      Staged Production Plans

PHASE 1- DIRECT APPLICATION NATURAL FERTILZER (“DANF”) PRODUCTION PLANS (without flotation): The first phase of production plans would provide the means to generate cash flow in the very short term and in the most cost efficient way possible. Because DANF can be sold at various prices depending on grades (ranging between 10%-28% P2O5), DuSolo plans to begin production from high-grade ore on the property without needing to invest in a flotation plant. The Company is currently investigating different avenues of securing the necessary equipment for DANF processing.

PHASE 2 – THERMAL PHOSPHATE PRODUCTION PLANS: In order for DuSolo to penetrate a larger marketplace and receive a higher premium for its products, the Company has made the decision to explore the possibility of Thermal Phosphate for Stage 2 of production. Phosphate ore that is >18% can be treated thermally. DuSolo anticipates being able to start producing Thermal Phosphate from the larger tonnage lower grade mineralization after taking it through a flotation process. The Company is currently investigating the economic viability behind this full cycle of production. This operation will require acquisition of thermal ovens at a cost of approximately ~$7.0M USD per 100,000 MTPY output and a flotation facility at a cost of ~approximately $90M USD (based on the experience of MbAC Fertilizers).

      Fertilizer Products

DIRECT APPLICATION NATURAL FERTILIZER (“DANF”): A commonly used product throughout Brazil, DANF is applied alongside the traditional, more costly fertilizer NPK (Nitrogen/Phosphorous/Potassium) to help keep phosphate levels elevated in times of heavy rainfall. A simple extraction and processing method of excavating, drying, crushing, bagging and trucking had proved successful for MbAC Fertilizers who over the past three years, at very low initial capital investment (CAPEX), sold DANF to farms located within close vicinity to the Itafós mine at a rate of 80-100k tonnes per year at an average price of ~100 USD per tonne translating to high profit margins. Upon commencing production of SSP in their new facility they have ceased selling DANF thereby leaving a void in the same marketplace that was created. DuSolo intends to fill that void by leveraging the same MbAC personal responsible for their DANF operation to assist DuSolo with manufacturing of DANF in 2014.

THERMAL PHOSPHATE: A relatively new product within Brazil, Thermal Phosphate is believed to be the up and coming fertilizer for Brazil’s agricultural future that can replace traditionally used phosphate based fertilizers. Its almost near insolubility in water allows the phosphate to remain in the soil for a much longer period of time ranking it at the top of its peers in terms of agronomic efficiency. Thermal Phosphate also has the ability to target individual plant and soil needs as different micronutrients can be added during the production cycle depending on the application to optimize crop yield. This type of phosphate sells at a premium in Brazil for approximately ~$300-$400 USD per tonne.

      Technical Testing

The Company has initiated process testing (floatation, solubility and thermal) on representative ore types of different grades from Bomfim for the purpose of determining what fertilizer products could be economically viable as part of its planning for the 2nd stage of production development.

FLOTATION TESTING: The Company has initiated flotation tests on representative phosphate of different grades from Bomfim. Successful flotation results will demonstrate the technical viability of producing fertilizers not only from the high-grade phosphate mineralization, but also from lower grade phosphate mineralization it believes to have in larger quantities.

SOLUBILITY TESTING: DuSolo has also begun a series of tests aimed towards determining the phosphate solubility for each type of representative phosphate grade found throughout the Bomfim claims. Results are expected within Q1 of 2014.

THERMAL PHOSPHATE TESTING: Internal research conducted by the Company has shown the benefits of producing Thermal Phosphate as a final product to sell to NPK (Nitrogen/Phosphorous/Potassium) blenders in Brazil. Due to its very low solubility in water and high solubility in citric acid, Thermal Phosphate is an ideal fertilizer for crops grown in tropical climates that are prone to heavy rainfall, ranking it in the top of its class in terms of agronomic efficiency. It is for this reason that Thermal Phosphate sells at a price premium to other phosphate based fertilizers within Brazil. DuSolo intends to continue performing extensive thermal tests on high-grade phosphorite and commence similar tests on lower grade phosphate that has been upgraded through the flotation process in order to prove the technical viability of full cycle production from lower grade phosphate to high-grade Thermal Phosphate.

The infill drilling campaign was designed to achieve three (3) main objectives:

      (1) Prove the lateral continuity of the Upper Phosphorite Layer,

      (2) Prove a small portion of the higher-grade Inferred Resources of Santiago (3.4Mt @ 14.5% P2O5 Inferred - 8.0% P2O5 Cut Off Grade) and consequently provide geologic consistency to the other areas within Santiago,

      (3) Provide reliable information required to design an open-pit Direct Application Natural Fertilizer ("DANF") quarry operation within a small portion of the overall Santiago target for multiple years to come.

With these results now confirmed, DuSolo is happy to report that all three (3) objectives have been attained.

The results received to date (20 holes) provide significant evidence that the Upper Phosphorite Layer is continuous laterally, being observed across geological and geochemical sections spaced 25 meters apart (see figure). The Upper Phosphorite Layer is outcropping or displays a very thin overburden of soil or lower-grade material (lixiviated phosphorite or siltstone). The sections (A to C) with drill results clearly show that the higher-grade mineralization is substantial and remains open, including at depth in some portions.

"We are very pleased to confirm the presence of a continuous high-grade zone of phosphorite by way of infill drilling within this selected area. The results thus far lend even more credibility to the Initial Resource Estimate previously reported for Santiago and provides us with the upmost geological confidence that we could supply DANF to the growing domestic marketplace surrounding our project area for many years to come." Commented Mr. Paulo Amorim, DuSolo´s Vice-President of Exploration.

      INFILL DRILLING CAMPAIGN DETAILED INFORMATION

The programmed holes are defined by the following sequence:

      i) The target area (Santiago = ST),

ii) The exploration domain (W or P - See map),

iii) The drilling method (reverse circulation = RC),

iiii) The drill hole number (infill drill holes: 19-59).*

      * Holes STW-RC-01 to STW-RC-18 were completed in 2013 and the results were used to elaborate both the exploration model for Santiago and to calculate the Initial Resource Estimate of the Bomfim Project (previously announced January 22nd, 2014).

The Infill Drilling Campaign commenced at the Santiago Target on July 28th, 2014 and was concluded 26 days later with 41 holes completed (782 meters). The Campaign followed a 25 by 25 meter regular grid and covered an area of 30,000 square meters. The infill drill holes were terminated upon passing through the Upper Phosphorite Layer or upon encountering technical problems associated to the water table. Thus, the mineralization remains open at depth towards the Lower Siltstone Layer. In addition, results from hole STW-RC-25 show that the high-grade mineralization remains open at depth after 15m @ 19.92% P2O5. The average depth of the 41 holes completed is 19 meters.

Though this area selected for infill drilling represents a small portion of the Santiago target, it contains, according to the Company's internal estimates, enough high-grade resources to provide for multiple years of DANF processing based on the capacity of the DANF facility recently secured by DuSolo (previously announced Aug 11th, 2014).

      DIRECT APPLICATION NATURAL FERTILIZER

With a processing facility now in place, DuSolo, through a series of crushers, screens and mills intends to process a small portion of the high-grade phosphate discovered at the Santiago target into three (3) DANF products of different phosphate grades (12%, 15%, 18% P2O5). Unlike other phosphate based fertilizer products, DANF processing is simple and apart of screen separation (a process that relies on physical attributes) does not entail flotation and/or further beneficiation. DANF is used alongside the standard and more costly Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potash ("NPK") blend to compensate for elevated nutrient depletion as a result of heavy tropical rainfalls. Farmers in the region have become accustomed to using DANF on their crops over the past several years but due to recent restrictions in supply, are no longer able to source it locally at a competitive price. DuSolo, as a result of its recent high-grade discovery, intends to fill the current void in this rapidly expanding marketplace by providing farmers with a local alternative supply for years to come.

      QUALITY CONTROL

The Company implements industry recognized QA/QC methods at Bomfim by inserting high and low grade standard samples, blanks and duplicates. Chips from RC drilling are collected in bags for each one-meter interval. Chips are logged at the drill site and the samples are taken to a core shack located at DuSolo's field office. At the core shack the samples are then crushed and screened to less than 2mm prior to homogenization and quartering. An aliquot of one quarter from each sample is then sent for analysis.

The Qualified Person has reviewed the QA/QC results and inspected all the procedures assuring the quality of the information being reported in this news release. Intertek Laboratories ("Intertek") of Sao Paulo Brazil, was used for analytical work reported in this news release. Intertek is part of an international group of certified (ISO 9001:2008) laboratories recognized in the industry for geochemical and agricultural testing. Determination of P2O5 was done by Intertek's method XR55L which prepared the sample with a lithium tetraborate fusion followed by XRF analysis. Intertek is independent of the Company.

Mauricio Prado, Bomfim's Project Manager, is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") and has reviewed and approved the technical disclosures of this press release on behalf of the company.

DuSolo Fertilizers (V.DSF) says final permit to production imminent

DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (TSX: V.DSF, Stock Forum) is hoping to secure the final permit soon that will enable it to start production at its flagship Bomfim project in Brazil.

“The goal is to be in production before the end of 2014,’’ said Patrick Brandreth, senior manager, corporate development with Du Solo.

The Vancouver-based company is focused on developing a fully integrated process to produce phosphate-based fertilizers within the Cerrado region of Brazil as part of a nationwide effort, incentivized by government, to increase the supply of domestically sourced fertilizers.

DuSolo took a key step towards that goal last week when it secured an operating license for high-grade phosphate discovered at the Santiago Target.

The company says it is now one permit away from starting the extraction and processing of phosphate into fertilizers.

With a processing facility now in place, DuSolo, via a series of crushers, screens and mills intends to process a small portion of the high-grade phosphate discovered at the Santiago target into three Direct Application Natural Fertilizer (DANF) products of different phosphate grades (12%, 15%, 18% P205).

DANF is used alongside the standard and more costly Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potash blend to compensate for elevated nutrient depletion, resulting from heavy tropical rainfalls.

DuSolo is also positioning itself to be the only local supplier of a rare fertilizer product that will cater to the strong and quickly growing demand of a domestic world class market, including farmslocated in the vicinity of the Bomfim project, the company has said.

DuSolo shares rose 4% to 27 cents Tuesday, leaving a market cap of $28.2 million, based on 104.5 million shares outstanding. The 52-week range is 30 cents and 12.5 cents.

'Excellent Drill Results' From Dusolo's Santiago Target, Reaffirm Lateral Continuity of High Grade Zone - Oct 6, 2014
      http://finance.yahoo.com/news/excellent-drill-results-dusolo…

"VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 6, 2014) - DuSolo Fertilizers Inc., (TSX VENTURE:DSF)(E6R.F)(ELGSF) ("DuSolo" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the most recent results received from the Infill Drilling Program ("the Program") completed at the Santiago Target continue to feature excellent grades at significant interval lengths.

The results received to date re-demonstrate the lateral continuity of the high-grade zone with every drill hole, except for one, encountering phosphate mineralization characterized by significant interval length and grade, at or close to surface (see Figure 2). The area selected for this specific Program is where DuSolo intends to begin extracting and processing high-grade, at surface phosphorite to produce Direct Application Natural Fertilizer ("DANF").

"We are very pleased with this last set of drill results as it reaffirms the lateral continuity of the high- grade mineralization throughout the selected area in which we plan to begin extracting material to process into DANF. It is now clear without a shadow of a doubt, that we can mine Santiago for years to come using an open pit approach as planned," said Mr. Paulo Amorim, DuSolo´s Vice- President of Exploration. "Drilling in the target area also encountered thick intercepts of siltstone rock that are still open in depth and exhibit average grades ranging between 5%-8% P2O5. The Company intends to make use of this material in the future as part of its stage 2 production plans."

The results from holes STW-RC-39 to STW-RC-59 are shown in the following table (with best results highlighted)*:

      * Holes STW-RC-01 to STW-RC-18 were completed in 2013 and the results were used to elaborate both the exploration model for Santiago and to calculate the Initial Resource Estimate of the Bomfim Project (previously announced January 22nd, 2014). Holes STW-RC-19 to STW-RC-38 were completed during this Campaign and results were released recently (see press release dated September 3rd, 2014).

      DRILL PROGRAM DETAILS

The drill holes are defined by the following sequence:

The target area (Santiago = ST),

The exploration domain (W or P),

The drilling method (reverse circulation = RC),

      The drill hole number

The program commenced at the Santiago Target on July 28th, 2014 and was concluded 26 days after with 41 holes completed (782 meters). The Program followed a 25 by 25 meter regular grid and covered an area of 30,000 square meters. The infill drill holes were terminated upon passing through the Upper Phosphorite Layer. Thus, the mineralization remains open at depth towards the Lower Siltstone Layer.

To view Figure 1 please visit the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/FIGURE01-SUDO.pdf.

To view Figure 2 please visit the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/FIGURE2-SUDO.pdf.

      DIRECT APPLICATION NATURAL FERTILIZER

DuSolo intends to use a series of crushers, screens and mills, to process a small portion of the high-grade phosphate discovered at the Santiago Target into three DANF products of different phosphate grades (12%, 15%, 18% P2O5). Unlike other phosphate based fertilizer products, DANF processing is simple and apart from screen separation (a process that relies on physical attributes) does not entail flotation and/or further beneficiation. DANF is used alongside the standard and more costly Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potash ("NPK") blend to compensate for elevated nutrient depletion as a result of heavy tropical rainfalls. Farmers in the region have become accustomed to using DANF on their crops over the past several years but due to recent restrictions in supply, are no longer able to source it locally. DuSolo, as a result of its recent high-grade discovery, intends to fill the current void in this rapidly expanding marketplace by providing farmers with a local alternative supply.

      QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL

The Company implements industry recognized QA/QC methods at the project by inserting high and low grade standard samples, blanks and duplicates.

Determination of P2O5 was done by Intertek's method XR55L which prepared the samples with a lithium tetraborate fusion followed by XRF analysis. Intertek is independent of the Company.

Mauricio Prado, Bomfim's Project Manager, is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") and has reviewed and approved the technical disclosures of this press release on behalf of the company.

      VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 14, 2014) -

Editor's note: There is one photo associated with this press release.

DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DSF)(PINKSHEETS:ELGSF)(FRANKFURT:E6R) ("DuSolo" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it has received the Mining Permit ("GU" - Guia de Utilização) required to begin extracting and processing high-grade phosphate discovered at the Santiago target into Direct Application Natural Fertilizer ("DANF") - a fertilizer product highly popular amongst farmers and agricultural centers within close proximity to the Bomfim Project. The GU is the last of a series of permits and licenses the Company had to obtain in order to commence production of DANF.

"We now have all the elements in place to deliver on our goal of becoming a phosphate producer in arguably the world's hottest fertilizer market. Our processing facility is operational and permitted, we are fully funded, and we have received all the necessary licenses. The Company is therefore well positioned to commence DANF production effective immediately," commented Eran Friedlander, President and CEO of DuSolo.

      PERMITTING

The following permits required for DANF production have now all been obtained:

-DANF Processing Facility Environmental License (Licença Ambiental)

-DANF Processing Facility Operating License (Licença de Funcionamento)

-Mining Site (Santiago Target) Operational License (Licença de Operação)

      -Mining Permit (Guia de Utilização)

      EXTRACTION AND PROCESSING

In light of today's news, DuSolo has now begun extracting and processing the high-grade phosphate discovered at Bomfim's Santiago target. The area selected to commence the extraction is located over hole STW-RC-25, that returned 15 meters @ 19.92% P2O5 (from surface and open at depth). The mineralization is outcropping and the topography is favorable for an open pit operation. The ensuing beneficiation process is very simple involving a series of crushers, screens and mills through which DuSolo intends to process the high-grade phosphate into three (3) DANF products of different phosphate grades (12%, 15%, 18% P2O5). The DANF is then sold to local farms and agricultural centers in the vicinity of the project's area. DANF is used alongside the standard and more costly Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potash ("NPK") blend to compensate for elevated nutrients' depletion as a result of heavy tropical rainfalls. Farmers in the region have become accustomed to using DANF on their crops over the past several years but due to recent restrictions in supply, are no longer able to source it locally. DuSolo, as a result of its high-grade discovery, intends to fill the current void in this rapidly expanding marketplace by providing farmers with a local alternative source of supply for years to come.

      SALES & MARKETING

The Company has already begun approaching farms and agricultural centers in the vicinity of the project area as part of a marketing campaign aimed at securing orders for the remaining 2014 planting season (August to November) and the upcoming 2015 planting seasons (February to April & August to November). The Company believes that its strategic location and its ability to competitively price its products will enable it to capture a significant share of this rapidly expanding market in the coming years.

      ABOUT THE COMPANY

      Hole STW-RC-91: 27.00 metres at 12.31% P2O5 including 6 metres at 22.85%
      Hole STW-RC-100: 21.50 meters at 11.31% P2O5 including 4 metres at 18.65%
      Hole STW-RC-106: 19.00 metres at 13.32% P2O5 including 5 metres at 18.91%

      The Country - Brazil:

Ranked as the leading agrarian (agricultural exporting) country in the world.
1st in global exports of sugar, coffee, orange juice, soybeans and poultry.
      4th largest consumer of agro-minerals.
Economy expanding at a rapid rate, 3rd behind China and India.
Leading economy in South America. On pace to be the 5th largest economy in the world.
Small scale agriculture occupies 23% of Brazil's arable land (4.1 million small farms).
388 Million hectares of arable land, 90 Million not yet cultivated – largest arable land deposit in the world.
2nd largest importer of Phosphate ($1.1 Billion in annual sales revenues).

This has created a tremendous opportunity for local producers to gain significant share of arguably the world’s best market for this commodity, based on cost differentials.
      The Commodity - Phosphate

No substitute for phosphorus in agriculture.
Essential for plant growth and high yields.
More than 70% of global phosphate supplies are located in Morocco (high transport costs).
Other major producing nations consume almost all domestic supply.
Brazil imports 50% of its Phosphate demand.

      DuSolo Provides Corporate Update
      Marketwired
      August 25, 2015: 05:05 PM ET

DuSolo Fertilizers Inc., (TSX VENTURE:DSF)(OTC PINK:ELGSF)(FRANKFURT:E6R) ("DuSolo" or "the Company") is pleased to provide a corporate update for its Brazilian operations.

After a longer than anticipated rainy season, the Company has been excavating and processing Direct Application Natural Fertilizer ("DANF") product at Bomfim since June. DANF product sales, however, have been less than anticipated due to soft fertilizer demand in Brazil. This is a result of weaker crop prices, the lower purchasing power of the Real and delayed credit availability from the government to farmers and agri-businesses.

"In light of the current market conditions in Brazil, and the effect it has had on the Company's performance, DuSolo's new board and management have undertaken a strategic review of all operations," said Darren Bowden, CEO of DuSolo. "In the coming months, the Company plans to implement a number of sales and production strategies in an attempt to increase revenues, while managing its production costs. DuSolo's long term focus remains unchanged, as we continue to build the Company into a domestic Brazilian phosphate producer."

The following strategic initiatives will be undertaken:

      Sales

Year to Date, 2015, DuSolo produced and sold the following amounts of DANF product (all figures are in tonnes):

Of the 81,100 tonnes in signed commitments, approximately 3,290 tonnes of product has already delivered, and an additional 3,363 tonnes will be delivered in the short term. All of these contracts are still in good standing, though buyers have been slow to perform due to the market conditions described above.

To smooth upcoming sales revenue, the Company will implement a number of sales strategies in order to ensure that DANF product sales continue, including accepting forward sales contracts, while continuing to receive proceeds from sales on delivery.

      Operations

The material processed to date has come from the Santiago project ("Santiago"). Further analysis and characterization has confirmed that mineralization at Santiago is softer and more fine that previously thought. This has led to the primary screen being under utilized and the secondary screen being over loaded causing a production bottleneck. DuSolo, at minimal cost, will reconfigure the Bomfim Processing Plant ("the Plant") to better handle this material.

The reconfiguration includes a plate change in the existing hammer mills to increase final product top size from 1.5mm to 2mm, which has already been completed. In addition, the screen decks will be resized to redirect material to different stockpiles, reducing rehandle and increasing primary and secondary screen efficiency. Once both of these changes are in place, the Plant is expected to achieve a sustainable throughput of 80 tonnes per hour versus the current maximum of 60 tonnes per hour.

The optimization of the Plant will allow for higher production, without having to install the additional hammer mills as previously planned. This will result in a C$400,000 savings for DuSolo. The Company will complete the reconfiguration in September, and expects DANF product inventory stockpiled to meet September sales demand. The Plant is expected to recommence production with the new screens and mills for a short period in October in order to test the upgrades and build sufficient product stock to meet low season sales.

      Other Phosphate Opportunities

DuSolo maintains its focus on growth through building its operations, as well as assessing new phosphate opportunities in other regions of Brazil. The Company is of the opinion that current market conditions in the fertilizer market are temporary and are likely to improve in the mid to long term. It is therefore evaluating investment opportunities created by the weakness in phosphate demand, and looking to expand into new agricultural areas in Brazil as part of its strategy to become a mid-tier Brazilian fertilizer producer.
