      Sirius Resources' first diamond hole intersects sulphide where expected at Nova

      Sirius Resources' first diamond hole intersects sulphide where expected at Nova

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) has intersected a 6 metre zone of stringer to massive sulphide mineralisation where expected at the recently discovered Nova deposit - from the first hole in a diamond drilling program.

      This infill hole is around 30 metres down dip from previous reverse circulation hole SFRC0026 (13m at 4.3% nickel, 1.83% copper and 0.12% cobalt from 123m, including 8m at 5.81% nickel, 2.26% copper and 0.16% cobalt from 128m), and 20 metres up dip from SFRC0033 - and confirms the continuity of mineralisation in this area

      Another infill reverse circulation drill hole, SFRC0034, drilled between previous drill holes SFRC0024 (4m at 4.02% nickel, 1.41% copper and 0.12% cobalt from 191m) and SFRC0027, intersected a 4 metre thick zone comprising massive, matrix and stringer sulphides where expected, further confirming continuity of the mineralisation.

      The full suite laboratory assays received from the first two holes also indicate that the mineralisation contains a significant amount of cobalt and has very low levels of deleterious elements. Platinum group metals are present in modest amounts.

      The mineralisation comprises pyrrhotite, pentlandite and chalcopyrite within a host rock that is a pyroxene-garnet gneiss. The sulphides are structurally controlled and form a breccia zone within the gneiss - which is a new style of nickel deposit in Australia.

      Importantly the first two holes not only confirm the mineralisation contains significant levels of cobalt – a valuable by-product - but also that nickel assays are about 10% higher than previous assays.

      Share price gains 2000% in a month

      For readers just arriving to the Sirius story - the company's share price has increased by around 2000% in the past month - with the company increasing in value over that time from around $10 million - to currently be valued at around $200 million.

      THICK ZONE OF SULPHIDES INTERSECTED 150 METRES DOWN PLUNGE AT NOVA

      First step out confirms down plunge potential

      Sirius Resources NL (ASX:SIR) (“Sirius” or the “Company”) advises that the first diamond hole drilled down plunge from the initial drill holes at the Nova discovery has intersected a 19.6 metre thick zone of nickel and copper sulphide mineralisation where predicted by the electromagnetic (EM) geophysics.

      This intersection is 100 metres north and 150 metres down plunge from the discovery hole (see Figure 1) and is the first diamond hole drilled on this section (see Figure 2). The hole, SFRD0037, intersected a 19.6 metre thick zone comprising:.........

      Sirius Resources raises $1.3m from the exercise of 'in the money' options
      Tuesday, August 28, 2012 by John Phillips
      Sirius Resources raises $1.3m from the exercise of 'in the money' options

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) has issued 2.179 million shares after the exercise of some unlisted $0.60 options - for a consideration of $1.307 million.

      The options are well in the money with Sirius last night closing at around $1.40 - after hitting a record $1.49 intra-day.

      The recent excitement in Sirius surrounds the Nova discovery in Western Australia, which has driven the shares up from less than $0.06 a month ago to around 23 times higher based on last night’s closing price.

      Earlier in the week the company updated the market and advised that the first diamond hole drilled down plunge from the initial drill holes at the Nova discovery has intersected a 19.6 metre thick zone of nickel and copper sulphide mineralisation where predicted by the electromagnetic (EM) geophysics.

      This intersection is 100 metres north and 150 metres down plunge from the discovery hole and is the first diamond hole drilled on this section. The hole, SFRD0037, intersected a 19.6 metre thick zone comprising:

      - 5.9 metres of disseminated sulphides from 262 metres, then;
      - 3.9 metres of stringer and breccia sulphides from 267.9 metres, then;
      - 5.4 metres of massive sulphides from 271.8 metres, then;
      - 4.4 metres of breccia and stringer sulphides from 277.2 metres.

      These widths are interpreted to be true widths. Assays are awaited but Sirius said that there is abundant coarse grained pentlandite (nickel sulphide) and chalcopyrite (copper sulphide) present in the core.

      Sirius said that this is an outstanding result given that it is 150 metres down plunge from the discovery hole.

      The second diamond rig has completed a dual purpose stratigraphic and EM hole – designed to gain a better understanding of the overall geology and enable down hole EM (DHEM) to “ping” Conductor 1 approximately half way down its known plunge extent prior to deeper drill testing of the conductor itself.

      This hole, SFRD0013 (a diamond tail on a previous RC hole SFRC0013), unexpectedly intersected a 27 metre thick zone of disseminated sulphides some 300 metres above the target horizon, and also intersected a narrow (<1 metre) zone of stringer sulphides at the target horizon, which is at the lower edge of Conductor 1, some 600 metres down plunge from the discovery hole.

      Sirius Resources intersects more thick sulphides at Nova
      Friday, August 31, 2012 by John Phillips
      Sirius Resources intersects more thick sulphides at Nova

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) has intersected more thick sulphides at the Nova discovery in Western Australia.

      Using diamond drilling, Sirius intersected more thick nickel-copper sulphide mineralisation – some 55 metres down dip from the 19.7 metre zone announced earlier this week.

      Importantly for the validity of the electromagnetic geophysics - the intersections were exactly as predicted - according to Sirius.

      Hole SRFD0039 intersected: 9.2 metres of disseminated sulphides from 278.7 metres, and; 15.4 metres of breccia sulphides from 298 metres (a breccia is a mixed zone of massive sulphides with contained lumps of wallrock).

      As with the last hole (SFRD0037) these widths are interpreted to be true widths. Assays are awaited but again there is abundant coarse grained pentlandite (nickel sulphide) and chalcopyrite (copper sulphide) present in the core.

      A diamond hole drilled to test the down dip continuation of mineralisation on the original (500N) drill line also intersected a 1 metre thick zone of matrix sulphides, some 30 metres down dip of the last intersection in SFRC0027, increasing the down dip extent of mineralisation on this line to at least 250 metres.

      Another diamond hole is underway to drill further down dip of this. Sirius is continuing to aggressively drill out the Nova deposit and a third diamond rig is scheduled to arrive on site in four days.

      Sirius soars

      Sirius last changed hands at $1.45 intra-day today, or around 10% higher than the market open.

      For those new to the Sirius story - the company was trading at less than $0.06 a little over a month ago - making the company a 24-bagger over this period.

      Sirius Resources receives ASX speeding ticket as shares continue relentless surge

      Sirius Resources receives ASX speeding ticket as shares continue relentless surge

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) must be getting used to queries for price and volume increases.

      The company has been issued with another price and volume query from the ASX after shares hit an intra-day high of A$1.86 on Friday 7 September, a 24% increase over the $1.50 closing price a day earlier.

      Responding to the ASX, Sirius said it is not aware of any material information that has not been disclosed to the market, which may explain the sudden investor interest.

      It did, however, note continued strong investor and media interest in the company since the initial announcement of its Nova discovery and the subsequent very positive results of follow-up exploration activities.

      In late July Sirius revealed it may have uncovered a major new nickel-copper discovery at its 70% owned Fraser Range project in Western Australia.

      The company discovered significant nickel and copper sulphide mineralisation in the first reverse circulation drill hole at Fraser Range, which returned an intercept of 4 metres at 3.8% nickel and 1.42% copper.

      This discovery, named the Nova deposit, defines an entirely new unexplored nickel province in which Sirius and its major shareholder, Mark Creasy, are the dominant land holders.

      Since then shares have rocketed from a low of $0.05 in late June to an intra-day high of $1.94 last Friday 7 September, representing a massive 3,780% increase.

      Sirius Resources extends mineralisation with diamond hole at Nova discovery

      Sirius Resources extends mineralisation with diamond hole at Nova discovery

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) has completed another two diamond holes at the recent Nova nickel-copper discovery in Western Australia - with the first hole extending known mineralisation on the 600N drill line a further 50 metres down dip.

      This hole (SFRD0044) was on the 600N drill line, and intersected an upper zone of 4.56 metres of breccia sulphides and a lower zone of 5.87 metres of breccia sulphides.

      Drilling on the 600N line has now defined a zone with a maximum thickness of 36.5 metres and a down dip extent of around 250 metres, which splits down dip into two separate zones.

      The second diamond hole was used to infill a line towards the southern end of the target, and intersected 2.08 metres of stringer sulphides. This was the first hole drilled on the 550N infill line towards the southern end of the target.

      Drilling continues

      Drilling is continuing further down dip below SFRD0044 on the 600N line, on the 700N line following up the 52.6 metre zone in SFRD0042 which Sirius announced to the market yesterday, and also on the 550N infill line.

      Well funded

      Sirius in mid-August raised $7.6 million through an oversubscribed placement of 10 million shares at $0.76, made to institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds are to be used to accelerate the diamond drilling program.

      Nova back-story

      The Nova deposit is a blind (ie concealed by transported sediments) virgin discovery. Based on the size of the associated EM conductor 1 (1,200 x 300 metres) and its close association with the nickel-copper mineralisation intersected to date, the Nova deposit could be a very large massive nickel-copper sulphide deposit.

      The deposit is only 40 kilometres north of the Eyre Highway and closer, via sealed road, to the port of Esperance than any operating nickel sulphide mine in Western Australia.

      Sirius Resources completes another two diamond holes at the Nova discovery

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) is continuing exploration at speed at the Nova nickel-copper discovery, with another two diamond holes completed.

      The first of these new holes, SFRD0046W1, was drilled 40 metres down dip from hole SFRD0042 (announced on 10th September) on the northernmost drill line (700N) intersected:

      - An upper zone comprising 21.2 metres of disseminated sulphides and 2.5 metres of massive sulphides from 343.6 metres;

      - A second zone of 19.2 metres of disseminated sulphides from 367.3 metres; and

      - A third zone of 2.2 metres of massive sulphides from 402.8 metres.

      Importantly the outcome from these holes is that they have defined a thick (40-50 metre) zone of mineralisation including massive, matrix, net textured and disseminated sulphides where predicted by the EM model.

      Drilling is continuing on this line (700N), with several more holes planned.

      The second new hole, SFRD0047, was drilled on the 550N infill line towards the southern end of the target, intersected:

      - An upper zone of 5.91 metres of stringer sulphides from 266.76 metres; and

      - A lower zone of 5.13 metres of stringer sulphides from 296.11 metres.

      The remainder of this line will be drilled during the coming week.

      Next step and news pending

      Drilling on the next stepout line (800N) will also commence later next week following the completion of a down hole electromagnetic (DHEM) geophysical survey.

      Assay results for the first of the thick sulphide intercepts on the 600N line are also expected late next week.

      Well funded

      Sirius in mid-August raised $7.6 million through an oversubscribed placement of 10 million shares at $0.76, made to institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds are to be used to accelerate the diamond drilling program.

      Sirius Resources receives first assays from thick sulphide zone

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) has now received assays from the first of several holes drilled through thick zones of sulphide mineralisation at the company's Nova nickel-copper discovery in Western Australia.

      Hole SFRD0037 – drilled on the 600N line and previously visually described as 19.6 metres comprising 5.9 metres of disseminated, 3.9 metres of stringer and breccia, 5.4 metres of massive and 4.4 metres of breccia and stringer sulphides - intersected the following:

      - 4.5 metres at 0.23% nickel, 1.16% copper and 3.9g/t silver from 263.9 metres, followed by;
      - 13.3 metres at 3.9% nickel, 2.0% copper, 0.12% cobalt and 3.7g/t silver from 268.4 metres, including;
      - 7.15 metres at 5.1% nickel, 2.35% copper, 0.15% cobalt and 4.0g/t silver from 271.9 metres.

      Additional diamond holes

      Meanwhile, a further three diamond drill holes have been completed, as follows:

      Hole SFRD0049: Drilled 70 metres down dip from hole SFRD0044 on the 600N line (announced on 12th September), intersected:

      - An upper zone of 4.1 metres of stringer and disseminated sulphides from 405.9 metres, and;
      - A lower zone of 5.2 metres of massive, stringer and disseminated sulphides from 413.8 metres, and;
      - A footwall zone of 7.0 metres of disseminated sulphides from 419 metres.

      Mineralisation has now been defined over 300 metres down dip on this line

      Hole SFRD0053: Drilled 55 metres down dip from hole SFRD0046W1 on the 700N line (announced on 14th September), intersected:

      - An upper zone of 23.1 metres of disseminated sulphides and 1 metre of massive sulphides from 359 metres, followed by;
      - A lower zone of 16.5 metres comprising massive, breccia and stringer sulphides from 392.9 metres.

      Thick mineralisation has now been defined over 120 metres down dip with the first three holes on this line.

      Hole SFRD0051: The third hole drilled on the 550N infill line towards the southern end of the target, intersected a 5.5 metre thick zone of stringer and breccia sulphides from 218.1 metres. The remainder of this line is being drilled during this week.

      News flow

      Further assays for the other thick sulphide intercepts obtained on the 600N line are expected within two weeks. Down hole electromagnetic surveying is underway and drilling is continuing.

      Nova back story

      The Nova deposit is a blind (ie concealed by transported sediments) virgin discovery which vindicates Sirius’ exploration methodologies and corporate strategy of identifying high leverage greenfields opportunities in stable jurisdictions.

      - It was discovered by Sirius’ target identification expertise and systematic use of geological, geophysical and geochemical exploration techniques.

      - Based on the size of the associated EM conductor 1 (1,200 x 300 metres) and its close association with the nickel-copper mineralisation intersected to date, the Nova deposit could be a very large massive nickel-copper sulphide deposit - according to the company.

      - The EM conductor that represents the Nova deposit is the first of four EM targets at the Eye nickel-copper prospect to be tested. The others have not yet been drilled but modelling by Newexco Geophysical Consultants indicates that these also possess response characteristics indicative of massive sulphides.

      Sirius Resources hits widest zone of sulphide to date at Nova

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) has intersected the widest zone of sulphide mineralisation yet encountered at its Nova nickel-copper deposit overnight.

      Highlights from the intersection included:

      - 14.3 metres of weakly disseminated sulphide from 278 metres, followed by;
      - 38.6 metres of strongly disseminated sulphide from 292.3 metres, followed by;
      - 23.7 metres of net textured to matrix sulphide from 330.9 metres, followed by;
      - 11.9 metres of massive sulphide from 354.6 metres.

      Sirius that that these represent an approximate true width of 74 metres of mineralisation, excluding the 14 metres of weakly disseminated sulphide in the hanging wall - which is located 60 metres down dip from the mineralisation intersected in the first hole on this line announced earlier in the week.

      New assays expected within days

      Drilling is continuing on the 700N and 800N lines, the induced polarisation survey is also continuing across the Eye, and the assays for two key holes (SFRD0039 and SFRD0041) representing two of the thick sulphide intercepts obtained on the 600N line remain on schedule for late this week/early next week.

      Induced Polarisation survey

      The discovery of the Nova nickel-copper deposit and the identification of additional EM conductors at the Eye prospect has confirmed the potential of the immediate area for magmatic nickel-copper sulphide mineralisation.

      Sirius said that in such situations, disseminated sulphide mineralisation may also be found associated with the massive sulphide occurrences but the EM geophysics used to find massive sulphides cannot detect disseminated sulphides.

      Induced polarisation (IP) geophysics is specifically designed to find disseminated sulphides, and Sirius has commenced a major IP survey covering the entirety of the Eye to identify any such occurrences.

      In particular, the IP survey will test the southern part of the Eye, around 800 metres south of Nova, to follow up an area previously identified in reconnaissance aircore drilling as containing strongly anomalous nickel and copper enrichment (up to 8 metres at 1% nickel – announced in May.

      This area is also unusually deeply weathered, has an unusual magnetic anomaly and “lit up” as an extensive unexplained early to middle time EM anomaly in the original MLEM survey - announced in April 2012.

      Sirius Resources' expands Nova nickel copper deposit

      Sirius Resources' expands Nova nickel copper deposit

      Sirius Resources' (ASX: SIR) current drilling campaign has again expanded the Nova nickel-copper deposit.

      A second hole drilled on the northernmost (800N) line, SFRD0065, has intersected sulphide mineralisation including:

      - 13 metres of mainly massive sulphides from 406.2 metres; and
      - 3.8 metres of stringer sulphides from 421.6 metres.

      The hole is located 40 metres up dip from SFRD0059, the first hole drilled on this line, and extends the known sulphide mineralisation to over 500 metres down plunge (in a southwest to northeast direction) along the axis of the electromagnetic (EM) conductor.

      Drilling to date has only tested the southern 500 metres of the 1,200 metre long Nova EM anomaly.

      At conductor 4, also known as Nova West, the target depth has not yet been reached due to slow progress with reverse circulation drilling - which is continuing.

      Nova drilling update

      Diamond drilling is ongoing at Nova, with rigs on the 650N, 700N and 800N lines. Induced polarisation geophysical surveying is continuing over the entirety of the Eye and regional exploration over other targets is underway.

      About the Nova nickel discovery

      - The Nova deposit is a blind (ie concealed by transported sediments) virgin discovery which vindicates Sirius’ exploration methodologies and corporate strategy of identifying high leverage greenfields opportunities in stable jurisdictions.

      - It was discovered by Sirius’ target identification expertise and systematic use of geological, geophysical and geochemical exploration techniques.

      - Based on the size of the associated EM conductor 1 (1,200 x 300 metres) and its close association with the nickel-copper mineralisation intersected to date, the Nova deposit could be a very large massive nickel-copper sulphide deposit. These deposits can be geometrically complex and our understanding of this will evolve with ongoing drilling and EM geophysics.

      - The EM conductor that represents the Nova deposit is the first of four EM targets at the Eye nickel-copper prospect to be tested. The others have not yet been drilled but modelling by Newexco Geophysical Consultants indicates that these also possess response characteristics indicative of massive sulphides.

      - The mineralisation comprises pyrrhotite, pentlandite and chalcopyrite within very strongly metamorphosed rocks termed granulites. The sulphide minerals are high tenor and will likely produce a high value concentrate and the accompanying silicate minerals are likely to be highly amenable to conventional separation techniques.

      - The sulphides occur in a variety of styles typical of magmatic sulphide deposits. These include massive, matrix, net textured, breccia, blebby and disseminated sulphides.

      - The host rock is a hypersthene-augite-garnet-hornblende-labradorite-quartz gneiss interpreted to represent a strongly metamorphosed mafic-ultramafic precursor of predominantly gabbroic composition.

      - The deposit is only 40km north of the Eyre Highway and closer, via sealed road, to the port of Esperance than any operating nickel sulphide mine in Western Australia.

      - Planned metallurgical testwork will better quantify the mineralisation in terms of its crushing, grinding and flotation characteristics, the deportment of nickel and copper within the sulphides and the level (if any) of any deleterious or penalty elements in such a concentrate.

      UPDATE: Sirius Minerals says resource upgrade underlines York Potash's world-class credentials
      Tuesday, November 20, 2012 by Ian Lyall

      --ADDS SHARE PRICE AND BACKGROUND---

      Sirius Minerals (LON:SXX) managing director Chris Fraser said a 70% increase in the inferred resource of its York Potash project in Yorkshire underlines its scale, significance and world class potential.

      The JORC compliant figure rises to 2.2 billion tonnes at 82.4% polyhalite, with this upgrade gleaned from just 5% of the project area.

      There is a high-grade 950 million tonnes of polyhalite within that resource figure grading 90% and additional exploration targets of 1-2 billion tonnes of between 80 and 90% polyhalite.

      Polyhalite is a rich source of sulphate of potash, magnesium sulphate and gypsum. The potash is the most important element and is used as a fertiliser, with growing super-economy Brazil being the biggest net importer of the product.

      The latest Sirius data shows the resource-wide potassium sulphate content to be 24%, rising to 26% in the higher quality polyhalite.

      Within the additional exploration targets the grade is estimated to be 23-26%.

      Managing director Fraser said: “The drilling programme at York Potash is now focused on upgrading a significant percentage of this resource during the first quarter of next year to underpin financing of the project."

      Next month the company plans to release a project study update on granulated polyhalite and a concept study on the production of fertiliser using polyhalite as the main component.

      A pre-feasibility study on granulated polyhalite, that required an indicated mineral resource, has been delayed to the first quarter of next year. By that time Sirius will have more results from drilling.

      At 1pm the shares, which have risen 37 per cent in the past three months, were unchanged at 21.25 pence, valuing the company at £285mln.

      Located between Scarborough and Whitby, the Sirius project is the world’s largest polyhalite.

      The ultimate scale could prove to be vast given that the current resource comes from small section of the actual project area.

      Once up and running the initial mining operation, as envisaged in April’s scoping study, would produce 1.4 million tonnes of premium potash and could potentially generate annual earnings of US$600mln.

      It is expected that a meaningful portion of the US$2.7bln capital cost could be shouldered through off-take agreements with key potash customers, while debt financing is also expected to play a part.

      The issue of food security is expected to be one of the key global issues in the coming decades.

      People everywhere are living longer, so it doesn’t take an expert to realise there are going to be very many more mouths to feed.

      This trend is putting the spotlight on agro-minerals, the building blocks of bulk fertilisers.

      The most prominent from this group is potash, a mineralised form of potassium.

      It is often found in relatively thin and shallow deposits that formed millions of years ago from the sediments of lagoons.

      And for investors, potash is an alternative way to play the growth and urbanisation of emerging markets such as Brazil, China and India.

      The urbanisation of these vast nations is drawing the population out of rural, labour intensive agricultural communities into the cities.

      This, experts say, is leading to the adoption of modern crop farming and fertilisation methods. And this is expected to drive long term demand for manufactured fertilisers.

      The majority of the established potash firms are listed in Canada where, like other speciality minerals, they are better understood by mining savvy investors.

      But as the rise in the value of Sirius shows, the small-cap investors in London are beginning to latch onto the potash story.

      NEWS:

      Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) continues to deliver results at speed from the company's recent discoveries in Western Australia.

      The first assays from Bollinger have confirmed the presence of both high grade massive sulphides and more extensive zones of lower grade mineralisation.

      Hole SFRD0167, the Bollinger discovery hole, intersected a very thick zone of disseminated mineralisation containing a lower zone of stringer mineralisation including several metres of massive sulphides comprising:

      - 102.82 metres at 1.0% nickel, 0.43% copper and 0.04% cobalt from 361 metres, including 62.82 metres at 1.41% nickel, 0.57% copper and 0.06% cobalt from 401 metres, including 4.78 metres at 4.6% nickel, 1.29% copper and 0.19% cobalt from 433.92 metres.

      Hole SFRD0258, drilled 60 metres west of the Bollinger discovery hole, intersected a thick zone of massive and breccia sulphide comprising:

      - 55.1 metres at 3.09% nickel, 1.02% copper and 0.12% cobalt from 423.1 metres, including 17.51 metres at 4.77% nickel, 1.3% copper and 0.18% cobalt from 437.91 metres and 6.01 metres at 5.18% nickel, 1.74% copper and 0.20% cobalt from 471.4 metres.

      Sirius said that drilling and shipment of samples has been hindered by heavy rainfall but drilling is still progressing. Mineralisation has been intersected in several follow up holes as follows:

      - 12 metres of stringer, breccia and massive sulphides from 411 metres in hole SFRD0265, drilled 80 metres west of SFRD0262.

      - 7 metres of blebby and stringer sulphides from 420 metres and 11.9 metres of blebby and stringer sulphides with 2.6 metres of massive sulphide from 432.9 metres in hole SFRD0266, drilled 50 metres south of SFRD0262 and 50 metres east of SFRD0259.

      - 18.6 metres of trace to blebby sulphides from 360.2 metres (at the conductor 5 horizon, which represents an upper mineralised zone) and 79 metres of trace, disseminated and stringer sulphides from 423 metres (interpreted to represent the northern continuation of the Bollinger zone) in hole SFRD0263, drilled 100 metres north of hole SFRD0258.

      Assays are awaited for the two holes that intersected thick massive sulphides to the south of the original Bollinger holes and also the hole drilled 100 metres east of the Bollinger discovery hole.

      Three drill rigs will continue to delineate the extent of Bollinger whilst a further three will commence exploring the large gravity anomaly that forms the “iris” of the Eye and other targets within the Eye.

      Definitive Feasibility Study 'indicates Nova is a goer' - Aug 11, 2014

      + Definitive Feasibility Study indicates the 100% owned Nova Nickel Project as a technically low risk and highly profitable project in less than two years since discovery

      + Low C1 cash cost of A$1.66/lb Ni (US$1.50/lb) after by-product credits, better than the scoping study estimate and confirms Sirius in lowest quartile of nickel producers globally

      + Low all-in sustaining cash cost of A$2.32/lb Ni (US$2.09/lb), substantially better than scoping study estimate

      + Initial 10 year mine life subsequent to development

      + Estimated capital cost of A$473 million including a 5% (A$22 million) contingency, in line with the scoping study estimate

      + Capital cost now includes extra risk-mitigating measures (eg. a second mobile crusher & automated process control)

      + Maiden Probable Ore Reserve of 13.1mt grading 2.1% nickel, 0.9% copper and 0.07% cobalt, for a contained 273,000t nickel, 112,000t copper and 9,000t cobalt based on same pricing US$7.44/lb nickel), as used in the scoping study

      + Exceptional 93% conversion rate from Indicated Mineral Resource to Probable Ore Reserve reflects the world class quality of Nova

      + Probable Ore Reserve is remarkably comparable to the scoping study mining inventory, which contained 276,000t nickel (99% conversion rate)

      + Life of mine plan contains 285,000t nickel –a 103% conversion from the scoping study mining inventory

      + Processing rate of 1.5mtpa for production of approximately 26,000tpa nickel, 11,500tpa copper and 850tpa cobalt after project ramp- up in two separate, high quality, smelter friendly concentrates

      + Projected life of mine nickel revenue of A$4.53 billion and net cash flow of A$2.74 billion –both in line with scoping study forecasts and based on same US$10/lb nickel pricing

      + Significant leverage to the nickel price: A$434 million net cashflow(undiscounted) per US$1/lb change in nickel price

      + Approvals and permitting process commenced

      + Finance and offtake discussions at an advanced stage

      + Based on various permitting timeline estimates (including receipt of various approvals), development likely to commence early 2015 ...

      Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 49.883.602 von hbg55 am 31.05.15 13:56:22moin, ja so ähnlich mache ich es auch. Nehme meistens den Einsatz raus und lasse den Gewinn eintauschen. Zuletzt bei Probe Mines praktiziert;)

      Bei Graphit bin ich in Kibaran etwas stärker drin und bei Edelmetall in Balmoral und Wildcat silver, dort würde ich dann eher nachlegen.
