DENVER - September 30, 2010 - Gold Resource Corporation (GORO) (NYSE Amex: GORO) is pleased to announce it has declared its third 2010 Special Cash Dividend of $0.03 per common share to its shareholders of record October 15th, payable October 27th, 2010. Gold Resource Corporation is a low-cost gold producer with operations in southern Mexico.
Gold Resource Corporation commenced Commercial Production July 1, 2010 from its El Aguila Project's operations in the southern state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Company continues to be pleased with the Project's performance and by using cash flow generated from operations the Board of Directors declared another Special Cash Dividend increasing the year to date dividend payment to $0.09.
Gold Resource Corporation's President, Mr. Jason Reid stated, "I want to personally thank and give credit to our team of professionals in Oaxaca, Mexico. Our team continues mill optimization while operating during an unusually challenging rainy season. Diese Geschmiere verbleibt im Spam-Ordner meines Spam-Postfaches.
Jedenfalls hätte ich bei derart vollmundigen Versprechungen wenigstens etwas Subsanz erwartet... aber für die fünf minuten wars den versuch gerade so noch wert, auch weil das zwangsläufig als kontraindikator ausgelegt werden kann
trotz sowas wie "GORO is a Smallcap. Smallcaps are often risky and intransparent companies..."
und dann noch der Hinweis auf das Risiko regelmäßiger Dilution
Naja...aber werd trotzdem erstmal schauen, wie es sich entwickelt. Der Markt vertraut dem Unternehmen offensichtlich, sonst wäre das neue ATH heute nicht zustande gekommen.

Hier die Highlights:
- 29oz/tonne find was an anomaly in the open pit; glad we finally know.
- GRC wants to go more mainstream with proven and provable reserves
- Rejected HOC's advances to own 50% of the mine and thus the reason they didn't
participate in the PP
- Drill results not being released now but Bill hinted that there was some
seriously exciting stuff going on.
- Drilling Arista down to 1,000M whereas it's currently only drilled to 500M.
1,000M is similar depth to other similar systems in Mexico.
- No issues with the weather mayhem in Oaxaca at this point.
- Getting such good recovery with the flotation circuit that they aren't even
bothering to get the leach going(this is incredible)...said they're getting 94%
with flotation, would get 98% with leach and the costs just aren't justified
- Seemed to think they'll find more good results below the open pit at depth and
are going to have the open pit mining finished in a month or so.
- proven reserves study hopefully mid-2011
- Will review the dividend on a monthly basis and see if production cash flow
allows them to pay it; highlighted the importance of the dividend to GRC's
philosophy.
- Up to 5-6 drill rigs are planned (dependend on drill contractor)
