      Third Quarter Highlights
      Third fiscal quarter 2015 financial results, as compared to third fiscal quarter 2014, were as follows:

      - Revenues were $857,835, as compared to $171,137, an approximate 400% increase.
      - Operating expenses were $1,032,888, as compared to $2,506,201 for the comparable period in 2014. The total for the 2015 fiscal period
      included approximately $24,000 in non-cash stock compensation, as compared to approximately $1,900,000 for the comparable period.
      - Excluding non-cash stock compensation, operating expenses decreased 68% as a percentage of sales.
      - Net loss for the quarter totaled $(766,310), as compared to a net loss of $(2,397,827) for the comparable period.
      Store count increased 2000% from approximately 500 stores to approximately 10,000 stores, featuring 30 of the top grocery retailers in
      the nation.
      - Cost of goods sold (comprised of production costs, shipping and handling costs) for the three months ended December 31, 2014 was
      $588,568, as compared to $102,609 in cost of goods sold for the comparable period, with a gross profit of 31.4% and 39.9%,
      respectively. The decrease in gross profit compared to the same period last year was due to additional slotting fees with the addition of
      new retailers.
      - Retailers and distributors who reported Q3 2014 sales figures report 255% increase for Q3 2015. .

      Summary

      In many aspects, The Alkaline Water Company is an ugly company, just like many other dilutive and illiquid penny stocks.
      However, there's reason to believe that it has a product which is seeing significant demand and is exposed to a favorable market trend, while having decent gross margins.

      The company does have some positive sides though. Their business seems to be growing with the quarter ending March 31, 2015, being the best in the company'shistory. The annual report that should be filed by the end of June will reveal exactly how much revenues did they manage to generate.

      Es gibt einige "Dinge" die mir nicht gefallen 1.:

      Going Concern

      Our financial statements are prepared using generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America applicable to a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and liquidation of liabilities in the normal course of business. We have not yet established an ongoing source of revenues sufficient to cover our operating costs and to allow us to continue as a going concern. As of March 31, 2015, we had an accumulated deficit of $11,652,350. Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on our company obtaining adequate capital to fund operating losses until we become profitable.       Was mich optimistisch stimmt:

      We had revenue from sales of our product for the year ended March 31, 2015 of $3,700,476, as compared to $552,699 for the year ended March 31, 2014, an increase of 570%, generated by sales of our alkaline water. The increase in sales is due to the expanded distribution of our products to additional retailers throughout the country. As of March 31, 2015, the product is now available in all 50 states at over 16,000 retail locations. As of December 31, 2013 the product was in 5 states and only 500 stores. This increase has occurred primarily through the addition of 34 of the top national grocery retailers as customer during the period. The Company distributes its product through several channels. The Company sells through large national distributors (UNFI, KeHe, Tree of Life, C&S, Core-Mark and Nature’s Best), which together represent over 150,000 retail outlets. The Company also sells its product directly to retail clients, including convenience stores, natural food products stores, large ethnic markets and national retailers. Some examples of retail clients are, Albertson’s, Safeway, Kroger, Schnucks, Smart & Final, Jewel-Osco, Sprouts, Bashas’, Stater Bros. Markets, Unified Grocers, Bristol Farms, Vallarta, Superior Foods, Ingles, HEB and Brookshire’s.

      Plan of Operations

      In order for us to implement our business plan over the next twelve-month period, we have identified the following milestones that we expect to achieve:


      Expansion of Broker Network - We expect to continue to develop our working relationship with our national broker network known as Beacon United.       Revenue and Cost of Goods Sold

      We had revenue from sales of our product for the three months ended June 30, 2015 of $1,513,578, as compared to $572,049 three months ended June 30, 2015, an increase of 164% generated by sales of our alkaline water. The increase in sales is due to the expanded distribution of our products to additional retailers throughout the country. As of June 30, 2015, the product is now available in all 50 states at an estimated 17,500 retail locations. As of December 31, 2013 the product was in 5 states and only 500 stores. This increase has occurred primarily through the addition of 36 of the top national grocery retailers as customer. The Company distributes its product through several channels. The Company sells through large national distributors (UNFI, KeHe, Tree of Life, C&S, Core-Mark and Nature’s Best), which together represent over 150,000 retail outlets. The Company also sells its product directly to retail clients, including convenience stores, natural food products stores, large ethnic markets and national retailers. Some examples of retail clients are, Albertson’s, Safeway, Kroger, Schnucks, Smart & Final, Jewel-Osco, Sprouts, Bashas’, Stater Bros. Markets, Unified Grocers, Bristol Farms, Vallarta, Superior Foods, Ingles, HEB and Brookshire’s.

      Cost of goods sold is comprised of production costs, shipping and handling costs. For the three months ended June 30, 2015, we had cost of goods sold of $976,804, or 64.5% of net sales, as compared to cost of goods sold of $406,125or 71% of net sales, for three months ended June 30, 2014. The increase in gross profit is a result of reduced raw material cost through greater volume purchases from our suppliers.

      Based on these factors, the Company has reiterated the following guidance:

      We expect to be cash-flow breakeven by the third fiscal quarter 2016.
      We expect revenue in excess of $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.
      We expect to be selling in over 25,000 stores nationwide by the end of fiscal year 2016.
      We expect fourth quarter profitability during fiscal year 2016.
