Starcore Arranges $2.5 Million Financing

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 25, 2011) - Starcore International Mines Ltd. (TSX:SAM) (the "Company") announces that it has arranged a non-brokered financing for gross proceeds of up to $2,530,000. The financing will be in the form of:

1. 18,300,000 Units at
.11 per Unit (a "Unit"), each Unit comprised of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company (the "Warrant Shares") at a price of
.15 for a period of 24 months following the closing date. Pursuant to TSX policies, the exercise of the Warrants will be subject to shareholder approval.

2. 4,700,000 Special Warrants at
.11 per Special Warrant, each Special Warrant entitling the holder to receive, at no additional cost, one Unit (a "Unit") of the Company. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half of one transferable common share (a "Warrant") each whole Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the Company (the "Warrant Shares") at a price of
.15 for a period of 24 months following the closing date. Pursuant to TSX policies, the exercise of the Special Warrants will be subject to shareholder approval. The Special Warrants will be deemed to be exercised on the date which is two business days after the receipt of shareholder approval for the exercise of the Special Warrants.

Where permitted by law, the Company may pay finder's fees in accordance with regulatory policies. Warrants may be issued to registered dealers, each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of
.15 per share for a period of 12 months from the date of closing. The proceeds from this private placement will be added to working capital and will be used for ongoing mine exploration and development of San Martin, the Company's gold and silver producing mine located 50 km east of the City of Queretaro in Queretaro State, Mexico.

In addition to shareholder approval for certain portions of the financing, the private placement is subject to Toronto Stock Exchange acceptance and required regulatory approvals. All of the securities issued pursuant to this offering will have a hold period expiring four months after the closing date.

Cheap Silver Producer


What a hidden gem we have here. How many gold and silver producers do you know of selling for .17. The Kinross news today changes everything. We have started a new trend and should get the attention we deserve.

We had a very strong close today at day and year highs. We traded about 10% of are float. This was a $2.00 stock back in the day.

Here are some facts.--------

-a huge silver bull market
-a Toronto listed stock not vse
-float about 80 million shares
-mine in safe Country of Mexico
-got property in 2007 from Goldcorp
-Jay Taylor likes it
-strong management team
-2 underground mines
-3 diamond rigs inplace to drill 10,000 metres this year
-large land package that is 95.4% unexplored
-mine occupies only 4.6% of total land package
-Airport 10 miles from the mine
Many more facts but i would be here all day listing them so look at their website and check them out.

One of the best things i like about this company next to the Silver content is they earned $1.45 million last quarter. I am always looking for underpriced silver stocks but they are hard to find. I have been a stockhouse member for over 10 years not 1 week like many i see that change thier name every week. Remember save me some shares tomorrow. Hope to add up to .20 in the morning. joooo.....können HAPPPPPPY sein bei der wieder- geburt von SAM bei
sein zu können - uuuuuuund selbst im falle eines kurses von cad 0,45
bewegen wir uns erst bei einer MK von cad-mios 37,-


DAS läßt ermessen, welch ´story´ hier in gang kommen kann

Das sind rund 70 % seit unserer " Wiederaufnahme "
gestern:



und es wird deutlich, daß beste chancen bestehen, das jahres- HOCH bei
cad 0,155 zu testen.............wenn nicht sogar, angesichts der geringen MK,
zu durchbrechen !!!

0,155 - > Schneee von gestern

Wer heute zu Kursen von und über 0,155 gekauft hat
( und das waren nicht Wenige, siehe unten )
will bei einer solch preiswerten Aktie
100 - 200 % machen.

Also ..... sind 0.30 und 0.45 IMHO erste Meilensteine.
