Monument Releases Selinsing Gold Project Update
Vancouver, B.C. Monument Mining Limited (TSX-V: MMY and FSE: D7Q1) (“Monument” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on the Selinsing Gold Project program. In recent weeks several important milestones have been met:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Construction and hand over of the completed hydro electric power supplied 33kVA/11kVA sub-station to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB - the Malaysian Power operator). The substation designed and built to TNB requirements will be equipped and have the connecting line run by TNB with a target of being energized by early July 2009.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Contract to mine scheduled to be let during May 2009 for commencement of pre-production mining on 1st June 2009. Contract is for 36 months with 12 monthly extensions by mutual agreement. Mobilization to site scheduled to be completed before current month end.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Major plant site and earthworks, road and culvert construction in addition to sediment pond excavation and slope re-vegetation were completed.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Jaw and cone crusher and associated conveyors, hoppers and vibrating screens were being progressively delivered to site from early May 2009 onwards. Civil works and pouring of crusher foundations are well advanced and erection and installation of these items will commence in mid May. The foot print allows for a third crusher for possible future expansion.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Ball mill civil works and concrete retaining wall and mill foundations have been poured. Mill installation is expected to commence by late May. Foot print allows for potential installation of second mill (already paid for and on site)
to be installed later in 2010.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->New site administration office, treatment plant operations office and laboratory have all reached practical completion/and or been occupied and new canteen, new workshop, and spares store are under design/construction.

The company is working toward an August 2009 commissioning of the gravity section of the treatment plant with a view to continuing construction of the CIL section of the plant in parallel with operation of the gravity circuit. The Company target is to achieve operational status of the gravity section by the end of August 2009, dependent on power supply being provided by TNB on time, and to a lesser extent, minor vendor equipment delivery commitment.
Achievement of this program could potentially mean gold production earlier than the originally scheduled October 2009 completion before the construction program was split into two phases, i.e. the gravity phase then secondly, the CIL phase, targeted to be commissioned in December 2009.
Monument further announces that Lorenzo Trentini (Switzerland) and George Molyviatis (Greece) have tendered their resignations as Director’s of Monument. Without the time consuming obligations imposed on these directors they will be better able to attend to their personal matters. While tenancy on Monument’s Board of Directors was short (they were appointed in December 2008) Monument appreciates their contribution and thanks them.
Für Ende Mai hat Monument den Beginn der Tagebauaktivitäten angesetzt, womit man das Material für die Verarbeitung in der Anlage beschafft, die schon im August in Betrieb genommen werden soll. Das bedeutet: Wenn alles läuft wie geplant, wird ab Ende August 2009 auf Selinsing Gold produziert.
Richtig los geht es aber wohl 2010: Dann strebt Monument eine Jahresproduktion von durchschnittlich 40.000 Unzen an. Beim aktuellen Goldpreis von knapp unter 950 USD und konservativ angesetzten Produktionskosten von ca. 341 USD würde das Unternehmen damit etwas mehr als 600 USD je Unze Nettogewinn erwirtschaften, da die Gewinne aus der Produktion für die ersten fünf Jahre steuerfrei sind. Steigt der Goldpreis aber weiter an, wovon viele Experten ausgehen, verfügt Monument über einen ausgezeichneten Hebel, um von dieser Entwicklung zu profitieren.
Bei einer anfänglichen Jahresproduktion von 40.000 Unzen Gold würde Monument 2010 mit einer Gewinnmarge von 24 Mio. USD liebäugeln. Bei aktuell ca. 155 Mio. ausstehenden Aktien und geschätzten allgemeinen Unternehmenskosten in Höhe von ca. 3 Mio. USD, bliebe Monument ein Gewinn von 21 Mio. USD oder ca. 0,13 USD pro Aktie - also ca. 0,10 EUR. Bei einem für die Branche nicht unüblichen Kurs-Gewinn-Verhältnis von 10 entspräche das einer fairen Bewertung von 1,00 Euro!
Das sind für mich Fakten die mich dazu bewegen hier noch etwas zu verweilen!!!!

Bei Produktionsbeginn im Dez.09 wird es spätestens zu einem Kurzanstieg kommen und sich die Möglichkeit einer erfolgreichen Veräußerung der gesammelten Aktien ergeben.

Das ist natürlich ein Argument!!!
Es gibt sogar Explorer die angefangen haben zu Produzieren, denen dann als Produzent die Kosten übern Kopf wuchsen, weil die Kosten stiegen und die Preise vielen und nun unter Verwaltung stehen!!!
Nur mal so zu deinem Argument!!

Das ist natürlich ein Argument!!!Es gibt sogar Explorer die angefangen haben zu Produzieren, denen dann als Produzent die Kosten übern Kopf wuchsen, weil die Kosten stiegen und die Preise vielen und nun unter Verwaltung stehen!!!
