Ja, ich habe mich mit dieser Materie vor Jahren auseinandergesetzt, aber habe null Ahnung, was das für eine Firma ist und ob hier das Risiko besteht einen totalverlust zu erleiden.
Aber die Thematik ist auf jeden Fall interessant.

Die Thematik funktioniert, ich glaube jedoch nicht, dass eine Klitsche daran verdienen wird.
Ich gebe mal ein Beispiel, wie Telephatie, Telekinese etc. in der Praxis funktioniert.
Dazu braucht es keine Firma, jeder Mensch hat dieses Potential.
Ich habe in den letzten zwanzig Jahren keinen roten Mustang Oldtimer auf Deutschlands Strassen gesehen.
Bis zu jenem Tag vor vielen Jahren, ich begann das Experiment mit dem Auffinden, eher dem Herbeireden, eines freien Parkplatzes in einer Großstadt zur Rush Hour. Damals funktionierte das zu 100% genau dann, als ich mir einen wünschte und das auf den zeitlichen Punkt genau vor mir.
Bärbel Mohr hat das wohl in Bestellungen beim Universum beschrieben, wobei dies etwas zu oberflächig daherkommt.
Ich habe es mir mit Nachdenken jedoch selbst erarbeitet.
Es gibt tiefgreifendere Materie dazu.
Ich stellte mir in dieser Zeit einmal wahrhaftig vor, gleich komme ein roter Mustang, Baujahr etwa 68 um die Ecke.

Man muss sich jedoch einarbeiten, das Potential des Menschen ist unglaublich.

habe mich noch nicht wirklich mit dieser technologie beschäftigt. jedoch treiben die big boys im ihub und zahlreiche us promo und e-mail spamer das ding wohl die kommenden tage in schwindel eregende höhen. zumindestends ist es aufgrund der chart position und des sehr geringen floats kurzzeitig durchaus möglich das ding weitere 500-1000% in die höhe zu treiben. schon das angebliche interesse von Intel an dieser (BCI) technologie ermöglicht hier in kombination mit den millionen von spam mails über das wochenende ein riesen momentum diese woche.
was ich persönlich auf die schnelle sehr reizvoll finde ist der extrem geringe float von nur 30 millionen aktien und das der komplette float freitag abend einmal gehandelt wurde. das macht einen starken anstieg für die folge tage sehr warscheinlich. zudem sollen laut ihub user 10 millionen aktien im bid liegen was auch für große unterstützung sorgen würde wenn es der wahrheit entspricht. habe die aktie leider heute erst entdeckt daher kann ich zum orderbuch keine konkrete auskunft geben.
jedenfalls interessanter fund für einen kurzeit trade diese woche. für mittelfristig sehe ich das alles eher als aufkommende blase. aber einen blick wert diese woche. ich werde sie mir morgen 15:30 genauer ansehen. startet sie grün steige ich mal mit ein.
hoch spekulativ kann man hier auf die ma-50 0.038 traden. sollte sie an dieser marke nicht abprallen ist kurzzeitig ein momentum bis zur $0.1 möglich. dazu bedarf es dann aber wirklich news die das ganze noch weiter anheizen.

da es sich hierbei um eine Aktie aus dem Gesundheitsbereich handelt gehe ich davon aus, dass hier Prothesen vom Gehirn angesteuert werden sollen. Derzeit funktioniert das noch bei den herkömmlichen Prothesen über bestimmte Muskelgruppen.
....letzte Woche lief dazu ein Film im Fernsehen. Und dort wurde es als neue Technologie angekündigt.
da es sich hierbei um eine Aktie aus dem Gesundheitsbereich handelt gehe ich davon aus, dass hier Prothesen vom Gehirn angesteuert werden sollen. Derzeit funktioniert das noch bei den herkömmlichen Prothesen über bestimmte Muskelgruppen.

ersparen wir uns Streitereien zu den weiter oben geposteten esoterischen Interpretationen. Nur soviel dazu. Wenn durch "Gedankenkraft" etwas gesteuert werden kann, vielleicht sogar dahingehend, dass man einen freien Parkplatz zur rechten Zeit findet, dann müsste man das lernen und bräuchte dafür keine Software.
Es gibt Prothesen, die dadurch gesteuert werden, dass der Betroffene sich eine Bewegung denkt. Über dem Kopf ist ein Magnetfeldlesegerät, dass Veränderungen mit bekannten Mustern abgleicht und über entsprechende Software und Mechanik in die entspechende Bewegung der Prothese umsetzt.
Übrigens ist das keine Einbahnstrasse. Man kann durch gezielte Anwendung von Magnetfeldern am Kopf die Gehirnrinde stimulieren undden Probanden ungewollt Bewegungen ausführen lassen.
Das ganze hat aber nichts mit Gedankenkraft zu tun. Das wäre eine esoterische Interpretation. Gedanken sind mit Gehirnströmen als ihr materielles Gegenstück gleichzusetzen und führen zu Mustern der elektromagnetischen Felder, die Identifiziert werden. Die Forschung ist da noch am Anfang. Funktioniert bisher nur mit Bewegungen.
Es fällt mir schwer zu glauben, dass diese Technologie bereits aus den Universitäten heraus und noch dazu einer sehr kleinen Firma übergeben worden sein soll.
Ich halte es für wahrscheinlicher, dass hier Abzocker auf Halbwissen und Gier potentieller Anleger hoffen.
Eine Firma wie Siemens, die nicht nur Software, sondern auch die nötige Hardware bereitstellen kann, käme eher in Betracht.
Nichts desto trotz: Wer früh einsteigt, kann vielleicht an dem Zoch gut mitgewinnen. Vor allem, wenn er rechtzeitig und nicht zu früh wieder aussteigt.
Ich habe dafür nicht die Nerven, sonst wäre ich bereits letzt Woche eingestiegen.

SÃO PAULO--Two important shareholders of Brazil's largest medical-diagnostics company, Diagnosticos da America SA, or DASA, have secured a controlling stake in the firm in an auction Monday, the latest evidence of the demand for medical diagnostics companies.
Businessman Edson Bueno and his ex-wife, Dulce Bueno, bought 119.5 million shares of the firm in a deal valued at $747 million.
The move represents a new investment strategy for Mr. Bueno and his wife, who in 2012 sold a 90% stake in Brazilian health insurance firm Amil Participações SA to U.S.- based giant UnitedHealth Group for $4.3 billion.
The purchase had been opposed by some of DASA's shareholders, including OppenheimerFunds, which said the firm was undervalued. Oppenheimer rejected the tender offer in January, according to people familiar with the situation. The investment firm declined to comment for this article.
The Buenos had originally said the tender offer would only proceed if they secured sufficient shares to take control of DASA. However, in light of the shareholder opposition, they changed the terms, maintaining the offer price but withdrawing the condition for achieving the controlling stake.
Mr. Bueno declined to be interviewed for this article.
DASA is currently the largest firm in the Brazilian diagnostic industry with revenues of 1.8 billion Brazilian reais ($750 million) in the first nine months of 2013. The firm has an estimated 12% share of the Brazilian market, according to data provided by Fitch Ratings.
The other major player in Brazil, Fleury SA, could also change hands in the coming future. A handful of local and international private-equity funds, including Carlyle Group and Brazil's Gavea Investments, have engaged in negotiations in the local unit of J.P. Morgan, to possibly buy Fleury, according to people familiar with the talks. J.P. Morgan was hired to represent Fleury in those negotiations, the same people said.
J.P. Morgan, Fleury and the private-equity funds declined to comment for this article.
The Brazilian health care market has plenty of room to grow given the rising prosperity after some two decades of relative economic stability, according to analysts.
Despite a number of recent acquisitions by both DASA and Fleury, the market remains highly fragmented, and is divided among many small players. There are currently more than 5,000 health care service centers that serve private health plans in the country, Moody's Investors Service said in report in January.
"We believe that, in a fragmented industry, larger players like Fleury and DASA are in a more advantageous situation and have broader bargaining power when dealing with health insurance providers and hospitals," Moody's wrote in the report.

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc.(OTCQB:VOIS), has signed an Agreement with Monster Arts(OTCQB:APPZ), headed by one of the most media publicized smart device app developers in the nation, Wayne Irving. Mind Solutions will begin providing development services to Monster Arts related to the creation of thought-controlled software applications for their portfolio of growing gaming, medicinal, small business, and lifestyle apps. The Agreement provides for quarterly payments to Mind Solutions throughout 2014 in return for consulting and guidance in incorporating 'thought-controlled' utilities in applications for Monster Arts.
In May of 2013, Monster Arts filed for patent protection on their wave control technology, titled: "Hand Wave or Hand Signal Over Front-Facing Smart Device Camera to Trigger Software Commands". The goal is for Monster Arts to use this "patent-pending" technology to build hands-free apps and technologies to be used across a multitude of applications.

Leider fehlt die Transparenz betreffend die Höhe der Wandelanleihe und die Dauer der Haltefrist.

aber man bedenke (Sendung Quarks&co) dass die Steuerung, z. B. eines Rollstuhls durch die Vorstellung der Bewegung erreicht werden kann. (Noch immer gehört ein Lernprozess dazu) Die Kappe auf edm Kopf kommt aber nicht mir 16 Elektroden aus. Es ist erforderlich, dass wie beim EEG jede Menge an Elektroden erforderlich ist und die Software im Experimentierstadium bei großen staatlichen Instituten probiert wird.
Glaubt ihr wirklich, dass da so eine kleine Klitsche ernsthafte Forschung eigenständig durchführt? Woher käme da das Geld?
Und der Name Wayne Irving kommt mir irgendwie bekannt vor. Leider kann ich mich nicht genau erinnern. Vielleicht HRRN? Jedenfalls klingelt es in meinem Kopf Alarm und rotes Blinklicht ... ganz ohne Mind-Solution-Software.
