      Seit Dezember 2013 schaue ich immer wieedr skeptisch und abwartend den Moment der Schadenfreude gemischt mit der Freude darüber, nicht auf eine billige Masche hereingefallen zu sein.
      Aber der Kurs steigt mit einer gewissen Volatilität und die Meldungen über anhaltendes Wachstum reißen nicht ab.
      In der letzten Meldung geht man auf den Hanf-Hype indirekt ein. Das macht mich natürlich gleich wieder skeptisch.

      Aber ich ertrag es nicht, einen gut laufenden Wert zu beobachten und nicht dabei zu sein. Hätte, hätte Fahrradkette ... Schluss damit! Ich bin mit einer kleinen Posi dabei. Genau genommen, so ganz klein ist die auch nicht (1,5% meines Depots)
      Wäre schön, wenn nicht nur stille Leser hier landen, sondern Ergänzungen kämen.
      Wegen der Nachrichten kann man gleich nebenan hier bei der Aktie einiges finden.

      war ja klar, wenn ich einsteige, fällt sie.
      Aber eigentlich war der Einstieg aus charttechn Überlegungen wirklich schlecht getimed.
      Der Einstieg wird sich schon noch auszahlen. Davon bin ich überzeugt. Aber wahrscheinlich erst in einem Monat und nur, wenn fundamental nicht doch eine Abzocke läuft.

      mit der heutigen Meldung wird die vorangekündigte Wachstumssteigerung von 160% im Monat zum Vorjahresmonat sogar noch übertroffen. Im Februar gab es im Vorjahresvergleich sogar 300% Wachstum. guckst du da

      in der Meldung vom 5, März kündigt man an, das derzeitig unübertroffene Wachstum nicht nur beizubehalten, sondern noch zu beschleunigen, dass ein Jahrsumsatz von mehreren Hundert Mio Dollar angestrebt wird (nicht 2014, sondern in den kommenden Jahren) Und Mitte 2014 soll ein Listing , wohl amex oder Nasdaq geplant werden.

      Das klingt alles zu schön um wahr zu sein. Meistens ist es dann auch nicht wahr. Und die vielen Meldungen, fast schon täglich, haben auch den Beigeschmack von pump ....
      Dennoch, die Geschichte geht ja schon eine Weile und der Kurs hat sich auch schon sehr schön entwickelt. Kann mir vorstellen, dass es heute und nächste Woche noch einmal etwas hoch geht.

      Aber es wird Zeit, dass auch mal konkrete Zahlen kommen, und zwar schwarze.

      ich kaufe halt gerne tief und meist nicht die oberklitschen. die will ich dann sehr tief haben. otc hab ich allgemein gestrichen.

      momentan funktioniert alles bei mir weitgehend...
      auch Gazprom hab ich z.b. fast am tiefpunkt erwischt damals. nachdem ich mir die lange ausgeguckt hatte plus russlandstimmung :)

      immer nur eine frage der nachhaltigkeit.... und das weiss ich eben nicht. hier genauso.
      ich hab jedenfalls bemerkt dass es wichtig ist viele werte und lange zu kennen um dann ein gefühl für den chart zu bekommen und den vergleich zu haben.

      du denkst für meinen geschmack zu wenig an lange seitwärts charts wo man hier und da die vola ausnützen kann.
      das meiste geht nunmal seitwärts und nicht perma-up oder perma-down.
      das perma-down bei den minern ist auch längst geschichte.
      meine minenauswahl war jedenfalls fast zu allen zeiten besser als der hui und das will auch was heissen. meine einzige ewige stammaktie tribune steht sogar höher als 2011. glaubst du das ist purer zufall dass ich ausgerechnet die so lange halte und davor schonmal anno 2010 mit hohen gewinnen realisierte um sie unten wieder zurückzukaufen ?

      ich bin eher zu schmutzig gewesen weil ich mir zu schnell alles möglich einpacke. ist aber auch vorbei inzwischen... sagen wir mal so 10% vom depot sind immer noch auf die art, aber keine 50% mehr ;)

      The Company recognized product revenues of $16,115,618, and shipping and other revenues of $1,083,322, for the first quarter of 2015 compared to product revenues of $10,082,455, and shipping and other revenues of $453,947, for the same period of 2014.

      The Company experienced a 63.2% increase in revenues for the 2015 first quarter over the 2014 first quarter. Our source of revenue is from the sale of various foods, other natural products, Member sign up fees, kits, freight and handling to deliver products to the Members and customers. This increase in revenues is directly related to the increased number of Members and their business. We recognize revenue upon shipment of a sales order.

      Cost of sales consists primarily of the cost of procuring and packaging products, the cost of shipping product to our international subsidiaries, warehouses and to our Members, plus credit card sales processing fees. Cost of sales was approximately 24.3% of revenues for the first quarter of 2015 compared to 24.2 % of revenues for 2014.

      Management continues to negotiate better costs and terms with our key vendors to lower our cost of goods sold. In addition, management intends to improve our marketing plan to enhance overall profitability. Our management will continue to scrutinize expenses related to our operating activities and order fulfillment to determine appropriate actions to take to reduce these costs.

      General and administrative expenses for the first quarter of 2015 were 25.6% of revenues compared to 25.5% for 2014. This slight increase is due to hiring more employees to support the growth of the company.

      The total other expense for the first quarter of 2015 were down slightly at 0.4% compared to 0.8% for 2014. This decrease is directly attributable to the Company having two loans being converted to equity during 2014 which lowered the interest payments.

      Second Quarter Financial Highlights

      Total revenues increased 13.8% to $16,079,017, compared to $14,127,840 in the second quarter last year. The company has deferred revenue of $353,073 versus $162,542 in the comparable quarter of 2014.
      Gross Profit for the quarter increased to $12,039,474 compared to $11,233,332 and Gross Profit Margins decreased slightly to 74.9%.
      Operating loss was $1,173,114 compared to an operating gain of $412,360 during the quarter in 2014.
      Net loss for the quarter was $1,446,797 or .06 versus a net gain of $454,856 or .02 during Q2 2014.
      Net cash used in operating activities was $1,843,145 for the quarter compared to $1,061,838 in net cash used during Q2 2014.
      Total assets increased to $9,865,600 at June 30, 2015 compared to $7,709,633 at December 31, 2014. Total liabilities for the end of the second quarter of 2015 were $9,601,815 compared to $8,086,341 at year end 2014.
      The company currently has no long term debt. As of June 30, 2015, the Company has $2.39 million in debt with a due date of December 31, 2015. Management anticipates it will satisfy these notes payable through increased revenues or negotiation of new payment due dates.
      Sales and marketing expenses were 49.1% of revenue compared to 52.6% for 2014 Q2.

      The Company experienced a 23.0% increase in revenues for the 2015 nine month period over the 2014 nine month period and experienced a 4.6% increase in revenues for the 2015 third quarter over the 2014 third quarter. Our source of revenue is from the sale of various foods, other natural products, kits, and freight and handling to deliver products to the Members and customers. This increase in revenues is directly related to the increased number of Members and their business. We recognize revenue upon shipment of a sales order.

      Cost of sales consists primarily of the cost of procuring and packaging products, the cost of shipping product to our international subsidiaries, warehouses and to our Members, plus credit card processing fees. Cost of sales was approximately 24.3% of revenues for the nine month period of 2015 compared to 21.8% of revenues for 2014. Cost of sales was approximately 23.4% of revenues for the third quarter of 2015 compared to 21.3% of revenues for third quarter of 2014. These increases are primarily attributable to our newest product, Ketopia, as it has a higher product costs, higher shipping costs, and royalty fees.

      Management continues to negotiate better costs and terms with our key vendors to lower our cost of goods sold. New products have been and will continue to be introduced to bolster Member recruiting and product sales. In addition, management intends to improve our marketing plan to enhance overall profitability. Our management will continue to scrutinize expenses related to our operating activities and order fulfillment to determine appropriate actions to take to reduce these costs.

      Sales and marketing expenses for the nine month period of 2015 were 47.9% of revenues compared to 50.9% for the nine month period 2014 and were 47.1% of revenues for the 2015 third quarter compared to 51.7% for 2014 third quarter.

      General and administrative expenses for the nine month period of 2015 were 29.9% of revenues compared to 24.8% for the nine month period 2014 and were 31.1% of revenues for the 2015 third quarter compared to 25% for 2014 third quarter.

      The total other expense for the nine month period of 2015 was up at .9% of revenues compared to .4% for the same period in 2014. This increase is due to the write off of expenses from the dissolution of a former entity in India. For the three month period the total other expense was down at .6% of revenues for 2015 compared to .7 % for 2014 third quarter. This decrease is due to lower interest expense in 2015 versus 2014.

      The Company experienced a net loss of $371,401 and net income of $203,343 for the three months ended September 30, 2015 and September 30, 2014, respectively and net loss of $1,482,820 and net earnings of $839,250 for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 and September 30, 2014, respectively. The loss is attributable to the Company's global launch convention in May, the Company's rebranding and image campaign, which was revealed at the convention, and the increased costs associated with the fraudulent activity occurring during the second quarter of 2015.
