Macmin -> Bezugsangebot Tasgold - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Ich habe heute von meinem Broker ein Schreiben erhalten, in welchem mir der Bezug von 10000 Stück Tasgolg Ltd, danach ein vielfaches von Stück 500 angeboten wird. Ich bin zwar Besitzer von Macmin Aktien, habe aber keine Infos zu Tasgold. Kann mir von Euch jemand weiterhelfen, bzw. hat es Sinn das Angebot ( pro Share 0,20A$ ) anzunehmen.

LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS

* LAUNCH OF TASGOLD PROSPECTUS
* DISTRIBUTION OF FREE TASGOLD SHARES TO MACMIN SHAREHOLDERS
* YOUR RESERVED PARCEL OF TASGOLD SHARES

I am pleased to enclose a copy of the new TasGold Ltd prospectus.

YOUR FREE SHARES IN TASGOLD

* Macmin, as part of an ongoing corporate re-organisation will
distribute most of its shares in TasGold, free of charge to Macmin
shareholders after TasGold achieves ASX listing. Your entitlement to
free TasGold shares, based on your current Macmin shareholding, is
shares. This entitlement will increase or decrease if your
Macmin shareholding changes. The shares will be transferred into your
name 7-14 days after TasGold achieves ASX listing. The record date
for eligibility for the distribution will be 7-14 days after TasGold
lists on ASX.

* All shareholders should be aware that TasGold must raise a minimum
of $2.2 million and have at least four hundred shareholders to
achieve ASX listing. If these criteria are not reached Macmin will
not distribute the free shares. Please support the IPO to ensure you
receive your free shares.

10,000 NEW SHARES RESERVED FOR YOU TO PURCHASE - BUT WE MUST RECEIVE
YOUR APPLICATION BY 12th MARCH 2003.

TasGold directors have reserved a parcel of 10,000 shares for you to
purchase, so that you may have a more marketable parcel of TasGold
shares. You may apply for more shares and the directors will attempt
to fill your application however you are guaranteed at least the
10,000 reserved shares (which are accompanied by 10,000 free
attaching options) provided your application is received by 12th
March 2003 or by the close of the Issue whichever is earlier. After
that date your reserved shares will be released for purchase by the
general public. TasGold has reserved a total of 15 million shares for
Macmin shareholders. In the event applications exceed 15 million
shares directors reserve the right to accept applications in order of
receipt.

I will be financially supporting the Issue with a substantial
application for shares and I look forward to welcoming you as a
fellow shareholder in TasGold.

also, die Erstnotierung von Tasgold soll am 26.3. erfolgen, also wurde die Aktie von ausreichend Aktionären gezeichnet. Macmin ist allerdings in den letzten 3 Monaten stark unter Druck geraten:
