Vielleicht findet es ja wer vor mir und stellt es rein,keine Ahnung, wir ich dies gestern gefunden habe.Fakt: es hörte sich sehr interessant an. Warum recherchierst du nicht ein bißchen bevor du billiges name dropping betreibst ?
Ich hab 15 Minuten gebraucht um folgendes zusammenzutragen:

Das Prinzip: man schluckt eine anti Parkinson Pille, weil bei Krebs (allgemein) der Wirkstoff differenziert metaboliert wird !

Erste Phase 2 zwischen 2003 und 2008 (von der Uni ausgeführt, die das Verfahren an Biomark auslizenziert hat), seitdem Funkstille.
Zweite phase 2 einige Tage vor dem IPO von Biomark Technologies (nicht Biomark Diagnostics) auf clinicaltrials.gov angemeldet. Ziel: bestätigen daß Krebskranke Krebs haben !
Von Phase 3 weit und breit keine Spur.

Auf der Homepage ist nichts zu finden: kein Zulassungsprospekt, keine Performance Daten ! Eine Truppe aus Bengladesh und Singapore hat sich zusammengetan, irgendwas von einer kanadischen Uni einlizenziert und ein lokales Can$ 30m IPO (Bewertung, nicht Erlös !) durchgezogen.

Im allenbesten Fall wird aus dem Verfahren eine Alternative zu CEA: Krebs wahrscheinlich, aber welcher Krebs und wo ? Fehlanzeige.

Ich denke, wenn dieses Teil zugelassen werden sollte, dann wäre das für es für eine frühzeitige Krebserkennung extrem gut.
Je früher die Krankheit entdeckt wird, umso besser die Heilungschancen!

Phase 3 scheint doch relativ weit zu sein, oder?!

Und das Listing in Deutschland ,gibt es erst seit ein paar Tagen.


Klar ,verheiraten sollte man sich nicht mit einem Wert im Penny Bereich ,aber zumindest mit etwas Gewinn, möchte man schon raus .

Biomark Diagnostics Inc. has been granted an investigational testing authorization by Health Canada's Therapeutic Products Directorate adopting the company's protocols and reference standards for reference laboratories across Canada. The authorization also will allow Biomark to sell up to 180 of these devices as part of the ITA for investigational purposes. The ITA recognizes the proprietary protocol the company has developed and internationally patented for urinary excretion of acetylamantadine by cancer patients. This protocol involves the use of Biomark's acetylamantadine assay standard for liquid chromatography -- tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This assay was developed by Biomark in order to establish a clinical diagnostic reference standard as part of the protocol when evaluating urinary excretion of acetylamantadine as a predication cancer presence.

President and chief executive officer of Biomark, Rashid Ahmed, commented: "This is a necessary achievement for Biomark since we utilized industry gold standard using LC-MS/MS. The authorization provides Biomark the ability to conduct tests for validating the use of our internal system for labs and sets the stage for licensing later."

Bin richtig gut in den Miesen .,von daher wäre es ein Fehler zu Verkaufen in dem Bereich .

Das hier sind auch oftmals Werte ,die genauso schnell wieder in die andere Richtung gehen.

Dies ist ein Start-Up Unternehmen mit bislang keinem Umsatz bzw Einnahmen/Gewinn.

Nun, seit der Meldung vom 8. Dez , darf BioMark im Rahmen der ITA, 180 seiner Diagnostik-Geräte zu Untersuchungszwecken verkaufen. Was kostet ein Gerät?
100$, 150$ ? 20$,30$ ? Keine Ahnung. Eins weiß ich, dass Forschung und Zulassungen Geld kosten. BioMark ist in der clinical Phase III Studie. Schon relativ weit, doch es wird Geld benötigt.

Im Filing vom 27. Nov steht:

The Company intends to meet its current obligations in the following year with funds to be raised through private placements, shares for debt, loans and related party loans.

Ich vermute, da kommen noch einige KE`s, was aber bei der noch geringen Aktienanzahl, von jetzt knapp 49 Mio, nicht so schlimm ist. Noch nicht, kommt auf die Höhe der zu erwartenden KE`s an.

Ich bleibe mit meinen bescheidenen 1000 St dabei. Hopp oder Topp, sollte es zur Vermarktung kommen ist es ein Gewinner, wenn nicht...

Ich finde auch ,das war gestern ein bißchen zu Heftig ,fast 30 % Kursverlust ,

obwohl die Kapitalmaßnahme mit 1,5 Mile im absoluten Rahem und gutem Verhältnis zu 47,3 Mil.die vorhanden sind,ist.



Von daher sehe ich eigentlich wieder schnell grün ,aber auch wenn es hier noch ein paar Tage dauern sollte,auch ich bleib dabei ,da ich hier wirklich gutes Potential für eine Firma sehe ,die am Anfang steht und gute Sachen vorhat .


Und da ist auch ganz klar ,das noch Geld gebraucht wird .

Da viele weit über 0,30 gekauft haben ,wird auch erst einmal kein Verkaufsdruck sein ,wenn Sie steigt.



Und hier im 0,30 ziger Bereich wurde sehr wenig gekauft ,somit dann auch keine Gewinn Mitnahmen bei einem Anstieg .


Mal schauen ,was Can heute macht .

Wer mit Verlust aussteigt,ist selber schuld. Ich bin nach wie vor extrem positiv, dass hier bald was im positiven Sinne abgehen wird.

Es hat lange gebraucht bis ich gelernt hatte mit Verlust auszusteigen. Solche Konstrukte wie Biomark Diagnostics (ist nicht Patent Inhaber sondern eine reine eine Vertriebs und Promotion Gesellschaft) verschwinden plötzlich wenn ein Biotech-Riese wie Roche oder BB-Biotech die Patente kauft; und mit ihnen verschwindet auch das investierte Geld. Aus solchen Geschichten habe ich gelernt auszusteigen bevor der Hype ganz vorbei ist. Trotzdem wünsch ich Dir "Good Luck"!

Phase 3 trials are already underway in Manitoba, Canada and in Bangladesh, with Ahmed saying he is looking to go into the US and China as well, areas with bigger populations where it is easier to attract patients. The company has some 200 patients enrolled in Bangladesh, and 140 in Canada, with plans to extend the trials by about 500 subjects down the road on an ongoing basis.

Once the company has results in hand, expected this year, the plan is to bring the data to Health Canada and the US FDA to attain formal approvals.

Another market for the diagnostic test is a point-of-care system targeting existing cancer survivors, with some 15 million estimated across North America currently. BioMark’s test may allow cancer survivors to screen for the disease affordably in their homes, providing them with immediate monitoring capabilities. The concept would turn the idea of early detection on its head, essentially empowering an individual’s ability to detect cancer at home and seek earlier intervention.

“Recurrence happens quite frequently with cancer and the first five years are critical,” explains Ahmed. “Once patients see an increase in the enzyme, the red flag info can be transported directly to the doctor,” he added.

BioMark, says the CEO, is the only company using a therapeutic agent for diagnostic indication, acting as a smart probe that is “very selective to the tumor.”

“Once this enzyme is in your body, it circulates back and forth. It doesn’t recycle. It’s a real clear signal.”

The chief executive officer reckons that the point-of-care system could be worth a few hundred million to a billion dollars depending on how many tests a patient performs.

The third potential market for BioMark is to analyze the SSAT enzyme levels to determine the specific cancer type. By combining its unique urine-based system with sophisticated data analysis, BioMark will develop a general cancer screening tool to enable the early detection of specific types of cancers.

“We are strategically working with the right medical institutions, incorporating the right patients into our study and working with lab companies that have the infrastructure to deploy our tests. We are making sure we are at the forefront, and transparent with regulators,” affirms Ahmed.

Indeed, the company has strategic collaborations with five universities in Canada, as well as relationships in China, Malaysia, Bangladesh and the US, including University of Maryland.

BioMark is looking forward to a number of milestones in 2015, including a listing of its stock on the OTCQB, the increase of its clinical trial sample size and the completion of its point of care (PoC) kits and applications. This is on top of the continued development of its strategic partnerships in the US and internationally.

“We want to demonstrate to US investors that we are really a North American company, not just Canadian,” says Ahmed.

BioMark is already generating revenues from its technology, selling some of its systems late last year to a company in the US involved with biophotonics, which can be described as the development and application of optical techniques, particularly imaging, to the study of biological molecules, cells and tissue. The company will capitalize on this application and present its technology at an industry conference in San Francisco, where it hopes to pick up more buyers.

“If researchers like it, this moves us into the lab and once we have a user base, it will be much easier to move into the mainstream. We will keep pushing for revenue generation, collaborate with strategic partners and build new distribution agreements around the world.”

Dezember 2014 bekannt, dass die letzte Tranche einer Privatplatzierung ohne Brokerbeteiligung abgeschlossen wurde. Über die Platzierung von 1.198.000 Einheiten zum Preis von 0,50 CAD pro Einheit konnte BioMark einen Gesamterlös von 599.000 CAD generieren. Zusammen mit der ersten Tranche (siehe Pressemeldung vom 2. Januar 2015) konnte das Unternehmen somit 750.000 CAD der im Vorfeld angekündigten Summe von 750.000 CAD einwerben.

Jede Einheit besteht aus einer BioMark-Stammaktie und einem halben Optionsschein. Jeder ganze Optionsschein berechtigt den Inhaber zum Erwerb einer BioMark-Stammaktie zum Preis von 0,80 CAD pro Aktie. Eine Ausübung ist innerhalb eines Jahres nach Abschluss der Privatplatzierung möglich, wobei die Optionsscheine vorzeitig fällig gestellt werden können. A newly listed company, Biomark Diagnostics, is making headlines with their cancer diagnostic technology, which is currently in Phase 3 clinical trials. The technology will enable patients to receive a non-invasive test for the diagnosis of many cancers. The Company’s patents and technology calls for the utilization of an already known FDA and Health Canada approved drug, amantadine, which when ingested is chemically changed by cancer cells to acetylated amantadine.

The company was recently the subject of a special feature by the Sun News Network. During the feature a doctor from Toronto East General Hospital, Dr. Camine Simone states “This (Biomark’s lung cancer test) is ground breaking, and earth shattering, to be quite frank, when it comes to patients with lung cancer, this is something could potentially make patients with advanced lung cancer obsolete. If we can get this to the point that we can get this to test everyone that’s at high risk, this can potentially be a cure for lung cancer.”

biomarkBiomark’s technology isn’t just applicable to lung cancer. The company’s Phase 3 clinical trials are testing for the diagnosis of lung, testicular, gastric intestinal and breast cancer. The company feels that lung cancer is especially exciting as current diagnostic options are limited. The company expects to have completed its Phase 3 clinical trials by the third quarter of 2015 at which point the Company expects they will be permitted by Health Canada to begin offering its lab units to patients in key jurisdictions, World-wide. The company is already working on 2nd generation tests and technology to make the test available on a wider scale – in regions where expensive and high tech laboratories are unavailable. The company’s website hosts the slogan “From labs to villages”, a passionate initiative set forth by CEO, Rashid Ahmed.

We spoke to Mr. Ahmed, who shared the following thought: “Currently many cancers are curable if diagnosed in Stage 1. If we can continue to push the boundaries of early detection, this will increase survival rates tremendously for cancer patients. This also provides the opportunity for the serial monitoring of cancer survivors who are prone to reoccurrence or for those currently undergoing cancer therapies for response to treatment.”

Schnäppchenkurse heute, es scheint eh schon zu drehen. Tech, du hast Recht, ohne News ging der Kurs mit wenig Umsatz nach unten, das Teil kann jeden Tag, wenn nicht heute regelrecht nach oben ausbrechen. Biomark Diagnostics Inc. has received a no objection letter from Health Canada, clearing the way for a clinical trial with the company's metabolite-based assay using a urine sample to measure response to treatment for lung cancer.

The trial will specifically look at lung cancer and response to treatment while the company continues its continuing phase III trial for Biomark's early-stage, low-cost general screening test which currently has 200 samples preparing to be analyzed.

The trial will recruit patients with lung cancer who are being treated with chemotherapeutics with enrolment expected to begin during the fourth quarter of 2015. Dr. Andrew Maksymiuk, medical oncologist at CancerCare Manitoba and professor in the faculty of medicine at the University of Manitoba, will be the principal investigator. In 2014, Dr. Maksymiuk was awarded the Joan K. Mauer Memorial Quality Assurance Award by the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program of the U.S. National Cancer Institute. Dr. Daniel Sitar, professor emeritus in the faculty of medicine at the University of Manitoba, will serve as co-principal investigator. The trial will be conducted at CancerCare Manitoba along with the clinical support from the staff at Saint Boniface Research Centre located in Winnipeg, Man.

"Lung cancer is North America's most deadly cancer, and the ability to use clinical biomarkers to assess a patient's response to chemotherapeutics can be highly effective for quickly developing and managing a time-sensitive, personalized treatment regime," said Biomark's president and chief executive officer Rashid Ahmed. "A faster treatment prognosis allows a doctor to course correct or guide a treatment plan when time is of the essence. The result would be very beneficial to a patient, medical community and the paying institutions.

"Our patented assay, which uses a urine sample, can be easily adopted into routine clinical practice. This clinical trial is one of several steps we are taking to bring this technology to physicians and their patients, and to reinforce Biomark as a life-saving brand. BIOMARK CLOSES FIRST TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING

Further to its press release of March 9, 2016, Biomark Diagnostics Inc. has closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $408,954 wherein Biomark issued 2,726,360 units at a price of 15 cents per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share of BioMark and one-half of one share purchase warrant. One whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of BioMark at $0.30 per share for a period of one year from the closing date of the private placement, subject to an acceleration clause. Finder's fees are payable on the private placement.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for the continuation of the company's phase 3 clinical trials, marketing initiatives and general working capital. The securities in the private placement will be subject to a holding period of four months and one day from the closing date of the private placement. Certain Insiders, Directors and Officers may subscribe for a portion of this placement.

President and CEO of BioMark Rashid Ahmed states: "This is an exciting time for BioMark as we work towards completing our formative phase 3 clinical trial utilizing our unique, non-invasive early cancer detection technology. Biomark Diagnostics Inc. has now completed its response to lung cancer treatment protocol and has successfully been granted approval by both Health Canada and the Ethics Review Board. Having received both approvals for this protocol, the company can now commence its preliminary pilot study at CancerCare Manitoba, expected to commence late April, 2016.

President and chief executive officer of Biomark Rashid Ahmed stated: "Health Canada approval for our lung cancer treatment protocol is an important achievement for Biomark. Our technology offers real clinical value and offers physicians a cheaper and faster prognosis biomarker for prediction of chemotherapy response, as well as a positive/negative indicator of the prognosis for patients with a lung cancer diagnosis. This is a large and underserved market that Biomark intends to additionally capture. das stimmt , doch ich kaufe hier in Deutschland immer meistens mit Limit und fahre damit eigentlich ganz gut und hier in Germany hat es günstigere Kurse gegeben.(siehe chart)

da hier niemand mehr schreibt, schreibe ich Euch, dass ich alle diese Werte verkauft habe. Bin umgestiegen in Goldminen und dies dieses mal aus eigener Entscheidung und habe richtig gehandelt! Die Trends erkennen und dementsprechend selber handeln ist die Devise!Ich beobachte BUX jedoch weiter, sollte sich hier noch was tun, kann man ja wieder reingehen. ich investiere nur noch in bestätigte Aufwärtscharts! ich red nicht von meinen 100M (Kontonummer hat gerade der Hund gefressen) sondern die von dem Verein. In der Branche sind 3M doch nun wirklich keine Welt.

Die haben imho ganz andere Probleme, der Kurs ist nicht umsonst abgestürzt und seit dem ich sie hier Dank WO-Promo-Dummensuche auf dem Schirm habe, kennt der Kurs auch nur eine Richtung

habe hier heute seit langem wieder mal reingeschaut.
Seid ihr hier immer noch drin?
Nun: ich kann derzeit anlangen, was ich will-alles im Minus!
Mittlerweile habe ich die "Schnauze" voll-mein Depot ist dick im Minus-ich lasse einfach gut sein und warte ab und wenns Jahre dauert!
bin ja in den Minen drin-dass läuft ja auch derzeit nicht so berrauschend
nun: Verlust hat man erst, wenn man mit Verlust verkauft-auch bei NSP bin ich noch drin Tech...

Ja, hänge auch noch mit Kleinkram hier drin.

Am Freitag war die Aktie mal kurz bei 0,20 CAD. Jetzt wieder bei 0,12 CAD.

Laut den monatlichen Filings lebt die Firma noch, wird aber wohl bis Ende 2017 dauern, bis hier was Spannendes passiert. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen.
