      - When will you head into production?
We are still a few years from production. We still need the feasibility, which alone will take about 18 months.

Bei Emerita sollte man mit dem Verkauf sofort anfangen. Gerne 10.000 bis 20.000 Stücke am Tag.
Wer weiß, wo der Goldpreis in Jahren liegt?
      Dann lieber satte Kursgewinne mitnehmen.

      Ares Strategic Mining: https://www.aresmining.com/
President & CEO - James Walker

      - Fluorspar facility update?
As we mentioned, there was a massive backlog at the LA ports, and it has been a struggle to source steel (supply shortages pushed up the price threefold). That being said, we have ordered everything to reassure investors that are looking to avoid further delays. Once we have all the parts, we expect this to be in 6 weeks, land transport will likely be another 6 weeks and then the construction aspect will probably also take 6 weeks. Overall, we are looking to begin production in the first half of 2022.

      - Is there a plan B to the plant that the company may explore?
The plant is actually the plan B. Unfortunately, the year was filled with a lot of bureaucracy and supply chain shortages were felt on all fronts.

      - What does the future demand look like in the US and where is it coming from?
The US economy relies almost 100% on the outputs will soon be producing domestically. The demand is there. We are in the process of writing offtakes with multinational companies that are interested in the outputs we will be producing. The lump product will be most relevant for steel companies, but we have seen interest from the ceramics, and glass industry as well.

      Commerce Resources: - https://commerceresources.com/
      President - Chris Grove

      - Challenges around naturally occurring radiative materials (NARCOs)?
All rare earth elements (REEs) have some NORMs. However, hard rock deposits (the Ashram deposit) tend to have lower levels of NORM than say sand deposits. The Ashram's samples came back with 1 to 2ppm Uranium per ton (that is less than granite countertops) and 300ppm Thorium, all of these numbers are less below the average and below what regulations allow for.

      - Blue River?
Well positioned given the global Tantalum supply. Most of the world's Tantalum is sourced from Africa, which tend to have alluvial deposits (different style of showing) that are hand mined. None of these have a defined resource like us, with 56km of drilling we are one of the worlds largest - not to mention that Africa is facing ESG concerns and has increased the demand for ethically sourced Tantalum, Blue River.

      Core Assets: https://coreassetscorp.com/
      CEO - Nick Rodway

      - Key differentiator with other companies in the south of the Golden Triangle?
First and foremost, it's access. We have the benefit of direct access to paved road and lakes. The Grizzly mantle (this year’s discovery) also presented a more favourable host rock that we've seen in other CRD deposits globally. We have over 500m of superficial expression, that’s the equivalent of the CN tour on its side. The deposit checks all the boxes required to successfully mine with only about 1.2M spent on exploration and 1.4M in the bank.

      - Things to look forward to?
VTEM data will be coming in, and we have proposals out for drilling firms that we are hoping to lock in before 2022. We are planned to drill 2500m next year around June and are keen to do 5000m if the funding permits.

      Eagle Bay Resources: https://coreassetscorp.com/
      Steve Mynott

      - Update on the property acquisition?
The property acquisition will be instrumental to build out Eagle Bay. We have been told by potential partners that they want to work with firms that focus on exploration and discovery. This is exactly what we are focusing on, and our recent property acquisitions will give us a greater opportunity set to do so. We also closed out the first tranche of our financing and are excited to continue the second tranche in the new year.

      Emerita Resources: http://emeritaresources.com/
      CEO - David Gower

      - When will you head into production?
We are still a few years from production. We still need the feasibility, which alone will take about 18 months.

      - Can you speak on hole 30?
As all other companies in the mining industry, we are experiencing delays in assay results due to lab delays.
      - Drill rigs? Resource Estimates for Infanta?
Currently there are 4 drills on site, and number 5 will be ready after the holidays, early Jan 2022. Romenera el Cura will get another 3 but the end of Q1 on 3 deposits. Fanta will drilled off for resources Q1

      - IBW?
Geophysical just came in and the results will great so far. We are doing analysis on the report to put out a press release.

      - Nuevo Tintillo?
There are people on the ground now. The formal start is Q1 on the 25km property between Tio Tinto and Aznal collar.

      - How will reverse faulting at La Infanta affect economics?
This actually brought deeper portions of the deposit up higher which is presenting an opportunity for 2 deposits.

      - Aznal Collar court update?
No new information at this time

      - What is the status on the treasury?
Currently at about 25M with warrants well in the money. Sprott exercised his warrants which provided more capital. We would add that costs are significantly cheaper over here - we are looking at about half the costs of companies in Chile.

      - Catalysts in the next while?
Resolution of the Aznal and permitting for the romenera (3 drills).

      Nobel Resources: https://www.nobel-resources.com/
      CEO - David Gower

      - Any raises needed in the future?
The treasury is currently in good standing, we have about 5/6M in the bank.

      - Update on progress?
The El Dorado has proven difficult to drill, as the sand dunes are bigger and tougher to drill through. That being said we have hit bed rock.
We are waiting on assay results and have rushed the maximum number of samples we are permitted to - 25 samples from the first 2 holes with partial intersections.

      Pontus: https://pontuswaterlentils.com/
      CEO - Connor Yuen

      - Where do you see the market for plant based protein going, especially with COVID impacts?
The market overall is starting to stabilize from the initial hype around the plant based market. We should be looking for companies that are vertically integrating, show signs of profitability. That being said, we want to highlight that Pontus is a sustainability company at its core, we are far beyond just a protein company - we have the technology as well.

      - What can investors expect in the next 6 months?
Pontus is nearing revenue, and we are constantly in contact with potential partnerships. For example, we are working on contracts with companies that need the aquaponics technology for their high protein product. Our facility is in close proximity to sustainable packing firms and we have ties within that industry so we are keen to leverage those in the near future as well.

      - Does Zimtu have a position in Pontus?
Zimtu is looking to put about 110K into Pontus, but as of right now they have no direct share position. They also host our investor relation associate in their office as we complete our facility.
his valuable connections from serving as the V.P. of CIBC Mergers & Acquisitions.

      Saville Resources: https://savilleres.com/
President & CEO - Mike Hodge

      - Successes? More targets?
The Niobium claims group has a very promising set of targets, as confirmed by veteran geologist Alex Knoxs, we already have about 20 targets in the works.
The Miranna is within magnet highs, but we have a lot more learning and targets to explore. In the samples we saw good Niobium results and saw the Niobium values increase at the ends of the holes, which is promising for our future programs.

      Swmbrd: https://www.swmbrd.com/
      President - Justin Schroenn

      - Public in the US?
In the future we hope to be listed in the US, however at this time we are in the processes of listing on the CSE (Canadian Stock Exchange). So far, the BC Securities Commission has been extremely receptive to our prospectus and been genuinely pleased with what we have.

      - When will boards be available to the general public?
Aluminium blocks have been made to order, and we hope to have about 50 boards by march of next years. We then plan to rigorously test these boards to ensure we have the premium product stress tested accordingly before we then place the big orders. We aren't currently taking on orders because we want to make sure we avoid potential delays between placed orders and delivery.

      Zinc8 Energy: https://zinc8energy.com/
President & CEO - Ron MacDonald

      - Zinc8 has been awfully quiet while other companies like Energy Form and Eos are making lots of noises... What is the status update on the UB trial and the Surrey House?
We will preface by saying that we haven't been releasing as much news because we are a technology company. We don’t have weekly updates that we can press release, however we do expect to have news flow coming out shortly. Further, we don't want to end up like competitors announcing expected earnings initially and then revising these by -90%.
Back in February the company set out milestones, and we are on track. We are moving away from being an R&D company to getting a product to market. Both facilities are currently operating, and we have the first battery in the last tests before it starts collecting data. We are also looking to get our 3 sites into production so we can get testing done for certifications of the technology.
The university of buffalo is in the processes of completing design work so we can begin, and the surrey house is a touch behind on construction due to supply chain delays - that being said, these are all well maintained partnerships, and we will be ready with our batteries once they are also completed.
We also recently appointed Tom Hodgson, as a board member. He will be an instrumental partner as he brings a lot of experience in bring companies from 0.5$ to 50$, in the battery space (worked as a president, CEO of American Lithium, etc)
