leute werde jetzt mal ein update von sterling posten. er war bei den rennen, aber lest selbst und fangt an zu träumen...

Update: Peter went to the races today and...
Spoke with Ron Casavant (hung together for a couple of days). The lawyers have told all of the company`s employees to be silent for now. Ron called UC and asked what Peter could tell us today. UC said news will be out very soon but lawyers won`t allow a date. Peter thinks it may be tomorrow but he can`t confirm (it would be inside info). If you liked the last PR, you`ll like this new one. UC is concerned about the shareholders and he is
a direct decendent of the Casavant Organ company (his family is old money). UC says he will "keep" the shareholders (no buy out?) because he appreciates our help.

No comment from Ron.
Ron said we`ll keep the shareholders.

Pete going to try to make every race.
Trying to get line pass for next race. May see him on ESPN one day
Ron can`t wait to get back to Las Vegas to really talk to UC.

Sterling talking:

?price move on next PR?: yes, next days after, price increases.

?cim dividends for those that don`t have?: if i were UC i would create a united front of excitement. reissue or extend execution (1 jul/15jul...) to allow all shareholders enjoy that excitement in cim shares. use cim shares for medium to next exchange.
when cim goes to next exchange will need 4 symbols, why not reuse cmkx.

stock that was at .16/.17 offered at $1.00+ at execution date $ in your account, they didn`t get

we can cease to exist and we will have to buy new shares of the (cmkx) in new exchange.

but, plan to keep shareholders....

cmkx shares divided by new share structure he spoke about this in previous classroom post.
i.e. 10B cmkx

for every 10 shares cmkx you`ll be awarded 1 share new entity. all in the ratio (thinks new entity will be much less)


as we keep going up in price, shares will be absorbed, taken out of circ. naked short shares taken out of circ. mm`s will have to take them out
use those retired shares as leverage.

Dividend is usually the distribution of earnings to shareholders, prorated by the class of security and paid in the form of money, stock, scrip, or, rarely, company products or property. The amount is decided by the Board of Directors and is usually paid quarterly.

When you buy company stock, you become part owner of that company. You can make money in one of two ways: through dividends, or through price appreciation when you sell your shares. The dividend payment you receive reflects your share of the company?s profits.

Dividends are usually paid quarterly. Since the tax-law changes earlier in 2003 cut the dividend tax rate to 15%, matching the new rate on capital gains. Cash bonuses, unlike dividends, are still taxed at ordinary income rates, which could be as high as 38.6%. So these days, raising the paying of dividends has become a cheaper way as far as taxes are concerned to give investors and company execs, who are often major shareholders, a bundle of cash with minimum tax burden.

Keep in mind that most of the time a dividend is used is when a company has large insider positions, because increasing dividends gives companies a way to lower the tax on bonuses, strengthen the investors, and silence the company?s adversaries.

This doesn`t mean that the ordinary investors aren`t benefiting, even from the tax angle. Before when dividends were treated as ordinary income, companies were more likely to use cash for share buybacks which was a way to boost stock prices and increase returns. Now, the argument can no longer be made that it`s more efficient to repurchase shares, mainly because of the effectiveness of the areas I mentioned above!

One good thing when dividends are issued is that it tends to limit the cash available for companies to go out and spend wildly on unnecessary wants and actually a dividend besides blessing all involved is too more of a self imposed discipline on the company.

Dividends are a tool in the hand of the company and can only be exercised with board approval! The board will also determine the extent of the dividend, the means of payment, and how often it is to be paid!

It is an awesome tool in the hands of CMKX and Urban to do many different things but this biggest factor for a CMKX dividend right now is the naked short position! No naked short position, no dividend! A minimal short position then a minimal dividend and so on! Most of the market is believing there is an incredible Naked Short Position although I don?t believe any expect that it is still nearly a trillion!

The benefit would come if we have say a 500 billion naked short position and the MM?s would have to cover a dividend of $1 out of their own pockets! It would actually cost CMKX nothing to cover the naked shorts! But if Urban is holding say 100 billion naked short shares himself then he too would receive the $1 dividend totaling say 100 billion dollars.

If we have an O/S of say 50 billion; then Urban could actually cover all legitimate shares with the dividend he receives from the MM?s and still have over 50 billion dollars left! But if the naked short is 100 billion and we have 100 billion O/S then the MM?s would still cover the entire naked short position and CMKX would have to cover the share holders! CMKX does not as of yet have that kind of money!

So if a dividend is in the works, and I emphasize "IF", then it is only because Urban knows that the naked short position far exceeds the actual O/S issued and it would benefit him, CMKX, all investors and not cost CMKX a penny!

1. They could issue a dividend to shareholders forcing all naked shorted shares to be paid a dividend by the MM?s or brokerage firm!

SQUEEZE!

2. This would force naked shorted shares to be covered as soon as possible before another train wreck could occur.

3. Once the dividend is announced then the MM?s will be trying to cover like crazy to stop from having to pay the dividend! The problem for them then would be everyone would know a dividend was coming and the asking price would be at the dividend or higher!

4. Then of course Urban could always retract the dividend after forcing the MM?s to cover and if they start shorting again he can simply reissue the dividend!

5. Obviously then they could issue a dividend to boost the PPS!

6. Reward the company insiders that have stood faithful with the company!

7. Reward all of the faithful investors for trusting and believing in him!

8. AND so on?..

In a dividend, it is not a buy out! You keep your shares plus receive the dividend!

A dividend can contain within it special requirements of the removal of all CMKX shares for a $1 dividend and an exchange for XXXX number of shares in XXXX new company name!

It is a great tool in my opinion and probably one of the best Urban has he can use at anytime! I hope he does!

nur ein gedankenspiel, welches mich seit wochen nicht losläßt :

so langsam habe ich folgendes gefühl

die beauftragung von den anwälten könnte auch ganz andere gründe haben :

a) feststellung wieviel echt gehandelte shares da sind
b) prüfung einer privatisierung
c) kapitalmaßnahmen der privatisierung
d) abfindung der aktionäre

a bis c denke ich kein problem
bei bekanntwerden kurse möglich bis nahe 1 dollar
abfindung mindestens 1 dollar pro share
es geht nicht nur um diamanten, sondern um reichhaltige funde an mineralien, erze, erdöl, uran etc., canada ist ein super
land für uranerze und anderes zeugs, steht bei uran glaub an erster stelle.

garnicht so abwegig, denn ich bin immer noch der meinung, daß nicht alles veröffentlicht wurde
was wirklich sache ist, und dies sind hundertprozentig effektiv gute Sachen !
Warum sollte sich Urban + co. noch lange rumärgern mit shorting etc. ? denen ist es egal wieviel
aktien short verkauft wurden, haftbar sind die broeker / Händler, fertig. was naked ist bleibt außen vor.
da vermutlich 50 - 80 % in eigenen händen liegen dürfte es kein problem sein mit vorhandenen
fundamentalen daten einen börsenrückzug durchzuziehen.
verstanden ?
Gewinner sind cmkx und die derzeit investierten - nicht die nackigen, die nackerten bluten !
kann ja cmkx auch egal sein.

wie gesagt, nur meine eigene überlegung, ich tendiere fast dazuhin bis jahresende. wohldem der
gut investiert ist, denn mit bekanntwerden des schritte ist der dollar gewiß, denke ich.
somit wie schon mal gesagt, ich kann ruhig schlafen.

Stromcrow- All Urban has to do is declare a dividend of 1 for 1 shares in a new corporation for shareholders of record in CMKX as of July 1, 2004. The shorts would be forced to cover by the end of this month. The MM would have to pay what ever it would cost to cover. This would make everyone REALLY, REALLY wealthy and fund CMKX for years of exploration and mining. This would be the PERFECT STORM!
