Hier auch ein interessantes Link, warum Goldminen in Zukunft viel größeres Interesse bei den Investoren finden müssen (noch nicht einmal 1% des weltweiten Kapitalmarktes ist momentan in Gold bzw. Minen investiert, 1980 waren es rund 26% !!!, und wieviel Gold ist wirklich Gold und kein Papierversprechen ???, richtig ):

Ich bin seit ca. 2 Jahren hier investiert, habe aber alte Recherchen betrieben und glaube auch fest an "Soltera", auch wenn es sich leider sehr, sehr lange hinzieht. Cool bleiben, schau dir das B/A an.
Die MMs haben mit einer Mini-Order von 1000 Shares ins Bid den Preis etwas gedrückt.

Aber Ask ist immer noch auf .14, also alles gut.
Und NACH dieser Drück-Aktion ist das Bid gleich wieder auf 0.08 hoch.

Ein Schelm, wer böses dabei denkt.

Ich denke nicht, dass das große Auswirkungen haben wird.

Auch wenn jemand in D gekauft hat, kann er problemlos in US verkaufen - zumindest ist es bei Consors so.

Und viele (wie ich) haben sowieso in US gekauft, denn dort ist der Wert einigermaßen liquide.

Kurz zusammengefasst:

- Der gegnerische Anwalt bei der Ambrian-Klage ist nicht zur Vorverhandlung erschienen.
Aus meiner Sicht sehr gut für SLTA, ein Richter ist sicher nicht angetan von nicht eingehaltenen Terminen.

- Hauptverhandlung (Bench Trial) ist nun am 22. Januar.

- Financials immer noch nicht veröffentlicht, liegt u.a. wohl daran, dass mehrere Personen in verschiedenen Zeitzonen und Sprachen involviert sind -> schwierige Kommunikation

In July 2010 Soltera Mining was served with a lawsuit in Nevada by Ambrian Resources AG (Ambrian) claiming damages in excess of 20 Million US$ on the alleged grounds that Ambrian had negotiated and finalized a binding funding agreement with Soltera Mining during April-June 2010.

Soltera denied all the claims and moved that the lawsuit be dismissed.

JUJUY, ARGENTINA--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2013) - Dr. Fabio Montanari, President and CEO of Soltera Mining Corp. (SLTA) (www.solteramining.com), is pleased to announce that the 2012 field programs of bedrock sampling and geophysics on its El Torno property in Argentina produced very satisfactory results.

The 78 square kilometer El Torno property in the high Andes of northern Argentina contains a very large quartz vein system extending intermittently for 14 kilometers. Gold is found in narrow veins both within and outside this main system. The central parts have been worked since the Incas, resulting in about 1 km of underground galleries; and exploration programs in the late 1990s by mining companies, Penoles and Puma Minerals, concluded there is potential for 2 million ounces of gold to a depth of 400 meters (not NI 43-101 compliant.)

Previous Soltera geochemical surveys over the whole property indicated that gold mineralization occurred throughout the length of the vein system and in networks of small quartz veins away from the main system. Surface sampling in late 2011 and early 2012 then identified five gold 'hot spots' with gold values commonly more than 1 g/t gold.

The 2012 sampling program involved taking channel samples of bedrock from the walls of more than 400 surface trenches, and in an existing gallery 20 meters below the surface. The 11,000 samples were each between one meter and one and a half meters long and were analysed at a laboratory of international standing. The sampling was concentrated within a 12 square kilometer area over the central part of the vein system.

A ground geophysical EM-IP survey was also conducted over part of the sampled area and consisted of thirty 2 kilometer-long lines extending east-west and four 4 kilometer-long lines over the main mineralised zones.

The results from these 2012 field programs showed:
More than 7,000 trench samples contained detectable gold, which confirms that a zone of pervasive mineralization occurs throughout the whole central area.
Within this broad zone, there are significant gold concentrations. A total of 541 samples contained more than 0.4g/t gold and, of those, 285 contained more than 1 g/t. Analyses with more than 5 g/t gold from the 2012 sampling program are shown below; all are 1 meter-long chip-channel samples, this data has not previously been published:

All the gold occurs within veins of heavily fractured quartz often associated with iron oxides. These veins can be up to 2 meters thick or be in the form of fine networks within the bedrock. They all appear to be later than the main vein quartz system and represent a late stage pulse of mineralized solutions that penetrated along fracture zones.
An area of 2 square kilometers over the central part of the main quartz vein system has been defined for priority test work and includes four of the five gold 'hot-spots' identified in the earlier sampling programs. An additional highly prospective area occurs one kilometer to the west of the main veins.
The geophysical EM-IP survey showed several strong near-surface anomalies that could well indicate conditions suitable for mineralization and are ideally suited for drilling.

We now have considerable data about gold on the surface, but very little about it at depth. Old workings and the 1990's drill holes show that gold occurs to at least 100 meters below surface, but drilling is absolutely essential to ascertain its quantity and distribution. A drill program is being planned.

3. Soltera receiving an additional $200,000 by April 30, 2014 for metallurgical testing of drill results from the El Torno Project and general and administrative costs.

4. Soltera receiving an additional $500,000 by June 30, 2014 for payment to the property owner as part of the option on the El Torno Project and for general and administrative costs.

5. Soltera receiving an additional $600,000 by November 30, 2014 to search and acquire additional mineral prospects.

6. Soltera receiving an additional $1,000,000 by December 20, 2014 for exploitation program on the El Torno Project, provided the drill results and the metallurgical tests are positive.

7. Soltera receiving an additional $2,000,000 for payment to the property owner as part of the option on the El Torno Project, to search and acquire additional mineral prospects, for the exploitation program on the El Torno Project, to continue the exploration program on the El Torno Project, and for general and administrative costs.


Voll ausgeschöpft würde GTS dadurch 45.454.546 Aktien erhalten.

Jede dieser Aktien berechtigt noch zu je 2 Aktienoptionen a 0,18$.

Übt GTS auch alle Aktienoptionen aus, so erhalten sie für ein Investment von 16.363.636 $ weitere 90.909.092 Aktien.

Hi Heftie ,

stille "Wasser" sind bekanntlich tief, so ist dass mit der Spekulation.
Was jeder weiß, macht uns nicht heiß, gell . Ich freue mich auch,
das endlich mal was aufgeht und VAE Dubai ist sehr reich. Über meine
andere Goldmineninvestition North Bay Resources bin ich mittlerweile
sehr, sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe leider dort mehr investiert, aber es
treten ständige Verzögerungen und Finanzierungsprobleme auf. Mein
Einstiegskurs hat sich leider verfünftelt. Du hattest es ja schon vor
geraumer Zeit vermutet, aber wie Kosto sagte, eins plus eins ist gleich
zwei minus eins, denn es kommt immer anders, wie man zuerst vermutet.
Hoffentlich wird meine dortige "Schmerzensgeldinvestition" auch mal irgend-
wann belohnt, das extreme Warten und die "Vertröstungen" (Ausreden)
sind jedoch extrem krass und nervig, Dir jedenfalls alles Gute

Die am 30. Juni fälligen 500.000 Dollar für den Besitzer von El Torno wurden verlängert auf 15. August:

Soltera has not yet made the June 30, 2014 payment, and therefore the Renegotiation Agreement is in default as of June 30, 2014. Soltera is currently in discussion with Mr. Giulianotti for an extension on the June 30 payment. Mr. Giulianotti has verbally confirmed with Soltera that he will extend the payment due date to August 15, 2014.

(www.solteramining.com) is pleased to announce that Soltera has entered into an agreement with the El Torno mineral title holders. The agreement replaces all previous contracts and agreements and the main conclusions are that;

1) Both parties will seek potential investors and Soltera will provide the title owners with technical information,

2) The title owners will maintain the property and be compensated in the event of sale or development,

3) Soltera and the title holders will jointly negotiate with potential investors,

4) In the case of sale, the minimum price will be $4 million.

5) The agreement is for four years renewable by either party for an additional four years.

The El Torno property covers around 78 square kilometres of rolling country in the high Andes near the border with Bolivia. It contains a large gold-bearing quartz vein system that was worked underground by the Incas and Spanish conquistadores and has about 1 km of underground galleries which are now flooded. The geological setting is excellent for a large vein-style deposit as described in a 2016 independent technical report by SRK Consulting who recommended at least 24 diamond drill holes to 100 meters depth. In addition, Soltera surface and trench sampling showed some spectacular results, including a one and a half meter long sample with 375 g/t gold, and identified several specific areas where gold-bearing veins appear to be concentrated at the surface.

As shown by the SRK Consulting Independent Report, the property therefore has two targets: surface gold with the potential for very rapid production and much larger scale deep structurally controlled gold deposits.

Soltera will now contact potential investors and joint venture partners. Funding raised will be used to rapidly develop the near surface gold deposits with a view to providing both profitability and self-funding for the deeper exploration.

Dear Shareholders,

my apologies, there has been no communication from your Board for a long time and I would like to explain why.

Basically, we spent considerable amounts on trying to retain our listing on the Pink Sheets and ran low on funds at precisely the beginning of the metals slump. To complicate matters , payments to the El Torno mineral title owners were in default and it looked as though we could lose our only asset.

We did not wish to communicate this situation to competitors interested in El Torno.

In December 2015 the management decided to use most of the last remaining funds to commission an independent technical report from SRK, the internationally reputed consulting company, on the gold potential of El Torno.

The report is very positive, stating that the geological setting is good for deep, structurally controlled ore bodies (which can be large) and that surface gold in some areas ofer the possibility of rapid gold production that can be proftable and fund deeper exploration.

I have just returned from discussions in Argentina with a representative of the mineral title holders and am pleased to report that the mineral title owners believe very strongly in the project, are fully prepared to work with us on raising funding and that Soltera has secured the property for a period of eight years.

We now aim to raise sufcient funds or joint venture to develop the near surface gold with a view to rapid proftability and the ability to fund deep exploration for a large deposit.
