      Hallo,

"A number of wells close to the drilling location have successfully produced from the Gardner Lime. During the drilling of this well a number of formations in addition to the Gardner Lime are expected to be encountered. These include the Gardner Sand, Jennings Sand, Jennings Lime and the Palo Pinto Lime. All of these zones are productive in the area."

      "Bearcat #4 Well:

The Bearcat #4 well will be drilled in Runnels County which is located in Ballinger Texas.

This is a low risk, premium location. Several offset wells have been significant producers.

This is a multi-zone Prospect with the Gardner Lime at 4200’ being the primary objective . Secondary objectives are the Jennings at 3900’ and the Palo Pinto Lime at 3350’

      Geological Discussion:

The Ballinger Prospect is situated in the West-central portion of Texas and is known to be a region of multi-zone potential.

The Primary Zone of interest is the Gardner Lime. No fewer than 14 different zones which have produced hydrocarbons in the area will be drilled through on the way to the Gardner Lime.

Existing well control indicates that we can realistically anticipate encountering hydrocarbons in the Jennings Sand and the Palo Pinto Lime which are above the Gardner Lime at the Bearcat #4 location.

The trapping mechanism in this region is low relief structures. When porosity and structure coincide, it is possible to trap hydrocarbons. Operators generally have found low relief structures to be more prolific than high relief structures due to greater areal extent of the reservoirs. The shallower zones have similar trapping mechanisms.

      PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TARGETS:

The GARDNER LIME and the PALO PINTO have been productive in the nearest offsetting wells, within 800’ of the proposed Bearcat #4 location. These offsetting wells were drilled and produced during the 1980’s. The JENNINGS SAND has a very strong log show on the nearest offset well and is almost certainly hydrocarbon bearing.

Several other zones appear to have potential but have not been tested or perforated at any of the offsetting locations. These zones will be closely monitored during the drilling and logging process.

      IN THE NEWS:

Bearcat #2 – In March, 1984, the Bearcat #2 well
made the news. Upon completion it flowed back at 156
barrels of oil with an impressive but unknown amount of
casing head gas during the first 24 hours. This well
produced 16318 BO in the first 10 months plus an
      undetermined amount of natural gas.

Smelley #2 – was drilled and completed in the
Gardner lime and flowed 245 barrels of oil during the
first 24 hours of production and only required a small
500 gallon acid treatment. This well produced 13793 BO
in the first 14 months and 29,519 BO in the first 26
      months plus natural gas.

The Four Parcels well – was drilled and completed in
the Gardner Lime and flowed at 180 barrels of oil
during its first 24 hours of production. It produced 13318
BO in the first 17 months.

With the crash in oil prices in the late 1980’s the
previous operator shut down its drilling program and sold
      their lease.

      Prime Locations:

Two prime locations remain un-drilled and the current operator Martin Energy, LLC has returned to finish an infill drilling program that was interrupted by unfavourable market conditions in the late 1980’s

The Bearcat #4 well is the first of these two locations.

The Bearcat #4 well is staked one location west of the Four Parcels well and is expected to be in the middle of the Gardner lime structure, therefore containing a thicker pay zone, and could prove to be a spectacular completion and producer.

The Bearcat #4 well is expected to have a better developed Jennings Sand, as well as the Palo Pinto and should be well positioned to contain good porosity. A minimum of three pay zones are expected to produce from this location.

"We are nearing the end of completion of the Bearcat well. We had some minor delays due to availability of personnel and contractors in different phases of completion. Texas is in a oil drilling boom and delays are the norm every step of the way. A acid flush to clean the formation is being performed this morning. We may do a secondary flush if required. Next step is to flow the well. We are happy with the drill logs and expect a good well. We are eagerly awaiting flow results."

Cardiff Energy Corp. progresses towards completion of the Bearcat #4 well
      ...
Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / October 10 2014 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce the progress of the Bearcat #4 well in Ballinger, Texas. Martin Energy, the operator of the Bearcat #4 well reports that it has successfully completed the acid frac on the Gardiner Limestone formation.

Martin Energy also reports the frac consisted of 130 barrels of acid followed by 260 barrels of 2% KCL water penetrating the formation at 2000 pounds pressure at a rate of 5 1/2 barrels per minute. The 5 minute shut in pressure was 1200 pounds, and the 15 minute shut in was 850 pounds. Frac fluid flowed back for approximately 2 hours prior to swabbing. Flow back during swabbing maintained fluid levels at about 800 feet from surface, returning approximately 80 barrels of fluid from flowing and swabbing. Strong gas kicks were encountered during swabbing and flow action was at a rate of 180 barrels per day.

Martin Energy, the operator has ordered an electric meter and has made provisions to install a pump jack to recover the rest of the acid frac fluid and put the well online. Further information on production will be announced when rates stabilize.

There are two additional formations present in the well, the Palo Pinto Lime and the Jennings Sand. Both of these formations are prevalent and productive in the area and will be tested in the Bearcat #4 in the future.
Cardiff holds a 60% working interest in the Bearcat #4.

Jack Bal, President of Cardiff states, "We are very encouraged and expect good results after removing all the frac fluid."

Additionally, the Company has granted incentive stock options to certain directors to purchase up to 250,000 common shares under the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan (the "Plan"). The options granted are for a five year period expiring October 10, 2019 at an exercise price of $0.185 per share. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Thanksgiving Day.

"Cardiff Energy Corp. Permits 10 Wells

      ...

Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSSWIRE / October 21 2014 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce a plan of action outlining near term and midterm plans for developing its Oil and Gas assets in Runnels County, Texas.

The recently purchased 468 acre Oil and Gas lease will be the focal point. This lease offsetting our recently drilled Bearcat #4 well has multi zone potential and a number of well bores that will be explored as re-entry prospects. Applying new technology such as horizontal radial drilling to zones not previously produced in the re-entry wells can open up significant reserves and production rates.

Permitting is underway for a combination of new drilling both vertical and horizontal. Ten permits are being applied for with the initial first three wells to be vertical tests through the Gardner Lime. These are planned to be drilled and completed by the end of 2014.

In early 2015 Cardiff plans to begin phase two consisting of a seven well program combining horizontal as well as radial re-entry in existing well bores.

A further update on the completion of the Bearcat #4 well, the pump jack and production equipment is being installed and will be operational on Friday October 24, 2014.

Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / November 7, 2014 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") announces the progress of the Bearcat #4 well testing in Ballinger, Texas. Martin Energy, the operator reports the well has been placed on pump and the initial zone of testing, the Gardner Lime, is unloading approximately 40 barrels of frac fluid per 24 hour period. There is still approximately 90 barrels of frac fluid to recover. Further testing for oil and gas in the Gardner Zone will follow.

As reported in our news release of October 10, 2014, additional formations including the Jennings Sand and the Palo Pinto Lime are present in the well. The operator, Martin Energy has further analysed the well logs and states that, "the Goen Lime, Middle Caps Lime and Dog Bend Lime structures are present in the well and warrant testing". As these formations are tested and their economic value is appraised, Cardiff will inform its shareholders of the results. Cardiff holds a 60% working interest in the Bearcat #4 well.

Cardiff is progressing towards preparations for the three well programs to commence this year on the recently purchased 468 acre oil and gas lease in Runnells County, Texas.

Jack Bal, President of Cardiff states, "We are looking forward to completing the Bearcat #4 well and are very encouraged with the multi-zone opportunity present in this area."

Dazu gibt es noch Folgendes zu sagen:

"Talking to thye people who know these things, they thought there was to much acid used and it could cause massive delays. Well it looks like they where right. Just have to wait and see how it goes. It sounds like they are at the point where they should have been a week after the hole was complete."

"The word is that it looks like 160 bpd to 210 bpd, with another perforation within a month (they can't do it right away due to the pressure) driving that number up another 30 to 40 percent...And it looks like there's about 150,000 barrels of oil..."

"They have throttled the pump back to 40 barrels a day because gas coming up the well is causing a gas lock (air lock) at the pump. They've slowed the flow to prevent this."

"I was on The coference call ... The well is preforming substantially better than they expected. The gas flow is such that it delays the removal of all the frac solution. That is is in a nut shell, acording to a third party report this well will be a huge producer to the tune of 150,000 barrels of oil and a huge gas component added."

"One major thing I got out was that they kept mentioning that there was lots of gardner lime leases still available to CRS, they mentioned it a few times. Keep an eye on this, they are going after more land, no doubt about it."

"Some oïl companies are calling CRS right now to inquire about potential partnership. It seems that Martin Energies are the first in line"

      "Sproule Report-2 yrs ago
large oil gas reservers- conventional, horizontal, radial

      less 5000ft

      Gardner Zone
      • 26-30 pay zones
      • 1500- 4200ft
      • We are in sweet spot
      • 6-7 more good zones to test
      • 4100ft we are in
      • 2 acid jobs plus 1 frac.
      • Jenning sand is producing around current well, not gardner
      • sent to engineer and confirms very strong well
      • they are very confident in Runnels county
      • Lots of gardner land available to CRS

      • Probably have a few more days of pumping, getting lots of case back, very possible to produce this as a gas well, just across the road.
      • Logs identical to smelly 2, little higher sub sea, not enough to make different, may have some sea bed contamination, do not know.
      • smelly 2 well, started flowing on its own, acted different then other wells in the area.
      • wells all unique
      • barcat surprise gas pressure is acting like it is, at this stage.
      • 300,000 barrels if all zones produced from, more zones the more problems, 2-3 max, let them get depleted before adding more production. Very unusual to have this many zones in one well bore.

      Other zones
      • testing jenning sand, will most likely be using the radial tech, 300ft out. Will make a phonemail well, used on 20-30yr old well. Was at 2-3 barrels a day now at 30.

      Potential
      • based on logs, smelly direct offset, 160-220 barrels flow rate not unreasonable, with more gas than smelly.
      • Acid job, fluid was not opening up the formation, frac opened up all perfs, only this giving problems is the gas. Acid job was a total success.
      • Clean gas, would bring premium price. No danger to well. Flow down pump,
      • perf jenning sand while completing gardner
      • Hopefully start 2 wells before end of year.
      • in the permit plus drilling rigs, farm out process, will make announcement in next couple weeks.
      • Next 3 wells at 100%"

"We could be days or weeks before seeing oïl... Gas cap is very heavy and slowing everything down"

"All wells will be horizontally drilled he said"

      - DM & son got back in
      - Runnels County not heavy in activity
      - most activity in ??? area
      - lot of area in Runnels County available
      - use to drill @ 40 acre spacing now 20 acre spacing good
      - dealing with frac fluid
      - most from last frac back but not all
      - possible few more days of frac fluid
      - getting gas back
      - possible to produce as a gas well
      - gas line close to property
      - could be a couple weeks before oil

JB - compare to Smelley #2?

DM - logs look good compared to Smelley #2
      - wells can produce gas for some time before oil shows up
      - Smelley #2 about 500 gal frac acid
      - didn’t get all frac fluid back
      - hooked up flow hose & went for supper
      - came back and flowed on its own – 240 bbls
      - Smelley #2 acted differently than other wells
      - every well unique – some can come in on own
      - Bearcat #4 gas pressure has pretty good flow

      JB - potential reserves?
      - 100,000 bbls in zone

      *** - phone disconnect @ approx. 22 minutes
      - disconnected less than 5 minutes

?? - talked about 3 wells before end of year
      - across the highway just off fence line

SH - completing Gardner line formation?
      - comingle any other zones?

      DM - comingle
      - ???? right above Gardner
      - Jennings
      - above Jennings
      - 3 zones producing at same time

SH - can these be opened up by horizontal technology?

DM - do 4 laterals per zone out 300 feet
      - will make a phenomenal well

SH - any horizontal wells in the area?

      DM - used on old well and went from 1 bbl/day -> 30 bbl/day

SH - any estimates on flow rates to/for benefit shareholders

DM - logs ?similar or better? to Smelley #2
      - not unrealistic to produce 160->220/230 bbls
      - lots more gas than other wells

      SH - timing?
SH - has acid done its job?

      DM - yes
      - coming back with no restrictions
      - problem is with gas
      - didn’t get back all acid with 1st two jobs
      - acid job total success
      - to get all frac fluid back many scenarios
      - could be a couple days
      - could be good gas cap so 2->3 weeks
      - frac job is doing what we want

SH - is this gas a danger to the pump jack?

DM - gas is a very clean gas – burning blue?
      - sweet gas -premium
      - not dangerous or corrosive

SH - no danger to the well from gas?

      DM - no

JB - throttled down pump because of gas to avoid gas lock

DM - yes slowed down pump considerably from maximum

      SH - perforate other sands?
      - other two wells or waiting until Bearcat #2 producing?

JB - perforate Jennings sand while completing Gardner
      - will drill regardless
      - we have interested from other companies about participating in drilling

SH - how much does Cardiff own?

JB - Cardiff pretty much owns 100% of next 3 wells
      - Martin Energies will have a position
      - Cardiff has 60% interest of Bearcat #2

SH - how many barrels expect from well?

DM - 300,000 barrels if all zones produced at same time
      - best to produce 2->3 zones at a time to depletion then add more
      - unusual to have this many zones
      - got lucky as lot more than we were expecting

      JB - ending call"

      Hallo Jon_Schnee,

      http://www.eia.gov/tools/faqs/faq.cfm?id=367&t=6

"Cardiff Energy Corp. to complete the Jennings Sand and Goen Lime formations in the Bearcat #4 well

      V.CRS | 1 hour ago

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / November 12 2014 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce a further update on the testing of the Bearcat # 4 well in Ballinger, Texas. Martin Energy, operator of the Bearcat # 4 well reports the Gardiner Lime to date has produced a significant amount of gas and given time as the gas cap is depleted, oil should begin to flow as indicated from the logs.

As has been previously reported there are five additional zones that have been identified in the well and logs indicate that testing is warranted. Above the Gardiner Lime lie the Jennings Sand, the Goen Lime, the Middle Caps, and the Dog Bend Lime with the top formation being the Palo Pinto Lime.

A decision has been made to proceed with perforating and testing the two formations immediately above the Gardiner Lime; the Jennings Sand and the Goen Lime. These two formations can be produced along with the Gardiner simultaneously. Dennis Martin of Martin Energy reports the Jennings Sand has produced 50,000 Barrels of Oil and the Goen Lime 100,000 Barrels of Oil cumulatively in the surrounding area. A work-over rig has been contracted and will arrive on Thursday, November 13, 2014. The Jennings Sand and Goen Lime formations will be perforated and co-mingled with production from the Gardner Lime. The entire process should be completed in 7 days and results will be announced. Cardiff owns a 60% working interest in the Bearcat # 4 well.

Jack Bal, President of Cardiff states, "We are very excited to test these two prolific zones in the Bearcat # 4 well. We look forward to receiving the results."

In addition, the company wishes to announce that it has agreed to issue up to 1,750,000 units at $0.15 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. One warrant will be exercisable for one additional common share at $0.25 per share during the next two years. The proceeds derived from the placement will be used to complete the Bearcat #4 well and for general working capital. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

"The Gardner Lime, the original formation, is now capped temporarily to allow for work on the other zones.

They are opening up the other two formations. They went to the Jennings Sand and perforated it last Friday - and did a light acid treatment on Saturday. The well was shut in for 24 hours and then reopened this morning. There is a lot of pressure and they started to log the fluid. There is plenty of gas and oil mixed in with the drill mud. This means now the formation is pushing out and the well has connectivity with the formation.

Tomorrow they will do a more aggressive acid treatment to clean things up even more and to enourage oil to come out of it. They will do an initial flow rate on Wednesday! Note: It has more reserves than the Gardner Lime and will produce longer.

The Goen Lime shows the best on the log and the thinking is it is 100,000 barrels plus when it all comes in. They will perforate it and do an acid treatment Wed / Thurs. The thinking is it could be 250 bpd to 350 bpd initial production (NUR Goen Lime, praesens) . We should have those flow rates by Friday!"

CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / November 25, 2014 / (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce initial production from the Bearcat #4 well in Ballinger, Texas. Martin Energy, the operator of the Bearcat #4 well has reported an initial production of 180 BOPD (Barrels of Oil per day) and 250,000 Cubic Feet of Gas (250 MCF).

There are two additional formations in the well to be tested at a future date, the Middle Caps and Dog Bend Lime. Most of the Gas was tested from the Gardner formation. Logs indicate Oil is also present in the Gardner Lime formation. It is believed this zone may have been contaminated during the drilling and cementing phase. Martin Energy and Cardiff Energy are in the process of evaluating the timing and impact of a Horizontal Radial Drilling test on the Gardner formation penetrating any contamination to bring on-stream the Oil we believe is trapped.

Jack Bal, President of Cardiff Energy states, "We are very encouraged by the strong initial production of the Bearcat #4 well and expect increased production once the Gardner formation is brought on-line. Plans are underway to commence drilling 3 additional wells by the end of 2014. We are excited by the multi-zone potential in the Ballinger area."

Die heute vermeldeten 180 bopd zzgl. der Gasförderung ergeben ca. 220 BOE (Barrel of oil equivalent).
      davon 60 % an CRS = 132 BOE.
      Bei 75 $ Ölpreis, 32 $ Kosten / Barrel, bleiben 43 $ Gewinn / Barrel.
Das mal die 132 BOE macht 5.676 $ / Tag.
Mal 365 Tage = gut 2 Millionen Gewinn / Jahr (korrekter wohl: Deckungsbeitrag).
      KGV ?:
      10 = 22 mio Marketcap = Kurs gut 0,60 $
      15 = 33 mio marketcap = Kurs knapp 1 $

      ... :cool::)

Ab jetzt sollte ein stetiger newsflow einsetzen:

      - flow rate der zweiten Bearcat4 Zone
      - horizontal Drilling Gardner Lime
      - Beginn 3 weiterer Bohrungen noch dieses Jahr
      - weitere property-Zukäufe `?

      Neben

      "Hi all,

Here's some notes from my conversation with Jack.

      1) He will be in TX tomorrow to meet with parties interested in collaborating/sharing costs in another 4 wells (beyond the Archer deal)
      2) After that there's 3 wells (workovers) that they will do themselves (radial treatments).
      3) Based on engineering reports on the current lease there are still another 6-8 wells that could be targeted.
      4) In the past wells were only allowed on 40 acre spacings - it has been determined that most of these only drained ~ 8 acres so there is likely an opportunity to follow up on this.
      5) Will be making a decision this week on how to proceed with Bearcat/Gardiner Lime.
      6) Worst case scenario (based on current Bearcat production (without Gardiner) and revenue from another well producing 25 bpd) is that they will pull in $100-200 k per month depending on oil prices. This is a wide range but the point is they are currently making money and my calculations say this number is low. You can do the math.
      7) CRS has a number of high level investors that hold in the range of 1-1.5 mil shares and they are standing firm and holding long. Jack is still very excited about the future of CRS,

Current oil price (as we know) will slow down shale production as well as oilsands giving CRS an edge as they can put out oil at such a low price per barrel. Obviously long term it would benefit CRS and others if the price goes up.

NRs (as mentioned before) and in no particular order:

      1) News on Gardiner Lime
      2) News on joint ventures being discussed this week (this may be the next NR in my opinion but I could be wrong)
      3) News on new lease acquisition(s)

He will be sending me an email with a report (done 3-4 years ago I believe) on the current lease which I can share. I also asked him to provide more precise netback figures.

I'm simply quoting from the horse's mouth so use this as you wish. Hope it helps. Cheers!"

"Cardiff Energy Corp. Announces Plans to Drill a Horizontal Well in Runnels County Texas

      V.CRS | 8 hours ago

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / January 13, 2015 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce it is planning to drill a horizontal well on its lease in Runnels Country Texas, to test the Gardiner Lime. The Gardiner Lime is a fractured limestone which is approximately 15 feet thick and comparable geologically to another major field in Texas called the Austin Chalk. The Austin Chalk has had a number of successful horizontal wells, of which some of the more prolific wells have had initial production of 1500 barrels of oil per day (BL/day). Martin Energies the Operator states, "The key to determining where to drill a horizontal well is to know where decent production has happened historically in older vertical wells." Martin Energies has drilled a number of Gardiner Lime vertical wells in the early 1980s in Runnels County, Texas and a number of these wells initially produced between 180-240 BL/day. By drilling a horizontal leg in this area the results could be the equivalent production of 5-7 vertical wells. With this in mind, the Company has decided to focus its current activity on drilling this horizontal well and will not be proceeding with the 3 well vertical drilling program previously announced.

An important feature of drilling in the Gardiner Lime is that it is a naturally fractured limestone and will not require a costly hydraulic fracture treatment. It is anticipated that drilling will commence in 30 days and the well will be drilled to a depth of approximately 4100 feet with a horizontal leg of 1000 feet.

The cost of this well is estimated to be $1,300,000. Cardiff is actively negotiating with joint venture partners to participate in this well. Partners will pay 1/3 of the cost to earn 1/4 of the working interest; with a maximum of 50% working interest available for joint venture partners. Martin Energies, the Operator has committed to participate in the well based on the same terms and will fund 1/3 of the cost to earn a 25% working interest. The Company expects to announce the remaining 25% working interest funding shortly.

Jack Bal, President of Cardiff Energy states, "We are developing a strategy to provide maximum benefit to Cardiff Energy and it's shareholders in this low price oil environment. Cost for horizontal drilling has come down drastically in the last 3 months and will allow us to do a horizontal test of the Gardner Lime at a very competitive cost. "

"Cardiff Energy Corp. Signs Definitive Agreement with JV Partners to Drill a Horizontal Well in Runnels County Texas

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. / TheNewswire / (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce that it has signed Definitive Participation Agreements with Martin Energies, the Operator, and Archer Petroleum to participate in the drilling of the Clayton # 1H, a Horizontal Well. This well will target the Gardiner Lime on the Company's 468 Acre lease in Runnels County, Texas.

It is anticipated that drilling of the Clayton # 1H will commence March 15, 2015. The permit for the well will allow the well to be drilled to a depth of approximately 4100 feet with a horizontal leg of up to 3500 feet. The Company's joint venture partners will fund 2/3 of the cost of the Clayton #1H to earn a 50 % working interest. The estimated cost to drill and complete the Clayton # 1H is $1,300,000.

The Gardiner Lime has very similar features to another major field in Texas called the Austin Chalk. Both formations produce from fractured limestone. Initial production of 1500 BOPD has been reported in Austin Chalk from horizontal wells. The Clayton #1H well, will be the first Gardiner horizontal drilled in Runnels County, Texas.

Martin Energies, the Operator states, "To be a part of this project means being in on the ground floor of a major discovery. By drilling one horizontal well the results could be the equivalent production of 5-7 vertical wells."

Jack Bal, President of Cardiff Energy states, "We are pleased to have secured the funding to drill the Clayton
      # 1H and we are looking forward to commencing drilling in March 2015"

      Published time: January 26, 2015 16:11
      Edited time: January 27, 2015 13:36

World oil prices have reached the bottom and will soon bounce back, said OPEC Secretary General Abdullah el-Badri, adding that they can go as high as $200 a barrel if lower investment erodes supply.

"Now the prices are around $45-$55 and I think maybe they reached the bottom and will see some rebound very soon," Badri is quoted by Reuters.

At the same time, he once again said that the current decline in investment could cause a significant energy shortage in the future and therefore a price rise.

"Suppose we cut production, and then we'll have spare capacity," he said. "Producers when they have excess capacity they will not invest.”

He added that the lack of investment can lead to a shortage of supply in about 3-4 years, which in turn can lead to a repetition of 2008, when prices rose rapidly.

"Maybe we will go to $200 if there is a real shortage of supply because of the lack of investment," he said, not specifying the time frame.

Talking about possible changes in OPEC policy, Badri said the cartel needs four to five months to make a decision on its future course, as time is needed to see how the market will behave.

Preparations to drill the Horizontal Clayton # 1H Well In Runnels County, Texas Are Now Under Way

      ...

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / May 28 2015 - CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce that site preparations for drilling of the Clayton # 1H including pad construction and digging of pits are being completed to allow the rig to move in and commence drilling. With the site preparations underway the estimated drilling date of the Clayton # 1H is June 15, 2015.

The Clayton # 1H will target the Gardner Lime. The Gardner Lime is a fractured limestone which is approximately 15 feet thick and comparable geologically to another major field in Texas called the Austin Chalk. The Austin Chalk has had a number of successful horizontal wells, of which some of the more prolific wells have had initial production of 1500 barrels of oil per day (BL/day). The Clayton # 1H will be drilled to a depth of approximately 4100 feet with a horizontal leg of up to 3500 feet. A frac is not required as the oil will flow through the limestone fractures. This will allow the Company to avoid the expensive frac process to release oil from the ground; with the potential for oil production being attained at a lower cost than average producers.

The Clayton # 1H is a joint venture between the Company, (who will take 2/3) and Martin Energies, the Operator, (who will take 1/3). The Clayton # 1H will be drilled adjacent to the Bearcat #4. Martin Energies, the Operator states, "To be part of this project means being in on the ground floor of a major discovery. By drilling one horizontal well the results could be the equivalent of 5-7 vertical wells".

In addition, it has been determined that the Bearcat #4 is capable of producing more natural gas than was expected.
Therefore, management has decided to tie both the Clayton #1H and the Bearcat #4 gas production together at completion. Currently the Bearcat # 4 is on minimal production to retain gas reserves until the pipeline connection can be made.

Cardiff Energy Corp.: Bohrstart der Clayton #1H

Horizontal-Förderquelle in Texas beginnt innerhalb von 24 Stunden

      15.06.2015 / 10:28

      ---------------------------------------------------------------------

      15. Juni 2015

Bohrstart der Clayton #1H Horizontal-Förderquelle in Texas beginnt

      innerhalb von 24 Stunden

      CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (das "Unternehmen"; TSX-V: CRS; Frankfurt WKN: A119FM;

von 1500 Barrel Öl pro Tag ("BL/day") hatten.

"Cardiff Energy Corp. Acquires 700 Acre Lease in Runnels County and Signs Significant AMI Agreement
      V.CRS | 1 day ago

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F", US Pinksheets: "CRRDF")

is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement with Murphree Oil LLC.("Murphree") to acquire an additional 700 acre lease in Runnels County, Texas. The geological report on the new 700 acre parcel indicates there are multi-zone features with oil and gas development potential. The zones of interest include: Gardner Lime, Capps Lime, Palo Pinto Lime, Jennings Sand, and Dog Bend Lime. These zones are also present in the lease that the Company currently owns and where the Clayton # 1H is being drilled.

The Company now controls close to 1200 acres of land for drill ready exploration in Runnels County. The full development of the 1200 acres will include both horizontal and vertical drilling as well as re-entry to zones in existing well bores not previously produced. The geological study indicates there are more than 15-20 targets to be drilled to develop both properties to their full potential.

The Company is also pleased to announce that they have signed a significant 5 year AMI (Area of Mutual Interest) Agreement with Murphree for lands surrounding the 700 acre lease. This agreement allows the Company to have first right on any lands in the AMI to do its own geological study and if it fits the goals of the Company, purchase the lease (or leases) from Murphree.

Jack Bal, President states "with leases secured and a significant AMI Agreement in place for future development the Company is positioned for an exciting oil and gas drilling and production program."

To update shareholders on the status of the Clayton #1H, the drilling phase continues and the Clayton #1H will be completed in the Gardner Lime as a horizontal well. The Company's previous new release anticipated completion of the drilling of the Clayton #1H by now. However, due to complications during the drilling process the time line has been extended. Upon completion and testing of the Clayton #1H a flow rate will be reported.

      Aktueller Stand:
Vertikaler Teil gebohrt incl. Übergang zum horizontalen.
      Reamer geborgen.
      Aktuell reaming.
Casing übers Wochenende (Montag Feiertag in Kanada, kein Handel, in USA normaler Börsen-/Arbeitsag).

"Cardiff Energy Corp. Provides Clayton #1H Update
      V.CRS | 5 hours ago

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / September 8 2015 - CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F", US Pinksheets: "CRRDF") is pleased to provide an update on the status of the Clayton #1H located in Runnels County, Texas. On August 10, 2015 the Company announced that it has been determined with consultation from Martin Energies, operator of the Clayton #1H well that the current drill contractor should be replaced due to performance issues. During drilling of the Clayton #1H the initial drilling contractor ran into a major problem when they managed to get the reamer stuck at roughly 2500ft when reaming the hole in preparation for setting casing.

On August 19, 2015 the services of a new drilling contractor and crew were engaged and work began to remedy problems at the well site. Significant efforts were spent preparing the hole to free the stuck reamer and the Company is pleased to announce that on September 4, 2015 the reamer was successfully fished out of the hole. The Clayton #1H is now being re-conditioned to depth in preparation for setting casing, after which 5 days of horizontal drilling will take place to complete the drilling of the well.

Jack Bal, President and CEO of Cardiff Energy Corp., states "we are very pleased that the stuck reamer has been pulled out of the hole, as a stuck reamer posed a major technical problem to completing the well. We are now confident that the Clayton #1H will be completed in the near term. We would also like to thank the new drilling contractor and crew who arrived August 19, 2015 and have done an amazing job and have shown the utmost level of professionalism."

The Company would also like to announce the addition of Greg Campbell to the board of directors. Mr. Campbell is currently the Corporate Secretary.

      Casing soll nun morgen beginnen.

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F", US Pinksheets: "CRRDF") is pleased to provide a follow up to their October 19, 2015 news release. Lateral drilling of the Clayton #1H currently resides at 6500ft with the remaining footage to be completed this weekend.

Senior management of the Company arrived in Runnels County, Texas on Tuesday November 24, 2015 and met with the Operator to go over the initial production test plan. A high powered water and chemical treatment was applied to the Clayton #1H to enlarge the pore spaces and passages through which the Gardiner Lime formation will flow. Following the treatment the crew began to swab the well in preparation for the flow test. The crew worked hard to be in a position to complete the flow test late last week, however, with a severe weather pattern in the forecast and American Thanksgiving the Company with input from the Operator decided to hold off on the test until this week.

At this time Eastern Shelf Operating LLC is back on site and has re-commenced procedure to allow for the initial production test. The results of the test are expected later this week and will be shared with the market as soon as they are available.

"Cardiff Energy Corp. Provides Clayton #1H Flow Test Update
      V.CRS | 4 hours ago

      (via Thenewswire.ca)

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F", US Pinksheets: "CRRDF") is pleased to provide a follow up to their November 30, 2015 news release.

Eastern Shelf Operating LLC, Operator of the Clayton #1H, swabbed the well for 3 days with the objective of unloading the completion fluid from water jetting that was used to clean the Gardner Lime formation. The swabbing operation was successful in recovering a large amount of completion fluid with significant oil and gas shows. With these positive results the Operator decided to install a Moyno production pump which required the installation of 3200ft of new production tubing to accelerate the removal of the completion fluid. The pump was installed on Saturday December 5, 2015 and began pumping completion fluid out of the formation. Continuous pumping of the well has demonstrated that the Gardner has strong inflow, and is flowing completion fluid along with good gas flow and increasing oil showings. Additional tubing is being installed today to allow the production pump to extract from the 4200ft level which is the beginning of the lateral. The Company expects the completion fluid to decrease and hydrocarbons to be the dominant flow. Once the completion fluid is depleted the Operator will commence flow testing of the Clayton #1H well.

Derek Stonehouse, VP Exploration for Cardiff Energy, states "We are very pleased with the well results to date. The Gardner Lime formation is responding well and hydrocarbon shows are increasing as completion fluid is being removed. We expect the flow test to be completed within a few days."

Furthermore, early in the New Year the Company has plans to apply an acid treatment to the Clayton #1H which has the potential to substantially increase the flow rate.

With this exciting news in hand the Company has pioneered the first Gardiner Lime horizontal well in Runnels County, Texas.

(the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F", US Pinksheets: "CRRDF") is pleased to provide an update on the status of the Clayton #1H following the successful acid treatment. As previously announced on March 30, 2016 the Clayton #1H was treated with 19,000 gallons of acid in 9 intervals which encountered the highest hydrocarbon shows during drilling.

The reservoir responded extremely well to the treatment; strong pressure was encountered in the well with numerous gas kicks and fluids flowing to surface. The next step was to install a pump to begin pumping off the completion and drilling fluid. The completion team estimates that roughly 3000 barrels of fluid needs to be removed from the Clayton #1H before significant oil cuts will be encountered. To date over 1000 barrels has been removed and during the next 10 days the completion team expects to see increased oil shows and to be in a position to prepare the well for commercial production. Once production stabilizes the Company will be in a position to report a flow rate.

      Das Wichtigste aus heutiger news:

"... With regards to the Clayton #1H, operations have been temporarily suspended until the Company secures additional funding or a Joint Venture partner can be found to help move the project forward."

JNY / MGS ...

      Meine Meinung: Finger weg !

      11. Juli 2016

Cardiff Energy Corp. akquiriert weitere Mineral-Claims zur Vergrösserung seines Eastmain River Lithiumprojekts in Quebec

CARDIFF ENERGY CORP.
