dass wären dann ungefähr 0,66 Euro. Das ist ja mein Minimumziel gewesen. Ich denke ich werde meine Kurszielzone im nächsten Jahr anheben müssen. Die 66 Cent werden wir bestimmt Anfang nächsten Jahres sehen. Ich glaub nicht, dass da schon alles im Kurs enthalten ist.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 38.632.433 von e-trader am 26.12.09 15:08:12da seh ich schon die 5G e-trader. Also bei 66 Cent (kann auch sein eher) fliegt auf jeden Fall ein Teil raus, wahrscheinlich alles. Man kann ja dann umschichten. Wer hätte das ernhaft im Oktober geglaubt.

so wie ich es verstanden habe, will penisula seine optionen einlösen und rund 11mio. shares zu 0,65cad kaufen und somit seinen anteil auf 19,99% erhöhen
in den ami boards worde das sehr positv aufgenommen

jetzt wollte ich mal fragen was ihr davon haltet

Peninsula Merchant Syndications Corp. Acquires Position in Petaquilla Minerals Ltd.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2009) - Peninsula Merchant Syndications Corp. ("Peninsula") is issuing this press release pursuant to the early warning requirements of applicable securities laws in Canada with respect to Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (the "Issuer" or "PTQ").

Pursuant to a private agreement, Peninsula has acquired previously issued warrants to purchase up to a total of 11,040,500 common shares of the Issuer (the "Warrants"), exercisable at a price of CAD$0.65 per share. 4,260,000 of the Warrants are exercisable until May 21, 2013 and 6,780.500 are exercisable until July 9, 2013. The Warrants were acquired for US$0.05 each (CAD$0.053).

Prior to the acquisition, Peninsula held an aggregate of 7,549,900 common shares of the Issuer. Assuming full exercise of the Warrants, Peninsula would hold approximately 14.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.

Peninsula acquired these securities for investment purposes. Peninsula intends to purchase additional securities of the Issuer, whether through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, through private transactions or otherwise, subject to market conditions and other factors as well as applicable securities laws. At the current time, however, Peninsula does not intend to acquire more than 19.99% of the outstanding shares of the Issuer (assuming full exercise of the Warrants and any other convertible securities of the Issuer that Peninsula may acquire).

peta sieht sehr stabil aus
in kanada wird noch nicht wieder gehandelt
aber usa hat die 0,80$
pari in deutschland wäre eigentlich 55,5cent aber hier ist man noch bissl träge nach den feiertagen
wird wohl erst im nächsten jahr wieder volumen geben

was auch noch schön ist das die 1100$ beim gold wieder geholt worden

bis auf ein signal stehen alle auf buy nur eins auf hold...insgesamt 96% buy

also das war ja noch ein super finish in den usa...
fast 10% auf 0,85$ würde bei pari 0,59euro bedeuten
aber mich wundert bissl das sogar tradegate die auch bis 22uhr handeln bei bid/ask 0,52/0,54euro geschlossen haben und nicht höher
naja mal sehen was morgen die kanadier machen
vielleicht sehen wir ja noch den dollar in diesen jahr
