können nimmt int. an diesem safe haven zu und sehen daß gold- notierungen
weiter anziehen - akt. usd 1218,-

setzen nehmen auch weiter zu, wie folg. artikel zu entnehmen ist......

verlauf der vergangenen woche verdichten sich zumindest die anzeichen
dafür.

Dazu passen heute sogar auch noch – wenn nur mit einem Hoch bei rund 1.220,00 USD – die zwei bullischen Pattern nach Fuzzy-/Vektor-Logik auf Tagesbasis. Mit Betrachtung des Stundencharts touchiert Gold aktuell die kurzfristige Aufwärtstrendlinie. Viel entscheidender ist jedoch die Verteidigung des Levels um 1.206,00 USD. Im Ideal sackt Gold erst gar nicht bis dorthin zurück. Als Buy-Trigger könnte ein Anstieg über den Widerstand 1.215,85 USD dienen, um in der Folge das Hoch vom 6. Solvista Gold Corp. has received notification that Iamgold Corp. has recently completed its 2014 budgeted exploration activities on Solvista's Caramanta project in Colombia.

In addition, Solvista announces that Iamgold has delivered to the company the first option renewal payment of $250,000 (U.S.), pursuant to the option agreement with Iamgold announced by the company on March 17, 2014. Iamgold also informed the company that it met the 2014 required expenditure level under the option agreement. The primary terms of the option agreement between the company and Iamgold were described in the company's press release dated March 17, 2014. Expansion of and changes to that agreement now involving the company, Iamgold and Tolima Gold Inc. were announced in the company's press release dated Sept. 15, 2014.

In order for Iamgold to earn a 51-per-cent interest in the Caramanta project, pursuant to the expanded option agreement, Iamgold must, among other things, spend a minimum of $20-million (U.S.) and make certain option payments to the company. Iamgold may increase its ownership in the project to 70 per cent under the agreement by spending a total of $40-million (U.S.). Solvista Gold Corporation Announces IAMGOLD Termination of Caramanta Option and Update on the Talbot Drill Program, Manitoba

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 11, 2015) - Solvista Gold Corporation ("Solvista "or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SVV)(OTCQX:SVVZF) announces that the Company has received notice from IAMGOLD Corporation ("IAMGOLD") that IAMGOLD has terminated its option agreement with the Company on the Caramanta Property, Colombia. The Caramanta Property covers multiple copper gold discoveries identified by Solvista prior to the 2013 option agreement with IAMGOLD. IAMGOLD's exploration efforts since acquiring the option on the Caramanta Property totalled in excess of US$2.5M. While IAMGOLD advanced the geological understanding of the property they were unable to obtain key permits for drilling in the main discovery area of El Retén despite its hard work and patience.

The Company will continue to work on securing authorization to complete diamond drilling at El Retén and other locations once the return of the property is complete and the Company has received all of the data generated by IAMGOLD.

The contributing factor in their decision was the difficult and time consuming nature of permitting which hampered IAMGOLD's ability to get access to drill and delineate our discoveries at Caramanta."

As previously disclosed by Solvista, exploration of the Company's targets within the DMI was temporarily halted by Corantioquia (Environmental Local Authority) until the Company's application for removal of the Integrated Management District (DMI by its initials in Spanish) designation had been considered. However, in October 2013, Corantioquia informed the Company that exploration activities on the targets within the DMI could carry on upon the receipt by Corantioquia of an acceptable environmental management plan. IAMGOLD filed an Environmental Management Plan (PMA by its initials in Spanish), regarding those specific targets to Corantioquia in March 2014. However, additional information for the PMA was requested by Technical Concept No.130CA-14091335 of Corantioquia in September 2014. Accordingly, a response to that requirement was submitted in November 2014. In April 2015, IAMGOLD submitted additional information for the analysis of the PMA, based on the technical inspection conducted by the Local Environmental Authority on March 2015. After several meetings with Corantioquia and due to the fact that the PMA remains under study, as the authority repeatedly states, IAMGOLD filed a letter on September 9, 2015 giving notice of its decision to discontinue its involvement with the Caramanta Project, allocating any and all further environmental proceedings to Solvista.

Update: Talbot Property, Manitoba

The Company has initiated a 10 hole-5000m drill program focussing on four (4) areas within and around the historic, high grade, copper-gold-zinc-silver (Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide or VMS) Talbot Deposit. The objective of the program is to further delineate the Talbot Deposit and also to discover, within close proximity to the Talbot Deposit, similar areas of high grade VMS (copper-gold-zinc-silver massive sulphide) mineralization.

The four (4) areas prospective for high grade VMS mineralization are 1) Talbot Deposit: main, footwall and north lenses, 2) High Grade Gold Lens: several significant high grade historic gold-silver drill intercepts (5.2m grading 10.4g/t gold and 54.5g/t silver in hole TLS005 and 9.3m grading 8.2g/t gold and 88.4g/t silver in TLS012) located on strike and south of the Talbot Deposit, 3) EZ Zone: copper-gold-silver mineralization (2.6m grading 1.7% copper, 1.3g/t gold, 15.1g/t silver in historic hole HAR 085) that is interpreted to be associated at the southernmost edge of a 400m long untested, north trending geophysical anomaly. 4) The North Target: interpreted to be a complex, 1,000m long geophysical conductor that is similar in appearance to the geophysical signature associated with the Talbot Deposit. Only two (2) historic shallow drill holes have been completed on this target both of which intersected highly anomalous copper mineralization along the "top edge" of large, multiple, strongly conductive buried geophysical anomalies.

To date, the Company has completed one (1) drill hole (TB-001) totalling 772m. Drill core has been split and sent to TSL Laboratories for copper, gold, zinc and silver analysis. Bore hole geophysics has been completed on TB-001 and is presently being evaluated for off-hole conductivity. Assay results from the drilling will be reported to the public once received and compiled.

Solvista Gold Corp. has released the first drill hole assay results from its continuing 5,000-metre, 10-to-15-hole drill program on the Talbot property, Manitoba. Drill hole TB-001 intersected the following results;

6.1 % copper, 8.2 g/t gold, 5.0 % zinc, 112.1 g/t silver across 9.13m including

5.9 % copper, 16.6 g/t gold, 5.8 % zinc, 135.6 g/t silver across 3.8m

SOLVISTA GOLD ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE AND SHAREHOLDER MEETING RESULTS

Further to its news release dated Sept. 8, 2015, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the change of name of the company from Solvista Gold Corp. to Rockcliff Copper Corp. The name change will become effective at the opening of the market on Oct. 21, 2015, under the new symbol RCU.

The Cusip number assigned to the company's shares following the name change is 77288Q103. The company understands that in certain cases a change in Cusip number may cause a temporary interruption in electronic trading in the United States of America and/or the exit by the Depository Trust Company from a position in the company's common shares. Any U.S. shareholders that are concerned with the interruption of electronic trading following the effective time of the company's new Cusip number are encouraged to contact their broker.

The company is also pleased to announce that all items of business listed in the management information circular of the company dated Sept. 2, 2015, for the 2015 annual and special meeting of shareholders of the company were approved, including the election of the following nominees as directors of the company: Donald H. Christie, Gerald P. McCarvill, G. Edmund King, R. Bruce Durham, Kenneth Lapierre and William Johnstone.

Shareholders further approved: a consolidation of the company's issued and outstanding common shares on an up to one-for-five basis; the company's incentive stock option plan; and the appointment of McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the company for the upcoming fiscal year. Notwithstanding approval of the consolidation by the shareholders, the board of directors of the company, in its sole discretion, may revoke the resolution approving the consolidation and abandon the consolidation without further approval, action by, or prior notice to shareholders. Although the company has no immediate plans to implement the consolidation at this time, it will notify shareholders if it decides to proceed.

...ausständige Bohrergebnisse sind inzwischen eingelangt. zwar konnten sie qualitativ nicht mit den ersten mithalten, jedoch bleibt das 2016er Bohrprogramm, und folglich die Gesamtprojekt-Entwicklung abzuwarten

Rockcliff further announces plans for a 7,500-metre drill program at the Snow Lake project in 2016 that will include drilling at its Talbot and Rail properties.
