Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVSC) is an American casino and resort operating company based in Paradise, Nevada, USA. The company is one of the leading global developers of destination properties. Its resorts feature high-end accommodations, gaming and entertainment, convention and exhibition facilities, celebrity chef restaurants and clubs, as well as an art and science museum in Singapore.

In Asia, the Marina Bay Sands located in Singapore is the most recent addition to the company’s portfolio. Through its majority-owned subsidiary Sands China Ltd, the company owns several properties in Macau, including The Venetian Macao, The Plaza Macao, Four Seasons Hotel Macao and the Four Seasons-branded apartments at the Sands Cotai Central development, as well as the Sands Macao on the Macau peninsula. The company is currently constructing a 6,400-room complex at the Sands Cotai Central, which will feature the Sheraton, St. Regis, Holiday Inn, and Intercontinental hotel brands.

Macau Mar gaming revenues up 13.1%, in line with Credit Suisse estimate

Macau Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau announced that the March gaming revenues rose 13.1% yearly to 35.453 billion patacas, in line with Credit Suisse's expectation of 35.4 billion patacas. The growth was narrowed from 40.3% in February.

For the first quarter, the gaming revenues rose 19.8% yearly to 102.199 billion patacas.

Credit Suisse said valuation of Macau gaming stocks is now attractive after recent correction. It estimated that the Macau gaming revenue in March will grow 13% yearly to 35.4 billion patacas, hitting the upper ceiling of brokers' expectation. The dividend yield is expected to reach 4.2% over the next two years.

Credit Suisse restarts Sands China at HK$74

Die Aktie und das Branchensegment (Casino) hat sich in den letzten Tage gut erholt und ich bin für den weiteren Verlauf der Aktie weiter optimistisch.

Da sich die Wirtschaftsdaten in China und deren Aussichten verbessert haben wird sich dies auch in den nächsten Monaten bei Sands China positiv auswirken.
Die Fahnenstange ist noch lange nicht erreicht.

Die Dividende ist auch nicht zu verachten !
