhalb einer halben stunde von 0,017 auf 0,043.

ich glaube dann gibts kein halten mehr.

das gestern gezockt wurde ist klar, aber der abverkauf hat ebenfalls gestern stattgefunden.

allerdings sehe ich den verlauf dieser woche als entscheident.

wenn der kurs nachgibt steigen viele wieder aus und der kurs verdümpelt bei kleinerem volumen.

wichtig ist, dass ein interesse aufkommt. leider muss ih da auch die jungs von cyad in die pflicht ziehen, deren stockpromotion leider sehr mangelhaft ist. die sollten einfach mal nen buisnessplan aufstellen und die welt sähe ganz anders aus.

freut mich daß hier wieder Leben rein kommt und für die die bislang ausgeharrt haben.
Diese Meldung der Übernahme an Rhino-ORI sorgt endlich mal wieder für positive Schlagzeilen.
Schade nur daß CYAD keinen Businessplan für die Shareholders ausgibt dann wäre zumindest etwas Transparenz zu spüren.

Nun denn, wenn sich die Nachrichtenlage weiterhin bessern sollte, dann leg ich gerne wieder nach, auch zu einem etwas höherem Kurs.

HSIG has broken ground on a 100,000 square foot facility, which is large enough to produce 5000 RTVs per year. The first phase will include two product lines housed in 30,000 square feet with annual production of up to 1000 RTVs. In order to meet production demand, the facility will feature in-house tube-bending, laser cutting and a large powder-coating facility. Additionally an on-site off-road testing area will be built. Engineers from ROI are scheduled to be on-site at the facility in Q3 to manage the set-up of the production lines, train engineering and production staff and program manufacturing equipment.

Executive management at ROI has extensive off-shore manufacturing background with particular experience in this region of China. ROI staff will work side-by-side with the HSIG team in the new factory in China. Das was du geschrieben hast, stimmt genau.
Man hat sich übrigens für China entschieden, weil dort
günstig und schnell produziert wird.
Die Produktion wird von den ROI Planern und Entwerfern
der Fahrzeuge persönlich überwacht.
Es soll sogar Tests der Fahrzeuge geben.
5000 Stück pro Jahr hört sich mehr als gut an.

Das ist nicht im momentanen Cyberadskurs eingepreist.

2. Das Handelsvolumen stimmt ebenfalls. Sehr hoch!
3. Durch die Aquisition wurden neue Assets geschaffen.

Nicht gleich wieder schmeissen- es können nicht jeden Tag 100% rauskommen; nach so einer Explosion geht es etwas gemächlicher weiter. Aber es sind doch alles positive Signale (News, USA, etc.)!
Also- jeder ist dankbar für billige Shares von Dir (ich würd sie aber lieber behalten)!

Ich sehe aus charttechnischer Sicht beträchtliches Potenzial.
Das zeigt nicht nur der Stoch an sondern auch der RSI und MACD
liefern klare Kaufsignale.
Das was man hier allerdings mitbringen muß ist eine Menge Geduld.
Die habe ich zum Glück.

Es sind "wenigstens" 120% in 2 Tagen (vielleicht nicht für uns, weil zu spät eingestiegen; aber 120% für Aktie)! Dazu noch gute News- aber manchmal geht eben nicht mehr innerhalb von 48 Stunden. Soll ja auch keine neue deBeira oder VPH werden als sogenannte Eintagsfliegen.
Die USA schließen heute wohl recht ordentlich; in Deutschland nach gestrigem Kurshype auch kein Minus vor dem Schlusskurs- das ist mehr als zufriedenstellend, wenngleich auch ich selber recht teuer rein bin-leider eben nicht schon gestern oder vorgestern.

Morgen gehts weiter- da machen erst mal wir den Kurs bis USA öffnen- es liegt in unseren Händen.

Schwach finde ich allerdings unseren Absteig innerhalb des W-O-Forums- müssten wirklich ein paar Plätze besser stehen!!!

Also auf gehts!!! Die News sind auch schon da, bloß verschnaufen muss jeder mal!

The company will continue to maintain R&D and engineering/design activities at the corporate headquarters in Henderson, Nevada.

Die Chinesen haben bereits Interesse an mind. 1000 Fahrzeugen bekundet. Nach dem China`s Automesse bald stattfindet, wird hier der Bedarf ausgelotet. Die Chinesen haben anderes zu tun, als den Bedarf an 1000 Fahrzeugen zu bekunden, nur aus Spaß. Da kommt was. Das Contract-Volumen wird heftig sein. 20 000 x 1 000 = 20 000 000 Dollar. Wobei man von der Hälfte, also 10 Mio. Dollar ausgehen kann. Die Chinesen wollen ja auch was verdienen.

Man muss sich vor Augen halten, dass die Leerverkäufer erst bei 9 Cent im Minus sind, so tief wurde CYAD schon leerverkauft. D. h. ab einem schwindelerenden Kursniveaus von 9 Cent, erst dann laufen die Leerverkäufer in die Verlustzone und MÜSSEN Aktien kaufen wie wahnsinnig! 22,7 Mio. x 10 Cent = 2,27 Mio. Dollars. Nachdem nicht alle Aktien schlagartig zu 10 zurückgekauft werden können, ist es realistischer, dass sie zu 11, 12 14, usw. kaufen müssen. Wir alle haben sehr viel Zeit dann zu verkaufen. Jetzt heißt es warten auf den definitiven Vertrag. Es ist vollkommen egal der CYAD Kurs bis dahin steht.
