Ich beobachte Resource-Generation schon länger und spiele mit dem Gedanken RES-GEN von der Watchlist ins Depot zu verschieben !!
Nachdem ich mit Seltenen-Erden und Goldminen-Aktien nicht den erhofften Erfolg verbuchen konnte, versuche ich nun mehr Investments zu finden bei den sog. Basis-Rohstoffen.
Ich denke, dass der Kohle-Markt bei weitem nicht so manipuliert wird, wie zum Beispiel der Gold- und Silber Markt !
Dass Deutschland aus dem Kohleabbau bzw. Kohle-Kraftwerke wirklich aussteigt ist auch noch keine sichere Angelegenheit !

Andere Länder können noch weniger auf Kohle verzichten als wir,damit meine ich z.B. Indien und andere aufstrebende Nationen die "Energie-Hunger" haben !
Natürlich wird es Analysten geben die von einem weiteren Rückgang des Kohlepreises ausgehen,aber ich denke eher es wird umgekehrt sein !

Offtake contracts
Three long-term export offtake contracts have been entered into with CESC, Valu
Investments and Noble Group. These contracts underwrite most of the forecast revenue from
Boikarabelo’s stage 1 production and a substantial portion of stage 2 production.
A domestic offtake contract for 3.0 million tonnes per annum of middlings coal has been
entered into with Noble Group for the first eight years of production.

Anhand der Homepage und Präsentation sieht man das sich RES-Gen farbenfroh und etwas verspielt gibt, ich empfinde das als willkommene Abwechslung!
Kohle ist für mich Neuland und hoffe hier auf eine informative Diskussion !

Construction of the mine’s infrastructure continued during the quarter, while debt funding was being finalised, in order to shorten the overall construction time. This included:
°
construction camp for up to 1,320 persons;
°
rail link bridges;
°
power supply infrastructure;
°
construction office complex;
°
rail network stabilisation facility (NSF);
°
earthworks relating to the construction offices, power supply and the NSF;
°
permanent water supply infrastructure; and 13 kilometres of water pipeline adjacent to public roads.

Funding Update
Resource Generation (the Company) has received numerous recent enquiries about the status of its funding, accordingly it has decided to provide an update. As previously announced the Company has been negotiating with various parties including a club of potential financiers to provide project finance for the construction of the Boikarabelo mine. In recognition of the protracted nature that this particular process has taken, the financiers have agreed to the following disclosure. The parties are:
• FirstRand Bank Limited, acting through its Rand Merchant Bank division (RMB);
• HSBC Bank plc – Johannesburg Branch (HSBC);
• Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited (IDC);
• Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited (PIC);
• Noble Resources International Pte Limited (Noble); and
• Export Finance & Insurance Corporation (EFIC).
