VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Market wire - Sept. 12, 2011) - Victory Ventures Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: VVN) is pleased to announce that it has retained a European agent to facilitate a listing of its common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. No additional shares will be issued.
It is expected that trading will commence during the month of October, 2011. The trading symbol will be provided shortly.

Victory Ventures to option Copau claims from Polaris near Imperial Metal’s Red Chris Mine
The Copau properties are approximately 11 kilometers to the south of Imperial Metals Corporation’s Red Chris copper deposit. Imperial is working towards development of a 30,000 ton per day open pit mine.
Red Chris Mine
o Reserves of over 300 million tonnes grading 0.359% copper and 0.274 g/t gold provide for a 28 year project life at a milling rate of 30,000 tonnes per day.
o The Red Chris ore body is exposed at surface resulting in a comparatively limited pre production phase.
o Recovered metal in concentrate would total 2.08 billion lbs copper and 1.324 million oz gold.
