Gurus, Girlfriends, and why humanity could be doomed.
Then for free of charge, I will put those you seek, answers out there. You can thank me later......

First off though, nice to see Oogee here. I suspect the reason he is here is that we have the inate advantage on this forum of crowding out white noise by use of a "stupid switch".

      Welcome sir !

To begin with, a small body of work on humans.

As I speedily pass into my 50's, I am still stunned at the abject ignorance, the sheer stupidity and the not want, to know, and understand the facts (hence the proliferation of forums) of todays younger person (notice I didnt say investors). I do understand that there are many fields of expertise out there and that not everyone can have business, tax, stock, accounting, legal, marketing and sales experiences in their lives. But there are books and websites you know. However, I am further shocked at the sheer lack of ability to read between the lines in everything from everyday newspapers to forum postings to basic conversation. I like to call it the "Stupiding of the World". So when I read the postings on forums, i can sense and see and comprehend the mind of the writer by everything from grammaticals to spelling to even their log in ident. On one hand, I deeply fear for my childrens future because of these annocephallics, on the other hand, they are all PTK shareholders so they will be more than well looked after in the near future. Oh......and we are all voting YES.

      1-WHY THE NASDAQ ?

Apart from the fact that it is the pre-eminent technology stock exchange on the globe. Thats its dollar valuations are exponential in nature. That most of Silcon Valley are users, traders, and even advisors to it. That its promotional record and abilities are both world class. Its exposure valuye in our particular field is nothing short of a necessity for survival. Americans have this history of paying too much to buy the next big thing. You want that exposure, that buying power, because at the $50 level theres much less if any at all, trading shenanigans.

The absolute best example I can give you is that of a very small and very old car dealership who sells Rolls Royce/Bentley products out of a one room farm utility building, on a dirty, dusty country road in the middle of no where. The salesman dressed in bib and brace overalls, covered in dirt, and chewing on a piece of sweetgrass. Selling not one car. Not ever. The reason why ?

      (caps for the brain dead)

NO ONE KNOWS HES THERE, WHAT HES SELLS, OR THAT ITS WORLD CLASS PRODUCT !

So genereous readers, if we want to get a world class, globally disruptive product that will generate billions of dollars in eventual sales and billions of examples of usages across hundreds of potential product lines.........

WE HAVE TO GO TO THE WORLD, USING A GLOBAL STAGE, TO DO GLOBAL BUSINESS.

.........and if we have to sell our soul to do it.......(not saying we do)...then where do "I" sign.

      2-REVERSE SPLIT

This has been beaten to death. Once again, its an option, and only an option to this point.
To argue that RS have a negative connotation, is to argue that the sun is warm. WE KNOW THIS. However, we also know the potentiate abilitys inherent in this asset called POET.

      3-AJIT MANOCHA

In my generation, equivalent to the Wayne Gretzky of the semiconductor world, in other generations, the Bobby Orr, the Sidney Crosby, the Gordie Howe, or for you seniors, Nicola Tesla. His CV reads like an encylopedia on the tech industry. His age (and that of a few other principles in this story) is such that this may or will be their crowning achievement on a life of accomplishment, inventiveness, organizational construction, industry creation and refinement, and a conectivity thats well regarded by peers. In simplified terms. He sees the potential, knows and comprehends the immense wealth that will be generated and has put forth a very agressive plan and time line to achieve this. There was a post on the Greek Market place this morning that was quite enlightening (stunning really) regarding a presentation of his.

4-THE P2 ......OR HOW I LEARNED TO BE PATIENT WITH CONSULTANTS

In my estimation, with potential for all the vertical markets we qualify for and/or could qualify to supply.......MINIMUM 10-12 BILLION, and expecting 12-15. Less than 3% of the market as a whole.....and thats only the starting point. So.....your no doubt a bit bent about the numbers here....perhaps a tad too "pumpish" for the reader. We won't know to will we see the document obviously, but, a decent analysis of the company presentation gives you enough information to glean an idea from. Certainly it will be heavily redacted for security and confidentiality purposes.
But it will still have enough information to enable it to be a good promotional tool. I expect that as a component of Ajits plan, that it will be seen under a few NDA's by the brightest and most prolific of the industry. When it does come out, the proverbial semiconductor world and the electronics world will begin to rotate on its ear.

      5-A DEAL

Military ? Industrial ? Commercial ? Consumer ?.......Whats going on and whats in the pipe ?
My opinion ? GF and a "funder" will be one if not the first deal announced. What I mean by a funder is a sort of sponsor who gets first dibs on our product for their product in an exclusive realm for say year one. They pay us a boat load of money along with GF's right to manufacture, and both market it to the globe. Inn that year they create such a storm of publicity that licence fees and resultant revenue would be stratospheric. This along with a potential government deal as well, and other markets/uses that will come to the fore in the first year. You want deals ? Stay tuned because EVERYBODY will beat a path our door.

      IN CLOSING.............

So thats a few issues covered for now. Please dont shoot the messenger.
I expect the time line of all this to ramp quickly., Someone ona board said that a listing will take months. I doubt it, with Ajits connections, the products potential and the fact that the paperwork has been in gear for a bit, I expect a listing completed by end of quarter 3. During the lead up to the AGM and immediately after I expect some very important announcements. Those of you tiring of the news "less" days and constant wash trading, your time is coming, and you will be able to get your $5 a share. Those of you who see and grasp the much larger picture, the days of wine and roses are near.
