JSC «Sofrinsky experimental mechanical plant» is one of the oldest plants in the country. It was constructed in Moscow region in 1963 as a single-purpose enterprise for designing and production of machinery for the timber industry. Our plant occupies more then 7 hectares, where can be found production complex of 25 000 meters, gas boiler and power station.

In 2000 it was renovated and became the first plant in Russia for the production of welded tin cans. The plant has all modern equipment, which is maintained by the qualified staff. Most of the staff was trained in Europe.

This is the only plant that produces more than 30 different products, the total capacity — 1500 cans per minute. It became possible thanks to 4 automated lines Soudronic. These lines were installed and mounted by the largest European producer of tin packing, Dutch company Impress.

The product range offers a huge line of tin cans: from regular-size package to canister size. In 2010 it is planned to start up a new production line for easy-opened lids.

JSC «Sofrinsky experimental mechanical plant» is situated on crossing of the highway A107 with the Yaroslavl highway. So we can dispatch and deliver production shortly, avoiding traffic jams and solving strategic tasks of our partners and customers efficiently.

During last 10 years JSC «Sofrinsky experimental mechanical plant» proved to be a reliable, stable and constantly developing company in the Russian market.
