Under the arrangement, First Majestic has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Silvermex. Shareholders of Silvermex will receive 0.0355 First Majestic shares and CDN$0.0001 for each held share of Silvermex.

Ankauf umgerechnet ziemlich genau 15 CAD

FRs mit 15,30 CAD abverkauft (geshortet), ab heute braucht man nicht mal mehr Aktien/Leihe für den Deal, da Closing mit T+3 ist, das ist exakt die heutige Lieferfrist für FR Verkäufe in Canada...

30 Can-Cent Gewinnspanne macht übrigens 7 TEUR Gewinn v.St. auf die o.g. size - da sagt man doch nicht nein, oder?

traurig das es jetzt so weit ist hoffe FR geht jetzt die richtigen wege mit silvermex und macht mal voran damit man sieht was für ein goldschatz da noch verborgen ist.....was bringt dir das eigentlich noch silvermex aktien zu kaufen???

Wahnsinn, da rechnet man mit Handelssuspendierung und stattdessen wird noch gehandelt und bis dato fanden noch 820.000 Aktien den Weg in meine breite Scheune, wow - vielen Dank

Der Closing-Tag ist da - SLX gehört jetzt zu 100% First Majestic.

Der Handel müßte noch vorbörslich in Canada ausgesetzt werden, selbiges ist für Germany zu erwarten (wenns die Makler denn checken). Die neuen Aktien sollte Ende der Woche oder Anfang nächster Woche da sein.

FR kann ich auch so kaufen, ohne SLX durchzuhalten. aber der neuliche up beim hui war einfach nur als zwischenerholung zu verstehen.
ich muss aufpassen daß ich nicht zu arg ins minus rutsche. von daher ab und an was abziehen, denn der sell-off kommt erst noch...

SLX wird seit 3. April - mithin seit bald 3 Monaten (!) - 1:1 nach dem First Majestic, der wachstumsstärksten Silberaktie der Welt, Kurs gestellt. Mithin ist SLX nun FR, SLX ist tot, in paar Tagen auch offziell beerdigt. Entsprechend macht die "SLX-Denkweise" schon lange keinen wirklichen Sinn mehr - genausowenig wie das heutige umrechnen von EUR in DM-Preise

natürlich wäre ich gerne silvermexler geblieben aber wenn jemand mich übernimmt dass ist FR wohl die beste wahl ...zusammen haben sie gute chancen die konkurrenz hinter sich zu lassen...
natürlich ist es zur zeit ein schwieriger markt gold silber können jederzeit noch neue tiefs machen wenn wir das überstanden haben sollte es langsam aber sicher wieder besser werden

Sofern Du keine phys. Aktienurkunden (mit Name und Adresse drauf) besitzt und deshalb in Kanada regestriert bist, wirst Du als dt. Aktionär einer kanadischen Bude auch von niemandem angeschrieben. Da muss man sich schon selbst drum kümmern. Teilweise erheben dt. Banken sogar recht fette Gebühren (und haben ihre eigenen Fristen), wenn Du bei ihnen deine Stimmerechte wahrnehmen willst. Für FR Voting hab ich letztes Jahr oder so mal fast 80 € gelöhnt - frech (andere machens gänzlich gratis)....

SILVERMEX SECURITYHOLDERS APPROVE PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT WITH FIRST MAJESTIC

First Majestic Silver Corp. and Silvermex Resources Inc. have released positive results from the Silvermex annual general and special meeting held today in Vancouver, Canada. Silvermex shareholders, warrantholders and optionholders (together, the "Securityholders") overwhelmingly voted in favour of the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") whereby First Majestic will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Silvermex.

Following the unanimous recommendation by the Silvermex Board of Directors, the transaction was approved by over 99% of the votes cast by Securityholders at the meeting. The Final Court Order approving the Arrangement will be sought on June 28, 2012. The effective date of the arrangement is expected to be on July 3, 2012.

Silvermex Resources Announces Q1 2012 Financial Results
Vancouver, BC, Canada - May 15, 2012 - Silvermex Resources Inc. ("Silvermex") (TSX: SLX) reported today its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Highlights from the quarter, which should be read in conjunction with the unaudited financial statement and management's discussion and analysis available at www.silvermexresources.com and www.sedar.com, include:

The Company entered into a definitive agreement with First Majestic Silver Corp. ("First Majestic") in which First Majestic has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Silvermex. The terms of the agreement are discussed in detail in the company's news release dated April 3, 2012.
Revenues of $2.93 million were achieved from the sale of 57,399 ounces of silver and 862 ounces of gold.
The La Guitarra mine produced at a rate of 336 tonnes per day ("tpd") totaling 26,869 tonnes of ore, representing a 64% increase from the same period in 2011.
Total production equalled 101,158 ounces of silver and 1,136 ounces of gold
Average realized silver price was US$32.89 per ounce and average realized gold price was US$1,690.16.


The Company achieved a gross profit of $96,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2012, on sales of silver and gold of $2.9 million compared with a gross profit of $1.7 million on sales of silver and gold of $3.9 million for the comparative 2011 period. The decrease in sales in the period was due to lower ounces produced and an increase in concentrate inventory. For the first three months of 2012, the Company mined from a zone with lower grade ore, as well as more complex metallurgy, which resulted in lower recoveries in the period. Consequently, the ounces produced decreased contributing to the lower sales and higher unit processing costs. Additionally, inventory in the period was stockpiled as the Company's refiner had difficulty obtaining cyanide for processing causing the company to delay shipments of concentrate. Subsequent to the three months ended March 31, 2012, the Company entered into a one-off sale agreement with a different refinery for the processing of 600 tonnes of gold and silver concentrate out of inventory.

Silver production for the first quarter of 2012 decreased 24.6% over the fourth quarter of 2011 while gold production increased by 12.5%. The decreased silver production in the quarter was due to a decrease in overall grade and a slight decrease in silver recovery. The increase in gold production was a result of improved gold recovery in the period.

Michael Callahan, Silvermex's President, commented on this quarter's results: "Although overall production was down from the previous quarter, we were able to operate the plant at more than our projected 320 tons per day. Now that we are mining from all three areas of the mine, which have different metallurgical characteristics, our focus is to determine the right blend of the various ore's that will optimize throughput, recovery and gross margin".

Bei einer Hausse brauchen wir weder Honey noch Dosto, eine Hausse machen wir alle selber.
