Hier der Chart vom Caribbean Herzfeld Fund. Als im Dezember 2014 von einer Annäherung zwischen Cuba und den USA gesprochen wurde, ist der Fund explodiert! Der Markt sucht nach direkten Investmentmöglichkeiten für die Cubastory!

Ich denke nur das Cuba in den nächsten Monaten in den nächsten Monaten als Investmentthema entdeckt wird und deshalb denke ich, dass alle Cuba Investments explodieren sollten. Angebot und Nachfrage und aktuell gibt es fast keine Möglichkeiten zu investieren. deshalb denke ich das Mph eine Möglichkeit bietet. Habe natürlich keine Ahnung in wieweit das Unternehmen erfolgreich sein wird. Hat aber für mich eine Menge Komponenten, die es interessant machen. Aktuell noch absolut Early Stage, First Mover Advantage, niedrige Marketcap usw. Deshalb sehe ich es als hochspekulatives Investment, um das Cubathema zu "spielen" ähnlich wie die Cannabis Aktien vor 18 Monaten!

MPH VENTURES INCREASES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $800,000
Further to its news release of Aug. 14, MPH Ventures Corp. has increased its non-brokered private placement financing from $600,000 to $800,000.
The amended MPH Ventures financing will include up to 16 million units at a price of five cents per unit to raise proceeds of up to $800,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share, for a period of five years, at a price of 7.5 cents per share.
The proceeds will be used to complete MPH Ventures' previously announced acquisition of a 20-per-cent interest in Travelucion, an on-line travel media company servicing international visitors to Cuba (see July 8 and Aug. 14 news releases), as well as for general working capital purposes.
A finder's fee of 7 per cent in cash and 7 per cent in non-transferable warrants may be paid in connection with part of this private placement. Each finder's warrant will entitle the finder to purchase a common share at a price of 7.5 cents per share for a period of five years from the closing date of the private placement. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
On July 8, MPH Ventures announced that it had signed a definitive agreement with the shareholders of Travelucion SL (the selling shareholders), pursuant to which the company shall acquire a 20-per-cent interest in Travelucion SL in exchange for common shares of MPH Ventures and $100,000 in cash with an option to acquire the remaining 80-per-cent interest. The definitive agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Travelucion is a cash-flow-positive on-line travel media company that specializes in travel marketing, electronic reservation and on-line booking solutions for international visitors to Cuba. It owns one of the most significant portfolios of Cuba-focused Web properties and domains that have been promoting Cuba, and offering on-line travel services to the Caribbean nation since 1995. Recently, Travelucion's revenues have been increasing in the wake of the notable shift in American policy toward Cuba as diplomatic relations between the two nations normalize and with travel restrictions on Americans visiting Cuba expected to gradually relax.
