was immer noch interessant bleibt die niedrige aktienzahl !!

Jupp, ein Großteil der Leute sind wohl schon raus. Einige mit Gewinn, einige ohne.

Wie es hier weitergeht? Ich tippe mal auf weitere Bohrungen irgendwann. Zwischendurch ein bissel Kapital einsammeln. Neue Hochs sind hier sicherlich möglich, aber die Frage ist nur wann. Da ich diesbzgl. nichts verlässliches "orakeln" kann, gehe ich lieber woanders rein. Der Verlust bei mir ist durchaus wieder ausgleichbar. ;-)

Silver Shield discovers new area of mineralization at the La Cumbre Gold/Silver Property Mexico

BURLINGTON, ON, Jul 26, 2011, 2011 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) --
Silver Shield Resources (TSXV: SSR) is pleased to announce that it has discovered a previously unknown, easterly trending shear, located ~400mN of the La Cumbre shaft at its 100% owned La Cumbre Silver-Gold Property. Initial sampling, from the new shear zone returned an assay of 1.789g/t Au, 4,031 g/t Ag (117.6 oz/ton), 6.18% Cu, 0.16% Pb and 0.04% Zn (0.5m wide).

The new "Shear Zone" was encountered while completing follow-up work on a 400m long Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn soil geochemistry anomaly and is sub-parallel to the main system of mineralization on the property, within andesitic volcanic rocks. A crew is being mobilized this week to commence a trenching program to trace the shear and obtain better understanding as to its width and length and to obtain additional samples. Other sites identified in the Geochemistry survey are also being evaluated for trenching.

The La Cumbre Silver-Gold Property (7,000ha) had the first phase of drilling performed in 2008. The company has recently been performing surface work at the site in preparation for further exploration and Phase II Drilling in late 2011. Company workers will be performing maintenance on the office building at the site and will be performing small scale rehabilitation on the adit and shaft. The shaft is being evaluated for a total rehab to enable access to the lower mining levels. As part of the overall surface work tracing mineralization through the use of soil sampling follow-up has been on-going.

SILVER SHIELD DISCOVERS ADDITIONAL HIGH GRADE IN NEW SHEAR ZONE SAMPLES 1799 G/T SILVER AT THE LA CUMBRE SILVER/GOLD PROPERTY MEXICO

Silver Shield Resources Corp. has sampled additional high-grade silver near the previously announced northeasterly trending shear which returned 1.79 grams per tonne gold, 4,031 g/t silver and 6.18 per cent copper over 0.5 metre, discovered as a result of a soil geochemistry survey at its 100-per-cent-owned La Cumbre silver-gold property. The soil sampling program shows the mineralized fault structure extends for at least 3,000 metres, or three kilometres, east-west with a northeast-trending cross structure indicating another 1,500 metres of mineralization.

Further sampling from the new shear zone returned an assay of 0.89 g/t Au, 1,799 g/t Ag (52.5 ounces per ton), 6.72 per cent Cu, 0.08 per cent lead and 0.05 per cent zinc over 0.5 metre. A second trench eight metres southwest of the original trench returned 0.43 g/t Au, 67.6 g/t Ag and 2.52 per cent Cu over 0.25 metre (from surface to 25 centimetres), and 0.024 g/t Au, 35.1 g/t Ag and 0.57 per cent Cu (from 25 to 50 centimetres) from the same structure. Given that the new shear zone has shown assays over length and width on surface, it is now a credible drill target for the forthcoming winter 2011/2012 drilling campaign.

Two composite samples of malachite-rich quartz and quartz-breccia float were taken in a north-sloped area about 700 metres north-northwest of the La Cumbre shaft. The first sample returned 0.125 g/t Au and 19.8 g/t Ag with high copper at 3.93 per cent, and the second sample returned 0.015 g/t Au and 20.2 g/t Ag with significant copper of 2.05 per cent. These samples were highly oxidized and leached, thereby potentially leaching the silver, gold and other metals from the samples. The "northern slope" veining potentially represents yet another new quartz-breccia vein system discovered on the property. A total of 20 geochemical samples from the immediate area are being assayed and it is hoped that they will point to the source of the mineralized float.

Additional follow-up prospecting on the Au-Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag soil geochemical survey identified a bull's-eye anomaly that returned 0.54 g/t Au, 135.4 g/t Ag and 6.7 per cent Cu from malachite-rich quartz-breccia float pieces. This represents yet another mineralized area of the property for further evaluation.

The company has recently been performing surface work at the site in preparation for further exploration in late 2011. The La Cumbre silver-gold property (7,000 hectares) had the first phase of drilling performed in 2008. Company workers have performed maintenance on the office building at the site and have performed initial small-scale rehabilitation on the adits and shaft. The shaft and adits are being evaluated for a potential development of the levels by contract miners. An underground exploration development program is being planned that will improve understanding of the vein structures in the mine, provide continuous sampling along the veins, and provide material for bulk sampling and mill metallurgical testing.

Tim Towers, chief executive officer, commented, "The La Cumbre silver-gold property is proving itself to be a quality asset, which is further enhanced by the new discoveries." With these new results, and a price of $1,820 (U.S.) for gold and $40 (U.S.) for silver, the company is planning a phase 2 diamond drilling program for early 2012. Silver Shield Resources Corp. has released results of its 2011 annual general meeting held at its corporate headquarters in Burlington, Ont. In addition to the confirmation of N.R. McLeod of North Bay, Ont., to continue as the company auditor, the new slate of directors and approval for shares for debt were on the agenda.

Adding to returning founders -- directors Tim D. Towers (president and chief executive officer), Stephen Mlot (vice-president, engineering) and Raymond Lashbrook (vice-president, exploration) -- the board has been strengthened by the addition of Gregory Boone, a noted business executive in the Greater Toronto Area and venture capitalist Brent Purin of New York, United States. The new board additions gives the company a greater business scope and enhanced presence in the United States to aid in additional financings and market awareness for the company moving forward.

Shareholders, realizing the strength of Silver Shield's corporate plan of developing and acquiring properties in these difficult times, readily approved the proposal of offering shares for debt in the amount of 6,746,695 common shares at 10 cents to extinguish $674,693.54 of debt. ADDITIONAL HIGH GRADE IN NEW TRENCHES AT THE LA CUMBRE SILVER/GOLD PROPERTY MEXICO; 7.82 G/T GOLD AND 817 G/T SILVER OVER 0.25M

Silver Shield Resources Corp. has sampled additional high-grade gold and silver in the La Cumbre West zone. Sampling taken 22 metres west of the shaft, in a sheared malachite stained vein returned an average of 2.08g/t Au, 198.6g/t Ag and 0.14% Cu over a trench sample width of 1.75m andthe central high grade interval ran 7.82g/t gold, 817g/t silver and 0.29% Cu over 0.25m.

Additional trenching in the La Cumbre East Zone, 32 metres east of the shaft, returned values of 0.455g/t Au and 250.5g/t Ag and 0.93% Cu over 1.0m. The presence of these excellent values gold and silver both east and west of the shaft, taken in conjunction with the previously released high grade samples 400 m. north of the shaft confirms to the company the existence of a large system on the La Cumbre Property.

Company officials have been in ongoing discussions with contract miners in Mexico to enable a mine development plan to be developed. This development plan will include drifting on the 50 metre level for approximately 300 metres with development in mineralized vein material producing ~3,000 tonnes. Upon metallurgical testing being successful, this mineralized material will then be trucked to an existing mill approximately 120 km away to be processed. The Company plans to use this drifting to enable a targeted exploration drill program from underground to be performed. Surface drilling as well is being planned at the same time in early 2012. Silver Shield Corporate Update

Silver Shield has made strides in its quest to become a producer and we offer an update on our activities in recent months.

Mexican Update

LA CUMBRE GOLD/SILVER MINE
The La Cumbre property consists of 3 concessions totalling 7,000 ha. and located in Guerrero State. It covers an area of ~4.5 km. wide x 15.5 km. in strike length.

The former producing La Cumbre Gold/Silver Mine has been one of the main focuses of the Company in recent months. The mine has had an historical NON 43-101 resource compiled by the Mexican Government of 16,856 tonnes @3.57 g/t Au, 505.5 g/t Ag and 0.2 % Cu over 1.51m width to the 50 m level. The mine shaft is accessible to 50 metres with some levels partially developed. A 17 hole diamond drill program by Silver Shield returned bonanza values of silver, gold and copper not only confirming the historical resource model but also locating multiple new veins and extending the resource model to depth. The company has also constructed modern work quarters at the site.

For 2012 the company has planned an initial 300 metre development mining plan from the 50 metre adit level and has arranged for a local Mexican contract miner to be engaged. It is planned to remove ~3,000 tonnes of material for processing and metallurgical studies. However before the mining can be started a mining permit and explosive permit must be obtained. The company is in the process of garnering these documents. It is expected the necessary permits will be obtained and work will commence in three to four months. A contract custom mill has previously agreed to mill all material from the mine at a reasonable price.

Other work planned for this year include diamond drilling and follow-up prospecting, mapping and sampling of the numerous soil anomalies (Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn) on the concessions.

TEMIXCO CONCESSION
Silver Shield Resources has acquired by denouncing the Temixco concession in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. The concession totals 1,058 ha in size.

The concession hosts from 350,000 to 500,000 tonnes of Tailings along with 3 old mines. The ore for the tailings came from a massive sulfide deposit located ~5 km to the east and was last worked in 1943.

SSR has only performed preliminary work at this stage to evaluate the potential of the tailings. Four samples taken by the company as part of its due diligence to substantiate previously reported assays returned the following average grades:

The old mines, hosted within Tertiary age rhyodacite and rhyodacite tuff, are located ~3 km. to the northwest of the tailings area. Mineralization is located in veins and consists of gold, silver and copper. No work has been performed by the company at this time on the old mines. It is not known how many tonnes or the grade of ore that was removed by previous owners.

Work planned for this year includes metallurgical studies, environmental study, and a mill designed, procured and erected with production by year end of 200 tonnes/day.

Canadian Update

Welsh Silver Mine Elk Lake Ontario
The company has been working with Mr. Brian Hester to assimilate all data in the area of the Welsh Silver Mine both current and historical. The reason for this exercise is the preparation of the first complete and comprehensive report on the Welsh Mine and the surrounding area adjacent to it. The company has been unwavering in its belief of the economic feasibility of this area. The report currently being completed we believe will show the structures, mineralized zones and past historical work and mining to aid in Silver Shield's 2012 development plan for the Welsh Silver Mine . With $33 USD silver we believe the mine can be again the "Silver Gem" of Northeastern Ontario in 2012.

Lost Dog Gold Property Timmins Ontario
The Lost Dog Property, in close proximity to the Lakeshore Gold Timmins West Gold Mine, has undergone significant geophysics by the company. We are extremely pleased with the results. It appears from the IP and Mag work done that a limb of the Porcupine Destour Fault could be traversing the centre of the property. Follow up work on these readings and detailed surface sampling will be performed this summer and fall to plan for locating drill sites on the property.

Other Timmins Properties
The company has extended the agreement on the Ogden Property in Ogden Township in close proximity to Explor's (EXS-TSXV) recently announced high grade gold findings. The extension till December 31, 2012 allows the company to perform additional surface work this year to determine the feasibility of a small drill program later in the fall.

versuch es heute mal zu 0,03 welche zu bekommen. Zu diesen Billigpreisen gibt eben keiner gern ab! Wenn Silber weiter so zulegt, wird der Zug auch hier bald wieder losfahren!
Bei beginnender Produktion noch in 2012 wird es bald keine mehr für 0,03 geben!!!
Wenn die Prod. noch in 2012 anläuft, kann ich mir Kurse zwischen 0,15 und 0,20€ gut vorstellen!

ich habe auch vor 2 tage noch welche zu 0.035 erhalten.

bin der meinung von grasschwein. da kommt es nicht so drauf an ob man bei 0.03 / 0.032 / 0.035 kauft wenn es gott und börse will stehen wir bei produktions beginn bei 0.15 aber sicher...wir waren ja schon in der region von 0.1 letztes jahr... ohne die aussicht auf produktion.

und wenn silber noch in diesem jahr die 40 usd überschreitet gibt gleich ein weitern grund für eine steigende ssr.

ich denke die aktie hat kaum jemand auf dem radar und sollte dies wirklich in produktion gehen sind genau so die beste gewinne möglich.

werde mich noch mit der news auseinader und mit jemanden das ganze noch genauer ansehen... kann sein ich stocke weiter auf, mal sehen?

BURLINGTON, ON, Sept. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Silver Shield Resources (TSXV: SSR) ("Silver Shield" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire a undivided 100% interest in the former producing Real de Guadalupe Gold and Silver Mine in Guerrero State Mexico. The Corporation has until November 17, 2012 to complete its due diligence and enter into a binding agreement upon successful review of the property, title and property visits. Terms for the letter of intent are stated in USD, and are as follows:

1) Payment of $5,000.00 upon signing to enable Silver Shield geologists the unfettered access to the property and all mining and technical records.
2) Upon signing a formal deal Silver Shield Resources will pay a sum of $30,000.00. About the Real de Guadalupe Mine

The Mine consists of 500 hectares and lies in Guerrero State, Mexico approximately 40 km northeast of Ixtapa-Zihuatenejo. The mines of the area date back to the 1800's when the Spaniards worked on near surface Gold, Silver, Copper, Lead & Zinc veins. Reported historic production at Real de Guadalupe, averaged 450 grams Silver and 2 grams Gold, with a high lead and zinc content. The style of mineralization is classified as epithermal, poly-metallic of low to medium sulphidation. There are some mineralized stockpiles on surface, tailings from the previous milling and reported mineralized material remaining in the mine. The mine closed in 1989 due to infrastructure issues with the 50 t/day mill. Mining was performed from adits and some internal shafts over ~200m elevations. Silver Shield Resources is planning an exploration program of mapping, surface sampling of the mineralized stockpiles and tailings as part of its due diligence. Magere Ergebnisse bisher, keine NI- konformen Resourcen und schlechte Cashsituation. Man braucht dieses Jahr noch 500k CAD, um weitere Arbeiten zu tätigen und plant dafür ein PP. Bei Kursen von 0,01 CAD wären das mal schlappe 50 Millionen weitere Aktien + Warrants. Sehr undurchsichtiges Modell, ich würde da aktuell die Finger davon lassen.

Hat noch jemand heute Nacht eine eMail von Tim Towers erhalten (CEO). Ich war bis Mitte 2011 Shareholder und hatte mit ihm kurzzeitigen Schriftkontakt.

Heute Nacht hat er sinngemäß gefragt, ob ich noch Shareholder bin und das es SSR immernoch gibt. Derzeit seien nahezu alle Explorer am Boden und man sei aber bestrebt die Unternehmungen bei SSR voranzutreiben.

SILVER SHIELD RESOURCES ENTERS INTO A LOAN AGREEMENT WITH BLACKBIRCH CAPITAL

Silver Shield Resources Corp. has entered into a loan agreement with BlackBirch Capital of Toronto for the amount of $50,000. Use of the loan proceeds will be used exclusively to complete and file the corporation's 2013 audited financial statements, its first quarter to third quarter 2014 interim financial statements, and for any other costs the corporation will need to incur that are necessary in order for current cease trade orders to be removed from the corporation, and for any other costs associated in being reinstated back onto the TSX Venture Exchange.

The loan bears an interest rate of 24 per cent per annum, and the corporation -- once the current trading suspension is lifted and pending approval by the TSX-V -- will issue BlackBirch Capital 50,000 common share purchase warrants.

Repayment of the loan is due within six months from the commencement date; however, the lender has the option to extend the repayment date from six months to one year. Each share purchase warrant shall allow the holder to acquire one common share of the corporation at a price of 10 cents per share. The warrants shall expire 24 months from the date of issuance.

Currently, the corporation is under three cease trade orders in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia for failing to file the corporation's 2013 audited annual financial statements, and the three 2014 quarterly financial statements, and the acompanying management discussion and analysis to these financial statements.

Once the 2013 audited financial statements and all of the 2014 interim financial statements are completed, the corporation will apply to the Ontario Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission and B.C. Securities Commission for revocation of the current cease trade orders. The corporation will also apply to the TSX-V for a TSX-V reinstatement application so that the corporation's common shares can resume trading on the NEX board. Although the corporation is confident that the aforementioned securities exchange commissions will grant the corporation revocation of the current cease trade orders, and that the TSX-V will grant reinstatement of trading of the corporation's common shares on the NEX board, there are no guarantees, and that any approval for revocation and reinstatement is solely at the discretion of the aforementioned securities exchange commissions and the TSX-V.

SILVER SHIELD RESOURCES APPOINTS MR. FRANK KORDY INTERIM CEO & CFO, PROVIDES A CORPORATE UPDATE, ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. TYLER BURPEE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND THE RESIGNATION OF MR. RAY LASHBROOK AS A DIRECTOR.

Silver Shield Resources Corp., effective immediately, has appointed Frank Kordy, interim chief operating officer (COO), to serve as both the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the corporation on an interim basis.

Since his appointment to the board back in December of 2013, Mr. Kordy has worked closely with Silver Shield Resources board of directors to execute the company's strategic objectives as outlined at the corporations 2013 annual general meeting. Mr. Kordy has been serving as lead director, on behalf of the corporation, and has been the driving factor in the corporation getting its financials up to date, and resolving the regulatory compliancy issues that the corporation currently is under.

SILVER SHIELD RESOURCES CORP., ANNOUNCES THE REVOCATION OF THE CEASE TRADE ORDERS

Effective immediately, the Ontario Securities Commission, the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Alberta Securities Commission have granted a full revocation of the cease trade orders (CTOs) that were previously filed against Silver Shield Resources Corp. in the second quarter of 2014.

The CTOs were originally imposed for the corporation's failure to file its 2013 audited financial statements, accompanying management's discussion and analysis for fiscal 2013, and certification of the 2013 year-end audited filings. As at May 8, 2015, the corporation has filed all outstanding continuous disclosure documents that are required to be filed under Ontario securities law, and the corporation is currently up to date in all of its required disclosure filings. The corporation will now make an application to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange to have trading resume of the corporation's suspended shares. The corporation reminds shareholders that there are no guarantees of reinstatement of the corporation's suspended shares on the NEX, and that any approval for reinstatement is solely at the discretion of the NEX.

The corporation continues to move forward in sourcing either debt or equity financing to continue development of the corporation's projects or to acquire new assets either in, or out of, the natural resource space to enhance shareholder value.

SILVER SHIELD RESOURCES CORP., ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION OF TRADING OF ITS COMMON SHARES, LOAN AGREEMENT WITH BLACKBIRCH CAPITAL & PROVIDES A CORPORATE UPDATE

The common shares of Silver Shield Resources Corp. have been approved for reinstatement of trading by the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares will resume trading on the NEX board on Thursday, May 21, 2015.

The corporation would also like to announce that it has entered into a secondary loan agreement with BlackBirch Capital for the amount of $25,000. The loan bears an interest rate of 24 per cent per year and the corporation -- pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange -- will issue BlackBirch Capital 25,000 common share purchase warrants. Repayment of the loan is due within six months from the commencement date; however, the lender has the option to extend the repayment date from six months to one year. Each share purchase warrant shall allow the holder to acquire one common share of the corporation at a price of 10 cents per share. The warrants shall expire 12 months from the date of issuance. BlackBirch Capital has also extended the repayment term of the loan it granted Silver Shield Resources in November of 2014 from six months to one year.

The corporation would also like to inform all of its shareholders that the corporation held its AGM on April 30, 2015. All resolutions passed with 18,648,138 votes being cast or 22.58 per cent of the 82,570,350 outstanding shares. Votes totally 18,638,138 were cast in favour of the resolutions, 10,000 votes were not voted and zero votes were cast against the resolutions.

klingt eher nach Finanzberatung

Die werden sich sicherlich von ein paar verschiedenen Firmen Anteile kaufen, von denen sie sich Kurswachstum erhoffen. Zumindest haben sie schon mal in E-Zigaretten investiert (siehe eine der letzten News). Die bestehenden Liegenschaften werden sicherlich gegen Aktien an andere Firmen verhökert werden.

Ob das alles so stimmt bzw. so kommen wird, weiß ich leider auch nicht, ist alles nur Vermutung

Fakt ist jedoch, dass ein PP zu 0,15 Cad läuft und auch schon die 1. Geldgeber gefunden wurden.

also die Silberliegenschaften sind nach wie vor in der Firma, von daher haben sie ganz sicher was damit am Hut. Nur fehlt für die Weiterentwicklung der Projekte einfach das nötige Kleingeld.

In dem 320-seitigen Bericht von gestern faseln die auch was davon, dass sie weiterhin an den Liegenschaften Interesse haben.

Allerdings habe ich den Bericht nur ein wenig überflogen.

SILVER SHIELD ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF THE THIRD TRANCHE OF ITS CONCURRENT PRIVATE PLACEMENT RAISES & THE CSE HAS GRANTED CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO IMPLEMENT A NAME CHANGE & CHANGE IN BUSINESS

Silver Shield Resources Corp. has closed the third tranches of its concurrent non-brokered private placement offerings. In total, $184,400 was raised via the sale of 385,000 units at 10 cents per unit and via the sale of 14,590 Series A preferred shares at $10 per share. No commission or finder's fee is payable with respect to the closing of this tranche of the placements. Each unit comprised one common share of the corporation and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the corporation for 15 cents for a period of 36 months from the closing date.

The corporation has also been granted conditional approval, subject to shareholder consent, by the Canadian Securities Exchange to implement the corporation's proposed change of business from a mining and exploration company to a merchant bank and its proposed name change from Silver Shield Resources Corp. to Gunpowder Capital Corp.

Shareholders are invited to view the corporation's listing statement, which outlines the corporation's business plan, and serves as the basis for the conditional approval from the CSE. The listing statement can be viewed by visiting the corporation's CSE corporate profile page and by downloading the listing statement itself, titled "SSR -- Form 2A -- Listing Statement For Gunpowder Capital Corp.," which can be found under the CSE filings archive module toward the bottom of the page.
