HJ-Zahlen kommen am 27.8.; und leider noch dies:

AMSTERDAM, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Dutch oil and chemicals storage firm Vopak said Chief Executive John Paul Broeders will resign as of March 1, 2011, to become chief executive of the holding company for one of the Netherlands' richest families.

Vopak, the world's largest independent tank storage operator, named Eelco Hoekstra to replace Broeders.

Hoekstra is currently head of Vopak's Asia unit.

'We do not expect a change in strategy, but have to await a more fundamental conclusion until we know Eelco Hoekstra and his specific views better,' Kepler Capital Markets analyst Andre Mulder said in a research note.

'It is a pity that J.P. Broeders is leaving,' he added.

Shares in Vopak fell 0.4 percent at 0708 GMT, lagging a 0.1 percent rise in Amsterdam mid-cap shares.

Vopak said Broeders would become CEO of SHV Holdings, which has interests in liquefied petroleum gas, wholesaling, private equity and transportation, among other ventures.

SHV was founded in 1896 and remains controlled by the Fentener van Vlissingen family, which is routinely ranked among Holland's 10 wealthiest dynasties.

SHV said Broeders would succeed Patrick Kennedy as Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors in due course.

AMSTERDAM, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Dutch oil and chemicals storage firm Vopak said on Tuesday it had borrowed 20 billion yen ($240 million) for 30 years from a single Asian investor to fund its expansion.

The 30-year, fixed-rate and unsecured term loan follows a S$225 million private placement last month in the Asian market. Vopak did not identify the Asian investor.

'It also contributes to a further improved financial maturity profile and interest rate structure of the outstanding debt,' said Jack de Kreij, chief financial officer, in a statement.

Vopak, the world's largest independent storage tank operator, handles bulk liquid chemicals, gases and oil products.

Vopak to book $150 mln gain on terminal sale

Dutch oil and chemicals storage firm Vopak (VOPA.AS) said on Monday it would sell its stake in a Bahamas terminal to U.S.-based Buckeye Partners (BPL.N) and book a $150 million gain in the first quarter.
First Reserve Corporation, Vopak's partner in the Bahamas Oil Refining Company (BORCO), said in December it would sell its 80 percent stake in the terminal to pipeline and storage terminal operator Buckeye for $1.36 billion, including the proportionate debt in the joint venture.
Vopak said on Monday it would exercise its right to sell its 20 percent stake in the terminal on the same terms and conditions for a total deal value of $168 million in cash and about $100 million in Buckeye units.
Provided that the value of the Buckeye units does not decrease before the deal closes, Vopak said it would book an after-tax profit of more than $150 million on the sale, to be recorded in the first quarter.
Vopak said both partners have successfully redeveloped the the former refinery into an independent oil storage terminal with a capacity of 3.4 million cubic meters.
The deal is expected to close in coming weeks, subject to government approvals in the Bahamas, but Vopak said it will continue to operate the terminal and work closely with Buckeye to secure a proper transition and handover.

Reuters quoted Vopak as saying that all of its tanks in Fujairah are currently leased.

An official at Vopak said that we're fully occupied. All tanks are storing oil products.

Dutch based Vopak has 48 tanks in Fujairah, one of the world's three largest bunkering ports along with Singapore and Rotterdam with a capacity totalling 1.5 million cubic meters.

Vopak said that another 600,000 cubic meters of storage now under construction is set to come on stream by the end 2011 and has already been leased out.

Two trade sources said that the new tanks are leased to BP, ConocoPhillips and Litasco, Russian oil company Lukoil's trading arm. Fujairah port has a total storage capacity of around 3 million cubic meters and is located on the east coast of the UAE.
