Red Tiger Update on Financial Statement Status

Toronto, Ontario, June 30, 2014; Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV: RMN), (the "Company" or "Red Tiger") is providing this bi-weekly update on its Financial Statement Status in accordance with National Policy 12-203 -- Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("NP 12-203"). On April 24, 2014, the Company announced that for reasons disclosed in the news release, there would be a delay in the filing of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013 and its related Management Discussion & Analysis and CEO and CFO certifications beyond the 120 day period prescribed for the filing of such documents. As a result, the interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2014 and its related Management Discussion & Analysis and CEO and CFO certifications will also be delayed. The late financial statements, management discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certifications are, collectively, the "Required Filings".

As a result of this delay in filing, on May 2, 2014, the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC"), the principal regulator of the Company, issued a management cease trade order ("MCTO"). The Company reports that, since the issuance of the press release on June 13, 2014, the previous anticipated filing of the Required Filings by end of June, 2014 will not be met. The Company now anticipates filing the Required Filings by the end of July, 2014 and the MCTO has been extended until July 31, 2014. The MCTO imposes restrictions on trading in the Company's securities by its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer until the Company files the Required Filings, and the OSC makes an order revoking it. The MCTO does not prevent any other parties from trading the Company's securities.

Further to its press release on June 13, 2014, the Company continues to work with its auditors to complete the audit of the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013 as soon as possible. In addition to a few accounting issues, including resolving the complex treatment for revised timing to repay a loan and its related derivative asset, the most significant challenge the Company faces is finalizing the tax section of the financial statements. Unfortunately, the Company's Finance Manager, who was responsible for administering the Company's tax affairs in Mexico, passed away suddenly in June. While it has proven unexpectedly difficult to respond to all of the auditor's Mexico tax-related inquiries following our Financial Manager's passing, the Company has been working diligently to conclude the tax section of our financial statements. The Company expects that once the tax section is concluded, it will be in a position to file the Required Filings. Due to the delay in filing the Required Filings for December 31, 2013, the Company's March 31, 2014 interim filings will also be delayed as the audited accounts need to be completed before the interim accounts can be prepared.

There has not been any specified default by the Company under NP 12-203 other than the delay in filing the Required Filings, and there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed.

Red Tiger Update on Financial Statement Status

TORONTO, July 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV: RMN), (the "Company" or "Red Tiger") is providing this bi-weekly update on its Financial Statement Status in accordance with National Policy 12-203 – Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("NP 12-203").

The MCTO imposes restrictions on trading in the Company's securities by its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer until the Company files the Required Filings, and the OSC makes an order revoking it. The MCTO does not prevent any other parties from trading the Company's securities.

Further to its press release on June 30, 2014, the Company has made progress on finalizing the tax section of its financial statements, and on resolving other outstanding items, such as determining the revised timing to repay a loan and the accounting treatment of the loan's related derivative asset. The Company continues to work with its auditors to complete the audit of the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013 as soon as possible. The Company anticipates filing the Required Filings by the end of July, 2014.

There has not been any specified default by the Company under NP 12-203 other than the delay in filing the Required Filings, and there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed.

Red Tiger is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol "RMN"). The number of shares outstanding is 101,318,776.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

      Forward-Looking Information

This press release contains certain "forward-looking information". All statements, other than statements of historical fact, that address activities, events or developments that the Company believes, expects or anticipates will or may occur in the future (including, without limitation, statements relating to the anticipated date for filing of its financial statements, MD&A and Certifications and the Company's intentions to comply with the Alternative Information Guidelines of NP 12-203) constitute forward-looking information. This forward-looking information reflects the current expectations or beliefs of the Company based on information currently available to the Company as well as certain assumptions including, without limitation, the assumption that the Company will be granted an order imposing a management cease trade order and the assumption that the Company will complete its audit in a timely manner. Forward-looking information is subject to a number of significant risks and uncertainties and other factors that may cause the actual results of the Company to differ materially from those discussed in the forward-looking information, and even if such actual results are realized or substantially realized, there can be no assurance that they will have the expected consequences to, or effects on the Company. Factors that could cause actual results or events to differ materially from current expectations include, but are not limited to, the failure of the Company to complete its audit in a timely manner.

Any forward-looking information speaks only as of the date on which it is made and, except as may be required by applicable securities laws, the Company disclaims any intent or obligation to update any forward-looking information, whether as a result of new information, future events or results or otherwise. Although the Company believes that the assumptions inherent in the forward-looking information are reasonable, forward-looking information is not a guarantee of future performance and accordingly undue reliance should not be put on such information due to the inherent uncertainty therein.

      10. DEBT FINANCING (continued)
becomes payable in common shares of the Company. If the Debt is outstanding subsequent to February 28, 2013, the interest premium becomes 10% per annum payable in common shares of the Company. The maximum interest premium payable to Gerald Metals is 692,441 common shares of the Company. On October 1, 2013, a total of 692,441 common shares were issued to Gerald Metals to settle the maximum interest premium payable. The Debt’s contractual maturity date is November 30, 2013. As at March 31, 2014, the Gerald Metals Debt and cash interest is outstanding. The Debt is subordinated to the DB loan. Once the DB loan is repaid, the Debt will no longer be subordinated to the DB loan. Under the subordination agreement, in order for the Company to repay the Debt and cash interest, it must have a minimum of $5,000,000 of cash remaining after completing the DB loan repayment. The Company anticipates repaying the principal debt and cash interest on May 31, 2016, one month after the DB loan is repaid, at which point the Gerald Metals Debt is no longer subordinated to the DB loan

Quartals "versteckt":D

"During the months of April, May and June
2014, copper cathode production was 619 tonnes, 608 tonnes and 584 tonnes,
      respectively.
      "

      Macht in Summe 1811 t.

und die Exploration wurde wieder aufgenommen.

"The Company also began to review the potential of expanding the LdC mine life. The copper deposit at LdC has the potential for expansion as follow:
Southwest extension of LdC: in 2007, new resources were added in the Southwest portion of the ore body. The 2007 drilling program indicated that mineralization may continue along a fault block displacement to the Southwest of the South LdC pit area. Six drill holes are planned to test a possible southwest extension of the mineralization in the South pit area.
West Extension, Calvario Ore body: the 2007 drilling program in the Calvario area added to ore resources for the Calvario pit definition. However, the drilling left several areas open to the west and south, and at depth for the indicated ore body. The near surface oxide and supergene mineralization appears to occur as a blanket type body of varying thickness. Several drill holes
are projected for this area of mineralization. The program may be extended depending on the surface appearance of the resulting core samples. The new core will be logged, split and sent for assay for both copper and gold. It is of interest that the Calvario ore body, similar to the LdC ore body, appears to have an overlaying cap of breccia that contains some significant gold values. The new drill core will also be tested for gold values that may assist in valuation mine planning of the Calvario ore body. The Calvario drill program includes 11 core holes but this program may be extended....

The exploration drilling program that began during the first quarter
of 2014 has been extended into the second and third quarter, with primary focus on the Calvario resource increase and upgrading. More information will be published at the completion of the drilling program.
      "

0,50 CAD wären schon mal wieder ganz nett...

DBRIX, dein Optimismus ehrt dich.

Over the total project life, the overall average cash cost for copper production is approximately $1.15 per pound. During the mining period from 2013-2016, the cash cost (excluding royalties, interest, depreciation and taxes) is approximately $1.33 per pound, which decreases to $0.71 per pound during the rinsing years of 2017-2018.

During the first half of 2014, project administration costs totalled $2,610,003 compared to $1,725,423 in the comparative period. Total expense for the first half of 2014 saw an increase as the Company in the comparative period was still in pre-commercial production. As the Company declared commercial production on July 1, 2013, all expenses are recorded to the statement of operations compared to in the past being capitalized to mineral properties

In the third quarter of 2014, ore mined decreased to 248,408 tonnes of ore at an average grade of 1.15%. Waste mined was 1,273,452 tonnes. Carrying on from the second quarter, ore mining activity concentrated on access to, and mining of, the ore in the slip zone of the west face failure that occurred in February 2014. Ore was mined from numerous benches that were displaced in the slip movement. Higher grade ore with excellent leaching characteristics was encountered in the displaced material from the slip zone. This ore produced excellent copper solution grades and resultant copper production through the SXEW circuit.
However, ore for the third quarter contained higher amounts of sulfide copper mineralization which may not result in the same high level of copper production as the ore encountered at higher levels. Waste tonnage focused on expanding mining room to access the ore in the North pit area.
During the third quarter, copper cathode production was 1,274 tonnes.

      OUTLOOK
The LdC project has the ability to move between 12,000 and 24,000 tonnes of ore and waste rock on a daily basis as needed. The crushing, conveying and stacking system has shown over the past two and a half years that it can handle up to 300 tonnes of ore per hour on a continual basis. The ore under leach has shown a predictable response to leaching with a good percolation of leach solution through the piled ore heaps. This performance has been compromised over the past couple of months following an unprecedented occurrence of some clay material in the southern portion of the open pit mine. This material was mixed with the ore production and has compromised the permeability of the crushed ore surface as reported above. Corrective action is now advanced also as described above. Other than the temporary interruption described above, all aspects of the mining and copper recovery system function well and continues to produce COMEX Grade 1 copper cathodes with a purity exceeding 99.95% Cu.

Copper recovery from the leaching operations began to decline in September and October. Investigation of the cause has revealed that a sudden and unprecedented occurrence of clay materials has appeared in the ore in the South area of the mine where the last few benches of the slip fault area were being mined. This clay material was mixed with the ore sent to the crusher and onto the leach pad. The mixing of this clay material in the ore, coupled with the dozer spreading this ore on the pads, has resulted in a top layer of low permeability of the heaps built in the past two months.
Mining operations have been suspended temporarily to allow time to improve the permeability of the top ore pads by deep ripping, and changing the leaching solution irrigation from drip to “wobbler" sprinklers. Heap irrigation is continuing which is maintaining the current lower level of copper production while implementing these improvements.
This provides the opportunity to conduct a short drilling program in the North and South pit areas of the mine to provide more information to improve the accuracy of mine production scheduling when mining is recommenced.

I really can't comment on the share price as it would be speculation. You should perhaps look at other public copper companies similar to ours and see how they have performed recently. We have published mining problems that we're having and the price of copper has fallen dramatically. This is all in the public domain.

We are working out when mining will resume. In the meantime we are producing copper from our inventory, which is significant.

      (1) Prior to the Company declaring commercial production on July 1, 2013, all previous revenues were credited against capitalized project costs.
      (2) Total cash costs, average realized price and average realized margin are calculated on post-commercial pounds sold only.
      (3) Refer to the section on Non-IFRS Financial Performance Measures at end of the press release. Reconciliation of these measures is described in the MD&A.

      Non-IFRS Financial Performance Measures

The Company has included certain non-IFRS measures in this press release, including "total cash cost per copper pound", "average realized price", "average realized margin", "adjusted EBITDA" and "adjusted EBITDA per share". The Company believes these measures, in addition to conventional measures prepared in accordance with IFRS, provide investors an improved ability to evaluate the underlying performance of the Company. The non-IFRS measures are intended to provide additional information and should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for measures of performance prepared in accordance with IFRS. These measures do not have do not have any standardized meaning prescribed under IFRS, and therefore may not be comparable to other issuers.

      Operations Update

As reported previously, Copper production from the Company's leaching operations began to decline in September 2014. Investigation of the cause revealed that a sudden and unprecedented occurrence of clay materials had appeared in the ore in the south pit of the mine where the last few benches of material from a "slip" (i.e., material higher up in the mine that slid down a slope as a result of being located along a fault zone,) area were being mined. This clay material was mixed with ore sent to the crusher and distributed onto the leach pad with a dozer. This resulted in a top layer of low permeability of the heap (i.e., stacked ore on the leach pad), greatly reducing the overall permeability of the heap and hence reducing the percolation of fluid flow through the heap to the SX/EW plant.

Last November, mining was suspended in order to (a) increase permeability on the leach pad so that fresh ore could be stacked, and (b) process clay-bearing ore inventory stacked on the pad.

The first phase of the company's rehabilitation plan included, permeability testing, draining surface ponds, ripping the top surface of the heap, optimizing irrigation to the pad, updating the future mine plan with extensive blast hole data incorporated, and performing agglomeration test work.

The second phase of the plan will include: conveying clay-bearing stacked ore from the top layers of the heap to a limited footprint on part of the pad; extending the impermeable pad liner of the leach pad; and resuming mining in the north pit and stacking fresh ore on the leach pad.

The final phase of the plan will be to agglomerate and re-stack the clay-bearing ore on the leach pad.

Sorry everyone but I am done with this stock after over 8 years. I dumped it all this morning and I see someone else is doing the same thing. I do not think this company will EVER become anything. They need cash and will keep diluting the sahres and price along the way. Good Luck to all.

TORONTO, Aug. 14, 2015 /CNW/ - Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV: RMN), ("Red Tiger" or the "Company") announces that it has restructured its senior secured loan (the "Senior Loan") and its subordinate secured loan (the "Gerald Loan") such that:

      Gerald Metals S.A. ("Gerald Metals") has acquired the Senior Loan and will provide Red Tiger with an additional US$1.5 million working capital facility (the "Working Capital Facility");
      The Working Capital Facility plus the accrued interest on the Gerald Loan of approximately US$1.7 million has been given a priority ranking (the "Priority Tranche") over all other Red Tiger debt facilities;
      The US$3.5 million principal amount of the Gerald Loan has been combined with the approximately US$9.5 million outstanding Senior Loan balance to form a second tranche of secured debt of approximately US$13.0 million (the "Second Tranche");
Both the Priority Tranche and the Second Tranche shall bear interest at a rate of 9.9% per annum, a reduction from the previous rates of 10.9% under the Senior Loan and 15.0% under the Gerald Loan.
Red Tiger also announces that it has extended the term of its copper Offtake Agreement with Gerald Metals from an expiry of 2018 to life of mine. All other commercial terms remain the same. Furthermore, as Red Tiger plans to develop its gold resource, Red Tiger will enter into an exclusive, life of mine, gold Offtake Agreement with Gerald Metals under commercially acceptable terms.

Red Tiger further announces that it intends to complete a CAD$1,635,000 non-brokered private placement to Gerald Metals and to insiders of the Company consisting of 32,700,000 Red Tiger common shares (the "Private Placement") at a price of CAD$0.05 per common share. Red Tiger intends to use the Private Placement proceeds to fund the recommencement of mining operations.

No commission or finder's fee will be paid in connection with the Private Placement. The shares will be offered pursuant to exemptions from prospectus requirements of applicable securities legislation and will be subject to a hold period of four months and a day from their date of issuance. The Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Any subscriptions by insiders will be considered to be related party transactions within the meaning of TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") Policy 5.9, which incorporates Multilateral Instrument 61-101 ("MI 61-101"). The Company is relying on the exemptions from the valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 contained in sections 5.5(a) and 5.7(a) of MI 61-101 in respect of such participation.

      (3) Refer to the section on Non-IFRS Financial Performance Measures at end of the press release. Reconciliation of these measures is described in the MD&A.

      Non-IFRS Financial Performance Measures

The Company believes these measures, in addition to conventional measures prepared in accordance with IFRS, provide investors an improved ability to evaluate the underlying performance of the Company. Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / December 15, 2016 - Red Tiger Mining Inc. (TSXV: RMN) ("Red Tiger" or the "Company") announces that it has ceased mining operations at Luz del Cobre copper mine. The Company has made this decision after completing an infill drilling program designed to better delineate the oxide-sulphide copper boundary in North and South pits.

The company had been nearing the end of its original mine plan, and was experiencing lower than expected copper recoveries. The results of the drill program demonstrated continued copper mineralization; however, the portion of acid soluble copper above cutoff remaining within the pit limits appears to be insufficient to continue the mining operation given the current recoveries being realized. The Company is investigating this further to fully understand the situation and to see what actions, if any, might be taken.

The Company continues to operate the solvent extraction and electrowinning plant, and is producing copper cathodes from existing copper inventory on the leach pad. The Company is evaluating its strategic options including potential copper and gold opportunities.

      Zukunft

Red Tiger Reports Delay in Filing Financial Statements
      (via TheNewswire)

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / May 1, 2017; Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV: RMN), (the "Company" or "Red Tiger") announces that it was unable to file by April 30, 2017 its annual audited consolidated financial statements and Management Discussion & Analysis ("MD&A") for the Company's financial year ended December 31, 2016, as required by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations and the related CEO and CFO certifications (the "Certifications") required pursuant to National Instrument 52-109 - Certification of Disclosure in Issuer's Annual and Interim Filings.

Accordingly, the Company proposes to apply for a management cease trade order effective April 30, 2017 preventing all insiders of the Company from trading, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company, which will remain in place until the above-noted documentation has been filed, in accordance with the provisions of National Policy 12-203 - Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("NP-12-203"). Until its annual consolidated financial statements, MD&A and related Certifications are filed, the Company intends to satisfy the provisions of the Alternative Information Guidelines set out in NP-12-203.

In wenigen Sätzen hier meine Textinterpretation:

      Danke!

      Gruss ROI
