Hier ein Auszug aus dem "Letter to Eligible Schareholders":

The Entitlement Offer is available to all Talga shareholders (“Shareholders”)registered on the Record Date (4th June 2014)whose registered address is in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Germany and the People’s Republic of China (“Eligible Shareholders”). The Entitlement Offer is not being extended to any Shareholders with addresses outside these jurisdictions.


Außerdem habe ich damals beim 5 cent PP am Markt geholt, was mein durch die Wirtschaftskrise schwer angeschlagenes Geldbörserl, hergegeben hat. So ist mein Durchschnittskurs jetzt 6,3 cent und die Anzahl ist ok.

Mein gedanke war: mit den PP shares einen teil meines einsatzes zu erwirtschaften, aber das sollte anscheinend nicht sein.

nur bin ich mir nicht sicher ob es jetzt noch geht?!

andererseits bin ich auch nicht soo traurig darüber, da es sicherlich andere interessante werte gibt.

wie zu erwarten gab es zur Unternehmensvorstellung auch eine entsprechende Graphene-Presi!!!

leider keine Angaben zu den GraphenePreisen.
auch bei den Produktionsangaben blicke ich nicht ganz durch (5t/h, 100-200t graphene over few years?)



...jedoch wird der Graphene-Anteil mit 10-20% angegeben
