Secret Stock Files Volume 7 Issue 4

      In This Issue:

      * Mexivada Mining Corp. (TSX-V: MNV)

      * Quick Stock Box Updates

      * The Secret Stock Files Stock Box

      Dear Secret Stock Files Subscriber,

We have a lot to talk about today. So let's not waste any time with formalities and jump right into it. We'll start off today by talking about Mexivada Mining Corp. (TSX-V: MNV) and why this stock should most definitely be a part of your portfolio.

      Mexivada Mining Corp. (TSX-V: MNV)

Let us start off by saying that you've simply got to own Mexivada Mining Corp. (TSX-V: MNV). Rarely do we come across a company with both incredibly prospective gold and diamond properties. And at $0.70 the stock is still ridiculously cheap. So go ahead and do yourself a favor . . . buy this stock now.

For our new subscribers and those who just want a refresher, let us take some time to quickly walk you through Mexivada's operations and tell you why we like this company so darn much.

Currently with over $2.2 million in the bank, Mexivada is a well financed junior exploration company that controls gold-silver, diamond, uranium, and molybdenum properties in Nevada, Mexico, and the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville).

The company is run by knowledgeable, experienced geologists and engineers who have been associated with mine discoveries and developments worldwide. And these guys have so much faith Mexivada's properties-as well as in each other-that they have been shareholders since day one and continue to control about 23% of the company's fully diluted shares.

      Let's talk about those properties.

      Nevada

Mexivada holds seven projects in Nevada, which is home to numerous world-class gold, silver, and molybdenum deposits. Nevada also is the site of many recent large gold discoveries, such as the Carlin, Cortez, and Round Mountain-Northumberland Trends, each of which contains giant gold and silver deposits that individually account for over 10,000,000 ounces of economically mineable gold. The most recent world-class discovery is the 8.5+ million ounce Cortez Hills-Pediment gold deposit discovered by the Cortez Joint Venture (Placer Dome/Kennecott), which has been acquired by Barrick Gold Corp. So the location is right.

Mexivada has acquired all the necessary drill permits for its Gold Junction property and is waiting for the final drill permit for its Poker Flats property. The company will begin drilling open pittable style gold targets at these and other properties as soon as drill rigs become available.

Mexivada has also completed mapping and sampling evaluations at its Jefferson property, which is situated immediately east of Barrick/Kinross's Round Mountain open pit gold mine property. The company is currently selecting drill targets at Jefferson and has begun the permitting process. Mexivada should have the permits in hand by late summer. There are lots of old roads around, so the permitting process shouldn't be too tricky.

      Mexico

Mexivada controls two gold-silver projects in northern Mexico. The Yécora project is located in the Sierra Madre gold-silver trend of northern Mexico. This trend, expected to become the largest producer of gold in Mexico later in this decade, encompasses numerous gold and silver deposits that are being mined or are undergoing development, including Gammon Lake Resources' Ocampo (4.19 million ounces of gold, proved and probable), Palmarejo-Bolnisi Gold's Palmarejo (2.59 million ounces of gold-equivalent, measured and indicated), Alamos Gold's Mulatos (1.91 million ounces of gold, proved and probable), Minefinders' Dolores (1.95 million ounces of gold and 104 million ounces of silver, proven and probable), and Goldcorp's El Sauzal (1.80 million ounces of gold and 2.48 million ounces of silver, measured and indicated).

Mexivada's exploration concessions at Yécora recently were surrounded and overstaked by Bolnisi Gold N.L., the majority owner of the Palmarejo gold-silver discovery, which is on trend to the south of Yécora.

The company is currently working on a Phase 1 drilling program and has so far cored nine holes totaling 1,109 meters on the north end of Yécora. Mexivada will be working their way south, drilling another eight to ten holes depending on results. This drilling should be completed soon. The company is already planning a Phase 2 program. All in all, Yécora is a much underexplored property smack-dab in the middle of one of the largest gold trends in the world. We expect drill results to be nothing less than remarkable.

      Moving on to Africa.

      Republic of Congo (Brazzaville)

This is our favorite part of this story.

Mexivada's recently formed subsidiary-Compagnie Miniere du Chaillu-has been awarded four Phase 1 prospecting permits and four exclusive, provisional Phase 2 research permits for gold/connected substances and diamonds within the Republic of Congo, Africa.

      The Congo?

Thanks to its neighbor and a 1995 movie that was a first-rate piece of crap, the Congo has gotten a bad rap. But despite popular belief, the Republic of Congo isn't all war, famine, disease and pygmies. The fact is, the Republic of Congo is often confused with its next-door neighbor, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a completely different country. (You can see the reason for confusion.)

The Democratic Republic of the Congo is currently plagued with ethnic strife, civil war and extreme instability. It's certainly not a place where you'd want to conduct mineral exploration.

On the other hand, the Republic of Congo is a secure, peaceful place that is very open to mineral exploration work. This is due to ongoing efforts to revitalize the country's economy and infrastructure by the President, Mr. Denis Sassou-Nguesso.

The three-year permits are already effective, having been signed by the Minister of Mines. They are renewable annually, and may be extended for two additional two-year periods before the need to seek a mining exploitation permit.

Compagnie Miniere du Chaillu (CMC) will be prospecting for gold and connected substances within a 1,000-square-kilometer area in the Chaillu Massif, centered on the Mayoko Greenstone Belt.

      Now here's the best part . . .

The Mayoko Greenstone Belt is said to be one of the last unexplored greenstone belts on the planet!

Mexivada has been prospecting in its permit areas and evaluating exploration targets for economically viable deposits of gold and diamonds under the direction of the company's president, Richard Redfern, and its Chaillu Project Manager, Dr. Noel Watha-Ndoudy. It's important to note that Dr. Watha-Ndoudy did his Ph.D. dissertation completely on gold in the Mayoko Greenstone Belt. So it's probably a good assumption that he is the world's leading expert on Mayoko Greenstone Belt, and he represents a feather in Mexivada's cap.

Alluvial gold and diamonds were produced from four regions in the permit areas several decades ago. The Mayoko target area yielded mine production of 1,047 kilograms (33,661 ounces) of gold produced between 1945 and 1962 by the Avoine company.

The largest gold nugget found in the operation is said to be approximately 1 kilogram in weight, with others ranging in weight between ten and 40 grams. Such large nuggets could indicate a lode gold deposit at depth, such as occurred at Boddington, Australia.

There has been only limited exploration work on the Mayoko Greenstone Belt. But Mexivada says that initial samples suggest the property has good potential for the discovery of large, shear-hosted, gold-bearing vein systems.

So what kind of potential are we talking about?

Well, the geology suggests that the Mayoko Belt is massive. And the fact is, these types of belts run deep. Something this size could hold up to 15 to 20 million ounces of gold! Of course this is still speculation right now, as Mexivada hasn't done any serious drilling on their properties yet.

Diamonds are also a high-priority target on the Mexivada permit areas.

A total of more than 17,600 carats of alluvial diamonds were mined by the Society for Diamond Research from several areas in the Chaillu Massif, including fancy colored gemstones of light blue-green and orange-brown colors. Colored diamonds are presently a very strong market, with quality gemstones typically being sold only through the auction process.

How strong is the market for these colored stones?

Well, we've heard stories that red diamonds-the rarest color of them all-can sell for up to $5 million a carat!

One of the largest gem diamonds ever produced in Central Africa was mined from Mexivada's Malambani permit area-a reported 22 millimeter, sharp-faced, octahedral, white, gem-quality diamond.

Two other diamonds, approximately two to three carats in size each, were also recovered from the same spot by the Avoine Company's alluvial gold mining operation in the Bilala River.

The kimberlitic source of these diamonds was never found, but no trenches or exploration holes were ever dug or drilled in the area. But geologic studies suggest that diamonds of such large size and sharp edges typically have not traveled far from their original sources, and thus may be from a hidden kimberlite pipe or dike in the permit area.

The Mayoko Greenstone Belt adds much more substance to Mexivada's already diverse portfolio of attractive prospects.

Mexivada currently has about 8.1 million outstanding warrants between $0.60 and $0.80 expiring up to September 2008. 3.228 million of these will be expiring at the end of March at $0.60. There are already many takers. And at still just $0.70 this stock is a steal.
