Ich habe den Geschäftsbericht von Synta Pharmaceuticals angesehen. Der Umsatz ist im dritten Quartal explodiert man bekam irgendwelche Zahlungen. Die frage ist nur ob das eine Einmalzahlung war oder eine dauerhafte Einnahme durch den Verkauf z.b einer Lizenz. Das gilt es zu klären. Wer kann mir helfen?
Umsatz 2008 bis 3. Quartal: 5,5 Mio. usd
Umsatz 2009 bis 3 Quartal: 124 Mio. usd
wie sich dieser extreme Umsatzanstieg zustande kommt gilt es zu klären. Ob dauerhaft und nachhaltig oder aufgrund einer Einmalzahlung?
Alles 9 Monatszahlen:
Eigenkapitalquote 2008: negativ minus 58 Mio. usd
Eigenkapital 2009: positiv 31 Mio. usd
Verschuldung 2008: 156 Mio usd
Verschuldung 2009: 27 Mio usd
Eigenkapitalquote 2008: negativ
Eigenkapitalquote 2009: 54%
Eps 2008: negativ (- 1.98 usd je Aktie)
Eps: 2009 positiv (+ 2,53 usd je Aktie)
cashflow in den beiden Jahren negativ die summe scheint n0ch nicht wirklich bezahlt worden zu sein? Oder man hat mit dem Geld die Verschuldung reduziert.

ja ist ein interessanter Wert. Hat sich im letzten Jahr allerdings schon vervierfacht und eine stolze Marktkap. von 170 Mio.$. Da ist schon viel eingepreist.
Aber zu Deiner Frage, es scheint eine Einmalzahlung von GSK gewesen zu sein...

March 2 (Reuters) - Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp (SNTA.O) said it received approval from the U.S. health regulator to resume developing its experimental skin cancer drug that was suspended last year due to safety concerns.
Synta expects to initiate one or more clinical trials for the drug, elesclomol, which is being developed for the treatment of metastatic melanoma or the most deadly form of skin cancer, in the second half of 2010.
Resuming development will allow the company to evaluate the potential of the drug and analyze the recent data, Synta said.
A late-stage trial of the drug was suspended in February 2009 after an independent data monitoring committee identified safety concerns, including a greater number of deaths in patients taking the drug.
Following the trial suspension last year, Synta had cut nearly 40 percent of its workforce and saw its partner on the drug, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK.L), walk away from a deal reverting all rights to the drug to Synta.
Shares of the company closed at $4.02 Monday on Nasdaq.
