Microphase Corp Inc in Norwalk, CT is a private company categorized under Microwave Communication Equipment. Our records show it was established in 1955 and incorporated in Connecticut. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $20 to 50 million and employs a staff of approximately 100 to 249.

Na ja, kommt drauf an was man unter anfeuern versteht.

      ...

      Und wieder News:

mPhase Technologies, Inc. Completes Visit by Invitation of French Technology Group / Meetings With ST MicroElectronics and Schneider Electric Highlight Trip

LITTLE FALLS, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 03/29/12 -- mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: XDSL) reported today that it had completed its visit, by invitation, from certain agencies of the French government, of the Grenoble Technology Cluster known as Minalogic (http://www.minalogic.org). The technologies developed at the cluster are applicable to all business sectors, including more traditional industries. The role of Minalogic is to respond to the business community's need to identify new value-added services that can be integrated into existing products in fields that include health care, the environment, mobility, the media, and the textile industry.

Minalogic brings together major corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, government agencies, and organizations from the public and private sectors. The cluster's focus on innovation and its participatory governance model are designed with one objective in mind: to ensure efficient, results-oriented cooperation among cluster partners.

The invitation was extended, after the relevant agencies reviewed mPhase's patent portfolio and the recent valuation and product applications that could result from potential licenses of various patents contained in the portfolio.

The first day of the visit acquainted mPhase with the considerable laboratory resources that could be made available in France to continue development and commercialization of its intellectual property for energy storage applications as well as broaden its smart surfaces applications.

The second day of the visit introduced mPhase to:

      (1) ST Micro Electronics (http://www.st.com) - A world leader in providing the semiconductor solutions that help customers improve quality of life for everyone, both today and in the future.

      (2) Schneider Electric (http://www.schneider-electric.com) - A global, innovative and responsible energy management company.

      (3) Polyrise (http://www.polyrise.com) - Located in France, Polyrise is a private company specialized in the development, industrialization and selling of Sol Gel varnishes.

All are members of the Cluster to explore potential mutual benefits in establishing partnerships with mPhase for product development.

The focus and interest is based upon the ability of mPhase's Smart Surface technology to electronically control the precise flow of a fluid on a nano-structured surface.

mPhase will be following up with conference calls and another visit to Grenoble in order to identify additional members of the cluster for which mPhase's intellectual property could be compelling as a component in a company's final end product

      mPhase Restructures Toxic Convertible Debt

LITTLE FALLS, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 06/06/12 -- mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: XDSL) said negotiations with two creditors have led to a standstill agreement and restructuring of approximately $1,500,000.00 Dollars in Toxic Convertible Debentures.

The beneficial effect of restructuring of the Toxic Convertible Debentures will give the Company the control it needs to cease the automatic dilution of the issued and outstanding common stock.

The death spiral caused by these instruments has been eliminated to a large extent allowing the company breathing room to carry out its future plans.

The debt restructuring should allow the company the flexibility it needs to obtain funding for mPhase's revolutionary Smart Nano Battery Technology including the launch of its new product featuring advanced battery technology targeted for the automotive and marine industries.

The company stated: "The significant restructuring of this debt, especially the Toxic Convertible Notes, is the result of an aggressive effort on the part of management and the Board of Directors to improve mPhase's ability to meet its strategic goals of completing the commercialization of its technology and obtain funding in a more ordinary course."

mPhase Endeavors to Develop Rechargeable Version of Smart NanoBattery

Published on August 27, 2012 at 9:10 AM

      By Will Soutter

mPhase Technologies has announced that it is investigating potential ways to make its Smart NanoBattery rechargeable.

The Smart NanoBattery is a flagship product of the company. It is touted to be the first power management solution that combines the properties of extended life, reliability, and safe disposal. The battery is convenient to use and is inexpensive. It demonstrates its capabilities in emergency situations that matter between life and death. It is considered to be a green solution, as the disposal of the product at the end of its life has been incorporated into the design of the product.

mPhase Technologies has announced that it is investigating the potentiality of the Smart NanoBattery in upgrading it as a rechargeable product. The company considers that if within the next one year it was able to acquire more capital for conducting research, then it will be able to make significant progress towards achieving a rechargeable Smart NanoBattery.

Earlier, mPhase had announced that it was utilizing advanced new materials such as graphene in increasing the potential of Smart NanoBattery with additional new printing technologies. In July, 2012, the company had reported that it had entered into an official agreement with a New Jersey-based academic institution for collaborating in government projects that involved study of graphene-based methods for performing ink jet printing of electronic circuits and batteries.

The present focus of the company is to develop a battery that has a long shelf life and also has the ability to be recharged with a short time period.

      Auszug Graphene Flagship.eu

Graphene appointed an EU Future Emerging Technology flagship. The European Commission has chosen Graphene as one of Europe’s first 10-year, 1,000 million euro FET flagships. The mission of Graphene is to take graphene and related layered materials from academic laboratories to society, revolutionize multiple industries and create economic growth and new jobs in Europe.

Keiner gibt seine Stücke her. Das ist der Null-Level.

mPhase New Patent Application Would Protect the Delivery of Preset Topical Dosages / NanoDermatology Society Declares 2013 the Year of Topical Delivery

LITTLE FALLS, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 02/27/13 -- mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: XDSL) announced today that on the heels of filing a US letter patent application for automatic dispensing of preset dosages for a drug delivery system that the Nanodermatology Society declared 2013 the year of Topical Delivery.
      http://www.wkrn.com/story/20967522/nanodermatology-society-d…

mPhase believes that, if issued, its new application would protect the delivery of pre set dosages of a drug agent or medication topically.

Delivery of medication to and through the skin has long been known to offer advantages over oral or intravenous routes. Such application avoids the damaging effects of liver metabolism that can also reduce the effectiveness of a medication. By allowing control over the dosing through automatic dispensing of precise amounts of medications the benefits of healing can be achieved. This also reduces damage to other organs.

With this new patent application mPhase has broadened its Smart Surface Technology into the rapidly expanding field of medical devices.

Mal schauen, was da noch passiert.

      Auszug Wikipedia: Starthilfe

      YouTu.be: Google startet kurze Video-URLs

YouTube: Die 20 meist gesehenen Videos

YouTu.be: Kurze Weblinks für YouTube-Videos gestartet.

Googles neuestes Projekt in diesem Bereich nennt sich YouTu.be.

mPhase Technologies Receives 2013 Frost & Sullivan Award for Its Path-Breaking Battery Technology / Unparalleled Battery Shelf Life, Reduction in Toxicity, Cost-Effectiveness, and Small Footprint Distinguish the Cell-Array Battery From Competing Tech

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/13 -- Based on its recent analysis of the advanced battery market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: XDSL) with the 2013 North America Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Award for its pioneering nanobattery technology. The mPhase cell-array battery overcomes the CHALLENGES associated with conventional batteries and provides an efficient, cost-effective energy storage solution.

Energy storage systems are crucial for the realization of modern policies toward higher utilization of non-fossil energy sources, including renewable energy. However, conventional battery chemistries such as nickel (Ni)-cadmium (Cd), Ni-zinc (Zn), and lithium (Li)-ion are inefficient as high-performance power sources. They are also environmentally unfriendly and plagued by issues such as self-discharge, power drain, and leakage. Currently available reserve or stand-by batteries are bulky, expensive to build, and contain large areas of wasted space due to mechanical separators inside the battery.

"mPhase Technologies' smart nanobattery is sustainable, cost-effective, easy to handle, and possesses a long shelf life, all of which clearly differentiate it from competing battery technologies," said Frost & Sullivan Research Analyst Neha Arun Bakshi. "This positions the technology to enhance the effectiveness of conventional batteries and encourage widespread adoption of reserve batteries."

mPhase Technologies' nanostructured battery has a unique design, where at least one electrode is divided into cells. A proprietary nanomaterial-based membrane limits the penetration of electrolyte to a specific cell. Since the battery can only be activated by introducing the electrolyte into the electrode, separating the two prevents deterioration of active material during storage. This means that the voltage and current generated by the battery can be easily controlled to increase battery life, while self-discharge before use is totally eliminated.

The advanced battery design significantly reduces the time needed for activation of the batteries. An interesting feature of the battery is its "power on command" capability that enables users to remotely activate the battery. The technology also facilitates activation of the battery by means of remote control switches and triggering mechanisms.

Significantly, mPhase's technology can be used for low-energy density applications as well as providing a high-performance power source for electronic devices. It allows for easy integration of electronic components directly into the manufacturing process of a battery. This helps in the development of different classes of tightly integrated devices, such as wireless sensors, integrated active radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, and lab-on-the-chip systems for both defense and commercial markets.

Additionally, the cell-array battery can illustratively alter the toxic electrolytes inside the battery. The electrolyte solution contacts the nanostructure membrane and cell, and the chemical composition of the electrolyte changes to a less toxic chemical compound, thus neutralizing the electrolyte. The nanobattery technology can then capitalize on ongoing eco-trends across industries.

"mPhase Technologies' innovation increases the inherent value for customers by eliminating the need for frequent battery changes and reducing battery waste," summarized Neha Bakshi. "Its nanobatteries are less bulky, offer a cost-effective means for mass production, and are safe to operate due to lower toxicity features. Since nanobatteries are compatible with all semiconductor devices, it can be used for a larger number of applications in electronics, military, and transportation sectors."

In recognition of its patented cell-array battery technology and continuous focus on technology innovation to widen its application in different industry verticals, mPhase Technologies is the worthy recipient of the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Award in the advanced battery market. Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents this award to the company that has demonstrated uniqueness in developing a technology that significantly impacts both the functionality and the customer value of new products and applications. The award lauds the relevance of the innovation to the industry.

Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards recognize companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development.

High risk and extreme high Chance.

mPower Technologies Has Biggest Sales Quarter

Over Half Million in Sales Revenue in Final Quarter of 2014

      January 13, 2015

CLIFTON, N.J. — mPower Technologies Inc. (http://mpowertech.com/), the consumer products subsidiary of mPhase Technologies, Inc. (XDSL), announced today that it had its biggest sales quarter to date with over a half million dollars in sales revenue in the last quarter of ‘14. With a holiday sales promotion for resellers that included promotional retail pricing for consumers in stores, orders increased and re-orders continued throughout the holiday shopping season.

mPower developed a pricing plan to promote the mPower Mini Jump to increase the retailer base. Almost 1000 stores from one national aftermarket auto chain ordered Minis to either stock their first mPower emergency portable jumpstarter product or join the mPower Jump already on their shelves. The Jump Plus is also being included in some of the store re-orders. The company has extended seasonal pricing beyond the holidays. Recognizing the winter seasonality of the jumpstarter, mPower has continued with Winter Promotional Pricing and new retailers from other automotive chains are bringing the products to their shelves. mPower believes there is an opportunity to build relationships with other chain retailers and orders are reflecting that activity.

mPower has three products solidly in the marketplace that are meeting the consumers’ demand in the portable emergency jumpstarter category. The mPower Jump can jumpstart a 12V vehicle, car or boat, up to 30 times on a single charge. The Mini Jump, smaller in size, targets an additional market by offering a jumpstarter that has the added capabilities of charging electronics. The Mini can be categorized in consumer electronics. The third product is the Jump Plus. The Plus is marketed to a high volume user such as vehicle fleets and commercial repair and combines the high volume jumpstarter with features for charging electronics and an LED flashlight with SOS flasher. The Jump Plus even runs 12V mini refrigerators and 12V pumps and inflators.

The mPower Jump, Mini Jump and Jump Plus can be found on the company’s website at www.jumpitnow.com along with a line of accessories. Wholesale pricing is available for resellers and distributors. Distributor inquiries can be directed to dealer@mpowertech.com.

mPower Technologies Inc. (http://mpowertech.com/)," target="_blank" rel="nofollow ugc noopener">http://mpowertech.com/), the consumer products subsidiary of mPhase Technologies, Inc. (XDSL), announced today that the company is releasing the technical specifications for it's newest product preparing for launch.

The mPower FastCharge has a fast charging capability for back up power for cellphones, tablets, and cameras. This unit has a unique feature that allows the product to fast charge in 6 minutes through a 12V car cigarette lighter. The battery capacity is 6000mAh (22.2 Wh) and weighs slightly more than a half-pound. The standard input is 5V/2A and the hi-speed charging input in a cigarette lighter port is 14V/10A. The unit gives the consumer the solution for a backup power unit that can charge quickly and be taken on-the-go for electronic charging when no wall power is available.

The new product is going to be offered in multiple color options. Retail pricing and distributor/wholesale pricing is being set and will be released to make pre-ordering available to resellers and the consumer in early fall.

This battery technology goes beyond the lithium ion capabilities that have been successfully demonstrated in the present portable jumpstarter units. The mPower FastCharge departs from the specific jumpstarter category but remains in the battery charging market. To date, mPower Technologies has successfully branded four portable emergency jumpstarter units.

To learn more about the current line of mPower products go to the company's website at www.jumpitnow.com. Wholesale pricing is available for resellers and distributors. Those inquiries can be directed to dealer@mpowertech.com.

Wherever you go, you're in charge.
