ptm has BROKEN OUT from 80cts to 95cts in one week//with good consistant volume //plg too
plenty of news by month end
ps i only sell options but in this case would consider buying(wish plg had option chains)

(Kitco News) - Platinum Group Metals (NYSE: PLG; TSX: PTM) is expecting to enter the second phase of its West Bushveld, South Africa, project shortly and is keeping a close eye on the labor unrest in the region, said Mike Jones, president of the firm.
The Vancouver-based Platinum Group Metals expects to have final credit approval for the second phase by October or November, Jones said in an interview with Kitco News. “We’re eight to 12 weeks behind schedule because of a bulk sample appraisal that (came) in later. But we’re expected to make it up quickly by drilling 110 meters a month,” he said.

Der Wert ist ein Jahr nicht besprochen worden. Die Finanzierung der Mine scheint erfolgt und wir notieren unter dem Preis der KE. Platinum Group Metals Ltd. hat die issuer capitulation aus meiner Sicht vollzogen. Pech für alle die zu früh rein sind aber die Entscheidung raise and build war richtig. peak funding ist mit Sprott auch erfolgt. Ich erhoffe mir hier ein ruhiges Investment in einer stürmischen Umgebung.

Besteht noch Interesse an einer Diskussion? Lese seit einigen Wochen den Goldherz Report, der schreibt zu Platinum Group Metals viele positive Sachen.
Sein Einstieg war bei 1,90 CA$. Allerdings fiel die Aktie danach noch bis auf 1,50 CA$ und erholte sich jetzt wieder bis auf über 4 CA$. Das lag am Gold und Platinpreis sowie dem schwächeren Rand.
Zeitgleich wurde erfolgreich die Produktion gestartet. Die Produktionsmenge reicht meines Wissens noch nicht aus, um alle Abschreibungen zu decken. Aber Cash-Flow positiv sollte bald möglich sein.
Bei 500 Mio. Vermögenswerten müsste eigentlich ein Kurs von mindestens 5 US$ möglich sein. Aktuell wird die Aktie gerade bei 3,19 US$ gehandelt.
Die riesigen Explorationsmöglichkeiten und über 30 Mio. Unzen Reserven/Ressourcen sind im Kurs nicht mal im Ansatz enthalten.
Zwar bin ich dort noch nicht investiert. Aber ich glaube die Aktie kann man durchaus in die engere Wahl nehmen.

Das gigantische Vorkommen lag zuvor unter einer 140m dicken Sandschicht, darunter liegen die höchsten Platingrade Südafrikas und als Sahnehäubchen obendrauf auch noch 2,5 g/t Gold...
Also ein 40 Mio. Unzen Vorkommen + 2-3 Mio. Goldunzen...
Bei einem Reservenwert von 50 US$/Unze für Waterberg JV könnte man PTM, da sie auch schon in Produktion sind, mit über 2 Mrd. US$ bewerten... Die Market-Cap liegt bei 300 Mio. US$...
Statt 3 US$ könnte die Aktie darum auch bei 20 US$ notieren. Die Hochs vor 8 Jahren waren sogar mal über 40 US$...

Massiver Ausverkauf gestern. Es gibt wohl Gerüchte wegen einer möglichen Kapitalerhöhung. Wenn die nicht kommt, dann wird die Aktie wohl wieder auf 4 CA$ steigen. Aber wenn sie kommt... Dann wird die Position wohl 6 Monate zurückgeworfen und braucht wieder Zeit, um sich zu erholen.
Egal wie es kommt, ich bleibe engagiert. Waterbeg ist ein zu großes Projekt, um es den Hyänen zu überlassen.
