VR: Yes, absolutely. High Lake Gold (CNSX: HYL) is one of the companies which we have followed for some time. We didn’t talk about previously because the company is right now in a transition phase. We believe that it is one of the most undervalued and unheard stories. The company’s not that well known since it trades at the CNSX exchange which is an exchange for junior companies in Canada. But that is about to change. It is planning listing at the TSX Venture exchange, I believe, and it is expecting that listing some time in November. What is interesting about this company is that all its properties have past-producing mines and they’re all in the famous Red Lake district which is one of the most prolific gold mining districts in Canada, home to Gold Corp. and Lakeshore Gold (TSX: LSG) and a few other companies. All of High Lake’s properties are in that area. Its flagship property is Rowan property which is a joint option with Gold Corp. where High Lake has a 60 percent option. And we believe that it has owned the right to become an operator with Gold Corp. being 40 percent partner. So very strong exploration prospect with a strong management team backing this company. Worth watching as it charts a new course in its corporate evolution and hopefully lists at TSX Venture.

Hy Lake Gold Completes Latest Phase of Exploration at Rowan Lake Property
      10/12/2010 4:40 PM - FSC

      Toronto, ON October 12, 2010

      FSC / Press Release

Hy Lake Gold Completes Latest Phase of Exploration at Rowan Lake Property

Toronto, Ontario CANADA, October 12, 2010 /FSC/ - Hy Lake Gold Inc. (HYL - CNSX, HYK - FWB), is pleased to announce that it has completed a 9-hole drilling program at its Rowan Lake property optioned from Goldcorp's Red Lake Gold Mines (see news release dated August 10, 2010). The program focused on two areas of interest. Firstly, drilling targeted the east and down dip extensions of the Rowan Main Zones. Secondly, drilling targeted the northeast extension of a large mineralized structural zone discovered on the Newman-Todd property south of the Rowan Lake property (see Figure 1).

      Highlights: Rowan Zones

      * All holes intersected several quartz vein and structural zones consistent with previous drilling.
      * Historically the vein / structural zones in the Rowan area are often associated with trace amounts of base metals and occasionally with visible gold, this drill program successfully intersecting this style of mineralization.
      * Presently, the zone has a strike length of over 800 metres and remains open along strike, to the east and west, and at depth.

      Highlights: Newman-Todd Structure

      * All holes intersected the structural zone which extends for over two kilometres to the southwest onto the Newman-Todd property and is open along strike to the northeast and at depth.
      * Mineralized zones consisted of sulphide and magnetite replacement zones with an Fe-carbonate alteration / breccia zone.

Bob Singh, P.Geo., who is a qualified person under the definition of National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed the technical information contained in this press release which was provided by Hy Lake Gold Inc. Core samples from the Rowan program were cut in half using a diamond cutting saw and sent to SGS Minerals Services, an accredited mineral analysis laboratory in Red Lake, Ontario, for preparation and analysis utilizing both fire assay and screen metallic methods. Certified gold reference standards, blanks and field duplicates were routinely inserted into the sample stream as part of Hy Lake's quality control/quality assurance program.

Chibougamau Diamond Drilling Ltd. of Chibougamau, Quebec mobilized a drill rig to the property and completed this drilling program as the initial phase of a 10,000 meter contract with the Company.

About the Rowan Lake Mine Property

The 117-claim Rowan Lake Mine property was optioned from Goldcorp's Red Lake Gold Mines in December 2007. Hy Lake Gold is earning a 60% interest, as operator, in the property by spending $2,500,000 over three years (see news release dated December 13, 2007).

The Rowan property has been explored for gold since the Red Lake Gold Rush of the late 1920's. As a consequence, several surface gold showings have been discovered, the Rowan mine veins are considered the most prospective and therefore the most developed. On the eastern portion of the property near Martin Bay other commodities including base metals, silver and tungsten were also found.

The property lies within a regionally defined northwest trending structural feature known as the Pipestone Bay - St Paul Bay Deformation Zone. This zone has within it three advanced gold occurrences including the Red Summit, Rowan and the Mt. Jamie mines. The prized Balmer-Confederation aged unconformity occurs both on the northern and southern portions of the Rowan property as are folded iron formations and ultramafic units that have been shown to be prime hosts for the deposition for gold in the Red Lake Camp. Recently, the interpretation of sets of intersecting structures has created several new, high priority targets. The interference patterns produced by the intersection of multiple structures are potential dilation traps. The Golden Arm ultramafic structure and the Pipestone Bay - St. Paul Bay Deformation Zone is one such set. Another set includes two anticlines that converge at the fold closure to the east of the Rowan shaft zones. Mineralized intersection of structures, proximity to regional unconformity and favourable associated lithologies, such as iron formations and ultramafics, draw strong comparisons between Rowan Lake and the discoveries in the east part of the Red Lake Camp.

The property hosts the past producing Rowan Mine site, which was in development from the late 1930s to the 1950s. It consisted of a vertical shaft and three levels including an adit on the 1st level. During this time underground exploration consisted of drifting/raising along five (5) separate veins. In 1984, a bulk test was conducted on the central portion of the main shaft zone from the adit level to surface using a 91 cm wide shrinkage mining method. This bulk test was processed at Dickenson Mines Limited mill in Balmertown and returned 610 ounces for a recovered grade of 0.25 ounces per ton. From this test, the main shaft zone vein (MSZ) returned an average vein graded of 40 gpt (1.27 opt) from 602 samples. Dickenson Mines continued to evaluate the economics of extracting these resources and concluded a mineable reserve of 34,850 tons at 0.37 ounces per ton cut over 3.3 feet. A mine plan was developed by Strathcona Minerals accessing the deposit using a ramp/decline. Five longitudinal sections were created of the known zones and these zones and their extensions were targeted during subsequent exploration efforts.

In 1989-1990 Chevron Minerals had the property under an option agreement and drilled several holes testing the depth and strike continuity of this system. An inferred resource of 798,000 tonnes at 4.7 gpt grade over a 1.5 metre diluted width contained within 10 zones was calculated. Since then, Goldcorp Inc., Kings Bay and Hy Lake Gold Inc. have drilled to either find new mineralized zones or extend known zones along strike and dip.

Currently, Hy Lake Gold has an option on the property from Goldcorp's Red Lake Gold Mines. The 2008 drilling program conducted by Hy Lake has shown that several zones including the main shaft, 3-2, 3-5, 3-6 and 3-8 zones are still open at depth over portions of the vein system. They are also in the process of producing a 43-101 compliant resource estimate using 2, 3 and 4 gram per tonne cut offs.

The past-producing Rowan Mine has one shaft sunk to 460 feet and three levels of lateral development totaling approximately 5250 feet, with an adit on the first level. The estimated replacement cost of this mining infrastructure is approximately $6.6 million in today's dollars.

HY LAKE GOLD ANNOUNCES 2010/2011 EXPLORATION PLANS
      FOR WEST RED LAKE PROPERTIES

HY LAKE GOLD INC. (CNSX: HYL, FRANKFURT: HYK) is pleased to provide an update on it's
West Red Lake properties, including the Rowan Lake Mine property under option from Goldcorp’s Red Lake Gold Mines (see news release dated December 13, 2007).
Several high grade gold intercepts returned from recent drilling at the Hy Lake/RLGM Rowan Lake joint venture property have indicated further drilling and the development of a comprehensive regional exploration concept which will include the Mount Jamie, Rowan Lake and Red Summit Mine properties.

Highlights of the 2010 summer exploration project include:
      • Expansion of the Rowan Zones to the east with significant gold intercepts including Hole HYR-10-27 which intersected 168.34 g/t over 0.50 metres (4.91 oz/t gold over 1.64 feet), within a wider zone of 42.44 g/t over 2.0 metres (1.24 oz/t gold over 6.5 feet)
      • Discovery of the new CS Zone gold zone located north of the known Rowan Zones gold vein
      systems
      • Discovery of the Rowan-NT Zone gold zone, located approximately 1400 metres south west of the Rowan Zones. All five holes intersected gold mineralization including Hole HYR-10-28 which intersected 26.40 g/t over 0.50 metres (0.77 oz/t gold over 1.64 feet), within a wider zone of 7.28 g/t over 2.0 metres (0.21 oz/t gold over 6.5 feet)
      • Delineation of the Rowan-NT Zone indicating trend extension to the north east for over 1.8 km and the possible convergence with the Porphyry Hill/Creek Zones and/or Rowan Zones

      Rowan Zone :
This zone has a strike length of over 800 metres and remains open along strike, both east and west, and at depth. The current estimated exploration horizon of this trend is over 3.5 km and has been explored to a depth of less than 500 metres. This zone, in the Rowan Main Shaft area, consists of five sub-parallel gold bearing quartz vein systems, where gold mineralization occurs often as visible specks within the quartz veins, veinlets and stockworks.

      Rowan-NT Zone:
The Rowan-NT Zone has a potential strike length over 1.8 km and remains open to the north east. This zone continues on to Redstar Gold's Newman Todd project for an addition 2.0 km to the south west. The Rowan-NT Zone lies along a major regional structural discontinuity which on the Newman Todd property is an alteration/breccia zone marked by a sharp northern contact and has been detected by airborne magnetics. This zone consists of wide spread disseminated gold mineralization with localized higher grade gold zones and associated iron-carbonate, silica and sulphide alteration. All of the five drill holes of the 2010 summer exploration project intersected gold mineralization at shallow depths.
In addition to the Rowan and Rowan-NT zones, the Rowan Lake property also hosts several other gold zones, namely Porphyry Hill, Creek Zone, West Red Lake Zone, DLS Carbonate Zone and the Headache Zone. All of these zones remain priority targets, however the main focus of the upcoming exploration program at the Rowan Lake property will be further delineation of the Rowan Zone and step-out definition drilling on the Rowan-NT Zone.

      Exploration concept:
Geophysical and geological data available to date have been revisited in light of the new breccia zone discovery on Hy Lake’s Rowan Lake property and the recent structural study conclusions. The new exploration model implies a continuation of the Rowan-NT Zone to the NE of the recent drilling location and also considers a possible existence of ESE trending breccia corridors in the areas north of the Mount Jamie mineralization zones and to the north east of Rowan Zone. Breccia zone type mineralization –
broad (~100m) near-surface and shallow (tested only to about 200m depth) disseminated gold alternating with high grade narrower zones – seems to be ideal for an open pit concept consideration, provided the economic ore grades are proven by further drilling.
It has been known for years that at least three past producing mines in the area - Mount Jamie, Rowan Lake and Red Summit mines - lie within a regionally defined northwest trending structural feature known as the Pipestone Bay - St Paul Bay Deformation Zone. Historically, these three mines had never been under the full control of one exploration company until recently when Hy Lake Gold has become the owner/operator of all three properties. Review of the consolidated data for all the three locations leads to a
working hypothesis that the Rowan Zones, West Rowan Lake Zone, Headache Zone, Mount Jamie Zones and the North Jamie Zone may belong to the single family of nearly vertical, east-west and/or ESE-WNW trending gold-bearing vein systems. Such a model suggests possible joining/transition/merging of the individual mines vein systems along the strike length of approximately 3.5km. This concept has much potential in opening up new mineralization areas/zones between the existing main mine areas. Testing and verification of this model will be an important part of Hy Lake’s exploration activities in the near future.

      Exploration Plans:
The Company is planning on an aggressive drill program to continue to expand and define vein/structural zones on the West Red Lake properties owned and controlled by Hy Lake. Chibougamau Diamond Drilling Ltd. of Chibougamau, Quebec has been contracted to provide a drill rig for the continuation of Hy Lake’s drilling requirements. The Company has an option to mobilize a second drill to the properties when required. Hy Lake intends to undertake the following exploration initiatives:
      1. Further drilling to expand the strike extent of the Rowan-NT zone to the north east and to test for gold mineralization at depth. Airborne geophysics and a recent in-house structural study will assist with target definition.
      2. Continue previous drilling at the Mount Jamie Mine area to test for mineralization extension to the east and commence limited drilling between North Jamie, Mount Jamie and West Red Lake Zone to test the lateral continuity of mineralization.
      3. Further Rowan Zone drilling to test for mineralization at depth below the five known vein zones and shallow drilling to further delineate the new CS Zone. In addition to depth expansion, drilling will continue to follow the Rowan Zone to the east where it may merge with the Rowan-NT and/or Porphyry Hill/Creek Zones.
In addition, Hy Lake is planning to conduct extensive stripping, trenching, channel sampling and test drilling of possible breccia zones to the north of the Mount Jamie mineralization zones and to the northeast of Rowan Zones. Surface mapping and sampling of other targets resulted from review of geophysical data and structural study are also under consideration.

Hy Lake Vice President, Exploration Vadim Galkin commented: "It is expected that the next phase of exploration for Hy Lake will significantly add value to the company's West Red Lake properties. The fact that we intersected the highest grade ever returned from surface drilling at the Rowan Zone (168.34g/t over 0.50 metres) and discovered a new zone (CS Zone) highlights how much potential remains at this zone. In addition, the discovery of the Rowan-NT zone adds a previously unrecognized style of gold mineralization to our portfolio. The Rowan-NT zone has the most geological similarities to the operating mines in the east end of the Red Lake gold camp and has the potential to grow rapidly with a only a few step out holes."

      Mount Jamie ---> 150.000 Unzen
      Rowan ---> 200.000 unzen
      Red Summit ---> 50.000 Unzen
      --------------------------------
      Zusammen ---> 400.000 Unzen

Hier mal einige Beispiele:

      . Hole RWU53370 - 40.79 grams Au per tonne over 3.39 metres
      . Hole RW8457 - 14.57 grams Au per tonne over 4.42 metres
      . Hole RW8459 - 26.51 grams Au per tonne over 2.51 metres
      . Hole RW8460 - 11.02 grams Au per tonne over 4.22 metres
      . Hole RW8577 - 39.26 grams Au per tonne over 1.47 metre

      * 37.7 g/t Au over 3.5 metres (1.1 ounces Au per ton over 11.5 feet);
      * 35.1 g/t Au over 1.5 metres (one ounce Au per ton over 4.9 feet);
      * 35 g/t Au over one metre (one ounce Au per ton over 3.28 feet); and
      * 6.8 g/t Au over 1.75 metres (0.2 ounce Au per ton over 5.7 feet).

      • Hole HYR-10-28 intersected 26.40 g/t over 0.50 metres (0.77 oz/t gold over 1.64 feet), within a wider zone of 7.28 g/t over 2.0 metres (0.21 oz/t gold over 6.5 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-29 intersected 22.29 g/t over 0.50 metres (0.0.65 oz/t gold over 1.64 feet), within a wider zone of 10.48 g/t over 1.75 metres (0.31 oz/t gold over 5.74 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-29 intersected 12.34 g/t over 1.0 metres (0.0.36 oz/t gold over 3.28 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-32 intersected 12.00 g/t over 1.0 metres (0.35 oz/t gold over 3.28 feet), within a wider zone of 9.90 g/t over 2.0 metres (0.29 oz/t gold over 6.5 feet)

      • Hole HYR-10-27 intersected 168.34 g/t over 0.50 metres (4.91 oz/t gold over 1.64 feet), within a wider zone of 42.44 g/t over 2.0 metres (1.24 oz/t gold over 6.5 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-25 intersected 25.71 g/t over 1.0 metres (0.75 oz/t gold over 3.28 feet), within a wider zone of 9.15 g/t over 3.0 metres (0.27 oz/t gold over 9.84 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-25 intersected 27.43 g/t over 1.0 metres (0.80 oz/t gold over 3.28 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-26 intersected 19.20 g/t over 0.50 metres (0.56 oz/t gold over 1.64 feet)
      • Hole HYR-10-24 intersected 14.06 g/t over 0.80 metres (0.41 oz/t gold over 2.62 feet)

      265,000 0.20 (1) August 18, 2011
      3,100,000 0.20 (1) August 19, 2011
      5,000,000 0.30 June 4, 2011

      (1) These warrants are exercisable at $0.20 until August 18 and 19, 2010 and then at $0.30 until expiry.

      letztes PP waren 600k$ ---> 2mio shares + 2mio warrants zu 0,50cad

      aktuelles PP sind 3Mio$ ---> 5,5mio. shares + 5,5mio warrants

      (c) Exercise price $0.75 in year 1, $1.00 in year 2
      (d) Expiry date Twenty-four (24) months

      265,000 0.20 (1) August 18, 2011
      3,100,000 0.20 (1) August 19, 2011
      5,000,000 0.30 June 4, 2011

      (1) These warrants are exercisable at $0.20 until August 18 and 19, 2010 and then at $0.30 until expiry

      265.000 x 0,30 = 79.500$
      3.100.000 x 0,30 = 930.000$
      5.000.000 x 0,30 = 1.500.000$
      -------------------------------------------
      zwischensumme "alte" PP´s --> 2.509.500$

      + Pinetree PP

      2.000.000 x 0,50 = 1.000.000$

      + jetziges PP

      5.500.000 x 0,75 = 4.125.000$
      --------------------------------------------
      --------------------------------------------
      Gesamt: 7.634.500$

      Einnahmen durch warrants ---> 7,6mio.$
      --------------------------------------------------------
      mögliches Gesamtbudget (cash) 2011 --> 10,6mio.$

NEWS RELEASE Toronto: November 5, 2011

      Dear Shareholders and Friends,
In a recent interview with Streetwise Reports, Vikas Ranjan, managing director and principal of Ubika Research, commented on Hy Lake Gold Inc. Junior gold explorers from British Columbia to Colombia are poised to pounce. The Ubika Gold 50 Index has uncovered one explorer that also produces; another has a "fully earned option" with Goldcorp. In this exclusive interview with The Gold Report, Vikas reveals why these companies make a compelling case for success.

Vikas Ranjan (http://www.theaureport.com/pub/htdocs/expert.html?id=3102) is a management and investment professional with over 15 years experience in diverse areas of investment management, finance, customer analytics and investment research. Regards,
      Robert Seitz
      President and Chief Executive Officer

      Vikas Ranjan's Comments:
"Hy Lake's flagship project, called Rowan, is a joint venture with Goldcorp. . .One end of Hy Lake's Rowan project [is located in] the Rowan-NT zone. . .On that zone alone, Hy Lake probably has the potential for more than 2 Moz gold resource. It also just discovered a new breccia corridor on the Rowan Property apart from the main zone. Rowan alone could be a multimillion-ounce deposit. Hy Lake also has three other properties that it thinks are linked as a structure. Its drill results so far are very high grade. Based on the past exploration, we believe it could easily be sitting on 500-600 Koz resource right now, and the exploration potential is very strong. . .On Rowan, for example, the mineralization has an open-pit opportunity, with a 4-5 km strike length. That's a multimillion-ounce deposit potential. Hy Lake continues to acquire strategic land positions in the area. Last year, it picked up a very strategic claim from Rubicon Minerals Corp. It is pushing ahead with the consolidation strategy and is looking for strategic opportunities to acquire land and expand its exploration potential. . .We believe that the company has plans to move to a bigger stock exchange and we wouldn't be surprised to see it listed on a bigger board soon." NEWS RELEASE Toronto: November 3, 2011
ROWAN-NT ZONE CONTINUES TO RETURN HIGH-GRADE RESULTS
HY LAKE GOLD INC. (CNSX: HYL) is pleased to announce drill results from the first of two targets
recently drilled its 60%-owned Rowan Lake Mine property, held in a Joint Venture with Red Lake Gold
Mines, a General Partnership of Goldcorp Inc. and Goldcorp Canada Ltd. Results from the second target
in the Rowan Main Zones are being analysed by the Company and will be released when available.
The 17-hole, 3,880 metre drill program focused on further extending the Rowan-NT Zone high-grade
mineralized structural corridor along strike, both to the south-west and to the north-east, from the 2010
drilling. The confirmed strike length is now 900 metres and is open to the north-east for at least an
additional 1,100 metres. All 17 holes of this drill program intersected wide zones of Iron Carbonate
alteration and Silica/Sulphide replacement within altered and brecciated volcanic and sedimentary rocks.
The depth potential of this zone remains untested and the potential for additional high-grade gold
discoveries within this system is high.
The Rowan-NT zone represents a 2010 discovery on the Rowan Lake Mine property on trend with the
Confederation/Redstar Newman Todd Structure (NTS), which continues to return high grade assays
results (see Confederation news release of Oct. 19, 2011 and Nov. 2, 2011).
Highlights from the Hy Lake Gold drilling include gold intersections of:
      • 1 metre of 28.7 g/t gold, 13.7 g/t gold, 12.8 g/t gold, 12.3 g/t gold, 10.2 g/t gold and 10.1 g/t
      gold in several holes.
      • Composite values of 7.67 g/t gold over 2 metres, 5.96 g/t gold over 2 metres, 4.36 g/t gold
over 3 metres and 2.17 g/t gold over 11 metres.
      • Results include 27 intersections with gold concentration of 2 g/t gold or greater, 33
intersections with 1-2 g/t gold, 78 intersections with 0.5-1 g/t gold and 160 intersections with
      0.25-0.5 g/t gold.
      • Rowan-NT Zone breccia corridor mineralized the full length of the current 900 meter strike
length and open to the north-east (see Map 1 below).
      • A table of significant results (27 intersections of 2.0 g/t gold or greater) is shown below.

material. Weighted average gold intervals apply a 0.25 g/t lower cut-‐off
Vadim Galkine, VP Exploration states: “We are once again extremely pleased with the results from the
most recent drilling at the Rowan-NT Zone. Quartz breccia, quartz-carbonate and carbonate breccias were
intersected in all holes with true width varying within a 25-110 metre range. Obviously, we are closely
following the news from Confederation Minerals which has been drilling the south-west extension of the
Rowan-NT structure. Hy Lake Gold has only just begun to explore this structure. Only 21 relatively
shallow holes have been drilled by Hy Lake Gold in 2010-2011 and returned very exciting and
encouraging results. Confederation’s geological model considers the Newman Todd Structure as a host to
widespread high-grade gold mineralization over a strike length of 1.6 kilometres. Hy Lake Gold’s recent
drilling has extended the actual strike length of the zone by an additional 0.9 kilometres and the Rowan-
NT Zone remains open to the north-east on the Rowan Joint Venture property for an indicated 1.1
kilometres. It is also very intriguing that, although the breccias usually return higher gold assays, the gold
mineralization corridor turns out to be much wider than the breccia zone itself. One can speculate that the
breccia zone delineated this year may represent just one sliver of a broader shear corridor with gold
mineralization. Favourable to this theory are the existence of the historic Creek Zone and Porphyry Hill
Zone which are to the east of the north-east, on-strike extension of the Rowan-NT Zone. Additional
drilling to the north-west and south-east of the Rowan-NT Zone is needed to test this hypothesis. Hy Lake
Gold will continue drilling the structure to the north-east to test the continuity of the breccia zone both
      along strike and downdip.”
Hy Lake Gold President and CEO Robert Seitz added: “Our exploration model for the Rowan-NT Zone is
confirmed as we continue to drill this structure to the north-east. We are very pleased with these latest
results. Particularly encouraging are our deepest high grade intercept to date in Hole HY-11-51 and our
highest grade intercept to date in Hole HY-11-42. Data from this delineation phase of drilling will assist
us as we plan to test the depth continuity of this system. Having recently defined an east-west corridor of
breccia mineralization north of the Rowan Main Zones (see news release of Oct. 19, 2011), we believe
that the Rowan-NT Zone may merge with the Porphyry Hill/Creek Zone areas and the Rowan Main
Zones. We are developing several high priority targets within these structurally-controlled convergence
      areas.”
Vadim Galkin, PhD, P.Geo. who is a qualified person under the definition of National Instrument 43-101
has reviewed the technical information contained in this press release. Core samples from the Rowan
program were cut in half using a diamond cutting saw and will be sent to ActLabs, an accredited mineral
analysis laboratory in Red Lake, Ontario, for preparation and analysis utilizing both fire assay and screen
metallic methods. Certified gold reference standards, blanks and field duplicates have been routinely
inserted into the sample stream as part of Hy Lake Gold’s quality control/quality assurance program.
Michael Schweinberger, M.Sc. managed field operations for this phase of the 2011 exploration program.
As project geologist, Michael supervised drilling operations, logged and sampled drill core and managed
the core cutting. Drilling operations at the Rowan Lake Mine property were carried out by Chibougamau
Diamond Drilling Ltd. of Chibougamau, Quebec.

Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, future events, conditions, uncertainties and other factors which may cause the
actual results, performance or achievements to be materially different from any future results, prediction, projection, forecast, performance or
achievements expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements. Such factors include, among others, the interpretation and actual results of
current exploration activities; changes in project parameters as plans continue to be refined; future prices of gold; possible variations in grade or
recovery rates; failure of equipment or processes to operate as anticipated; the failure of contracted parties to perform; labour disputes and other
risks of the mining industry; delays in obtaining governmental approvals or financing or in the completion of exploration. Although Hy Lake has
attempted to identify important factors that could cause actual actions, events or results to differ materially from those described in forwardlooking
statements, there may be other factors that cause actions, events or results not to be as anticipated, estimated or intended. There can be no
assurances that forward-looking statements will prove to be accurate, as actual results and future events could differ materially from those
anticipated in such statements. Accordingly, readers should not place undue reliance on forward-looking statements.
