Ich möchte es ja nicht verschreien, aber mein Bauchgefühl sagt mir, daß wir vor einem explosiven Anstieg stehen, sofern uns die PP-Zeichner nicht mit Verkäufen in die Suppe spucken.

Die Konsolidierung nach der Kursexplosion war aufwärtsgerichtet, das heisst, dass der Kurs trotz Gewinnmitnahmen weiter zulegen konnte. Mit dem Bruch der 1,03 CAD-Marke, also einem nachhaltigen Überschreiten der 1 CAD-Marke wird die Aktie wohl kein Halten mehr kennen. Vielleicht verharren wir mal 2-3 Tage unter der 1,25 CAD-Marke, aber dann sehe ich als nächstes Ziel das ATH bei 1,78 CAD kommen.

In Anbetracht von Kauf-Verkauf-Verhältnissen und der Kursentwicklung würde ich sagen, FMS ist noch am Beginn eines neuen Aufwärtstrends hin zu einer Neubewertung.

Focus plans to issue a preliminary economic assessment by April, Economo says. Then it’s straight to construction and open-pit production. “We won’t need a feasibility study because we’ll have offtake agreements, and we have our financing already pretty well defined. Within the next six months, we should be well on our way through the permitting process. The plant is currently being designed, as well as the mine plan. By the end of next year, we should be in production. Initially, we should produce 20,000 tonnes at 98% and then another 3,000 to 5,000 tonnes at 99.99%.”

OTTAWA – February 23, 2012 - Focus Metals Inc. (“Focus Metals” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:FMS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Cormark Securities Inc. and Byron Capital Markets Ltd. (collectively the “Underwriters”), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to act as underwriters in connection with the offer and sale of 5,000,000 flow through shares (“Flow-Through Shares”) of Focus Metals (the “Offering”) on a private placement basis. The Flow-Through Shares shall be offered at a price of $1.30 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $6.5 million. In addition, the Company has granted the Underwriters an option to increase the size of the Offering by an additional 2,693,000 Flow-Through Shares, exercisable at any time up to 48 hours prior to the closing of the Offering, which would increase the gross proceeds of the Offering to approximately $10 million.

The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about March 14, 2012 and is subject to the completion of formal documentation and receipt of regulatory approval, including the approval of the TSXV.

The proceeds of the financing will be used to incur eligible Canadian Exploration Expenses, as defined under the Income Tax Act (Canada), that will be renounced in favour of the purchasers with an effective date of no later than December 31, 2012. The funds are intended to be used to explore and advance Focus Metals’ Lac Knife Graphite Project located in Québec.

schöner aufschlag jedenfalls. dann steht eigentlich nichts mehr im wege um den kurs heute auf 1,30 + hogehen zu lassen . oder wie seht ihr das? Die news kam gestern nachbörslich, oder?
