Es handelt sich um Micron Enviro System und wird jetzt unter der neuen WKN-Nummer: A0YAXZ und in USA mit dem Symbol: MSVS geführt. Aus diesem Grund habe ich eine neue Diskussion eröffnet.
Vor Kurzem wurde ein Splitt 1:3 bei der Aktie vorgenommen. Die Web-Seite des Unternehmens wird zur Zeit neu gestaltet. Ich hoffe, dass es langsam bald aufwärts geht!!!

Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. ("Micron" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MENV)(FRANKFURT: NDDA) is pleased to announce that it has applied for additional lithium permits that consist of 23,040 contiguous acres of land prospective for Basinal Brine Lithium in Alberta, Canada. This new acreage, combined with the previously announced prospect, forms a contigous block of approximately 69,120 acres and has been fully paid for up front. This new block lies within the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. These brines were deemed 'producible' in regards to their contained lithium by Government of Alberta Research Council studies. This new Lithium Prospect lies within an area outlined by an Alberta Research Council report that provided a "historical resource estimate" (1995-01-31 prepared by Bachu, Yuan and Brulotte) of approximately 2 billion lbs Li20 for the entire area that is in the report.

Bradley Rudman, president of Micron stated, "Managment has a mandate to try to grow shareholder value and we will continue to add assets as often as we can to attain this goal. Management is very optomistic that new assets added along with the current prospects, will add to the value of Micron in the near and long term and the board is constantly evaluating additional prospects that could add to potential growth going forward."

Over 95,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent was produced in 2008, more than double the amount from a decade earlier. The USGS estimates the current global end-use markets for lithium are as follows: batteries, 25%; ceramics and glass, 18%; lubricating greases, 12%; pharmaceuticals and polymers, 7%; air conditioning, 6%; primary aluminum production, 4%; continuous casting, 3%; chemical processing 3%; and other uses, 22%. Lithium use in batteries expanded significantly in recent years because rechargeable lithium batteries were being used increasingly in portable electronic devices and electrical tools.

Micron's common shares will be split on a three for one basis shortly. Shareholders of record will receive the additional shares. The record date will be finalized shortly, but it is now anticipated according to FINRA to be around August 13, 2009. Therefore, shareholders of record will be eligible for the split, for example, a shareholder who owns one million shares as of the record date, will own three million shares upon the split becoming effective. The reason for the split is to reward the shareholders of record and to potentially increase the liquidity of the trading of the shares.

Micron is an emerging oil and gas company that now has exposure to multiple leases in the Oil Sands of Alberta, Canada, which is one of the largest oil producing regions in the world. Micron also has approved coal leases at this time covering approximately 44,433 acres in Saskatchewan, Canada. In der Erde der kanadischen Provinz Alberta lagern laut Schätzungen insgesamt über 300 Mrd. Barrel (1 Barrel = 159 Liter) Öl. Rund 175 Mrd. Barrel gelten als förderbar. Nur in den Feldern Saudi-Arabiens schlummern noch grössere Vorkommen.

Hört sich ja gut an.
Aber wer schenkt schon jemand Aktien, wenn sie damit rechnen das ihr Geschäft demnächst anlaufen wird.
Die wollten doch bloß ihre Papieraktien loswerden.
Auch wenn ab und zu an der otc kleinere stückzahlen gehandelt werden.
Alles augenwischerei.Meine meinung.
Die bude ist tot, ansonsten hätten sie schon irgend etwas von sich hören lassen.
Kann leider kein englisch sonst würde ich dort anrufen.
Vielleicht kann das einer für alle übernehmen.

Anscheinend nicht. Wenn die Liegenschaften bezahlt sind, sollten sie einen Wert darstellen. Micron beobachtet nur, ob die Nachbaren etwas finden. Auf den Liegenschaften arbeiten die nie.Im Princip sehr einfach. Motto ja oder nein.

Guten abend,
Bin auch noch da und habe auch immer wieder micro beobachtet.
Habe sie seit dem Splitt aber abgeschrieben. Wäre schön wenn aus der absichtserklärung was werden könnte.
Ich staune aber trotzdem über die umsätze die sie inder zurückliegenden zeit
hatten.Es war immer etwas bewegung, egal ob verkauf oder kauf.
Habe mich immer gefragt, wer kauft da eine pleitefirma?
Wenn es mit der absichtserklärung zu einem positiven abschluss kommen sollte, ob sie durch die decke geht, ich wess nicht?
Da sie ja 1 gehaltene aktie verdreifacht haben, müßten sie ja irgend etwas unternehmen, um das wieder rückgängig zu machen.
Haben sie überhaupt noch so viel aktien damit sich jemand einkaufen kann oder wie soll es ablaufen!
Wenn es positiv ausgehen könnte wären es jetzt sehr gute nachkaufpreise.

It is believed that Britannia will bring an immediate value to the public company, dramatically increasing and substantiating Micron’s valuation. A short term value should also be recognized through Britannia’s iron ore project in Nthale Hill to which the surface ore alone is estimated at 4.6 million tons — a market value of $700 million. Considering that the short term revenue opportunities are based on the surface area of 20 sq km, the remaining 630 sq km controlled by Britannia suggests an immeasurable value that will now benefit Micron’s shareholders.

Britannia Mining hat vermutlich soviel Geld wie Micron,
naemlich so gut wie nichts.Die $25 Millionen der Weltbank
sind als Hilfe zur geologischen Erschliessung von ganz
Malavia gedacht.Wieviel Geld davon Britannia Minig bekommt
bleibt abzuwarten.Die Gebiete von Micron muessen ebenfalls
erst erschlossen werden. Bisher gibt es auch hier nur
Schaetzungen.Es wird also viel Zeit und vor allem Geld
notwendig sein, bis es ,wenn ueberhaupt, zur Exploration
kommt.Die Frage ist wie oft bis dahin gesplittet wird und
wieviel Aktien uns Anlegern bleiben.Da wir bei jedem Split

The Queen of England heralded President Banda at her Jubilee offering the preverbal olive branch in support of a new economic environment for the people of Malawi. U.S Senators began their descent into the country and nearly every major royal family, nation and political outfit around the world has begun jockeying into position around Malawi for involvement in developing its energy, minerals and resource rich topography.

The United State's government agency (Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) will release a USD $350 Million compact grant to Malawi. The People's Republic of China has earmarked USD $500 Million for the country. The World Bank has delivered USD $25 Million. Even companies such as Globe Metals and Mining – set to invest USD $272 Million (for mine construction in 2013) – have become very active in developing not only the Malawian economy, but likely, very prosperous mining operations as this African country [Malawi] is believed to be just as rich in minerals and resources as the rest of the continent.

Mkango Resources Limited recently announced an exciting find at its Songwe Hill rare earths project in Malawi. The firm has identified a NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource at nearly all depths of less than 200 m below the surface of the hill. This resource is estimated to be at 13.2 million tonnes grading at 1.62% TREO and further, 18.6 million tonnes at 1.38% TREO; the extent of mineralization being much greater than indicated in historical exploration data.

Now take Britannia's historic iron ore mine as another example. Established in the late 1950's by British Central Africa Company, Nthale was recently estimated to have close to 5 million tonnes iron ore just at the surface of a single body of ore. Being the first target identified within 20 sq km, the Nthale Hill orebody has been an actively mined artisanally for nearly half a century right up to the present day. Britannia Mining intends to ramp up activity and commercially mine this orebody with potential to yield between USD $500 and $700 Million. Since Britannia's (U.K.) acquisition of the historical mining area, the exploration rights have been extended; a result of field exploration, where it is now believed that iron ore targets occur within a wider area of 650 sq km (251 +/= sq mi). Britannia has since invested significant capital into furthering its exploration by contracting expert geological manpower from overseas to provide an independent appraisal of the regional geological potential.

Since the instatement of Her Excellency President Mrs. Joyce Banda, both the country of Malawi, and its committed international investors – like Britannia Mining – are presumably set to thrive as the world's attention becomes focused on the economic growth of Malawi; centered around its mineral capabilities.

Meine bank handelt wieder. Habe mich gewundert das wieder ein verkaufswert angegeben. Man kann auch wieder kaufen. Versuch war bei dem Preiß es wert. Sollte sie tatsächlich auf 0,01 steigen, dann habe ich meinen verlust wieder drin. Verlust des kaufes heute
ist eingeplant. Glaube aber das bis zum Merger es noch höher gehen wird, auch wenn drüben wahrscheinlich mit zocker eine rolle spielen.

Daraufhin habe ich angerufen und
nachgefragt. Wie der kurs zu erklären ist wusste er auch nicht.
Habe dann eine order gegeben und sie wurde ausgeführt und als vorgemerkt vom Konto abgebucht. Bin gespannt ob ich die Aktien auch erhalte. Der preis war zu 0,005 und mit gebühren rund 405,00€. Vorher ging hier gar nichts. Lasse mich überraschen, war ja nur ein versuch. Wie die 0.016 zustande kamen konnte er mir aber auch nicht sagen

Hallo,
bin gerade nach hause gekommen und fand ausfühungsanzeie im briefkasten.
Da ich ja eine telefonische Auskunft von meiner bank haben wollte, habe ich anschliessend den probekauf getätigt.
Leider war der kurs etwas höher (0,0059).Börse ny pink Sheets lagerland USA.
Ob sie nun auch online handelbar ist, weiß ich nicht so genau. Müßte aber gehen, denn die order ist wieder geöffnet.
Naja mal sehen, auch ein blindes huhn findet ein korn.

Wenn Du bis 2009 zurückblätterst, habe ich meistens eine Übersetzung dabei gegeben.

Erst der split 1 zu 3 und jetzt 60 zu 1.
Da bekommt kein kleinaktionär seinen einsatz wieder raus,von gewinn ganz zu schweigen. Sie wurde eben nur mal hoch gezockt um
hoffnungen zu wecken, um sie dann wieder fallen zu lassen, dann auf niedrigem Kurs zu halten und nicht mehr steigen zu lassen.
Aber sie war schon einmal von der Bildfläche verschwunden und jeder hatte sie schon abgeschrieben. War ja auch nicht mehr handelbar.
Das geld war ja schon verloren und bleibt es nach wie vor.
Wieder mal ein betrug mehr an den gläubigen Aktionären.
Wenn man sich die ganze pr. genauer ansieht haben sie ja auch nur bla bla geschrieben. Genauere aussagen wurden ja nicht gemacht, wo man davon ausgehen konnte, das hier etwas im aufbau gewesen wäre, was hoffnung bringen könnte.

Micron/Britannia Merger Ratified; Next Steps / A New Micron Enviro Systems Prepares to Fully Transition to Britannia Mining
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 02/07/13 -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MSVS), soon to be officially known as Britannia Mining [pending FINRA Approval], announced today that the company is preparing the appropriate documents and filings to formalize last week's shareholder ratification.

The 'Special Meeting of Stockholders,' held on January 31st, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) in New York City at the law offices of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, solidified the joint efforts of Micron and Britannia's management teams to complete the proposed merger. Each order of business raised (name change, capital restructuring, reduction of authorized shares and the post-split issuance) was met with an approval by shareholders who voted either by proxy or in person by ballot.

"We were delighted with the outcome of the vote," stated Kenneth Roberts, newly appointed CEO of Micron Enviro Systems. "We are pleased to have travelled to the U.S. to meet with those shareholders who came out to cast their ballots in person and speak with us directly. Management expects that investors will be looking at a newly organized company sometime within the second quarter of this year. In order to formally effectuate the merger, management will have to complete a few milestones. These include inter alia: 1) filing a certificate of merger with the state, 2) obtaining a new cusip number, 3) filing with FINRA, and, 4) setting an 'X-Date.' This entire process is anticipated to take a minimum of 70 days subject to FINRA completing its procedures.

At the 'X-Date,' Micron Enviro Systems shall officially become Britannia Mining should FINRA approve the name change. The new company's shares will be restructured to reflect a 60 to 1 reverse split. At that time, all those stockholders who hold between 1 share and 19,980 shares of the company's common stock (as of the X-Date), will be rounded up to maintain equity ownership post reverse. This 'Round-Up' program was instituted by the company in an attempt to preserve the value of every shareholder as management's intention is to build value, "not take it away," as previously stated by Mr. Roberts.

"The Kiruna mine in Sweden is a major iron ore resource," said Nicola Newmarch, COO of Britannia Mining. "The implication that the geology at Nthale is remotely similar to Kiruna is substantial because this shows the potential that Nthale has to be a World Class Asset of over 100 Million Tons."

Bastillion Resources, a leading geologist firm, first made the comparison between the two properties in 2013. They noted that the Kiruna deposits are formed from thicker lenses joined by thin, extensive magnetite rich beds while Nthale's deposit seems to be formed by thicker lenses with thin, laterally extensive magnetite rich beds joining up the thicker lenses.

Paul Karpeta, Principal Geologist of Bastillion Resources, stated that geophysics at Nthale would have to be conducted to, "Establish the full extent of the ore body itself and then extend that out along strike to locate other, thicker lenses." Continuing, "Certainly, the original geological mapping of the area by the Malawi Geological Survey indicates there are possibly another three ore bodies along strike within five or six kilometers."

The recent view on Nthale's geological makeup, particularly its similarity to Kiruna, lends heavily to the investment interest shown toward Britannia. However, Mr. Karpeta has made clear, Nthale Hill may at this time seem smaller than Sweden's famed iron ore resource -- which to date is approximated to have produced over 950 million tons of iron ore at roughly 60% Fe -- only because it is early in the development process. However, it is actually unclear just how much larger Nthale Hill may actually be. Therefore, Bastillion's geologists are inclined to believe that the Nthale Hill project can be developed over time, to reflect similar tonnage figures as produced by Kiruna, and perhaps also become recognized as a World Class Asset.

Britannia Mining, Inc. announced today, that its Malaysian partnership has enabled the Company’s commodities trading division to round out its portfolio with the inclusion of Bauxite – answering U.S. demand.

“Ford’s redesigned F150 pick-up truck will feature an all-aluminum body,” stated Kenneth Roberts, CEO of Britannia Mining. “When you’re talking about one of the country’s best-selling vehicles for the past 30 years, shifting from steel to all-aluminum body, you can get a sense of what the impact of shifting tides from steel to aluminum is making. Our partners in Malaysia have helped Britannia to position our commodities trading division to take full advantage of this shift, by having unfettered access to ready mined Bauxite. This both mitigates any risk on iron ore and rounds out our portfolio of highly tradable commodities in our move towards positioning for what we believe could be very lucrative revenues and healthy profits for 2015.”

Bauxite is a group of aluminum oxides which is the world’s main aluminum source. The United States imports at least 99% of its bauxite consumption, and mines very little of the small quantities existing in places like Arkansas, Alabama and Georgia. With a number of automakers making a shift from steel to aluminum, consumption demands are expected to increase exponentially. Industry consultant Mark Bodner said, “Aluminum sales will more than double in the auto industry over the next few years”.

The U.S. aluminum industry generates more than $65 billion a year in direct economic impact. When all suppliers and related business functions are taken into account, the industry drives $152 billion in economic impact—nearly 1 percent of GDP.

Britannia’s Pipeline Of Natural Rough Diamonds Grows With Unabated Demand

Diamonds Delivered to US North East; Evidence of Britannia’s Precious Stones Buy/Sell Capabilities

Britannia Mining, Inc. announced today, that demand for its spot diamond offering has started 2015 off with a bang.

Beginning with an initial shipment of raw uncut diamonds to the U.S., Britannia set the pace for an anticipated $1.2 Million in profits from a single contract. Management has indicated that the company is looking to grow the number of multi-million dollar precious gem contracts in the year ahead. The Company has established a number of key relationships with participants actively involved in the precious gems industry. Ranging from mid-market players whose businesses are concerned with supplying the consumer market, there has also been significant discussion held with investment buyers, traders, and suppliers who have expressed interest to collaborate with the Company.

“We are confident that we will build on our initial offering and continue to facilitate a supply of diamonds to the market,” stated Kenneth Roberts, CEO of Britannia Mining. “Moving on, with the next supply of Kimberly Certified stones anticipated this month [January 2015], we expect to see significant revenue and value generated from this segment of our business.”

Despite lingering concerns about the global economy, the diamond industry is continuing to be surprisingly resilient. Natural diamonds are among the world’s most precious natural resources, and Britannia’s commodity trading division has no shortage of potential supply or buyers within its network.

According to the De Beers 2014 Market Insight Report, demand for diamonds will continue to grow in real value terms, driven by the effect of US economic recovery and the continued growth of emerging markets; especially China. In the medium term demand growth will outstrip production growth. In a buyer led market it is useful for mid-market participants to diversify and access additional supply of rough diamonds through trading hubs such as Britannia.

Gem quality diamonds and South American emeralds could deliver millions of dollars in revenues to Britannia, although, we consider this to be a small part of where our trade revenues are anticipated to come from.”

“Since sending our first parcel of Diamonds to the U.S. earlier this month, we have seen an opportunity to ramp up the ‘Procurement Side’ of our gemstones trading division,” stated Kenneth Roberts, CEO of Britannia Mining. “We are solidifying our local presence on the ground in Africa and increasing our reach to high quality, Kimberly Certified Diamonds. At a time when quality gemstones are in such demand, it is important for us to work with experienced and trusted operators at the local level, vs. at arm’s length.”

On the heels of unabated demand, the Company’s ambitious plan to grow its gemstone trading division, has become the catalyst to develop active hubs in Africa. The Company believes that the ability to trade directly with local suppliers and establish closer communication, is important to foster lasting relationships. In turn, management believes this will assist Britannia in continuing to deliver quality gemstones on a timely basis to its Buyers.

A small, ‘test parcel’ (<300 Carats), of rough, uncut diamonds, was delivered in January. This set the pace for an additional $1.2 Million+ in trade contracts anticipated for the year. The Company is now sourcing as much as 4,000+ Carats destined for the U.S. and Europe, “completely augmenting our original trade plans,” stated Roberts.

Roberts concluded, “We now have the capacity to trade much larger parcels, thus affording us the potential for exponential growth.
