In den letzten Wochen hat Alexander Molineux mit seinen Insiderkäufen maßgeblich den Umsatz an der TSX-V mitbestimmt....

Molyneux war bis Februar 2016 CEO von Paladin Energy.....trotzdem darf man hier Azarga Metals nicht mit Azarga Uranium verwechseln.
Es ist nicht ganz leicht, die Aktien an der TSX-V zu bekommen.
Meiner Meinung nach bahnt sich hier eine interessante story an.
Aber: DYOR
Das ist keine Kaufempfehlung.

Azarga Metals Corp (CVE:AZR) president and chief executive Dusty Nicol tells Proactive's Andrew Scott ''as soon as we get back to work I think we will be able to both significantly increase the tonnage with the next round of work and likely increase the grade''.
In April this year, an inferred resource for the Unkur project was put at 42 million tonnes containing 220,000 tonnes of copper and 52 million ounces of silver at 0.52% copper and 38 grams per ton (g/t) silver.

Upon receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Company will then immediately issue 42,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of C$0.15 to the eight holders (the "Holders") of the indirect 40% interest. The Holders have also agreed to waive and cancel US$1.6 million deferred cash consideration for the consideration of shares.
All other business at the meeting was passed including the appointment of the nominee directors, the appointment of the auditor and the approval of the Company’s stock option plan.
