      Golden Goliath Resources Ltd (C:GNG)
      Shares Issued 42,283,561
      Last Close 3/1/2007 $0.44
      Friday March 02 2007 - News Release

      Mr. J. Paul Sorbara reports

MORE HIGH GRADE ASSAYS FROM UNDERGROUND WORKINGS

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. has received assay results from additional sampling of underground workings on its Las Bolas property. These latest values come from three different areas, all of which are outside of the recently announced newly opened underground zone which averaged 422.02 grams of silver per tonne (or 12.24 ounces silver per ton) and 0.23 g/t Au (herein called the new high-grade zone or NHGZ). Two of these newly sampled areas lie below the new high-grade zone, along the Las Bolas mine workings. The first of these two zones occurs about 50 metres vertically below and 150 metres west of the NHGZ. Twelve contiguous chip samples taken from this 15-metre stretch of the Las Bolas mine returned a weighted averaged of 280.6 g/t silver with 0.27 g/t gold. The second of the newly sampled Las Bolas working zones also occurs about 50 metres below the NHGZ, but extends about 25 metres farther to the east. This 35-metre zone has a weighted average of 43.61 g/t silver with 0.49 g/t gold, including a 3.1-metre section that averages 243.95 g/t silver and 2.84 g/t gold. The third area of new results lies just above and approximately 50 metres to the west of the NHGZ in an extension of the Gambusino mine workings. A total of 28.35 metres of chip samples were collected from these non-linear workings. The overall weighted average of all 28.35 metres is 1,090.97 g/t silver and 0.67 g/t gold.

The company recently received the results of the new induced polarization geophysical survey completed in the Las Bolas-El Manto area, which was commissioned in order to aid in the selection of drill targets. The results show a distinctive signature coincident with the new high-grade zone at a depth of 75 metres below surface. The company is very pleased that this anomaly extends at least 700 metres from the NHGZ into an area not previously drilled. At least two new holes are planned to test this extension of the NHGZ anomaly.

The final diamond drill contract has been signed and the length has been adjusted to allow for an expansion of the originally planned program from the proceeds of the recently announced financing. The drilling contractor has informed the company that he anticipates being on site by March 6.

      March 28, 2007 PR 10/07 US:GGTH-F

      Second Drill Proposed For Uruachic

The Company is pleased to announce that it is currently negotiating for a second
diamond drill for the major program now underway at it’s 100% owned Uruachic mining
camp properties. The second drill, which will be available in about two weeks, would
allow the Company to be more aggressive in its exploration efforts.
Further to the Company’s news release of March 1, the Company anticipates the close
of its $6 million financing in mid April.
Currently, drilling is underway in the area of the old San Martin mine on the San
Timoteo property. The old San Martin adit, which is the only one in the Uruachic camp
known to have tracks, lies just above the bottom of the arroyo, some 275 vertical metres
below the recent drilling. The old records state that the average production grade from
San Martin was 7.8 gm gold/tonne and 1038 gm silver/tonne. The records state that the
structure is 2.2 metres wide and 1,000 metres long. Assays for the last four short holes
drilled near the San Timoteo workings returned only two intervals with values over 30
gm silver/tonne. Assay results will be released in batches once they have been
received and analyzed by the Company.

Vancouver, BC – Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into
an option agreement with Comstock Capital Corp. on Golden Goliath’s Corona and Chamizal
properties. Under the terms of the agreement Comstock Capital has the right to earn a 60%
      interest in the Corona property
, which lies in the northwest corner of the Uruachic mining camp
in Chihuahua’s Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range. In order to exercise the Corona
Option, Comstock Capital must spend $500,000 in work expenditures on the Corona Property

stock exchange, 100,000 shares on the date which is 12 months after the date of listing and
150,000 shares on the date which is 24 months after listing. Once Comstock Capital has
earned its interest a joint venture will be formed.
The agreement also grants Comstock Capital the right to earn a 60% interest in Golden
      Goliath’s Chamizal property
, which lies in central Chihuahua, approximately 80 kilometres west
of the famous Naica Pb-Zn-Ag mine, and about 80 kilometres southwest of the famous Santa

focus its efforts on the central portion of its Uruachic Camp
      . During 2002 and 2003, Golden
Goliath completed 59 reverse circular drill holes on the Corona Property. This work was
successful in outlining the Northeast Zone, which covers an area of widespread gold
mineralization and currently consists of an area of 400 by 700 meters in size. The zone remains
open in several directions. The Company has not conducted an extensive work program on its

      EXPLORATION UPDATE

Mr. Paul Sorbara, President, announces that exploration work is ongoing at the Uruachic mining
camp in northwestern Mexico. The Company has greatly increased its originally planned 4,000
      metre program
as a result of the recently closed financing, which added another $6.6 million to the
treasury. The majority of the additional funds are for drilling. Efforts to add more drill rigs to the
project continue and the Company expects to have a second and potentially third drill on site
soon. The current single rig is now on hole 4 in the San Timoteo area. Assay results have been
received for the first two holes. The first hole, drilled on the Las Animas structure which is several
metres wide, encountered a previously unknown mine working about 150 metres above its
originally planned depth which caused the bit to break, and the hole had to be stopped. This hole,
which returned anomalous values despite not reaching its target depth, was encouraging and will
be re-drilled to avoid the old workings. The second hole, drilled on the Sucursal structure also
returned anonamlous values and also did not reach its target depth. The rig has now working on
shorter holes near the old Las Animas mine to avoid difficulties and to speed up progress.
Drill access roads and drill pads are now under construction in this highly prospective area which
hosts many old high grade silver and gold workings associated with several large structures, each
of which is several metres thick with strike lengths in the order of 1,000 metres. Production grades
from the old Las Animas mine are reported to have been between 5.67 and 7.08 kilograms of
silver per tonne (164.43 to 205.32 oz silver/ton). The nearby San Martin mine is reported to have
      produced grades of 1,038 gms silver/tonne ( 30.10 oz silver/ton) and 7.80 gms gold/tonne ( 0.23
oz gold/ton). Despite the slower than anticipated start, the Company is very pleased with this
area, which will be thoroughly drill tested.
The overall drilling program at the Uruachic camp will now include more than 15,000 metres of
drilling in the San Timoteo, La Reforma and Las Bolas areas
. More drill rigs and personnel will be
added as they become available and management is very optimistic regarding upcoming results.

      Pressemitteilung 13. Juni 2007

      Mr. Paul Sorbara reports

      DRILLING INCREASES AT URUACHIC CAMP

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd.'s second drill rig is now at work in the San Timoteo area of the Uruachic mining camp in northwestern Mexico. This new rig is working on deeper holes in the vicinity of the old San Timoteo and San Martin mine workings. The San Martin mine was one of the largest producers in the Uruachic camp with production grades of 1,038 grams per tonne silver (30.10 ounces per ton silver) and 7.80 g/t gold (0.23 ounce per ton gold) from a structure 800 metres long and 2.2 metres wide.

The original drill continues to work on shallower holes in the vicinity of the old Las Animas mine, which had production grades in the past of about 200 ounces per ton silver.

The company is still actively searching for more rigs, and a proposal from a large Mexican drill company indicates that another machine may be available later this month. Construction of drill access roads and drill pads is now completed at the Las Bolas area, some five kilometres south of San Timoteo. Drill roads and pads are now under construction at the La Reforma area, about three kilometres west of San Timoteo.

The overall drilling program at the Uruachic camp will now include more than 15,000 metres of drilling in the San Timoteo, La Reforma and Las Bolas areas. More drill rigs and personnel will be added as they become available.

Golden Goliath Signs Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Pan American Silver for Development of the Company's La Cruz Property
      9/26/2007

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sep 26, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --
Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GNG)(PINK SHEETS:GGTHF), a junior gold and silver exploration company with primary land holdings and mining targets in Mexico's Sierra Madre Occidental gold belt, is pleased to announce an option and joint venture agreement with a Mexican subsidiary of Pan American Silver Corp. ("Pan American") (NASDAQ:PAAS)(TSX:PAA), for the early stage exploration of Golden Goliath's La Cruz property.

Under the terms of the option agreement, Pan American Silver Corp.'s Mexican subsidiary, Minera Corner Bay S.A. de C.V., has the right to earn a 60% interest in La Cruz by making cash payments totaling US $300,000 and spending US $450,000 on the property over a period of 3 years. The property will consist of: the Company's La Cruz property; additional ground staked around the La Cruz property; and the La Cruzada property for which Pan American's subsidiary already has an option. Golden Goliath will be responsible for 25% of the costs associated with La Cruzada. Upon Minera Corner Bay exercising its option, a 60/40 joint venture would proceed on the La Cruz and newly staked grounds, with Pan American having the right to earn an additional 15% by completing a feasibility study.

The La Cruz property is located in Chihuahua State, on the very eastern edge of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range. La Cruz has extensive old underground mine workings and large old dumps that attest to substantial past activity. The mine workings have been inactive for at least 75 years and there is no record of any exploration drilling having ever been done.

"We are extremely pleased with this agreement as it allows for the exploration and development of La Cruz by a very experienced and respected silver producer," said Paul Sorbara, president of Golden Goliath. "This also allows our Company to continue our focus and exploration efforts on the major drilling campaign now underway at the Uruachic mining camp."

Paul Sorbara, president of Golden Goliath said, "This is a major milestone for Golden Goliath and its shareholders. We are very pleased to be working alongside Pan American during the exploration and development stage of our La Cruz property. Also, with Pan American taking the reins at La Cruz, we will continue to focus the majority of our attention and resources on our Uruachic Camp properties, where a major drilling program is underway with four drill rigs currently at work,"

      About Golden Goliath

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol GNG). The Company is focused on exploring and developing the gold and silver potential of an historic mining camp located in the world famous Sierra Madre Occidental Mountains of northwestern Mexico. Unlike most juniors, which have an option to earn an interest in a single property or a few scattered properties in various areas or countries, Golden Goliath controls an entire old mining camp, or district, that covers an area of 15 by 25 kilometres, with numerous past producing gold and silver mines dating back to the time of the Spaniards. Golden Goliath's Uruachic claims are owned 100% by the Company and are fully paid for with no property option or purchase payments to make.

The following, short interview with Paul we did just a few days ago.
silberinfo: What about the drilling program? How many rigs are currently at work and how many meters have you drilled so far?

      J. Paul Sorbara: We have four rigs working today (Nov. 8) and have drilled about 4,000 metres. This is still the Phase I part of the drilling.

silberinfo: Do you plan to add additional drill rigs?

      J. Paul Sorbara: We may need a larger drill for the Las Bolas holes. In addition, one of the four rigs we currently have is not performing well. It may be replaced with the larger drill.

silberinfo: When do you expect to release the first batch of drill results?

      J. Paul Sorbara: As soon as possible. Hopefully within a week or so. Some samples had to be redone for additional elements.

silberinfo: What are your plans for the further exploration/development of Uruachic?

      J. Paul Sorbara: We will be drilling throughout most of next year finishing Phase I and then doing the follow up Phase II

silberinfo: How much cash do you have? When will you need another financing?

      J. Paul Sorbara: We have about $6.4 million as well as warrants (exerciseable at $0.45 for the next 1.5 years) that would bring us another $6 million. We should not need another financing for quite a while.

silberinfo: Will you probably enter new JV for your projects, or will you do the exploration by your own?

      J. Paul Sorbara: We have recently done a JV with Pan American Silver for our La Cruz property, which is ourside of the Uruachic Camp. Pan American will pay us $300,000 US and do $450,000 in work to earn a 60% interest. We also did an option agreement with Comstock Capital under similar terms for our Corona and Chamizal properties. Corona is in the far northwest corner of the Uruachic camp and work there needs to be done from a local base and not from uruachic. Chamizal is also outside of the Uruachic Camp

silberinfo: When do you expect to release an initial resource calculation?

      J. Paul Sorbara: Not before next year.

silberinfo: In May you optioned Corona and Chamizal to Comstock Capital Corp. What’s the status quo? Did you already start with the exploration?

      J. Paul Sorbara: Yes they are mobilizing for the work right now.

silberinfo: Recently you also optioned La Cruz to Pan American Silver. Are they already exploring this property?

      J. Paul Sorbara: I believe they have already started as their Mexican crew kept calling for permission to go ahead while we were adjusting the final wording in the agreement.

silberinfo: Is the weak US$ a problem for GNG?

      J. Paul Sorbara: NO. Our cash is in Canadian dollars in a Canadian bank. The weak US dollar is a gain for us because for many years the labs and the drilling companies have been insisting on US dollars. Now we are happy they did.

silberinfo: What’s your opinion on how the share price of GNG will perform over the next couple of months?

      J. Paul Sorbara: I think it will perform well, despite the normal year end tax selling.

silberinfo: What do you think about the price of silver? Will it continue to rise in 2008?

      J. Paul Sorbara: Yes, and gold too.

      President’s Message
      December 2007

      Dear Shareholders,
The year 2007 has been a good one for Golden Goliath. The year started with the southern extension of the IP coverage at Las Bolas. This survey yielded important anomalies that coincided with the underground high grade zone connecting the Las Bolas and Gambusino tunnels that was discovered in December 2006, and also with the gold and silver drill intercepts near the old El Manto mine. These holes returned some excellent sections including 3.06 metres grading 597 grams silver per tonne (19.2 ounces/tonne), 4.57 metres grading 59.3 grams silver per tonne and 3.06 metres grading 69.50 grams silver per tonne in hole BRC 06-10 b, and 1.53 metres grading 93.00 grams silver per tonne in hole BRC 06-10c. The IP survey showed that these holes are on the edge of a large chargeability anomaly that lines up with the Papacho trend. This mineralization is several hundred vertical metres below the numerous old workings along the edge of Mesa Seca and that shows there is real depth potential on the Las Bolas property.

The high grade underground zone also had a distinctive IP response coinciding with its 75 metre depth. This anomaly extends for several hundred metres to the southwest into an area that has never been drilled before. All of these anomalies, as well as other targets along the Papacho Trend will be drilled in 2008 as part of a major drilling program.

In the spring Golden Goliath completed its largest financing ever with over $6 million being raised to add to our existing treasury of just over $1 million. A major feather in our cap is that the two largest purchasers of this financing were Agnico Eagle Mines and Sprott Asset Management. Sprott is now our largest shareholder and Agnico is number two with 14.5% on a partially diluted basis. With these funds we were able to contract two excellent drilling companies for a 15,000 to 20,000 metre drill program. This program started in earnest in September with two drills working on the San Timoteo area and another on La Reforma. The Las Bolas property will also be part of this program, but drilling there will not start until 2008. Assay results have been slow in coming from San Timoteo and Reforma, which is an industry wide problem at the moment. Our anticipation is high for excellent news in the New Year.

During 2007, Golden Goliath also retained two investor relations firms, San Diego Torrey Hills Capital and C-Quest to increase investor awareness and help build the name of Golden Goliath Resources. Part of this work involved a brand new and more comprehensive website for the Company, which is now up and running.

In September Golden Goliath also reached another milestone. The La Cruz silver property, which we staked about a year earlier with 100% ownership at low acquisition cost, was optioned to the well know international company Pan America Silver. The property will consist of: the Company's La Cruz property; additional ground staked around the La Cruz property; and the La Cruzada property which Pan American's subsidiary already has an option.

This is an excellent deal for Golden Goliath because it allows for the exploration and development of this past producing property, while allowing us to retain a 25% interest up to feasibility. It also allows Golden Goliath to focus its exploration efforts on the main portion of the Uruachic Camp.

Another option agreement, with essentially the same terms was completed with Comstock Capital on our Corona and Chamizal properties. Comstock is a start up company with strong management and backing and they have already started work on the Corona property.

2007 has been an eventful and progressive year for Golden Goliath and Management would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal shareholders for their support and to wish all of you a very healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:GNG) has been getting a lot of attention from the world's biggest miners interested in its mining camp in Mexico's legendary Sierra Madre. "Having a district-sized operation like this is usually something a a small company has," says CEO J. Paul Sorbara. "It's rare to see a small company like ours have that type of project."

      Highlights of the interview:

      - Background on the historically prolific site and encouraging recent

GOLDINVEST-Kolumne: Wird 2008 das Jahr der Junior Goldgesellschaften?

Verkehrte Welt?

      January 18, 2008 - 7:40 PM EST

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2008) - Golden Goliath (TSX VENTURE:GNG)(PINK SHEETS:GGTHF) is pleased to announce that initial results from the diamond drilling program started last Fall has returned potentially mineable widths with high grade intercepts at its 100% owned San Timoteo Project, in the Uruachic mining district of Mexico. The Company is now planning a multiple hole follow-up for this area of San Timoteo, to expand the new discovery and begin delineating a new high-grade nearsurface & underground resource base.

The drill program currently underway is estimated to be approximately 20,000 metres, started with one small drill last summer. By September more and better drills became available and were contracted by the Company. Two drill rigs from one contractor began working on San Timoteo in early September and both are still working there. A separate contractor started working on La Reforma with one drill, then with two rigs for a few weeks, before demobing one of them. One diamond drill continues at La Reforma. This drill will be moved to the Las Bolas area once the planned Reforma holes are completed. Overall, the drill program is still in its initial stages and the Company expects to be drilling throughout the year, with over five million still in the treasury. An Induced Polarization geophysical survey is planned for February in order to cover the San Timoteo II claim. San Timoteo II lies between the new discovery at San Timoteo and the Nueva Union claim and contains numerous old workings. Drilling in this area will commence following the geophysical survey.

Assay results have been very slow in coming from the lab. The average turn-around time for samples submitted is 8 weeks and samples done on a Rush basis (at twice the cost), take 4 weeks. Results from core samples submitted in early November were received on December 31, which is a hinderance to spotting new holes and to getting news to shareholders. With the drills themselves, there have been no technical problems and core recovery is excellent. Drilling has now resumed after the Christmas break on both San Timoteo and La Reforma and is planned to continue throughout most, if not all, of 2008. Drilling at Las Bolas will commence after the first round of holes on La Reforma is finished.

Highlights to date of the ongoing drill campaign are as follows:

Please refer to the Drill hole plan map for specific drill hole locations. The holes in the table were collared in topographically high areas above the old San Martin mine.

Drill holes ST-DD-07-4 & 8 were both drilled into the San Martin structure, 173 vertical metres above the main San Martin mine tunnel. Records show that the San Martin ore graded 1038 gm silver/tonne and 7.3 gm gold/tonne, and was mined from a structure that was 800 metres long and 2.2 metres wide. The San Martin mine tunnel was developed at the lowest adit level and has not yet been drill tested below that level.

The high grade, near surface intercepts may be related to a larger polymetallic (Pb, Zn, Ag) vein system which displays dilational fissure and subsidiary vein arrays as mineralization controls. These veins are typically galena-sphalerite dominant and multidirectional. Metal zonation in polymetallic vein systems may be complicated by repeated activity and telescoping. Dilatant structural environments may result in telescoping outwards of vein systems to form at considerable distances from intrusion metal sources. Higher grade mineralization commonly occurs within shoots along throughgoing structures.

Some of the deeper drill holes were planned to go under the 150m chargeability high and have intersected up to 200m wide zones with sphalerite, galena and other sulphides. Some of these holes were drilled into a porphyryitic dacite body with disseminated sulphides including galena, sphalerite and chalcopyrite, and others cut andesitic volcanics in contact with the intrusive. The andesitic rocks include wide sections containing veins of massive galena and sphalerite, with blebs of chalcopyrite. The system is strengthening with depth. Drill hole ST-DD-07-10a was drilled to a depth of 505 metres, which was the maximuim extent of the available drill rods. The hole had to be stopped in strengthening mineralization, with polymetallic veins up to a centimeter wide hosted in andesitic volcanics adjacent to an intrusive dacite porphyry. The Company has started on an extension of the existing access road in order to drill from a lower topographic level and thereby continue testing this mineralization. Additional drill rods have now been obtained by the drilling contractor, allowing for longer holes, over 600 metres. The upcoming IP survey will be configured in order to overlap the old data and extend depth penetration in this important area. The road will be continued to the nearby mouth of the San Martin adit, which will then also allow drilling the down dip extension of that high grade structure.

The San Martin mine mineralization may be related to the deeper polymetallic system as well as the near surface results in holes 4 and 8. The Company believes that a large porphyry-type system may underlie the near surface gold and silver mineralization at San Timoteo. The intrusive dacitic porphyry is mineralized as are the adjacent volcanic rocks. Evidence seen in the core indicates that there were several episodes on mineralization and veining. This porphyry system, which already has a possible strike length of 1,200 metres, has a large tonnage potential.

Drill holes ST-DD-07-10, 10a, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18 have been drilled, sampled and the company is waiting for the final results. Drill holes ST-DD-07-01, 02, 03, all of which were short holes, had no significant values to report. Drill holes ST-DD-05, 07-09, 09B had no significant values to report.

On the La Reforma property a series of shorter holes have tested the north central area of the property known as Pat's Knob, as well as most of the Dickite Zone, without significant results. Preliminary drilling of a chargeability high on the east side of La Reforma property is currently underway and is yielding core with similar disseminated sulphide mineralization. This site is about 2.5 kilometres west of the San Timoteo drilling with similar looking mineralization.

Apart from the delay in obtaining assay results, the Company is pleased with the progress of this major diamond drilling program. Very significant results have already been returned and new zones discovered and the program is still in its early stages.

      About Golden Goliath

Assays are done at Chemex labs in Vancouver BC using fire assay preparation and AA finish and ICP methods. The QP for the Uruachic project is J. Paul Sorbara M.Sc., P.Geo. Pressemitteilung 19. Januar 2008

      http://app.quotemedia.com/quotetools/popups/story.jsp

How Do You Pick a Great Junior?
      By Peter Caulfield
      21 Jan 2008 at 10:25 AM GMT-05:00
VANCOUVER (ResourceInvestor.com ) -- Thanks in part to sunny skies and mild temperatures, a large crowd was on hand for the first day of the 2008 Vancouver Resource Investment Conference, which is hosted by Cambridge House International. The conference runs 20-21 January at the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre, located at Canada Place on the Vancouver waterfront.
An estimated 9,000 attendees registered in advance for the conference, which is up from approximately 6,000 in 2007. By early afternoon, the large exhibition hall was shoulder-to-shoulder with crowds of Vancouverites in jeans and sweatpants meandering up and down the aisles, talking to the exhibitors in suits and cell phones and walking away with their hands full of glossy brochures and maps.

There was a standing-room-only crowd of several hundred for the Sunday afternoon Picking Juniors session in the Speaker Hall. Session moderator Peter Grandich, who publishes the Grandich Letter, said he had never seen a larger crowd at the conference before.
The panellists for Picking Juniors were John Kaiser (Bottom Fish Report), Eric Coffin (Hard Rock Analyst), Jay Taylor (Jay Taylor's Gold and Technology Stocks) and Jim Letourneau (Big Picture Speculator).
The session, which ran for a too-brief 30 minutes, began with each of the panellists saying what he looked for in a junior stock. Jay Taylor led off by saying his investing philosophy was “buy and hold” and that he looked for junior companies with good management. John Kaiser likes cheap stocks that are out of favour with the market. Because he wants a big win, he's prepared to be patient and wait.
“I also like advanced projects the markets are pessimistic about and exploration plays with good management,” Kaiser said. “There's a shortage of competent management experience right now.”
Jim Letourneau said he looks at the long-term prospects of a company.
“There's always a bull market in something,” he said. “Gold and silver look like safe havens now. I think this is a great time to look at juniors.”
Eric Coffin, the clean-up hitter, said he agreed with everything that had already been said and added that he looks for companies with non-inflated capital structures.
“Inflated capital structures put a limit on a company's ability to generate a big pay-off on an investment,” he said.
After their introductions, the panel took questions from the audience. Almost all of the questions concerned prospects for specific companies (“What do you think about such-and-such a company?”). Regrettably, the panellists had not heard of many of the – presumably very small – companies they were asked about.
Of the companies they were familiar with, the panellists spoke favourably (and very, very briefly) about the following companies:
Premier Gold Mines Ltd. [TSX:PG] (Eric Coffin); Geodex Minerals Ltd. [TSX-V:GXM] (John Kaiser); Macdonald Mines [TSX-V:BMK] (John Kaiser); Pediment Exploration Ltd. [TSX-V:PEZ] (Eric Coffin); Silver Quest Resources Ltd. [TSX-V:SQI] (John Kaiser); Timmins Gold [TSX-V:TMM] (Jay Taylor); Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. [TSX-V:GNG] (Jay Taylor); and Radius Gold Inc. [TSX-V:RDU] (John Kaiser).
In answer to a question about the rising cost of exploration and taking mines into production, Jim Letourneau said costs in Canada were being driven up because of oil sands development in Northern Alberta. John Kaiser said the uncertain future of the U.S. dollar made it difficult to cost projects.
Peter Grandich added that mining and exploration in the 21st century will be much more difficult than in recent past because of regulations and the shortage of qualified workers.
In an exclusive interview with Resource Investor that took place before the panel session, Jim Letourneau, we asked which junior investment categories are worth looking at now.
“Precious metals have the wind at their back,” Letourneau said. “The senior producers like Barrick, Newmont and Goldcorp are flirting with 52-week highs. The price of gold has made a nice run and at some point this good news will filter down to the juniors either through the recognition of a new discovery or more likely, the acquisition of an advanced project(s) by the majors. Junior natural gas stocks have been crushed but strategic investors have started to accumulate big positions in that sector. Uranium stocks have been beaten down but we are nowhere near a top in the uranium cycle.”
Letourneau called precious metals “a happy hunting ground” for investment as of January 2008.
“In terms of junior golds, I like Metallic Ventures Gold [TSX:MVG] and Apollo Gold [TSX:APG; AMEX:AGT],” he said.
Letournea said, not surprisingly, that investors in junior companies should be keeping their eye on the big picture.
“Ultimately, the consumption of raw materials in China and India are driving the junior resource markets,” he said. “The United States is not the center of the universe and while their economy is large, much of it is based on information technology, services and the like. Meanwhile China and India are consuming hard assets.
“Probably the biggest thing that investors should watch is the chart of the Commodity Research Bureau (CRB) Index and the TSX Venture Index. When those turn south, liquidity in the juniors dries up almost instantaneously.”

Targeting Precious Metals: Wall Street Reporter Talks to Lincoln Gold Corp., Maxy Gold Corp., and Golden Goliath Resources Ltd.
NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Wall Street Reporter has posted exclusive video interviews with top management of Lincoln Gold Corp. (OTCBB:LGCP), Maxy Gold Corp. (TSX-V:MXD), and Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:GNG) outlining their companies' most attractive precious metals targets -- many of which are in established (and sometimes famous) gold districts.

Investors can watch or download all three interviews, along with a rich library of additional content recorded at the 2008 Vancouver Resource Investment Conference, at www. WallStreetReporter.com.

      ...

Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:GNG) spent eight years putting together its 100%-owned land package in Mexico's legendary Sierra Madre and now, J. Paul Sorbara, the company's president tells WSR, "we control an entire old Spanish mining camp."

      Highlights of the interview:

-- The extensive history and workings in the area, which encompasses
around 100 mines but has been dormant for about eight decades.

-- The likelihood of what would be high-grade silver by today's
standards. "They were tunneling through material that runs 300
grams of silver per ton," Mr. Sorbara says. "They had no interest
      in it."

-- Detail on a "major" drilling program now underway to better
delineate the company's most encouraging targets.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE TSX.V : GNG
      April 10 2008 PR 04/08 US:GGTH-F
Underground sampling returns 10 metres grading 6.7 gm gold/tonne and 131.6 gm
      silver/tonne at San Timoteo
Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. (TSX.V:GNG) (US:GGTH-F) is pleased to provide an update of
its 2008 exploration projects in the Uruachic mining district, Chihuahua, Mexico, where three
projects, San Timoteo, La Reforma and Las Bolas are currently active. These projects include
diamond drilling on all three areas, underground rehabilitation and sampling on the San Timoteo
and Las Bolas areas and geological mapping, Induced Polarization and Magnetic geophysical
surveys in preparation for drilling on the San Timoteo II claim. The Company is well financed,
with over $4.3 million currently in the treasury, and expects to be active on these projects
      throughout the year.
      San Timoteo Property
Underground chip sampling in the San Martin tunnel on the San Timoteo property has returned a
      40 metre section grading 1.95 gm gold/tonne and 56.8 gm silver/tonne, including a 10 metre
section grading 6.7 gm gold/tonne and 131.6 gm silver/tonne. This section is located
approximately 250 metres from the entrance to the tunnel in an area that contains old cross cuts,
raises and an internal shaft. The high grade area, which is now undergoing more detailed
mapping and sampling, is an irregular quartz rich, brecciated zone, with locally intense oxidation.

The newly discovered underground zone is approximately 90 metres northeast and 200 vertical
metres below the collar of a drill hole ST-DD-07-8, which was reported in the Company’s
January 18, 2008 press release. That hole contained a 21 metre section grading 89.5 gm
      silver/tonne, 0.31 gm gold/tonne, 2.5% zinc and 1.6% lead (including a 16.5 metre section
containing 105 gm silver/tonne, 0.35 gm gold/tonne, 6.1% Zn and 3.2% Pb). Several of the drill
holes referred to in the Company’s March 26 press release, which are designed to further test
and extend this near surface mineralized corridor have been completed, but no assays are yet
available. The spatial relationship to the near surface mineralized corridor and the high grade
      tunnel zone is very encouraging.

Shallow drilling of three holes in this area in 2006 also returned excellent values. Drill hole ST-D-
06-8 returned an intersection of 1.47 gm gold/tonne with 103.66 gm silver/tonne over 5.3 metres
as well as 18.4 metres grading 0.27 gm gold/tonne with 63.18 gm silver/tonne. Drill hole ST-D-
      06-9 returned 12 metres grading 0.26 gm gold/tonne with 57.89 gm silver/tonne. The third 2006
shallow drill hole in this area, ST-D-06-10, returned 30 metres grading 0.51 gm gold/tonne with
      51.20 gm silver/tonne (including 4.5 metres grading 1.08 gm gold/tonne with 79.33 gm
      silver/tonne).
A new exploratory drill hole, ST-DD-08-11, collared approximately 90 metres from the entrance
to the San Martin mine was started several days before the tunnel assays were received, is
trending toward the gold zone. This hole will undercut the gold zone at considerable depth. A
new drill hole, to be collared about 135 metres above and 35 metres horizontally from the tunnel,
is planned to undercut the tunnel about 50 metres below the high grade zone. Additional holes
from this drill pad will also look for continuity between the high grade tunnel zone and the near
      surface mineralized corridor.
In other areas of the San Timoteo property, nine diamond drill holes have been completed in
2008 and two more are in progress. Of the nine finished holes, only three have complete assays.
Several of the incomplete assay holes were drilled while the surface detailed geological mapping,
the underground mapping of the San Martin tunnel and other data compilation regarding the
intersections announced in the Company’s January press release was being completed. The
compilation of this data has now been completed and the follow up drilling of the January zone is
currently underway. One deep hole under the front section of the San Martin Tunnel has been
completed and a second one trending towards the back of the tunnel is in progress.
Following are the detail descriptions of the holes drilled and completely assayed to date:
ST-08-01 was drilled under a vegetation kill zone, with a coincident chargeability high at 150m
depth and historic workings; there are no mineable widths to be reported.
ST-08-02 was drilled under a chargeability high at 150m depth and to test along strike for a
southwestern extension of a substantially wide weakly mineralized gold-silver zone. Preliminary
exploration drilling in the area of this zone returned 4.55 metres of 1.09 gm gold/tonne and
      132.37 gm silver/tonne in hole ST-DD-01-2; plus 11.7 metres of 0.39 gm gold/tonne and 16.8 gm
      silver/tonne and 8.6 metres of 0.37 gm gold/tonne and 23.75 gm silver/tonne in hole ST-DD-01-8
and 56.2 metres of 0.14 gm gold/tonne gold and 1.75 gm silver/tonne in hole ST-DD-01-7.
ST-08-3 was drilled to test under ST-07-10a, at lower elevation level, which stopped in silver-zinc
rich zone, but due to the drill rig sliding as a result of slope instability, this hole had to be
abandoned and was recollared as ST-08-4.
The geophysics crew has also arrived and is currently conducting the Induced Polarization
survey of the San Timoteo II claim. This 2.25 by 1.75 kilometre claim lies adjacent to the north of
San Timoteo, with Reforma on its western edge and Nueva Union on the eastern side. The claim
is intensely altered and is one of the few areas of the Uruachic camp that has not been
previously covered by geophysics. At least three important structures with associated old mine
workings cross San Timoteo II, which has never been drilled before. Geologic mapping has

Four diamond drill holes totalling 1484.4 metres have been completed to date during 2008. Two
of these holes still do not have complete assays. One hole, RF-DD-07-23, which was started in
late December and finished in January, was drilled to test under a chargeability high at 150m

      About Golden Goliath
Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration company listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange (symbol GNG). The Company is focused on exploring and developing the gold and
silver potential of an historic mining camp located in the world famous Sierra Madre Occidental

controls an entire old mining camp, or district, that covers an area of 15 by 25 kilometres, with
numerous past producing gold and silver mines dating back to the time of the Spaniards. Golden

Only two companies presented at the Proactive Investor One2One forum London -24, 2008

Raytec and Golden Goliath. Brian Thurston from Raytec knows how to promote a company and came across as a “slick operate”. Had no hesitation in saying that the price will appreciate considerable in July as permits for claim group KP441 (Potash claim in Saskatchewan) have been granted and the paperwork is on the way.

Paul Sorbara on the other hand came across as a conservative person, in for the long haul. Testimony to the number of years putting the claims together. Had a chat with Paul before and after the presentation.

At San Timoteo they hope to have a resource calculation done around the end of the year. Then a reserve calculation and feasibility study. 10 million tonnes of economic grade ore.

At Las Bolas they hope to do a VERY large resource calculation. Assay recoveries have been poor due to use of an R/C drill. Up to 50% lost. Diamond drilling has better recoveries and less tip breakages. Drilling near the river first and then working its way up the hill.

Chamizal is optioned to Comstock and is a world class deposit.

La Cruz is optioned to Pan American silver. Will leave GNG with 25% at the feasibility study. There will be no problems getting finance to fund their part.

It is GNG intention to be bought out as Paul Sorbara is an explorer. Drill results will be released in batches and I get the impression that they will be good. Old timers at Las Bolas have been discarding ore with less than 2kg of Ag. They are trying to find an electric drill contractor so that drilling inside tunnels can be done. There will be more promotion done and the company has not faired badly compared to other resource companies that have raised money last year. They have sufficient funds to last till the end of the year. More if the shares can get above 45c.

      David Morgan
