Ja Hallo noch mal (vielleicht letztmalig) hier,

ich hoffe, einige hier haben diesen Tag noch als Investierte erlebt...
Ich selbst habe leider gerade vor ein paar Wochen beschlossen, meine nicht so kleine Position IMGN zu verkaufen, da ich eine größere KE befürchtete. Ärgerlich nun im Moment für mich, aber was soll´s, nach vielen Jahren auch so noch ganz gut im Plus gelandet.
Hatte recht viele der immunologischen oder auch Gen-Medikamentenentwickler inzwischen im Depot, etliche sind davon auch übernommen worden, hätte daher ein paar mehr behalten sollen...

Spannend finde ich noch BLUE (nach den Übernahmen von KITE und JUNO) und natürlich auch unsere MOR, wo ich noch viele Stücke halte.

Michel Doepke vom Anlegermagazin "Der Aktionär" nimmt in einer aktuellen Aktienanalyse die ImmunoGen-Aktie (ISIN: US45253H1014, WKN: 878613, Ticker-Symbol: IMU, NASDAQ-Symbol: IMGN) unter die Lupe.

Die Biotech-Branche bleibe mächtig in Bewegung. Mehrere Übernahmen und vielversprechende Studiendaten hätten den Sektor zuletzt wieder stärker ins Rampenlicht gerückt. Allen voran im Forschungsbereich der Onkologie habe in dieser Handelswoche bereits Immatics glänzen lassen. Am Mittwoch lege nun ImmunoGen nach.

Die kleine Biotech-Gesellschaft habe mit dem Wirkstoff ELAHERE (Mirvetuximab Soravtansin) in der Phase-3-Studie MIRASOL bei Patientinnen mit FRα-positivem platinresistentem Eierstockkrebs "statistisch signifikante Verbesserungen" im Vergleich zu einer Chemotherapie demonstrieren können. Es sei damit das erste Medikament, das einen Vorteil für das Gesamtüberleben bei platinresistentem Eierstockkrebs habe nachweisen können, so Immunogen. Im zweiten Halbjahr wolle das Unternehmen die entsprechenden Zulassungsanträge in den USA und Europa stellen.

Die Aktie von ImmunoGen könne sich mit den positiven Daten aus dem Stand mehr als verdoppeln. Eine Verschnaufpause scheine überfällig, zumal das Unternehmen nach Ansicht des "Aktionärs" frisches Geld einsammeln könnte, was temporär für Druck auf den Aktienkurs sorgen könnte. Die Aktie gehöre jedoch auf die Watchlist für spekulativ ausgerichtete Anleger. Denn mit den Daten seien die Chancen auf eine mögliche Übernahme durch einen großen Konzern gestiegen, so Michel Doepke vom Anlegermagazin "Der Aktionär" in einer aktuellen Aktienanalyse. In den letzten Tagen ist die Volatilität stark gestiegen die Investoren werden langsam nervös kein Wunder nächste Woche stehen wichtige Daten an die an der ESMO in München präsentiert werden.

Alle warten gespannt auf die ersten Ergebnisse der FORWARD-II-Erweiterungskohorte von Mirvetuximab in Kombination mit Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) bei 35 Patienten mit mittlerer oder hoher FRα-Expression beim Kongress der European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2018 im Oktober.Bis kurz vor diesem Datum wird sich der Kurs wahrscheinlich seitwärts bewegen vorausgesetzt es gibt keine Kursrelevanten News im Vorfeld.Bei Biotech Aktien weiss man nie.

Wie vermutet wird jetzt eine Kapitalerhöhung durchgezogen - dieses Mal ist der Zeitpunkt i.O., denn die guten Daten haben den Kurs zuvor wieder in normale Kurs-Bereiche gebracht. Zwar nicht so hoch wie spekuliert, aber okay.

Ich habe weiterhin (eben nachgerechnet) ca. 28,5% meiner im Jahr 2016 aufgenommenen Position mit EK um die (ich glaube) USD 1,7. Wenn ich auf den Chart schaue ist es nicht unrealistisch, dass der ganze Hype erst um USD 17/18 sein vorläufiges Ende finden wird. Zwischenkorrekturen sehr sehr wahrscheinlich. Drohende Kapitalerhöhungen auch...

ORWARD I trial has completed full enrolloment; top-line results expected in the first half of 2019

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 26, 2018-- ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN), a leader in the expanding field of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for the treatment of cancer, today announced that the FORWARD I Phase 3 registration trial evaluating mirvetuximab soravtansine as a single-agent therapy for the treatment of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer will continue as planned without modification. The decision follows a recommendation by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC) based upon successful completion of a pre-specified interim futility analysis after 80 progression-free survival (PFS) events as determined by blinded, independent central review. ImmunoGen has also completed full enrollment of the trial two months ahead of schedule and expects top-line results from FORWARD I during the first half of 2019.

“Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death from gynecological cancers, and patients diagnosed with this life-threatening disease have limited treatment options, especially once they develop platinum-resistant disease,” said Anna Berkenblit, M.D., vice president and chief medical officer of ImmunoGen. “We are encouraged that the IDMC recommended FORWARD I proceed as planned and are pleased that the trial has reached full enrollment earlier than expected. We look forward to assessing top-line data in the first half of 2019.”

FORWARD I is an ongoing Phase 3 trial designed to randomize 333 patients 2:1 to receive either mirvetuximab soravtansine or the physician's choice of single-agent chemotherapy (pegylated liposomal doxorubicin, topotecan, or weekly paclitaxel). Eligibility criteria include patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer that express medium or high levels of folate receptor alpha (FRα) who have been treated with up to three prior regimens. The primary endpoint of this study is PFS, which is being assessed in the entire study population and in the subset of patients with high FRα expression. Enrollment was initially planned to be completed by the end of June.

ImmunoGen is partnering with the Gynecologic Oncology Group Foundation Inc., a leader in clinical research in gynecologic malignancies, on FORWARD I, which is being conducted in North America and Europe. This trial is intended to support full marketing approval of mirvetuximab soravtansine for patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
