In 2017, the Asseco Group consistently implemented its foreign investments and exports strategy, which resulted in a record net profit of PLN 467 million (by 55% more than in 2016) and nearly PLN 8 billion in revenues. The sale of a chunk of a stake in Formula Systems had a key impact on the Group's results. Consequently, Formula System's results were not consolidated in August and September, and the Group's net profit increased significantly. Last year, the Group expanded its presence intensively in foreign markets, where it generated 80% of its sales and successfully conducted new acquisitions. Warsaw stocks are trading marginally down in mid-Tuesday trade, with the large-cap WIG20 index down by 0.11% to 1,774 pts at 14:11 local time.

--------------- ECHO INVESTMENT - Listed commercial real estate group Echo Investment may present a new dividend policy next year, CEO Nicklas Lindberg said during a press conference.

Echo plans to pay out all of the cash it does not intend to invest in new projects, the official reiterated.

--------------- ORANGE, ASSECO - Listed telco Orange Polska completed shifting 3 mln fixed-line clients to a new billing system in a process assisted by Asseco Poland, Orange said in a press statement.

The value of the 2.5-year contract was not revealed, Asseco Poland press office said only that it was one of the largest contracts in the telecom sector.
