ich wollte nicht der Rufer in der Wüste sein. Mich hatte nur etwas irritiert,daß der Artikel von Heute war/ist. Ich traue Herrn PL genauso wie die anderen gemischten( Meinungen) Foren LSE oder ii.
Starker Abgang deinerseits!!
Leider war ich nicht "Weise", halte aber seit 2007 zu den Rangern.

(Die erste Bohrung im Dahoor Block (momentan wird dort noch gebohrt) hat Funde und potentielle kommerzielle Ölförderung in den Cretaceous Sandstones angetroffen)


Auf Page 23:



Dort wird neben der ersten 12-20m potentiellen Payzone auch ganz unten, dort wo jetzt gebohrt wird ein weiteres Sternchen angezeigt, was wohl einen weiteren Fund kennzeichnet.

In dem Text wird ja auch von weiteren "Shows" gesprochen...(2x ShowS, nicht Show)
Von daher darf man entspannt sein und auf News warten.

Es wird Montag sehr sehr spannend werden...

würde da nicht zu viel rein interpretieren.

1. Ist das Sternchen im Vergleich zur 12-20m payzone recht klein und
2. hätte man bei einem größeren Fund eine PR gebracht.

Aber lassen wir uns mal überraschen...

--- Gross Section :150m ~490ft -- This is what is interesting are they are saying they have an oil bearing coloum of 150 METERS -- If so the final RNS will be fantastic

---12-20m possible net pay(mud and logs) --- Needing further testing due to wireline testing failed-- I know why it has failed now-- They are getting high pressure interference from other zones in the well.

Harte Fakten werden ja nicht bewertet.
Also muss die Puntland-Phantasie herhalten.
Scheint als wären die Engländer aus dem Häuschen...die ticken ja eh nur auf Puntland...

Übrigens solltest Du Dich mit der Announcement-Historie bei AOI auseinandersetzen:

TSX VENTURE:AOI)(OMX:AOI) is pleased to announce an oil discovery on the Ngamia-1 well on Block 10BB, Kenya. Tullow Oil plc ("Tullow") is the operator with a 50% working interest and Africa Oil holds the remaining 50%.

The Ngamia-1 exploration well in Kenya has encountered over 20 metres of net oil pay. The well, located in the Lokichar Basin of Kenya Block 10BB, was drilled to an intermediate depth of 1,041 metres and has been successfully logged and sampled. Moveable oil with API gravity in excess of 30 degrees, with similar properties to the light waxy crude discovered in Uganda, has been recovered to surface. The reservoirs in this section are composed of good quality Tertiary age sandstones. The Lokichar Basin, where the Ngamia discovery has been made, is one of seven basins mapped in Africa Oil's acreage and is similar in size to the 9,000 square kilometre Lake Albert Rift basin in Uganda.

So ein Ding...1 meter später haben die auf einmal Öl gefunden! Na sowas! Ein Zufall...

Gehe mal davon aus, dass die wesentlich mehr wissen, als öffentlich bekannt gegeben wird, bei diesen sensitiven Sicherheitsbedenken in Somalia.

Das kleine Sternchen in der AOI Präsi könnte auch genau so gut bedeuten: ab da haben wir Öl gefunden, muss aber noch getestet werden.

Egal wie, die Präsentation ist in jedem Fall positiv zu bewerten.
