Guten Abend!
Was haltet Ihr von Dunkin Donuts? In den Donuts Läden kann man Kaffee trinken sowie das geliebte Donut Gebäck kaufen. Außerdem ist Dunkin Donuts ein großer Konkurrent von Starbucks, jedenfalls in manchen Teilen von der USA!
Es gibt im Moment ca 10500 Läden im Jahr kommen ca 600 neu dazu!

Durch die starke Expansion ist das ein sehr interessanter Wert, außerdem ist noch eine menge Luft nach oben, zwecks expansion im Ausland!

Zu der kette gehört auch eine Eiskette Baskin robbins heißen die, der erste Laden wird dieses Jahr in Deutschland an den Start gehen die haben zur Zeit 7000 Stores, Dunky Donuts hat ca 10500 Läden aber fast nur in den USA, Dunkin Donuts hat in Deuschland ca 36 Stores die meisten in Berlin jetzt hat der erste in Niedersachsen eröffnet und der 2. wurde jetzt in Franfurt eröffnet wo das richtig gut läuft, aber 60% der Umsätze wird mit Kaffee erwirtschaftet ne Dividende gibts auch glaube 0,19$ pro Quartal

Marktkapitalisierung liegt über dem 6-fachen Jahresumsatz. Erwartetes Umsatzwachstum kleiner als 10 %.
Sehr ambitionierte Bewertung.

Jo ganz billig ist die Aktie nicht mehr aber Potential ist vorhanden, da die meisten Läden in den USA sind jetzt muss man sehen wie Dunkin Donuts in der restlichen Welt angenommen wird, z.B. London, dort sollen jetzt die nächsten Jahre 50 Dunkin Donuts Läden enstehen, und das nur in London, in London sind im Moment an die 100 Eisläden, die auch Dunkin Brands vertritt! Naja lassen wir uns mal überraschen ich bin und bleibe investiert!

So eine Umsatzsteigerung will erst Mal finanziert werden. Bei einem Jahresumsatz von 700 Mio. müssen die jetzt schon Schulden von 1,6 Mrd. schultern.

Wollen kann man viel. Ob man es dann auch können kann, hängt viel von Banken und Investoren ab.

Ja das wird die Zeit Zeigen, die Franchisenehmer müssen auch einiges auf den Tisch legen um einen Laden zu betreiben und ordentlich Eigenkapital verfügen

Im Raum Hannover sollen in den nächsten 5 Jahren 12 neue Dunkin Donuts Läden entstehen und im Raum Frankfurt um die 15. Auch entstehen sollen 2014 Läden in Stuttgart sowie in Bayern, scheint ganz gut anzukommen auf jeden Fall wird in den nächsten Jahren einiges passieren die Verträge für eine Expansion sind schon unterschrieben, in anderen Ländern sieht es ähnlich aus auch in Amerika will man weiter wachsen, noch ist man hauptsächlich an der East coast vertreten aber das soll sich jetzt auch ändern!

Die Konkurrenz ist dieses Jahr wirklich gut gelaufen, sogar besser.

Diese Franchiseunternehmen sind gerade der Renner. Gilt auch für subway. Der Gewinn geht in dem Fall oft auf Kosten des Franchisenehmers

habe anfang der woche nach dem kursrückgang nachgekauft.

Von den weltweit 11.000 Filialen befinden sich derzeit gerade einmal rund 150 in Europa. Hier verdient Dunkin' Donuts nicht mehr als ein Prozent seines insgesamt etwa 9,3 Milliarden Dollar zählenden Jahresumsatzes.

Dunkin' Donuts said Wednesday it struck a deal to open more than 1,400 locations in China over the next 20 years.

The chain said in an email there are currently 16 Dunkin' Donuts locations in the country.

Parent company Dunkin' Brands Group Inc., which is based in Canton, Massachusetts and also owns Baskin Robbins, said it entered into a master franchise agreement with Golden Cup Pte. Ltd. The group is a joint venture between Jollibee Worldwide Pte Ltd., based in the Philippines, and Jasmine Asset Holding Ltd, a unit of RRJ Capital Master Fund II, L.P.

The deal was noted Wednesday by Janney analyst Mark Kalinowski, who cited a report about it in the Nikkei Asian Review. Kalinowski said the agreement could lead to "a very nice international growth platform" for Dunkin' Donuts if successful. He noted that Jollibee is a "premier restaurant operator" and the largest quick-service concept in the Philippines.

A year ago, Dunkin' Donuts also announced a separate agreement with Fast Gourmet Group to develop more than 100 stores in eastern China. And on Monday, the chain said it signed a franchise agreement to open more than 100 locations throughout Mexico.

Dunkin' Donuts ended the most recent quarter with about 3,200 international locations. In the U.S., it had about 8,000 locations, giving it more than 11,100 locations. The chain has been expanding domestically as well, and recently opened its first traditional location in Southern California.

Starbucks Corp. had more than 19,700 locations around the world at the end of its most recent quarter.

The company earned an adjusted 46 per share in the quarter, versus 43 cents in the year-ago quarter. That was just shy of the 47 cents a share analysts polled by FactSet Research were forecasting. Revenue rose 5.5% to $193.2 million over the year-ago quarter. The company also declared a $0.265 first-quarter dividend, a 15% increase over that of the fourth quarter, and the board of directors also approved a new $700 million share buyback program.

MUMBAI, Feb 27 (Reuters) - The firm behind Cafe Coffee Day, India's biggest homegrown coffee chain, is set for a market debut that could value it at almost $1 billion, even as the country's burgeoning cafe culture draws global giants Starbucks and McDonald's.

Cafe Coffee Day, a cafe pioneer in India, aims to list a 20 percent stake, raising roughly $200 million, within the next quarter, sources with direct knowledge of the plans said.

It has hired investment banks Kotak Mahindra Capital and Citigroup among other advisors and plans to file for the listing by the end of April, the sources said.

Cafe Coffee Day, Citi and Kotak did not respond to requests for comment.

India's biggest cafe operator opened its first shop in 1996 and has grown to more than 1,500 outlets as more young, urban consumers opt for cappuccino over tea and seek out spaces to socialise in overcrowded, traffic-congested cities.

The IPO comes as India's sluggish economy is showing signs of life, fuelling hopes of a consumer spending recovery that has boosted shares in food chain operators such as Jubilant Foodworks Ltd, which owns the Domino's Pizza franchise in India.

Jubilant shares are up 20 percent this year and trade at a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 62.5 times, nearly 4 times the average across the NSE shares index.

India's cafe market is worth 18.2 billion rupees and is growing at 20 percent annually, according to estimates by consultancy Technopak.

"This company would see heavy interest from investors given it's a play on the high potential Indian consumer sector, and due to a revival in the Indian IPO market," said Nirakar Pradhan, chief investment officer at Future Generali India Life Insurance.

Still, the chain faces competition from global rivals that have already edged out some peers. Italy's Lavazza in August announced plans to pull out of the cafe business in India by selling its Barista chain.

Tata Starbucks Ltd, a joint venture between the Seattle-based chain and India's Tata Global Beverages Ltd , has opened 68 shops across India in the past two years.

"Starbucks has been looking at India for 10 years now, but only got in two years ago. They have to make up for lost time," said Harminder Sahni of retail consulting firm Wazir Advisors.

Meanwhile, Hardcastle Restaurants, one of two McDonald's franchises in India, plans to have 50-75 McCafes by the end of the year, up from its current 30.

Dunkin' Brands Group (DNKN - Get Report) stock is up 1.54% to $47.42 in morning trading Wednesday after Credit Suisse initiated coverage with an "outperform" rating and a $56 price target.

Although investors are concerned with Dunkin's same-store sales weakness, analysts "see better days ahead on improving macro for low-income consumers, higher menu pricing, and mobile pay and loyalty benefits. Checks indicate that franchises remain enthusiastic about westward expansion, the key to the growth story," Credit Suisse explained.

Although Dunkin' had disappointing 2014 comps, the firm believes that the franchise's domestic unit expansion story remains on track with franchisee profit money and margins hitting all-time highs in 2014.

Dunkin' is currently in the early stages of loyalty (Perks) expansion, the firm noted, adding that the company has one of the most shareholder-friendly management teams in the industry.

Analysts anticipate fiscal year earnings of $1.87 in 2015.

Dunkin’ Donuts, part of Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DNKN), announced that it will launch a line of Dunkin’ Donuts branded ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee beverages in the United States in early 2017. The Coca-Cola Company will manufacture, distribute and sell the product.

This marks Dunkin’ Donuts’ first entry into the ready-to-drink coffee category, which has enjoyed very strong growth over the past five years and represents $2.3 billion dollars in annual sales according to Nielsen. The agreement supports Dunkin’ Donuts’ goal of strengthening its position as a coffee authority and further extends the Dunkin’ Donuts brand into new distribution channels.

“We are delighted to be working with The Coca-Cola Company, a world-class partner that will provide us with world-class consumer access, by bringing ready-to-drink Dunkin’ Donuts coffee to the refrigerator cases of grocery, convenience stores and mass merchandisers, as well as inside Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants, across the United States,” said Dunkin’ Brands Chairman and CEO Nigel Travis. “This new product introduction will increase consumption of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and increase our brand relevance with existing and new consumers, including many younger customers, which we believe will in turn, drive incremental visits to our restaurants.”

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The Coca-Cola Company will produce Dunkin’ Donuts ready-to-drink coffee beverages according to Dunkin’ Donuts specifications, including using high-quality Arabica coffee blends. Coca-Cola’s extensive network of bottling partners will sell and distribute Dunkin’ Donuts ready-to-drink beverages, which will include real milk and sugar in a variety of flavors.

Dunkin’ Donuts also announced that it would equally share with qualified U.S. Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees its net profits from the sales of ready-to-drink coffee through outlets outside of its restaurants.

“We are an almost 100 percent franchised company, and our mission is to drive our brand relevance and to drive the profitability of our Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees,” added Travis. “Our research has clearly shown that ready-to-drink coffee consumption is a separate occasion from the purchase of our restaurant-brewed iced coffee. That same research also shows that having a ready-to-drink coffee product builds brand loyalty. We strongly believe that this product launch is good for customers and for our franchisees.”

Dunkin’ Donuts has partnered with The Coca-Cola Company since 2012 to serve Coca-Cola products, including soft drinks, juices, enhanced waters and energy drinks, at Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in the United States and select markets around the globe.
