Servus. Die Stimmung kocht nur über weil die Lehre der Mathematik so manchen auf ST nicht in die Wiege gelegt wurde. Wie @aaahhh beschrieben hat ändert sich doch nichts für Sie und jeder von uns konnte das fast schon erahnen. Aktuell haben wir ca. 220 Mio. ausstehende Aktien was bei einem 1:10 ja dann 22 Mio. sind. Er möchte auf 55 Mio. reduzieren daraus ergibt sich die Differenz von 33 Mio. somit haben wir dann - gesehen Stand gestern 8,30$ (RS 1:10) - 273,90 Mio. Shares. Das Interesse von Investoren/Instis soll angekurbelt werden bei einem anderen SP Preis daraus folgt ungeduldige "Retailer" abzuschütteln die noch immer von Lambos träumen.
Aktuell natürlich - ohne gute News - eine Spielwiese für die Shorts.

Mal drüber nachgedacht ?

Frage: Wie kommt iBio derzeit an das dringend benötigte viele Geld zur weiteren Produktentwicklung wenn die Aktionäre einer Erhöhung der Aktienanzahl nicht zustimmen (JHV 2020) ?

Möglich wäre doch Folgendes:

1. einen RS 1:10 bereits jetzt ankündigen
2. kurz darauf sehr gute Neuigkeiten verkünden -Folge- der Kurs steigt erheblich
3. den RS durchführen -Folge- der Wert pro Einzelaktie steigt
4. die Aktienanzahl erhöhen und somit jede Menge Geld zu Höchstkursen einsacken

So wie ich das lese RS 1:10 und dann die Aktienanzahl auf 55 Mio. erhöhen:

(4) to approve an amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, to effect a reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”) of our issued and outstanding shares
of Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share, at the ratio of one (1) share of Common Stock for every ten (10) shares of Common Stock (the “Reverse Stock Split

(5) to approve an amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, to decrease, concurrent with and conditioned upon the effectiveness of the Reverse Stock
Split, the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from 275,000,000 to 55,000,000 (the “Authorized Share Decrease Proposal”)

Bin echt so etwas von enttäuscht. War immer überzeugt von IBIO, aber jetzt bin ich echt ratlos.
Was tun: verkaufen, nachkaufen nach dem Split - keine Ahnung ??

Die Stimmung drüben kocht gerade über. Die fühlen sich alle sowas von verarscht. Oh oh Tom, bald hast Du keinen Anleger mehr. Gute Nachrichten sehen anders aus. Von 7 Dollar auf 0,83 und man stimmt über einen RS ab. Das ein CEO sowas schafft, Respekt. Wer jetzt noch an zweistellige Kurse usw glaubt, der glaubt auch an den Weihnachtsmann. Ich weiß noch damals wurden viele hier angemacht, als sie sagten der Kurs geht dahin wo er herkommt. Respekt Leute ihr habt recht gehabt.

Na so was da ist die 0.85 vor paar Wochen wurde noch gelacht darüber. Ich habe leider auch noch einen ganzen Arsch voll von Ibio Aktien aber man sollte die Realität und Kritiker immer im Auge behalten und nicht nur belachen. Bis jetzt hatten die schwarz Seher wohl eher Recht

RS 1:5! Das hab ich hier schon vor Tagen eingestellt, dass das wieder droht. Jetzt ist es leider wieder Realität und steht auf der Agenda bei der HV.
Vom Invest her ändert sich nichts, die Stückzahl verringert sich halt. Wird aber selten gut aufgenommen vom Markt! Viel interessanter ist für mich die Frage warum jetzt? Vor guten news , da sollte es doch eigentlich hoch gehen über den 1$. Bad news? Oder sind sie für Investoren und Instis bei nur 55 Mio shares und einem anderen Kurslevel wieder interessanter? Hab da jetzt auch noch keine Antwort drauf.
