Weis jemand wann die 10$ bezahlt werden für die gallenatresie ,wenn sie überhaupt bezahlt werden??
Deal ist wohl durch. Aktie schon nicht mehr handelbar. Hab nicht zugestimmt wegen geringer Hoffnung auf ein besseres Angebot. Wann wird das Geld zum Verkaufspreis gutgeschrieben? Thx.
Nach Informationen von SEC files gab es wohl zum 8. April 2022 ein Angebot eines anderen Pharmaunternehmen von $57 pro Aktie plus $10 CVR.

Der ehemalige Generalstaatsanwalt von Louisiana untersucht mit seiner Kanzlei jetzt ebenfalls die Übernahme von ALBO.
Sicher wird jetzt hier von vielen Anwaltskanzleien versucht, Geld zu verdienen. Vielleicht erhöht es aber auch den Druck, doch noch im Angebot etwas nachzubessern.
