Seite9sieht man wo Shoba liegt.

Condor Announces First Quarter Results
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2011) - Condor Petroleum Inc. ("Condor" or the "Corporation") (TSX:CPI) is pleased to announce the release of its unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011, together with the related Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A"). These documents will be made available under Condor's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on the Condor website at www.condorpetroleum.com. All financial amounts in this press release are in Canadian dollars. The unaudited Interim Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"). Further details on Condor's conversion to IFRS are provided in the MD&A.
First quarter and recent highlights include:
On March 31, 2011, Condor filed a prospectus with the security regulators in each province of Canada in connection with, among other things, a proposed initial public offering of up to 57,142,857 common shares and to qualify the distribution of 36.0 million common shares issuable upon the deemed exercise of special warrants issued by Condor pursuant to a special warrant offering which was completed in December 2010. The initial public offering was completed on April 12, 2011 for gross proceeds of $80.0 million and 57,142,857 shares were issued at a price of $1.40 per share.
In March 2011, the post-canopy exploration drilling program commenced on the Zharkamys West 1 territory in western Kazakhstan, in which Condor holds a 100% interest. Three wells have been drilled to date and all encountered hydrocarbon pay intervals. All net pay calculations were based on wireline logs and determined using industry-standard petrophysical analysis. Shoba-3 has been cased and is expected to be completed once regulatory approvals are received. The total net hydrocarbon pay encountered at the three Shoba wells, along with the associated initial clean-up flow rates for Shoba-1 and Shoba-2, each of which was tested over a three day period, are as follows:
Well Net Oil Pay
(meters) Net Gas Pay
(meters) Peak Flow
(barrels per day) Stable Flow
(barrels per day)
Shoba-1 19 5 280 210
Shoba-2 15 24 1,080 530
Shoba-3 18 16 Not yet completed
There is no certainty that any of the hydrocarbons will be recovered. Hydrocarbon recovery is subject to all of the risks associated with oil and gas operations, both domestic and international, as discussed in greater detail in Condor's Management Discussion and Analysis for the three months ended March 31, 2011 and in Condor's prospectus dated March 31, 2011.

Frohe Pfingsten.

Condor Begins Drilling of Kiyaktysay North-3 Well and Initiates Follow-Up 3D Seismic Acquisition Program
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 7, 2011) - Condor Petroleum Inc. ("Condor" or the "Corporation") (TSX:CPI) is pleased to announce Kiyaktysay North-3 ("KN-3") drilling operations have commenced on the Zharkamys West 1 Territory in Kazakhstan. The KN-3 well location targets the same Triassic geologic play that resulted in the recent Shoba discoveries. The KN-3 has a planned total depth of 1000 meters and is located 17 km southeast of Shoba.
Condor has also initiated field acquisition of a 1,280 sq km 3D seismic program in the southeast portion of Zharkamys, designed to image shallow Triassic plays as well as deeper Sub-Canopy and Pre-Salt plays. It is planned to have this program completed in Q4 2011, at which point 90% of Zharkamys will have coverage with high resolution 3D seismic data.
Don Streu, Condor's President and CEO commented: "Condor is continuing with our strategy of using 3D seismic to both explore and appraise multiple play types on the Territory. Condor believes implementation of this approach is one means to mitigate exploration risk while providing data necessary to progress commercial development activities".
