Wealth Closes Strategic Investment for a Total of $3,037,000
Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the “Company” or “Wealth”) – (TSXV: WML; OTCQB: WMLLF; SSE: WMLCL; Frankfurt: EJZN), reports, pursuant to its news releases dated June 7, 2022 and June 27, 2022 that they have closed the Placement. On June 29, 2022 the Company issued 12,150,000 units for gross proceeds of $3,037,500. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company (a “Share”) at $0.25 and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share of the Company for a period of two years from the date of issuance at a price of $0.40 per share.
Hendrik Van Alphen, CEO, said; “This is a truly strategic placement, with significant participation from advisory board member Jürgen M. Geissinger and a $2 million subscription from Silvercorp Metals Inc. (TSX: SVM), a premier multinational mining company. We thank these two subscribers for their participation in this placement and look forward to delivering value to their investment in the Company.”
No finder’s fees were paid pursuant to the Placement.
All securities issued in the Placement are subject to a hold period of four-month plus one day, during which time the securities may not be traded.

Wenn das bei Wealth so weitergeht, dann werden die noch ganz großer Krisengewinner (Geopolitik, Öl- und Gas Embargos, Energiewende usw.)
