      TRADING UPDATE

Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. ("HaloSource" or "the Company") (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2011 on or around 13 March 2012.

The Board of the Company is taking this opportunity to provide the market with an update of activity through the second half of 2011 and give some perspective on the preliminary outlook for 2012.

      Highlights

      · Revenue for the full year ended 31 December 2011 is expected to be $12.0 million, in line with market expectations announced in October 2011. Cash and cash equivalents were approximately $13.4 million at the year-end. The Company is expected to have adequate capital reserves to fund its 2012 plan.

      · As announced on 21 October 2011, the Company appointed Martin Coles as its new President and CEO. Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in consumer marketing, sales and operations both internationally and domestically with over 33 years at some of the world's most recognized brands including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nike, Reebok and most recently as President of Starbucks Coffee International. Following a strategic review by the new CEO, several key initiatives have been identified and are now being executed to drive growth in 2012, including:

o Cultivating deeper strategic relationships with a select few industry players across the segments of the business.
o Focusing on core competencies while eliminating distractions
o Building brand awareness with a relentless focus on technology innovation.

      · The Company has worked closely with Bajaj, its exclusive distributor of the Company's Waterbird water
purification device in India, to implement several product enhancements together with revamped packaging and key design improvements which management believes will drive growing unit sales through the Bajaj distribution channel during the upcoming 2012 monsoon season.

      · New HaloPure customers added during the second half of 2011, and joint development agreements ("JDA")
signed with two multi-national corporations ("MNC") for potential product launches in H2 2012.

      · Regulatory: China Ministry of Health ("MOH") approval for first HaloPure pitcher cartridge.

HaloSource's CEO, Martin Coles, commented :

"We are seeing a significant increase in partner interest in adopting our innovative and protected technology, including by a number of significant MNC's. These companies are targeting fast growing water segments and need class leading and approved technology to offer the highest performing solutions. Our technology portfolio continues to be unmatched in breadth, performance and regulatory approval and we will continue to focus our attention on adding targeted and significant global partners in 2012, and beyond."

      Strategic Initiatives

Martin and the leadership team have conducted a three-month strategic review and have implemented a revised company strategy, focusing on the Company's core expertise in technology and its application for the needs of its global partners. The Company is looking to build new customer relationships whilst enhancing existing customer relationships in the Company's main markets of US, India and China with companies such as Pool Corp., Bajaj and Eureka Forbes. The Company's new strategy incorporates the following core principles as key to driving growth:

      · Cultivating deeper more meaningful strategic relationships with select industry players across all segments of the business enabling the Company to expand its reach and application of its innovative technologies (geography, product, and channel). Being more open to structures that leverage core competencies of each party.
      · Focusing on product innovation around the Company's core technologies in its various segments.
      · Building brand awareness with a relentless focus on the end user, understanding their needs and developing appropriate solutions using the Company's unique technologies and approach.
      · Investing in our people to ensure we have the right talent in the right places at the right time in line with our growth ambitions, partnerships and key markets.

With these strategic initiatives now well into implementation, the Company is focused on building a strong, sustainable and rapidly growing global business where its core expertise in technology and its application marries up with the strengths of its global strategic partners.

In conjunction with the corporate strategy initiatives, the Company has also taken steps to reduce all costs in the business. To that end, the cash burn for the business dropped in excess of 30% in H2 2011 over H1 2011. This was driven by cost containment across the entire organization and minimizing expenditures that are unmatched with customer and revenue commitments. The cash position of the Company is, and will continue to be, monitored closely whilst the Company looks to execute its revised strategy throughout 2012, and beyond.

      2011 Results

The Company had a difficult year of trading, with expected revenue of approximately $12.0 million for the full year.

The Company expects the approximate breakdown of revenues for the full year to be:

      · Water Clarification revenue of $10.0 million.

      · Water Purification (HaloPure drinking water) revenue of $1.4 million.

      · Antimicrobial Coatings revenue of $0.6 million.

      Operational Review

The Company's water clarification unit was doubly impacted by poor weather in the SeaKlear line of recreation water products and lower overall construction activity in the HaloKlear line of environmental water products. Management changes have been made in both of these businesses and we believe these changes, combined with a better macro environment, will lead to much improved execution in 2012.

As previously reported, the Company's drinking water unit was significantly impacted by manufacturing challenges associated with its newly developed Waterbird household water purifier launched with Bajaj in India. This delay ultimately resulted in a late product launch missing most of the 2011 key monsoon season in India, a very big driver of seasonal demand for water purifiers. Over the past several months, the Company has worked closely with Bajaj, to implement several product enhancements together with revamped packaging and key design improvements. Management believes these changes will drive unit sales through the Bajaj distribution channel during the upcoming 2012 monsoon season. In addition, during the fourth quarter the Company worked with Bajaj on a program that placed Waterbird units in the field targeting an encephalitis outbreak in Gorakhpur.

Other areas of commercial progress since the trading update announced in October 2011 include:
      · Shipped first order of pitchers to a Major US OEM for retail distribution.
      · Orders commenced to a Malaysian-based RO partner.
      · Signed an agreement for Waterbird, UTC, and pitchers for retail distribution in Africa, Middle East and Russia with Water Applications Limited.
      · Signed a JDA for a second generation, air-to-water generator cartridge (current customer).
      · Orders commenced to a partner in Indonesia for HaloPure water pitchers.
      · Shipped the first Waterbird order for a trial targeting the NGO category via our partner Del Agua.
      · Signed a JDA with a Latin American environmental water distributor for the use of HaloKlear in treating environmentally sensitive run-off associated with hydro-electric and dredging projects. The Company shipped this partner product orders during the fourth quarter of 2011 to support this project.

Subsequent progress in H1 2012 to date includes:
      · Signed a JDA with a second major MNC for the launch of a low-cost water purification device powered by HaloPure targeting the emerging markets for which unit sales may commence during H2 2012.

Regulatory progress since H1 2011 includes:
      · Received its first China MOH approval of a HaloPure powered pitcher cartridge, a critical and major milestone for the Company.
      · In Brazil, the Company overcame a technical hurdle related to the test methodology of the national industry standards body. With this achievement, the Company is hopeful this will pave a way for realization of orders from its Brazilian partners.

The Company's out-licensing based HaloShield unit remains primarily tied to its combined relationship with 1888 Mills and Clorox. Management continues to believe that regulatory approval on product claims is the key to growth in this segment, and this effort continues with the US Environmental Protection Agency.

      Outlook

Despite challenging trading conditions, management is confident that under its new leadership, results will improve in 2012. This will be driven by further implementation of our new strategic framework, better execution with key partners and customers including Bajaj, Eureka Forbes and meaningful engagement with several newly signed partners in China, India, Brazil and the US. As we begin 2012 we are already starting to see the desired results of these efforts.

      SIGNIFICANT NEW STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

HALOSOURCE, INC. AND SIGSA STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIP
      THROUGH POWERFUL ENVIRONMENTAL WATER PARTNERSHIP

SEATTLE (BUSINESSWIRE), 22 February 2012 - HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the clean water technology company, and Servicios de Ingeniería Geosintética, S.A. (SIGSA) announce today a strategic partnership to develop and deploy the unique eco-friendly HaloKlearTM Dual Polymer System ("DPS") water treatment technology in dry form for use in SIGSA's Latin American industrial water-treatment markets. These applications include construction storm-water run-off, hydro-electric dam construction and dredging projects. An exclusive supply agreement will follow this funded development, which will provide SIGSA with exclusivity in certain key markets in exchange for minimum commitments. Management expect that at full scale this exclusive supply agreement has the potential to provide up to US$1 million in annual revenue for HaloSource.

SIGSA has already been purchasing the current HaloKlear DPS product for multiple projects and this partnership is a major step forward in deploying the "next generation" DPS technology, delivering higher value from both a performance and cost perspective. The use of the innovative HaloKlear technology in commercial scale eco-friendly water treatment has put HaloSource as a leader in the industry. Latin American markets demonstrate strong and sustained demand for an all-natural and environmentally responsible solution for commercial water treatment, and the HaloKlear biopolymer solution reduces the user's carbon footprint by eliminating the previous industry practice of transporting chemically contaminated material, resulting from conventional water treatment processes, to landfill for burial. The environmental advantages along with the DPS product's performance and cost effectiveness make it a win-win for SIGSA in Latin America.

Martin Coles, CEO of HaloSource commented, "While HaloSource has been in the storm water remediation market in the United States for many years, we are delighted to partner with SIGSA, one of the strongest players in Latin America and a company with a tremendous heritage of environmental responsibility and stewardship. Our relationship with SIGSA is another step forward in our strategy to deliver our world-class technologies in water treatment through deeper strategic partnerships. Key industry players like SIGSA share our commitment to environmental responsibility and create access for people across the world to clean, safe water - whether they drink it, play in it or put it back into the environment."

HaloSource's HaloKlear product line ensures clean, safe and healthy water sources by removing contaminants from storm water runoff at construction sites, drilling projects, dredging operations and contaminated water resulting from oil and gas exploration, enabling operators to meet stringent local, state and national requirements around the world.

SIGSA President Nicky Araujo commented, "The appeal of the HaloKlear DPS technology is driven by its superior performance in particle removal using an all natural and environmentally friendly ingredient base. This eco-friendly solution coupled with the impact on our overall reduction in our carbon footprint has made this expansion of our partnership an easy decision. We are proud to be leading the way for the industry in adopting this technology."

The Company delivered improved results for the year under review and expects revenue of approximately $13.3 million for the full year, to be broken down between:

      · HaloKlear (Environment Water Remediation) revenue of $2.1 million, up 160% from 2011

      · HaloPure® (Drinking Water) revenue of $2.2 million, up 58% from 2011

      · SeaKlear (Recreational Water) revenue of $8.8 million, down 4% from 2011

      Business Review

The Company has made a number of major changes in its global Sales, Marketing, Business Development and other operating functions around the world. These changes were initiated in order to get closer to the end user and allow the Company to more quickly react to local needs and opportunities in the markets in which HaloSource operates. As a result of these changes, the Company successfully executed several new partnerships, launched new products, and revived partnerships with key players in certain markets.

      HaloKlear (Environmental Water Remediation)
The HaloKlear business saw significant growth in 2012 (160%) driven largely by new partnerships with SIGSA (Latin America and Spain), RST (New Zealand and Australia) and Stormtec (Canada). Additionally, the Company continues to find new partners and new applications for its environmental water solutions in the United States. Innovation continues to be a factor as the Company remains focused on "green" technologies which, in many instances, are higher performing and more cost effective than existing applications.

In 2012, the Company signed four new supply agreements for HaloKlear products, including its first supply agreement related to treatment of municipal water in Malaysia. HaloSource expects more new partnerships in the near future and sees significant opportunities for growth in a variety of industries, including municipal water treatment, construction, oil and gas and mining, each of which produces significant amounts of water requiring remediation before recycling or returning it to the environment.

      HaloPure® (Drinking Water Purification)
Water Purification revenues increased by 58% driven primarily by newly signed partnerships in China (Perfect), Brazil (Pentair) and India (Tupperware) as well as reinitiating growth with Eureka Forbes in India. 2012 also included a one-time fee related to a standstill agreement with a large multi-national corporation for exclusive rights to gravity-based water purification devices using HaloPure® technology in China.

      SeaKlear (Recreational Water)
Revenues in the U.S. pool and spa industry, sold primarily under the SeaKlear® brand, were down 4%. The Company believes this is attributable primarily to inventory management initiatives with some of the Company's key distributors who are focused on optimising their inventory levels. Despite the challenges of an industry with marginal growth, the Company is very positive regarding its ability to gain market share through new product introductions and innovation, such as its Mighty Pods, launched in late 2012. Additionally, the Company is focused on driving deeper, more meaningful partnerships in the segment while focusing on consumer and end user needs and effectively building awareness for the SeaKlear brand and suite of offerings.

      Outlook

The Company made significant progress in 2012 and successfully executed in a number of areas under its strategic initiatives, including the addition of several new global partners and the introduction of a new, innovative product in the SeaKlear segment. Additionally, the pipeline for growth continues to expand through new customers, new markets and new innovation as the Company is able to attract potential new users to its unique line-up of water technology products. The accomplishments achieved in 2012 are significant building blocks to sustained future growth. With these core partnerships and products in place, the Company expects to accelerate its growth trajectory in 2013.

HaloSource's CEO, Martin Coles, commented: "We are extremely pleased with our progress and internal execution against the core elements of our strategic plan; and most importantly the reception and application of our solutions from key business partners and end users.

Our innovative suite of water purification solutions clearly resonates with the market needs for greener solutions, increasing efficacy and lowering total cost of ownership, and simplicity in application/dosing. We are witnessing significant strengthening of demand for HaloSource powered solutions across all lines of our business and our growth trajectory is ramping sequentially both year-on-year and with each successive half yearly reporting cycle.

We are clearly gaining momentum behind innovation in our core technologies and the application of our scientific solutions in partnership with key industry players."

HALOSOURCE SEES BENEFIT FROM PARTNERSHIP WITH TUPPERWARE

HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN, HAL.LN) the clean water technology company, announced the commercial expansion of its HaloPure® technology cartridges into the Indian market through its partnership with Tupperware.

Tupperware India's national direct sales force has begun selling HaloPure technology in its new line of TupperSure gravity-fed devices designed specifically for the rapidly expanding Indian water purification market. The TupperSure device addresses increasing concerns about the consistency of the water supply and the potential contamination and spread of water-borne diseases as well as the annual impact of monsoon season on water quality.

The TupperSure device provides a one-stop solution to filtering, purifying and storing water utilizing HaloSource's class-leading HaloPure technology which kills 99.99% of viruses and 99.9999% bacteria to provide safe and clean drinking water. The TupperSure device is also equipped with a unique auto-shutoff system that stops the flow of water through the HaloPure cartridge after a measured period, ensuring users never consume water after the useful life of the cartridge has been exceeded.

TupperSure is India's 1st gravity-fed unit to be certified "Gold Seal" by WQA USA for bacteria and virus elimination. Compared with heavy, bulky and far more expensive and complex systems that require an uninterrupted supply of electricity and running water, TupperSure is simple to operate and maintain for achieving the highest level of water filtration with no power requirement.

Martin Coles, CEO of HaloSource commented, "We are deeply grateful to the Tupperware team for their belief in our science and commitment to bringing the very best standard of purification in the gravity fed segment to the Indian consumer. The Tupperware brand and products are respected and trusted by consumers worldwide for their quality, reliability and performance. Tupperware's direct sales team also provides a significant advantage in communicating the efficacy of our technology, and we are confident in a high adoption rate for the device and its replacement cartridges, which will further acknowledge the acceptance of our technology in the marketplace."

      Trading Update
      25 January 2016

      HaloSource, Inc.
      ("HaloSource" or the "Company")

HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on London's AIM, today issues a trading update for its financial year ended 31 December 2015 ahead of its preliminary results for the period, which it expects to announce on 8 March 2016.

Revenues for the full year ended 31 December 2015 are expected to be $16.3 million (2014: $21.0 million), with $1.9 million of orders previously expected to be shipped in 2015 now being delivered in Q1 2016. Net cash at the year end is expected to be approximately $4.6 million (2014: $13.8 million).

      Drinking Water
Full year revenues were $4.2 million (2014: $6.3 million), impacted by delays in key customer rollouts and the previously announced unscheduled shutdown of the Company's Drinking Water manufacturing facility in China. As announced on 11 December 2015, the Company has successfully resumed full production at this facility and is now actively fulfilling customer orders for key partners such as Perfect, Eureka Forbes and Zhejiang Lonsid Healthy Drinking Water Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Lonsid"), with whom the Company signed a supply agreement in late 2015. Lonsid specialises in the design, development, manufacture and sale of healthy drinking water equipment in the Chinese residential and commercial markets and is now deploying HaloPure® technology in several of its reverse osmosis systems.

      Environmental Water
Full year revenues for the business were $2.4 million (2014: $3.0 million), impacted by drier-than-average weather across the western United States throughout 2015, which decreased demand for our products used in storm water management. During the year, HaloSource undertook a restructuring of this division, which is expected to continue to improve gross margins and reduce expenses in the business going forward.

      Recreational Water
Full year revenues were $9.7 million (2014: $11.5 million), which comprised $1.3 million in revenue from new customers during the year but was more than offset by reduced sales to two of our larger, lower margin customers. The Company has implemented structural changes and moved to a commission-based agency sales model, which is expected to continue to improve gross margins and reduce fixed costs going forward.

Martin Coles, President and CEO of HaloSource, said:
"We have now fully resolved the specific operational challenges that impacted the business in 2015.

We remain committed to investing in and building our Drinking Water business whilst continuing to aggressively reduce our cost of goods and operating expenses. We remain focused on delivering our class-leading HaloPure® Drinking Water technology through current and future strategic partnerships with some of the world's leading brands.

We have implemented a number of structural changes during 2015 which we expect to continue to improve gross margins in both the Recreational and Environmental Water businesses while we continue to explore strategic opportunities to strengthen our balance sheet and improve cash reserves."

UPDATE ON STRATEGY AND TRADING AND SALE OF ENVIRONMENTAL WATER BUSINESS
      23 February 2016
      HaloSource, Inc.
      ("HaloSource" or the "Company")

HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on London's AIM, today announces that its Board has undertaken a review of the Company's strategy and is implementing its plan to focus exclusively on the growth of its Drinking Water business going forward. The Company is making structural changes to the Drinking Water business to place key resources in its two major markets, China and India, resulting in significant headcount reductions in the United States. The Board expects that this will help drive operational efficiencies as well as improve the Company's ability to work with key Drinking Water customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

In conjunction with its strategic review, the Company received an approach from Dober Chemical Corporation ("Dober") to acquire the Company's HaloKlear® branded Environmental Water business which delivered revenues of $2.4 million for the year ended 31 December 2015 but was not profitable during the year. Under the terms of the asset sale agreement, the Company will receive an initial cash consideration of $550,000, subject to post-closing adjustments, for the book value of inventory and certain capital assets related to the Environmental Water business, together with deferred consideration of not less than $303,000 and not more than $1,147,000 in cash dependent upon sales of HaloKlear® over the next two years. The deferred consideration will be payable quarterly by Dober. All cash received from Dober will be used to fund the working capital requirements of the Company. The sale of the Company's Environmental Water business and the structural changes the Company is implementing in its Drinking Water business will substantially reduce annual operational costs going forward.

As a consequence of its review, the Board now estimates that revenues from its remaining business segments for 2016 will be lower than current market expectations. However, the Board expects the net loss for 2016 to be in line with current market expectations.

Martin Coles, President and CEO of HaloSource, said:

"The plans we are implementing will leave HaloSource well positioned for success as a Drinking Water focused business. We will continue to focus our efforts on growing our presence in the Drinking Water market by providing market-leading technology that powers the devices of our existing business partners while adding new partnerships as additional players enter this rapidly growing business segment. We expect to improve operating margins and tightly control operating expenses while growing revenues going forward.

      TRADING UPDATE

HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology solutions company traded on London's AIM, today issues a trading update for the six-month period ended 30 June 2016.

Following the sale of the Company's Recreational Water and Environmental Water businesses ("Discontinued Segments"), total revenue from continuing operations for the period ended 30 June 2016 was $1.4 million (H1 2015: $2.7 million). Drinking Water revenue for H1 2016 was primarily impacted by manufacturing related production stoppages at one of our key customers in China (unrelated to product supplied to the customer by HaloSource), resulting in customer orders in hand of approximately $750,000 not being shipped. However, our customer's manufacturing challenges have now been resolved and they restarted production in July 2016. Revenues were also impacted by lower than expected revenues from major customers in India and Latin America, which more than offset better than expected sales to the Company's second largest customer in China.

The Company continues to make significant reductions in its operating expenses, having transferred much of the responsibility for short and medium term operation of the Drinking Water business from the US to its Chinese and Indian business units and disposing of the Discontinued Segments in H1 2016. Headcount at our US facility was reduced from 50 to 22 during H1 2016, and the Company intends to further reduce operating expenses in H2 2016 whilst maintaining the integrity of its operations and continuing to develop new products for both existing and new customers.

At 30 June 2016, the Company had a cash balance of $4.1 million and was debt free. The Company currently expects a further cash infusion of approximately $2.9 million to be received in August 2016 from the purchaser of the Company's Recreational Water business. Given the reduction in revenue from continuing operations compared to the prior year, management expects that revenue for 2016 will be in a range of $4 million to $6 million. Management continues to expect net loss for 2016 will be in line with current market expectations primarily as a result of an expected gain on sale from the disposal of our Recreational Water business.

Whilst our business continues to build on a strong base of customer relationships with some of the world's best known participants in the Drinking Water segment in China, India and the Americas, we are also diversifying our application mix beyond gravity fed water devices by penetrating the fast growing reverse osmosis market, initially in China. Our HaloPure® disinfection technology has been used to provide compliance with biofilm and recontamination regulation in an increasing number of existing partner reverse osmosis devices, which we believe is an exciting new category for us.

The Company continues to strengthen its intellectual property portfolio with the development of its HaloPure® adsorption media for lead removal, which is in the final stages of commercialisation and is expected to be available to customers in early 2017. With this technology platform, we are building on our existing HaloPure® business to introduce new solutions in additional point-of-use segments such as pitchers, bottles and in line applications as quickly as possible to deal with both heavy metal and biological contaminant removal.

Trading Update and Commencement of Strategic Review

HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology solutions company trading on London's AIM market, today provides an update on trading ahead of the year ending 31 December 2016.

As announced on 26 July 2016, total revenues from continuing operations for the six months ended 30 June 2016 were negatively impacted by manufacturing related stoppages at a key customer in China. Although these issues were resolved over the summer, demand for the Company's products into the second half from this key customer has been weaker than expected. As a result, the Company expects revenues for the year ending 31 December 2016 to be materially lower than market expectations, and in the range of $2 to $3 million. While the Company has taken significant steps during the year to reduce operating expenses, the reduction in revenues will result in the net loss for the full year being higher than market expectations.

As at 31 December 2016 the Company expects to have net cash of approximately $2.0 million, which would fund the Company through to Q2 2017 at the current cash burn rate. However, the Board will continue to take proactive steps to reduce the cash burn rate to prolong the funding position of the Company through to at least the end of 2017. This includes closing its production facility in India by the end of 2016, with customers in India to continue to be serviced by its Chinese facility. The impact of these steps will result in the Company's expectations for revenue for 2017 being in a range of $4 to $6 million.

In light of the above, the Company's Board will undertake a review of all strategic options available to the Company. Shareholders will be updated further in due course.
