Der Chart spricht eine andere Sprache und es sieht ganz nach einem finalen Ausverkauf bis 20 runter aus, wenn der Goldpreis nochmals die 1900 $ prüft. Ich bin auch der Meinung, daß das dicke Ende an den Börsen erst im Herbst kommt, aber bis dahin feiern die FAANGs neue ATHs und die Minen neue ATLs. Ich lasse bis dahin die Gewinne laufen und wechsel dann in Anglo, Barrick ... usw.

MMn. sind es die Befürchtung vor einer Rezession und die eigentlich (jetzt) notwendigen Investitionen, um die Energiewende zu vollziehen, die daher ausbleiben, auch Ungewissheit in Bezug auf China, zudem die Bankensituation in den USA - heute bei Reuters gelesen:

"Shares in troubled San Francisco-based First Republic Bank hit a record low on Tuesday as it disclosed that deposits had plunged by just over $100 billion, reviving fears for smaller U.S. lenders that began with Silicon Valley Bank's collapse in March."

Langfristig wird Anglo von der kommenden Nachfrage-Situation profitieren, wie auch andere Rohstoff-Unternehmen, so zumindest meine Erwartung, jedoch sollte man, die eigene Portfolio-Zusammenstellung und die eigene Risikoaversion miteinbeziehen - zudem immer DYOR

Hallo

Eigentlich sehen die Zahlen doch gut aus - oder?
Warum ist der Kurs zuletzt dann so abgestürzt ?
Der Kupferpreis ist zwar etwas gefallen -
aber nur wenig und immer noch auf hohem Niveau.
Preist man eine Rezession ein ?
Oder hat es mit China zu tun ?
Ein wichtiger Kupferabnehmer.

Anglo American plc Production Report for the first quarter ended 31 March 2023

Duncan Wanblad, Chief Executive of Anglo American, said: “Our production in the first quarter increased by 9% compared to the same period in 2022, driven by the ramp-up of copper production from our new Quellaveco mine in Peru(1). Performance also benefited from the ongoing improvement at our Steelmaking Coal longwall operations, as well as at Kumba and Minas-Rio, our iron ore businesses. These were offset by planned lower copper grades in Chile, lower PGMs production and the transition of De Beers' Venetia mine from open pit to the new underground section, which results in temporary lower production until the underground operation fully ramps up.
