>>Im a real estate broker.. here in NY.. Foclosures are not an issue here.. anyplace! The real numbers on forclosures are something you know nothing about. Here in NY there are FEW forclosures. Lots of sellers, no buyers but FEW forclosed homes. WAMU has a HUGE presence here in NY!
In fact nationally there are 2 million homes facing forclosure. This is petty number. there are how many millions of homes in the US? ON top of that WAMU did not hold all taht paper. Sure they have write downs and will likely have some more. Most of those will be from all the HELOC which is not a huge number on their books. I am willing to bet that when the numbers come out this stock will rally. I will be holding for earnings! 20,000 shares long at 5.22 looking to load up anywhere at 5 tommorw for 20,000 more. I think its a buy here as the tide is changing on this stock. Im looking for 6 bucks a share or higher possible this week or early next week. There is WAY to much money on teh sidelines now that has to get to work. If you shorted u better cover ASAP!<<

Hi,
